Dear Sir, After six month uses my reliance communication sim with out inform close my sim out going /incoming call

During purchase i am submitted all correct document & after verification the sim is continue . now the sim is close .

When i inform to the customer care they the document is not correct .

Then its proof they are not verify the document .

Request you please take necessary action on the telecom company for make a proper process .

      Hi,

      I have already requested customer care people to cancel my Reliance connection But still now they did not cancelled and i am keep getting the bills for non-using the connection for last two months.

      Since i bought this connection, i have raised several complaints regarding speed/network issue and connection termination. But my issue is not solved and the technical people itself agreed that my connection has issue. So they asked me to raise a request for bill waiver and proceed for connection termination. I have followed all the steps they suggested me to do but till now my connection is not terminated.

      I kindly request you to CANCEL MY RELIANCE CONNECTION and waive my outstanding amount.Looking forward your response.

      Note: I am ready to return my device too.

      Hi,

      Can I have any response on my e-mail please. Since i am waiting for the response from customer care mail or call, but instead i keep getting SMS that "You spoke to from Reliance. Were you satisfied with your interaction. Reply -Yes or No". but nobody called me from reliance regarding this issue.

      Also i got message from RM-Reliance that "Dear customer Demand Notice has been generated against non Payment of Rs.984 For [protected]. Pl make Payment to Avoid LEGAL ACTION. RCOM"

      Please have a look on my mail below which i sent customer care two times and kindly request you to CANCEL MY RELIANCE CONNECTION and waive my outstanding amount.

      Please re-route my mails to the right direction if in case i addressed wrongly.

        Hi,
        I am facing this ridiculous problem from Relaince communication that They have been deducting money for V.A.S from my account since the time I have joined them. I never applied for any V.A.S service from my side but whenever I recharge my phone within one they they deduct all my money for VAS with any name and when i complain for it to the customer care they say me one straight line that you have activated this service from your side we have not done anything. And don't you think it is ridiculous since first of all no one will activate the service which is not wanted by him and he doesn't use that service after that no one will end his 3 4 full recharges in these VAS services and the customer is that much fool as he just activated his service and when the money got deducted he just send a message to deactivate it and call customer care for help. It doesn't happen one time .It is the case whenever I recharge my phone with normal top up... Relaince is ridiculous they cheat on customer.
        The best part is that when i said them that please deactivate all services then they said ok it's done it won't happen again but this has been happening again and again and the customer care response is same.I have lost approximately 500Rs.
        And today i saw in news that relaince has increased their profit with 16%, So now we know from where they got their extra money.

          Today (22/04/2016) i received a call from a number +[protected] at 12:39 pm and 12:54 pm... The name of the executive was Tina. she asked me that i haven't made the payment for the last two bills i.e. for the month of February and March and the amount was approximately Rs 750... i replied to the lady that " see i will pay for the 1st bill as i have no usage in the 2nd bill because due to non payment of the bill for the month of february 2016, outgoing calls were barred against my number. Hence, i was not able to make calls and i didn't used that any more. i tried paying the 1st bill but due to some technical issue the payment was unsuccessful and post that i forgot to pay. i will only pay for the first bill.. so try make the waiver for the second bill..." she started talking rudely and told me some abusing sentences and hanged up the call. Then i called back on the number and one of their executive name - sunita chauhan started insulting me.. and challenged me that come to the office and if you have guts then do whatever you can.. So this was the ultimate conversation.. i want a strict action against these two agents from kolkata parkstreet office of Reliance communications.

            I am using Reliance Broadband Service and my ID is[protected]. From 30th March 2016 to 7th April 2016 my internet was not working. I complained on Reliance Broadband Customer Care and also on Higher Authorities ([protected]) but complaints gets closed within 24hrs without resolving the issue or without confirming the status. List given below are the complaint numbers date wise :

            Currently the internet is working but when I asked for a waiver for that period in the current bill, they refused to register any complaint for waiver and on 21st April 2016 I got an e-mail for the current bill which amounted to Rs 824/- for full month, without providing any waiver.

            I want a waiver for that period when the internet was not working properly as mentioned above.

