I am constantly getting emails from this address for a connection which I had terminated 8 months back!. And these are quite threatening emails. I have confirmed from reliance customer care that I do not have any dues on this number !!! .
and the same has been verified in reliance store[Christine Communications].

As our privileged customer, you have used the telecommunication services provided by us. It is regrettable that despite reminders the payment of Rs. 2971/- is still due in your account. You will appreciate that our obligation, as an operator, is to provide you with a network to make and receive calls. You, as a subscriber, are obliged to pay for the use of the network.

By this notice we call upon you to pay the above-referred amount, being Service Charges due and payable, to the Company within 3 days from the date of receipt of this notice. To avoid any legal actions in near future request you to clear the dues.

    I have been trying for several times to deactivate my data card as I am not using it. I have been calling the number[protected]. Every time they are saying that the concerned people are busy and asking me to call after some time. Today also I called and Mr.Chandru spoke to me and he said the concerned number is busy. He told me to pay Rs.239 and I paid immediately.Then I told him that every time the same thing is happening and i am unable to terminate my services.He said those people will get back to me after one hour. But as usual no one had called me. Again I called at 8 pm. Someone had given me the same answer that the concerned people are busy. I dont understand what is going on. I am always busy with my office work and domestic work and can not find much time to call again and again. Please look into the matter.       My data card no: [protected].

      Last month (March) onwards my data card not working...Signal is not received properly. Many times i am complaint your customer care.

      But nobody takes care, and also mail to your customer care. Many s.R no. I got it.

      Without repairing your network problem. You make bill.

      Now i got bill amount 1571.00 rupees.

      Without using your internet how can i pay you…because no response from your customer care?

      I am so sorry i will not pay…..

I have contacted the person with whom i bought the wipod and even customer care but it does not do anything.

        They contacted me saying to resubmit the documents but I told them that I have already submitted it three times.They said that they received my feedback and sending it to the concerned Department. It's been almost 4days but none have contacted or replied.So I have no choice but either you close the connection and take back your product and refund the same or else I have to file a case against you.The person with whom i bought the product is from is also saying that he had done everything and telling me to go to Store.

          I am feeling very bad to say that i am facing lot of problem from reliance broadband & telephone service. In the last six days i have made two requests with sr no.[protected] & sr no.[protected] but till date my broadband and phone is dead from last six days. It is causing lot of problems to me. But your co. Would charge full rental even if it is restored now. Further there are frequent intruptions when electricity goes off in the area because reliance has not installed ups/battery support to their server which is again major irritant specially in summers.

          I want following two things:
          1. Restore my broadband & phone immediately &
          2. My monthly bill be reduced by the amount for which you have not provided me the service due breakdowns or power failure at your end.

          I lastly requesting you to please fix the fault or else i have to close the connection and shift to some other isps.

            I had purchased reliance sim on 18april 2016 for rs .70 and i am get assurance of talktime rs 70. but within two days u cut all my balance without any reason.after that i recharge for rs50. now also u guys loot my balance without any reason .i had register a complaint sr.no.[protected]. u refund some balance.but once again u loot all the balance.i am scared to recharge this reliance number[protected]. when ever i recharge u guys loot my balance without any reason..refund my balance or tell me the way to change the service provider.very worst service ihad seen from ur reliance. u always waste my time in registring complaint...

              Respected sir/madam,
              Seeking clarification from reliance communication limited on following rules for gsm postpaid customers (Mob-[protected]).
              The website of reliance under plans and packs tab of prepaid customers says that:
              “• **in case of commercial use company reserves the right to withdraw the unlimited benefit of the product from the concerned customer, if his usage behavior matches any of the following criteria mentioned below :
              • 20 hrs of std calls in a week.
              • calls made to more than 75 unique numbers in a week.

              And
              • *** in case of commercial use company reserves the right to withdraw the unlimited benefit of the product from the concerned customer, if his usage behavior matches any of the following criteria mentioned below :
              • 80 hrs of std calls in a month.
              • calls made to more than 200 unique numbers in a month.

