It is my very painful duty to inform you that, Everyday (5 to 10 march 2015) i have received full talk time offer related SMS in my reliance no from RM-651234. (Offer detail recharge with Rs10 or 20 or 30 and get full talk time) I have recharged my number with Rs20+ Rs 20 on 6th march, next Rs30 on 7th march, next Rs30 on 10th march. But not received full talk time. Every day i have received full talk time offer but not received full talk time. I am requesting to credit rest balance Rs4.20+ 4.20+ 6.40 +6.40 in my number.       Mobile no:[protected] Post Mobile connection no[protected] is terminated on Nov 27 2014, later bill received for a period of[protected] to[protected], after giving compliant in this forum Some Reliance Executive given a call to me stating that pay Rs 100/- balance will be waived off, after paying Rs 100/- instead of waving of the balance payment, I have received a one more bill for Rs 282/- on 28th Feb[protected] to[protected], for connection which has been terminated 3 Months before, these reliance people will terminate the connection Physically but not in their Records. Reliance appellate authority is sleeping from Last 3 months, they have Resloved service request ID: 22859888 on 02/01/2015 at 06:52:13 pm Registered with Them. But Reliance Billing Department is sending the Bill, Same Compliant is Registered with one more service request ID[protected] after one month.If we call means every time their Reply will be” It will be resolve in 7 days Please Wait Sir”, after 7 days also we will get same reply, I don’t Know which alien is using this Reliance Connection, But I am Receiving Bill.

            After purchasing Reliance Net
            connect-HSD (1000) and Reliance Life time offer (3001/), there was no
            information given by express world regarding the activation of HSD nor given
            its number. I was waiting for activation and tried online and there was msg.
            that it got activated successfully. Since lifetime offer starts 1 month after
            recharge I was waiting for the HSD to start. Mean time when there was no activation,
            I tried to contact Reliance Web world Express but there seems to be no system
            of lifting the phone. I sent office person and person said will start in 7
            days. I waited for 1 more weekend this continued. After poor response from
            Pramukh Associates, Nagpur, I contacted the customer care and they confirmed
            that no. is terminated for no telephonic verification.


            My question is how do I know-what is your system of
            Telephonic verification?


            If you yourself call (Ideally you should call) or customer
            has to call.


            Person refused that lifetime offer has lapsed and gave me

            lifetime offer was denied.

              I had availed One 3G Post paid Dongle No- [protected] from Reliance Communication Centre, Park Street in the name of Ananya Chakraborty in the month of September 2014. Proper service had not been rendered to me consecutively for several months for which i had lodged many verbal complaints to the company & its help line executives. Few connected help line numbers of the company are : [protected], [protected],[protected]. The type of problems i was facing were mostly 1. Connection failed 2. Extreme Slow Connection 3. Loading Problem But surprisingly, any revert to the above mentioned problems had not been informed/rectified at the point of time. Then I stopped using the 3G Dongle facility for the last 3 months approximately. Now, a huge bill has been generated against this connection & I am been forced by different calls from the company to pay the entire due amount even though I did not get the proper service. I am facing a lot of mental agony & I feel personal harassment in due course. Kindly take up this matter urgently at your end as I am not able to handle this type of grimy mental torture by Reliance Communication System.

                hi i m vishal bakshi and i had got a postpaid connection in april, 2014 and dan d dealer had asked me dat u should buy total 3 numbers first and he should ask me dat used it for minimum 3months dan you wilk stop urs numbers i[censored] want to stop dan after dat i had complaint so many times to customer care but he had not do any thing so now i had completed 1 year in next month so plz do sumthing i want to stop [protected] dis number bcoz i have to postpaid number and its was useless so i will stop dis number so now its upon you how u will handle it and if you dnt do anything dan i will file a complaint in consumer court against you dan you will ans there so its upon you whether you will stop dis number or not

[protected], The recharged was failed from reliance end & I was logged a complaint for the same to reliance on 7th March-15 & today I was trying to know the case status, they said that case has been resolved & the recharges was not done on particular date but Neither I am received any confirmation call or any credit amount.                       I brought one new card pro3 on the date of 24th Jan 2015, i got the net connetion on 27th jan after 4 days my connection was stopped due to false verification but i submitted the documents on feb 2nd but still i did't get any net connection i tried to customer care, card provider both are not responding. its very bad thing.

                        This is to inform you that I am using a Postpaid connection of Reliance GSM whose no. is [protected]. I have been facing a problem since few months, but I did not logged a complaint as I am using another SIM card also which is of TATA Docomo. The issue is, my connection is a ROB circle connection but I am in Bhubaneshwar(Orissa) for the past 7-8 months, but I am being unable to call any Orissa Landline nos.. Today when I called up the CC, Mr. Bikash Ghosh responded the call after trying about 15 mins. But he did not took any complaint. He was just passing his time with me & didn't even give any importance to my problem. I have the call recorded in my phone as a proof. I know that the person sitting at CC cannot solve a issue like this & this needed to be forwarded to the technical team. But by no means the executive was ready to take a complaint or request. He was also very relaxed that anything may happen to his job. I cannot understand what is this. I have paid all my bills on time even for which I got several reminders every month for paying the bill on time. Well that's not a issue but is this service I should expect. I need a immediate solution to this & want some action to be taken against that executive & a compensation.