                On 20/04/16, I made a recharge of rs.150/- in my account.Just after few minutes my account got deducted of rs.90/- for something rubbish service called ADPAY...without my consent.
                After calling customer care (NILANJAY).
                he told me that my account will got credited of rs.90/- within 24 hrs but still it not credited.he advise me to deactivate that service and send me message like this below:-
                Dear Customer Your SR No.[protected] has been processed. Thank you for being with Reliance.
                I hope u will do the needful and if I am not satisfied I will make sure my 90 rupees will cost u the loss of more than urs future 90 customers.
                by just sending message on whatsaap and Facebook .
                and I will make sure to stop reliance service in my mobile too.

                    I purchaed reliance duel sim mobile with cdma sim ([protected])on september 2015 had a offers of one year reliance to reliance free, 6 months 25 paisa per minut to other mobiles, 5 paisa per sms and data offers with that sim. At the time of activation i got the comfirmatin message to same. But after 6 means means recently in the month of april, reliance communications stopped the offers. I called to reliance Custmer care they pickup and told that to wait for few minuts for checking and activation to the same, but after waiting of 30 minuts the call automatically cut off. I tried number of times but every time it happened the same.
                    You are requested to processed the same and resolve the problem.

                      I've recently shifted to Bangalore from Delhi and trying to retain the same contact number here as well.

                      Suggested by your customer care that I should go for porting by changing the circle only. I have visited one of the store address collected from your website.

                      almost 20 days ago, submitted every required docs, got a new SIM card, but till the time this is not done.

                        Sir, i am using your company device [protected] for last few years as pre paid after charging in every three months. last charge was on 12.1.2016 and again recharge on 7.4.2016 or on 8.4.2016 for rs. 299 from mob. no.[protected] from gupta communication, general ganj. mathura. i live in mathura(u.p.). but on using device on 17.4.2016 with my laptop, found that ' the connection was terminated by remote computer'. how can it be possible when i am using device and no consent given by me for my no. . i lodged complaint with [protected] on 18.4.2016 . after talking with mr. pawan and other lady in the evening, no result shown to me. further, i lodged complaint by email on rcomappellataauthority.[protected]@relianceeada.com on 18.4.2016 and another complaint on 19.4.2016 by email to datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com, even after few days expiry, no positive reply given to me. my request is that how can my device no. be terminated by your staff, when i am using the same. recharge date was within 3 months. my recharge amount of rs. 299 also not give me. after, your local mathura store enquiry, it is found that the action was done by your aligarh store executive. my device is in name - shobhit garg, mathura. I request you, please refund my recharge amount of rs. 299 and refund of dongle amount to me at the earliest. i am defence person and such type of harrasment by your staff is not tolerable and to payment me device amount and recharge amount to me only. your action on complaint is also not serious. please do the needful to refund me full amount as i am not in a position to avail such company in future. also pay me damage amount for those days not to use nett by my device. thanking you ji.

                            This was compalint regarding my balance which was debited without my knowledge rs 156 approx and my internet balance which was 320 mb was also zeroed.As per the convertation with the above details i was being i was assured that my balace would be refunded and also my internet balance will be reversed.
                            I am waiting for the reply but nothing had been done yet please do the needful its very urgent.

                              This is my reliance number [protected] which i had recently porten into reliance just 2 days had been passed and reliance had deducted my main balance

                              Even company executior had told me with in 24 hrs u will receive rs 327 refund...


                              Even retailer told me that mistake is from our side...

                                    Hello sir/madam i am anurag upadhyay from bhopal(Mp)i am cheated by reliance executive in post paid connection.Before 1 month i get a call from reliance communication from miss mahi and she offer me a post paid plan of rs 499 in which i get unlimited local, std call and so net or roaming is also free.I was chose this plan and submitted my all document and when my plan activate i was shocked my plan is of rs 599 jalsa. I send mail to [protected]@relianceada.com but i don't get any reply i call to costumer care they don't help me and said go to reliance care and reliance care said they don't help me in this.I get a bill of re 715 .33 rs now i am help less

They told me that they cannot take a request after 6 pm. I then called the Reliance helpline and I must say what a horrid experience I have had with their customer service. My first call was on the 20th April 2016 and I spoke to a lady who verified my details and told me that she would transfer the call to the datacard...

                                      My mobile prepaid balance cut by 23 Rs on date 21th July 2016. Called customer care(198) for the reason but unable to provide information saying issue with system and not even listening. when ask to file a compliant they transferred the call to senior and then disconnected. I have tried calling several time and facing same issue. I want this money to be refund as it is cut without any reason. Mb No : [protected] so please call me this no otherwise