              I want clarification about which day of week is considered as start of week for reliance.
              The restriction for 75 unique numbers a week and 200 unique numbers is irrational as, if there is a marriage/party at my home, should i call and invite 75 relatives only. Is this practical, i question the rationality of this restriction.
              I also want to know, if there is any such guideline provided by trai in this matter.
              As per my understanding, the mentioned restrictions are applicable for prepaid customers only because they are mentioned in prepaid section only, and is not applicable to post paid customers. For your reference the pdf of prepaid and postpaid plans and vouchers are attached herewith.
              I communicated the same to reliance customer care, but, they are using iron hand and forcing me to change the plan or follow the capping condition.

                This is to inform you that from last nov onwards i port my personal number to reliance cdma 500 plan([protected]) 2 months before a hike in bill.So i contact customer outlet at calicut.They told me, they waver of the amount..Bt no anyother communication from they.Last month bill came they told me to pay 125 deduction from 2 months bill. I pay the balance amount .Before paying that bill they terminated my connection.After paying i gave it for port...Bt then they call me and told me to pay 125 balance amount...From customer care the call me several times and told me to clear that problem very soon...Termination of my connection make me a lots of problems due to non attending the calls...Please do prompt and speedy action soon as possible.

                  Last month I took a connection of reliance postpaid. The plan is new freedom 425. According to the plan I will get
                  Unlimited 3g data. Bt after 1 week I m not getting speed. Now speed hardly crosses 10kbps. Maximum tym it remains 0.10kbps. I also tried customer care to resolve the problem many times but never connected. I also tried to call the employee who gave me the connection bt he never received my call. Now I m helpless. I have never found such a worst telecom service in my life. Please resolve my problem.

                    I submitted a connection termination request on 19th February where I stated that since I'll be leaving India my existing connection under user ID[protected] be closed. I got a confirmation call asking me to put a request just before my travel date. On 26th February I mailed the team to terminate the request. i was assigned a service request number[protected] against the same. ON 29th Feb i again mailed them asking for a confirmation if my request was completed. In the mail sent on 29th I mentioned by International Phone Number if they required to contact me.
                    Despite multiple followups every week the company did not terminate my connection and kept billing me. On 1st April I finally placed an international call to the customer service desk and was allotted another service request number.I clearly mentioned to the customer care representative (Renu) my International Number.As of 25th April, this request has also been completed, and my connection is still active. I am being billed unnecessarily for the last 2 cycles despite timely communication and frequent follow-ups. I have all email correspondence for the follow-ups including the mail where i provided my international number.

                      I did my reliance gsm balance recharge of rs. 60 on 17 april, 2016. On 24 april, when i checked my balance it was less than a rupee. On calling the consumer care executive, they are giving lame reason that i have activated various pack.
                      So, i had asked her which pack were activated and when. Here was her reply,
                      1. Shemproo pack : balance deducted rs. 20 on 22nd april.
                      2. Techjokes : balance deducted rs. 5, 4 times making it rs.20 on 22nd april.
                      3. Cricket score: balance deducted rs. 3 on 24th april.

                      Firstly, i had not activated these packs. And secondly, i didn't receive any call or sms regarding the confirmation of these packs.

                      On repeated request that i haven't activated these things and take my complaint. The executive didn't agree to take my complain.

                      I feel cheated. I don't know what to do now. Please reply to me as soon as possible with a solution at "tauseef.Imu.[protected]@gmail.com".

                        Dear sir,

                        I am writing this email to complain about the kind of harassment and exploitation reliance broadband team is doing with their customers. After reading people's review and myself being one of its victim i have decided to write to you.

                        On 15th february 2016 i lost my internet connectivity and registered a complaint via sr no.[protected] with them, which they closed in 2 days without taking any action and without confirming with me if my net is working.

                        I wrote to them again on 17th feb asking why the complaint was closed without technician even visiting. Instead of reopening the complaint and looking into it they sent me a new sr no.[protected] which they again closed in the next two days without taking any action. I wrote to them again and they did the same thing again with one more sr. No.[protected] and continued irritating me with more and more fresh sr nos. On my every query.

                        I thought i had enough so i informed them on 29th feb i will not make any further payment until i have their technician visiting my home as i pay the monthly charges in advance, but still nothing happened and every time i would write they will harass me with their same copy-paste responses.

