Hi, My netconnect prepaid dongle no : [protected] My core balance is being deducted wrongly, instead of deducting netconnect balance, where I have netconnect balance. When netconnect balance finishes I am unable to connect with the server. This is happening with me for more 15 days. For example on 9th july : more than 70 rupees had been deducted. This is going on everyday. C care is raising ticket but those are being closed not resolving the actual problem. So far the raised tickets are : [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] Can anyone resolve the issue: Stop deducting core balance and start deducting netconnect balance. Hi,
I provided my mobile number. No one from reliance contacted me. When contacting customer care and after spending lot of money over phone, sometimes they are taking complains and technical team is closing those not solving the issue and not contacting me to take approval that the problem exists no more. The worst, ineffective, fraud reliance communication and its technical team.

So far I raised[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

Now I fell into loop of complain request.

My probelm remains same: My core balance(For dongle [protected]) is
being deducted wrongly, instead of deducting netconnect balance, where
I have netconnect balance. When netconnect
balance finishes I am unable to connect with the server. This is
happening with me for more 15 days and I am going on to recharge the
core balance.
Since with core balance balance, I am able to connect with
server, it is not my dongle problem. It's your system's problem.

Can you tell me how long this harassment will continue ? Why
your technical team is closing the tickets wrongly not solving the
problem and taking my approval that the problem exists no more ? Can
you answer that ?

      today i put 156 Internet Pack in my Reliance Number after Just I got 1GB 3G Data from Reliance Company.
      after i connected my Sim Card to My laptop With Dongal. after just i lossed my all data without use. After sometime i was connect to Reliance customer care but i not got any solution.
      So now i Connect to Consumer Complaints. i hope i will get a good solution.

        RELIANCE is definitely not RELIABLE We cannot employ a person just to follow RELIANCE with their issues. If RELIANCE is a company which can provide only worst service to a customer, then we do not want to continue our relationship. We have serious business to do and we cannot keep on speaking with you over phone or by mail for issues with RELIANCE. Have a look into below for detailed summary. Worst Service from RELIANCE. PRI Numbers :[protected] / 30000006 Booking RELIANCE Number: We have booked PRI connections with RELIANCE and we were told the number is free of cost. We spent 15 Lakhs for advertisement with the new number and we were ready for the launch. Suddenly we were told that the number we have booked has become paid numbers and we need to pay 3 Lakhs for the same number. We paid 3 Lakhs for the number. Money Spend on promoting RELIANCE number for our Business: We spent 85 Lakhs for RELIANCE number promotion last year alone. We spent 35 Lakhs this April 2014 for our Grand launch promoting RELIANCE number we took. We placed articles and advertisements in India Today, FM Channels and TV Channels promoting RELIANCE number we took. Result of Promoting RELIANCE number for our Business: We have spent so much of money promoting RELIANCE number for our business and at the end result we got is Loss of our Customers, Lost reputation with our Customers, Misunderstanding with our Customers, Competitors growth, loss in our business and loss of money spent. We have almost 5000 Customer calling RELIANCE number to reach us and because of the worst service from RELIANCE our brand name is in soup. Customers think we disconnect the line while speaking. But the truth is, that is the level of service which can be provided by RELIANCE. At the time of Launch (April 14th 2014) we had almost 82000 calls landing in RELIANCE number and again PRI down issues. RELIANCE vs BSNL: Any issues we face because of RELIANCE connections, we need to contact Mumbai team. Even after contacting them we do not know when issue will be sorted out. Team in Chennai if contacted their response is “Sir I am no more with that team, please call Mr.XXX”. For Any issues we face through RELIANCE, team to support us in Chennai definitely failed to support us. First thing they don’t attend the calls that we make. If we had gone with BSNL we could have grown at a faster pace as their support to a customer is very high when compared to RELIANCE. Once we lodge a complaint we get the contact person who will attend the issue and within half an hour the person would reach our point to rectify the issue. RELIANCE SUPPORT TEAM: Any time we face an issue we have to book a complaint with the toll free number. After that we have to contact the Chennai team repeatedly (as they are not easily reachable by phone). Once we reach the team they will tell us they are not dealing with this now, then they will give us another contact person. Then we need to follow that person repeatedly and then once he picks the call, he confirms I will look into the issue and update you shortly. After that we need to follow them for another 01 hour and once they pick the call they tell us technical team is working and things will be fine very soon. After that we need to follow them for another 01 Hour and once they pick the call they tell us there is some issue and it will take another 3 hours to resolve. Finally they tell us things are fine now and this wont happen again. Then they arrange for a meet up in the office and they confirm we will analyze the issue and sort this out. Again they will be reached at the time of issue and the same thing goes on and on. FALSE COMMITMENT FROM RELIANCE: Every time we face an issue we were told this would never happen again. Whenever we have issue with the PRI numbers we wanted the calls to land on an alternative number automatically. Till date it is not happening. Root cause analysis done. Complaints: We have sent more than 50 E Mails as complaints. Also have a look at the ticket numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[... and[protected] and many more. Loss incurred because of promoting RELIANCE connections for our business: More than 1 Crore spent to promote RELIANCE number for our business and we lost our customers and business. SOLUTION: CANCEL 30033003 AND 30000006. REFUND THE MONEY PAID FROM OUR END AS SPECIAL NUMBER CHARGES, BILL PAYMENTS, AND PROMOTION ACTIVITY SPENT TILL DATE. If this mail is also just another mail to you, then you people are in the wrong seat. RELIANCE is definitely not RELIABLE

