    Hello Sir, This is SRINIVASA RAO VAJJA using Reliance Mobile since 3 Years and my balance is getting deducted frequently without any proper reason. Called to customer care many times but there is no proper response from them. so i would like to hear about from you.       Netconnect service of my reliance data card no. [protected] is not working since 14.07.2014. Despite of several complaints on telephone the problem has not been resolved till now. I am facing so many problems due to non-availablity of netconnect service. We are paying charges of reliance communications for full month but its services are interrupted since last one week.

          I am using reliance 3G sim No. [protected] in Huawei dongle and recharged with Rs 597 for 5GB in Dimapur nagaland. Initial speed was good and after 800MB of Datausage, speed going too slow as even not open pages or open tooslow. Network shows full 3G signals. They make false promises of 3G speed. I recharged for 5GB and not able to use it. I have complained about it on [protected]@relianceada.com but no response was given. Do you have any help

            sir, my phone no.[protected] attended a call from no. [protected] sails woman says that you they will convert my phone from prepaid connection to postpaid connection
            on[protected] i visit by Imran then he give me receipt no.-3743 and take RS 300 cash and inform me that your sim converted to reliance by[protected].i give documents{Company Id and Driving License copy}

            till today my sim not converted to postpaid i inform you that my documents will not put in wrong hands by reliance company or other people.plaese take an action on this.i want to close the connection.

                Sir Old Card No: [protected] New card No: [protected] As per your SMS to me on 30.06.2014, I have points worth Rs.179.16 on my Reliance One linked card cited first[ last four digits3676]. But I did not get this on purchase of materials. The staff at the supermarket are just avoiding me telling me many excuses. These points are not credited to my new card cited above. Hence make arrangements either to give discount at the purchase cash counter, or transfer this amount to my new card. Many times I approached your staff without any use. Do the needful at your earliest. You can make the old card invalid after transferring above amount to my new account.                   Have received a call from reliance communication channel partner voice boo a lady told me to convert my sim from prepaid to postpaid and for that they require rs 300 as security but till date they have not activated the sim and also not giving answer to my calls.                   You will be frustrated with passage of time as these guys wont pay any heed to your complaint, and ultimately you will loose all the motivation to fight for mere 300 bucks

                  I have been fighting my case since march for the refund of my broandband connection; but these guys just dont seem to bother

                          Hi, around 3 to 4 years back I took Reliance data card for Rs. 3500 and a plan of Rs.600. and they told me that I can brows unlimited and they will not charge me extra except Rs 600. for the 1st month I received a Bill amounting to Rs. 740. I tried to call Customer care many time no response and when I went to the Reliance store the same person was not available. I paid the bill and for 2nd month than I got the Bill amounting to Rs. 800 change, than again I call customer care they responded in rude manner stating this is the true and some body has given you the wrong information. so I decided some how I spend Rs. 3500 so I will not pay the Bill and I stopped using the data card from that month, but suddenly for 3rd month bill came amounting to Rs. 1480, they call me to pay the bill I asked them that I want to speak to your manager but he was busy every time, later no response from them for past 3 years, now they have send me the pre-litigation notice, please advice me, and help me.

                                Sir Today i recharged 3g data package of 1gb for my no [protected]. When i check my balance it shows 1037 mb. When i started using for download of 50 mb. My 3G balance shows only 599 mb. Pls check the data plan of this reliance. Same problem happened to me 20 days back. The customer care no also shows busy always. Pls bring back my data. Thanks

                                    I MR.ALAM HUSSEN an user of Relaiance no [protected] are fad-up with this company and now I am going to Port out from this company to another and My port out number is already generated that is EK216164, because due to a small problem the company's Appellate officer and 198 executive are fail to provide me a proper resolution.

                                    I have recharged my number with Rupees Fifty Two (52) via online using Reliance communication on 11th July 14 on 03:45 pm. As per the plan I was entitled to enjoy All Local calls at 1.2paisa/2sec for 180 days.
                                    But after recharge I received a message from Reliance stating that " Enjoy R2R 1.2paisa/2sec n other 1.4paisa/2sec for 90 days only".

                                    On same day(11th July 14, at 03:54 pm) I spoken to the customer care -198 to regarding this issue but they can not provide me a proper resolution & also not register my complaints. AND DISCONNECT MY CALL


                                    As per Customer Care plan is revised but website is not updated. On same day I call to Appellate for proper resolution and they Raised a SR no[protected] and assured me to help within 2 working days but after 1 day I got a SMS from company that SR has been closed.
                                    On same day I called to 198 for better information and they inform me nothing benefit provided by the company, again I called to Appellate for same issue and they also take a SR no[protected] and assured me to help within 2 working days. After 2 days I can not find any SMS or call from company and I call again to Appellate today[protected] and talking with Miss. Debosree and she Inform me that your account has been credited with further 90 days and the call rate is 1.2paisa/2sec for R2R and other 1.4paisa/2 sec for 180 days after keeping me 30 minuts hold.

                                    I asked to them to raised another SR for proper benefit, but she took me on hold for 6 minuets and disconnected my call.


                                    The company also BAR my call to 198, Now I am unable to call 198.

                                    For this RS-52 I lost 79/- or something rs to talk with Appellate but no proper JUSTICE find till now.

                                    So I m leaving this Company

                                      I have taken channel with reliance for datacard, post paid and i have deposited 25000 rupees for taking channel partner. before past few months i am not interested to continue so, i have told reliance that i am not continuing. i told them refund the amount, but they didnt. it has taken several months again i called them they told the application gets lost. and told me lot of reasons for not refund the money for 1 year fully reasons. still...

                                      From the past 6 month the service of reliance GSM has been so bad in my locality (sabzibagh, Patna-800004) that I have no words to explain.Whenever I receive or make call there is always disturbance, absence of voice clarity, sometime the person keeps on saying from one side but unable reach and every time my money is just wasted in making 3-4 call only for 1 actual call. Plz take some action to improve the signal strenght and it quality.
