    I want to disconnected my internet connection immediately and refund my money because from 4 days my connection is totally dead, i inform many time but till now no resolve i got many complain id like[protected] at 18/07/[protected] at 21/07/[protected] at 22/07/2014. but problem not be solved till now.

      Hi, In their website the validity of gprs plan of monetary value 248 INR as on 22/7/2014 (22 July 2014) which is supposed to be valid for 60 days...after doing the recharge...they have only given the validity of 30 days for this plan. The no that was recharged is [protected] This is clearly a deceptive act done by this money minded company. I don`t know how many have been affected by this act of fraud. Please look into this. I am also attachhing the screenshot.Please look at the section marked in yellow. I also have the sms and email recharge details. I will take forward as far as i can. He mentioned the following SIM no[protected] on the receipt the copy of that receipt is enclosed for your reference.           I have paid 1445+271=1716/for one month use of their broadband connection, and 1 day their mechanic came to me and taken my modem told your connection is terminated, whenever i called to customer cir they are saying me you have told us to terminate connection, but i have never told that. Then after they saying once it got terminated it cant be reconnected. So whenever i want to take a new connection neither they are giving me new connection nor are responding to m.they are playing with cusumer money. hear is my send mail to customer cair but they never replied me.             To, PRESIDENT and CEO, Reliance Communications, Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group sir, here with I would like to forward you some shocking facts about the Reliance Communication Customer Care .. And would like to tell you that, it's the worst ever I had such customer service experience. Pls have a look my below conversation and you can come to know till what level they can frustrate customers. 1. From a long period i activated the SMS pack of Rs. 14/month 2. On 21st. July it was stopped by you without any information / intimation 3. When i talk ur customer care phone was disconnected without any proper response &amp; he told me that this system not provided by Reliance. So that sir please restore my SMS pack of Rs. 14 which was Automatic renew monthly &amp; plz stopped these type of fursory.

                Respected Team I MR.ALAM HUSSEN an user of Reliance no [protected]. I have recharged my number with Rupees Fifty Two Rs-52/- via online using Reliance communication on 11th July 14 on 03:45 pm. As per the plan I was entitled to enjoy All Local calls at 1.2paisa per 2sec for 180 days.But after recharge I received a message from Reliance stating that Enjoy R2R 1.2paisa per 2sec n other 1.4paisa per 2sec for 90 days only.I call to 198 for support but they are unable to help me so I called to Appellate for this issue 2 times and they take 2 SR againts my problem. The SR number 1 is[protected] and the SR number 2 is[protected]. Finally they provide me 1.2 paisa per 2 sec for R2R and othr is 1.4 paisa per 2 sec for 180 days. Today is 21st July 2014, within this 10 days the company's high Authority to low label Authority are unable to provide me the actual benefits of RS 52/- as per updated on RCOM websites. The company also BAR my call to 198 and *333, Now I am unable to call 198/*333. For this Rs 52 I lost 79 or something rs to talk with Appellate but no proper JUSTICE find till now. I am requesting to Reliance Authority to provide me the actual benefits of 52/- that is all local call @ 1.2 paisa/2 sac for 180 days as per updated on websites and please allow my number to connect with 198/*333. "I think this company is worst service provider in India."

Actually this sim card network from Airtel but i still want to change to relianbce network. unfortuntuly i dont know what happened dtill now my mobile number not changed to Reliance. my Old sim already gone signal but still not yet activated from Reliance Network. i contuct with cutstomer from Reloiance they said it will activated within 24 hours. but i still am waiting as long more then 3 weeks. it is not activated it is problem from Reliance company only. please arrange it for get my signal and sim activation

Now a days am having continuous broadband disconnection. Broadband doesn't connected after 6 pm.I have complaint many times but the problem still continuing. Local technician never attend the call. They dont give respect to consumer. please take any action.

                          I am staying in Ramachandra Puram, Hyderabad, Medak District, Telangana State, Pin:502032. Since 4 Months Whenever there is Power Cut, Your Network is stopped working and after power comes it is restarted.It means No tower is working under generator. Kindly look into the matter and sort out the problem immediately.