          Hi Sir, I am Bhavin Kuvadia from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai. I have Blackberry 9350 without Sim model. Now i am not able to activate my existing cdma number into it, i went to web world more than 5 to six times. And they are not helping me to activate.i called CC through *333...and they are telling its a simple procedure go to web world. When i dial *228 it says your phone could not be activated. Can you guys please tell me whats going on??? it has been more that 5 days, i am begging in reliance web world to activate.               Dear Team, I like to inform you that i am facing network coverage/ Call drops and Signal drop issues since last 15 days specifically in my work area, Shiv Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi- 110058. I have made several complaints regarding this, moreover have personally visited Reliance Comm center at Jail Road. A week back the executives there informed me that it will take around 5-6 days for the networks to settle down and perform well, as they themselves were facing the same issues. I am a Doctor by profession and have to be present to patients 24x7 and this network issue is really causing a nuisance in my professional life. Request the team members to get the issue sort of as soon as possible. Also want to inform you that yesterday i again visited the Reliance Comm center, and now the executives there are saying that it will take around 15-20 more days for sorting down the issues.                 I used the Reliance mobile number [protected] of Himachal Pardesh. I am using this number in Roaming from last 3 years. From last 2-3 month i am facing a problem on particular my reliance number. many times when my friends call me on my reliance number then my number show them switched off while my number are always on . when i complaint this in customer care then they told me that some error on my number so they will remove this. but till date today i do not get any solution . i talk in customer care many times but not getting any positive response. Due to this i am facing many loss in my business as i am using only this number. If i am going to change the number then who is the responsible for my business loss.                     We bought a reliance netsetter from Reliance communications Office, Kadavanthra.The guy at the office charmed us into buying the reliance netconnect netsetter and had told us that it would be immensely fast and gives upto 3Mbps speed. hearing al this, we bought the device paying Rs.800. 2 weeks passed by and still we couldn't access even 1 internet page(not even google!) using that device. We visit the same Reliance office everyday reporting the problem, but the guy makes new excuses everyday. In the beginning he said its due to the address varification issue, later he said our address is at a non-possible place for billing., when we submitted another address proof(current address) he said he will fix the issue next day itself. next day we visited, he told me its a backend issue.., next day he told us their server is down..Irritated, we told him to disconnect the connection and refund us., he told us there is no option like that.!! and we still visit that office believing they"ll fix this issue or refund us!

                          Hello, I have done online recharge of my reliance netconnect account by paying Rs 797/- on 30th June. However I am unable to connect to the Internet from 7th July. When I have called customer care, they informed that my account is suspended due to no recharge. I have done online recharge and I do have receipt for that. The transaction id is BIL/[protected]/rcom netconnect/RELIANC for 797 from ICICI bank. Customer care guys said its been suspended and declined to provide any other details as when and why or date of last recharge. it was very unprofessional service. Can someone sensible look into this problem and care to solve it ?

                            Hi, I recharged RS. 27 ( 1 week Data) on 4th June 2014. At that time I had 84 Rs. balance approx.I was out of town in that week. Suddenly on 9th June 2014 my balance became zero Rs. & data balance also zero !!!I had really bad experience with Relaince.I had filled complaint in Realince many time. But in two days they msg me that your ticket resolved if satisfy reply toll free with YES or NO.But no any details or call from their side.I think they are watching balance in customer's account if it is above 50 or high they will deduct in any way !!!If customer complaint give him any answer or if he fight give him balance back.Only 10 percent customer will fight. After all they will earn many crore rs. from this way !!!But I will fight & get my balance back.

Few days before I have requested to change my PLAN from "SPUNLTDONNET440" to "UNLIMITEDLOCSTDR_499", with the reference number "[protected]". For this I was told that in my next cycle (i.e 7th of the month) my PLAN will be activated. But today 8th July 2014, still when I saw the mobile, my new PLAN is still not activated. Please let me know when my new PLAN will be activated.

                                  Dear sir, my complaint is not yet resolved my inter net is not working, my complaint number to reliance is[protected], no body is interested in attending the complaint, reliance representative who booked the connection is not available, some of my friends are using Airtel line broadband and they are very happy. I my self am considering to discontinue the service. Very bad on part of reliance, Mr. Ambani senior earned a reputation for quality but reliance communication very very bad service, I would not advise anyone to go fro reliance connection, at least 30 minute wait on phone for complaint registration.

                                  I am writing with much annoyance and irritation and I am not at all happy with your services, refer my above complaint number:-

                                  1. Even though I was informed by your below mails, that my number [protected] has been updated on all my bills contact number is still coming as [protected] it should only be [protected] as this number [protected] just has been filled by your sales representative sh. Ashok ([protected]) fraudulently, so that customer can’t contact the company and tell about his black deeds. Pl. immediately remove [protected] and fill [protected] for all purposes.
                                  2. You allow small time students and temporary persons as your sales rep. to collect sensitive data from customers and as in my case they disappear and customer is not attended to.
                                  3. I find some kind of racket is going on and my personal details are not yet being updated.
                                  4. My internet connection is frequently down for days and reliance is claiming all bills in advance.
                                  5. Pl. immediately disconnect the broadband as I do not want to put up with a company not caring for its customers.
                                  6. Refund my installation and other charges as you can see from my records that I have complained a number of times and now I am fed up, you can take above complaint number as one of the reference.
                                  7. I just hope that this thing gets highlighted in the media that how a company of repute is shortchanging its customers.
                                  8. I have also put my complaints on consumer complaint web site and now .

                                  For urgent and immediate action please.

                                    Tonight, reliance gsm service provider cheated with me.It deduct wrong data and main balance from my main account, I only used approx232-250mb data out of 500mb and deduct 99.75lnr.i contact customer care service on that time 1:30am and talk with mr.waibhav jain but he did not took any response.I want to please take a legal action in my favour.