                          I have been a privileged customer of Reliance from March 2009 to Nov 2014 and paying my bills on time regulary. Due to my official needs I had to change using from Reliance Netconnect Datacard to BSNL broadband. So I stopped using Reliance on 24th Nov 2014 and next billing cycle started on 25th Nov 2014. And I paid for biling cycle Oct 25 2014 - Nov 24 2014 on Dec 1st week. I called Reliance customer care on Dec 7th 2014 and raised for Disconnection. But somehow they convinced me that you can keep your service on hold for 3 months without bill being generated. And they told me that you can call us back around February 2015 if you really need to disconnect. I called them back on Jan 3rd 2015 and raised for disconnection again. And this time they took my request and Within next day I got a call from Reliance office and one lady named Sathya spoke to me. And after long argument she was so unwilling to disconnect the service and kept saying like "sir, we cannot disconnect your service since its in postpaid and we need to convert it to prepaid and then only we can disconnect it. And she asked to call back on Feb 1st week to her mobile number. Then within few days I got bill generated and I called to her number and told her that I am calling after 1 month. Now she started telling me that bill got generated and you need to clear outstanding bills. I told her that I never used internet from 25th nov and that bill got generated automatically. Then staarted telling you need to first clear the bills and then go to reliance showroom only for disconnection. I really got pissed off. I again raised request a week later and got repeated calls from Reliance for bill payment. I had to tell the story of Reliance not disconnecting my service request each time and convinced me somehow and I had to suffer ultimately. Then some kind person finally disconnected my service request. Today I got Court Notice from the very Kind Reliance (R.Venkatesan Advocate) "Its mentioned in that letter "In spite of our repeated reminders by letters and personal visit of our collection executives to collect the pending bill amount, we find the same is still unpaid" If they had to call so many times, think about this. I called some 5-6 times to their customer care and each time I had to wait for more than 15 mins and each call costed me around Rs. 30. And what more worse, I am not being disconnected and getting convinced by their crap. And why should I pay for bill generated from 25th Nov-24th Dec Cycle when I have not used even a fraction of their data? I exactly stopped using their service on 24th Nov and this can checked in their records. And one thing I want to highlight here is, one customer care person was telling we will gift you free 1 month of internet during your hold period. Like they were telling we wont charge you even if you user our services. If they can gift me free usage and care only when I stay with Reliance, why do they behave so arrogant now when I got disconnected? Was I cheating them any day when I was with them for 5+ years? And still they were unfair and bill generated even when I did not use it. FYR my 2 service requests that I have are service Request[protected] raised on 3rd Jan 2015 and request number[protected] raised on 11th Feb 2015. My Datacard No - [protected]

                          Thanks for replying. Well I have told the full history here. And I see you are also part of Reliance Customer Care (that's what I can read from your post). What more is there to again explain to customer service persons? Atleast you can forward this to them, so that it saves times to everyone. I am going to tell the same thing again to your people right?
                          See, I stopped using Reliance on Nov 24th, 2014 itself. And next billing cycle started on Nov 25th, 2014. Why should I pay for that when I have not used? And you people took 4 months for disconnecting my service. When I have been paying regularly for 5 and half years, this is how you people insult us with court order?

                              I am reliance gsm user from Mumbai. Yesterday at around 8pm rs1.5 deducted from my account saying it is charge for sms sent by me . how ever i had never send any sms . i called reliancereliance cucustomer ccare they told meme wewe cant pprpprovide details .same hhas happed n number of ttimsttims and till date ii have llostllost more thanthan 50rs by same fraud by reliance, my numbernumber is [protected]

                                Hi,
                                I had registered a complaint, on 24th Feb regarding Internet not working, SubscriberID[protected]. After several complaints, I registered a termination request on 28th Feb 2015. Till date my connection has not been restored or Termination request been closed. The customer Care and company is not taking the necessary actions. Due to this carelessness, I had to suffer a huge loss during the last two weeks.

                                  My reliance broadband connection is terminated on 24/11/2014 and i have confirmation mail but my final settlement bill is not generated yet.
                                  But 2 month unnecessary bill generated after the termination and legal department of reliance call me and force me to pay these unnecessary bill otherwise they file a case on me. My bill is paid till the connection termination date.

                                    Dear Consumer Complaints, I am reliance customer for GSM services under number [protected], since last 7 years I never used the Data services in the Phone. In Month of November Last week there was was a glitch in network and i was told that this is all in punjab I went to web world and told the problem and they rectified it in 3 days and I never knew they switched the Data Services, when bill arrived I pointed out at the Customer services but they denied about it. I paid all the full and final bill of 1212. and went for Number portability i was given a call from reliance that my charges for 50 MB will be refunded back in next bill which was 500 Rs plus taxes which never happened and again in month of January after repeated requests nothing has been done so far. I again went for portability and again they called me and told me that waiver will be given but no waiver has been given. My outstanding as per month of Feb was 472 Rs. and they have barred my outgoing calls and generated new bill for month of March. After promises of refund for unwanted data charges nothing has been done so far. My plan is of Rs 399 for which waiver of calls worth 399 is there. and Barring calls has opted me nothing but go to consumer forum.

                                      i am not able to contact constome rcare on 198 04 *333... i have 3 reliance number..for all the 3 numbersi m not able to talk to talk to customer care...my number are [protected], [protected]...please sir sort out my problem...i m suffering from 1 month...

                                        Hi i got Reliance gsm sim i got some issue with internt pkg but when i recharge for any Internet pkg the message im getting is sorry your request could not be proceed but when i call Customer care they acting like irresponsible staff they are not taking my complaint, ant its been 1000 time im calling them they dont have any solution for my problem, Pls try to solve my problem as soon as possible.