                            Hello, I have taken Reliance broadband wired connection. The connection was activated on 7-July. The connection has been down since 9th July. I registered the complaint on 10-Jul, but till now no one from Reliance has ever contacted me. For getting the new connection, Reliance executive contacted me immediately and took the payment, but now no one is responding. I have been contacting the customer care everyday and get false promises. I did send out mail, and every time response is that its being looked into on priority. Not sure what is the definition of priority for Reliance. Worst part is we spend hours on phone to reach their customer care executive and do it everyday, but till now no one from Reliance end has even looked into it or contacted me. When I talked about disconnection and refund, am being told that I will not get the refund completely as installation charges will be deducted. So Reliance takes the amount, does not give service and deduct amount while refunding. Looks like this is a new business they have started to earn profit without giving service.

                              HELLO SIR/Ma'mm,

                              I FILLED UP FORM for RELIANCE BROADBAND on 7 July 2014.
                              and, Till now The Installation has been not done.
                              and, when i calll the Person Who Came to me fr Form FILLIND AND TAKING MONEY.
                              he is Not picking up my phone and from others also.
                              and, when i caall coustomer care they also dont give me support.
                              SALES EXECUTIVE NAME & mOB. NO. - IKBAL [protected].
                              Kindly take some strict actions against him.

                                Hello Sir, I m Naresh Chhajed using reliance mobile sine
                                last 7Years I active Mobile Net 247 pack (auto-renewal) as on[protected]:40 and Local pack STV21 (auto-renewal) as on 06/02/2013 11:08. MN247 & STV21 (auto-renewal) pack auto renewing
                                regularly from activation date to june-2014. In july my pack not renewing when I
                                have sufficient blance. Due to not renewing I lapes my all benifits
                                and I m wrongly charged about 400/- for internet use. Today as on my local
                                STV21 active according to company but I m wrongly charged 1.6p per second
                                insteat of 0.005p. I m calling customer care regularly about 3days but still I have
                                no proper response from them. I m very
                                sad about this and I m very unhappy and would like to go to CONSUMER COURT if

                                  Respected sir/madam, I'm a reliance customer since last 4 years (Mobile no [protected]). I have been activated a sms pack of Rs. 19/- 4 years ago. The message pack supposed to be renewed on 17th July. But it doesn't...! I called customer care on 17th July, that time they said, it will be renewed soon. I wait for 2 days but yet this pack in not renewed. Today when i contact them about it, they are just telling that this pack is not available anymore...! Actually it should be available for old customers because it is available of old customers only...! There is another problem, when i call to customer executives; they usually come up with different solutions for a problem..! What the hell is this..!! How there would be different solution for a single problem. The most horrible thing is, now a day their senior supervisor also does such nonsense! I tried to contact with team leader (in charge), he kept me on hold for 40 minutes..!!! And even though he couldn't respond to me. So please solve my problem...!                                     I am useing reliance netconnect past one and half year [protected]. you have many idea to scam money from coustmer example i put 255 rupees 1 gb it will came 650 mb net will not connect and again i will put means it will work. No offers to old customers keeep it up. better i will change my network soon

                                      I had a Reliance GSM postpaid mobile number (not data card number) [protected]. I paid all dues and wanted to convert that to prepaid number. I gave all proofs, photo and filled form to Reliance, Kharghar. I talked to 59059 after a week and confirmed all my details. I was told that after two hours number will be converted to prepaid. After confirmation from Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Reliance office last week that it has been converted to prepaid mobile no. I charged it with Rs.30/-. Now am unable to use the mobile number. When I visited Reliance Kharghar, net was not working there on 11th and 12th June. They asked me to call 198. When I called 198, they said number is being shown as "datacard" number which is actually not. They then asked me to call *355. When I called *355, I was told they cannot solve the problem and call *333. When I called *333, I was told to visit a gallery. Now my question is why should I visit a gallery when there is no fault from side. Its absolute harassment and it is the responsibility of Reliance to solve the issue.

                                        Hi sir, this is valluvan from chennai. My reliance user id is "[protected], I have been using reliance broadband for more than five years. Now a days am having continuous broadband disconnection. I have complaint many times but the problem still continuing. Local technician never attend the call. They dont give respect to consumer. So if you are not able to give service means please disconnect my line. Thank you

                                        I complaint many times but the problem still continuing. After 6 pm broadband doesn't work. Here after i wont pay bill. U can disconnect my line. Don't play with consumer.