                        Finally i got notification that my services (Which were anyway not working for a month then) have been suspended due to non payment and i will not be charged rental during the period of suspension, after this every time i would write to them they will harass me asking to make payment.

                        Then i asked them to provide escalation matrix and they bluntly refused to provide it. I was surprised at this attitude from them.

                        I took the appellate email id from the net and wrote to him. Finally the technician visited on 11th april 2016 and fixed the line. He confirmed that there were some issues with the server which couldn't get resolved for two months. I immediately sent an email confirming that my services have started working.

                        When i asked them to make an adjustment in the bill they issued credit only for the period 15th feb till 10th march 2016 and denied for the rest of the period stating i did not register any complaint after this period, though i never confirmed them my services were working anytime nor did their technician visit, in fact it was them who sent me an email stating my services during this period have been suspended due to non-payment and i will not be charged for this period.

                        Now, every time i would write to them they have again started harassing me with their copy-paste responses.

                        I do not know whom to contact regarding this, who can take a stern action against these kind of harassment because i am not the only one affected, they are treating almost every customer the same way.

                        One more thing is that their customer service agents are replying from the appellate's email id

                        I forgot to attach the screen shots.

                        1) Though they claimed the issue was resolved every time without taking any actions I repeatedly kept writing to them. In one email, I had asked them to provide the escalation matrix and they refused it openly (please see it in the screenshot attached). I was shocking as to how could a service provide refuse providing escalation matrix.

                        2) When I refused to make the payment until they send their technician, they suspended my service and sent an email confirmation stating my services have been suspended and I will not be charged any monthly rental during the period of suspension. (please see it in the second screenshot). Since they said I will not be charged, I thought there is no use in dealing with maniacs so I gave up writing to the email customer service team until I found the appellate email ID myself. Now they are using this as an opportunity to say I didn't register any complaint - how cunning that is? Why would someone register a fresh complaint for an ongoing issue????

                        From the screenshot you can see I did not make the payment for my bill dated 11/02/2016 for Rs.685/- due on 29th Feb 2016, so my services should have been suspended by 5th or by 10th of March max and I did not make payment until 11th April 2016 so where is the question of my service getting activated. If you still confused you can cross verify if there was any usage on my account for the disputed period.

                        Your customer service executive who called me regarding this said that she does not have authority and will escalate this to higher authorities and you are saying this has been addressed. Wow!!

                        I have attached the screenshot of the emails in the previous comment. Look at yourself and see if it is that hard for any professional to understand them.

                        First your team sends me an email stating my services has been suspended and I will not be billed, later they send me the bill for the same period and deny waiver saying that I have not registered any complaint. Amazing way of misinforming customers and billing them. Is this how Reliance makes money?

                        If it is too hard for you people to understand please ask any of the readers in forum to go thru the attachment, they will tell you I was indeed informed that my services were suspended in March 2016. Yet you have billed me for this period.

                        At least provide me the escalation matrix of your department if you can't do anything else.

                          I have ordered a broadband plan from reliance before a week and they have not fixed my connection yet, whenever I tried to contact them they all tried to delay.I have done the payment before a week and I'm really frustrated by what they are doing.their representative came to my home and gave me a router of 2000 rupees and he has committed fraud with me.I just want a serious action on this case as soon as possible.

                            I am using prepaid reliance cdma in (Cuttack) odisha and its a very old connection. I have balance of rs.950 plus in my reliance cdma prepaid no.[protected] and as per the reliance communication outlets nearby me(Buxi bazar & dhurga bazar) both are saying that cdma will be shutdown and get port to reliance gsm prepaid but they are also saying that this balance is not transferable in odisha, but available in punjab. But where is our fault if reliance is shutting down it cdma network then there should be transfer of balance as its porting from reliance cdma to reliance gsm, the company remains the same.
                            So i request you please help me. I didn''t port till now.

                              I raised a complaint regarding network connectivity issue while being in a roaming location. The issue was regarding getting no or a weak signal (Single bar from the 5 bars) only for my cdma connection. This i am saying because other networks (Gsm networks) at the same location was providing full strength signal including very good 3g/4g data connectivity. The way customer care / service provider handled my issue has prompted me to write it here and the issue has not been resolved yet (23/4/2016).
                              The unfolding of sequence were as follows:
                              1. I reach a place (Koothatukulam in kerala state) at a very prominent ayurvedic health care centre - sreedhareeyam.
                              2. My mobile network display bar showed no signal or at some times a weak single bar. I checked other mobiles on gsm network and was surprised to see full signal strength availability for them.
                              3. Called up customer care (*222) upon getting a weak signal to make a call (18/4/2016, around 8:00pm). I was promised a resolution of my complain (Complain number:[protected] in the next 3 days (By 21/4/2016).
                              4. On 21st afternoon, i again called up customer care. I promptly got a ivrs message of my complain number still on process followed by other usual ivrs message.
                              5. Hearing my complaint number upon calling gave a very good impression about reliance customer care and upon contacting the cc personnel, i was again reassured that by eod the issue will be resolved. Apart from the cosmetic care shown through ivrs, nothing happened.
                              6. Next day - 22nd, i again called up customer care as the situation remained same with no sign of improvement and surprisingly this time my complain number ivrs message was not mentioned, but i was directly connected to a cc personnel.
                              7. I heard from the personnel that its still a technical issue and will be resolved as soon as possible. Even upon insisting i was not given any further time line. Further, i was told that a note was left by the technical team that they tried to contact an alternate number (Non reliance) provided by me on 18th and the call did not get through and so they were unable to resolve my issue...This statement coming on 22nd which never cropped even on 21st when i called.
                              8. I am still being told that the complaint is still open and will be resolved, but when, they are unable to tell.
                              9. I feel so miserable that i have to depend on others phone to make calls to my clients.
                              10. Today 23rd, when i again contacted cc, i was again told that my complaint is still open and will be resolved soon but how soon, they are also not aware. Interestingly when i insisted to speak with their their superior, i was made to wait for more than 6 minutes and still no one turned up to speak to me and all i heard was their classical reliance tone with intermittent dial tone with no one picking up my call. Finally i cut the call totally disappointed (My call lasted more than 16minutes).
                              11. What is more disheartening is, a network that i have been loyal for more than a decade is showing such callous attitude to its subscriber.
                              12. Further, i have to bear with the jibe from my fellow collegues about my loyalty with a network in the age of mnp.
                              I sincerely hope that they resolve this issue and restore their credibality as well as my faith on a network that revolutionized the telecom sector in india.

                                On 13th April 2016, I received an SMS from Reliance telling that my outgoing calls have been deactivated. I didn't get any details about why this happened. I was using this number since many years. I contacted Reliance customer care and they told me to submit my documents to the nearest Reliance customer service centre. On 15th April, I submitted my documents to my nearest customer service centre (Rani Rashmoni Ghat Road, Halisahar). Today is 23th April and my incoming calls as well as outgoing calls have been deactivated. I have given this no.everywhere and now I can't change the no neither can I port it. I want my no. to get reactivated as soon as possible. This is not acceptable.

                                  I spoke with one of reliance customer care for general enquiry he was not helping properly and saying time pass call he disconnected. And I don't know what he has done from morning 4 Am I am receiving back to back messages from reliance. From morning I am just deleting msgs because my inbox is showing full but when I delete it again I receive same msg back to back... I complaint about the same but no resolution. It so harassing. I tried several times to get UPC code to port out, but every time when I am sending message "PORT [protected]" TO 1900, I receive a message that service is temporarily not available. I m trying it from last three month, but in vain.
                                    I register complaint on 12/02/2016, 21/02/2016, 23/04/2016 and received a message that complaint is resolved. But still I am not getting my UPC code and the problem remain the same.
                                    Kindly do needful in it.

                                    This is totally a perfect example of misguidance and failure of your system.

                                        I am a resident of raigarh, Chattisgarh state.. Earlier we had plans like Rs 275 recharge where we used to get R2R all India unlimited plans.. But now u have those facility for 599 Rs.. So it is a humble request to reliance communication to come up with some economical plans which fits everyone's pocket. Please it's a request as everyone can't afford that.
