Hi sir, My user id is[protected]. I am facing no internet connectivity problem since 7 July 2014. I have registered complaint regarding same on 8 July 2014 and from that day till today I am reminding customer care regarding the problem. But, No response from there side. These guys are saying technicians will visit my place and they will arrange a call back for me but they are fooling people. Moreover I have contacted person who is locally dealing with the area. he said he has turn down DNS/ ADC server because of payment issues. I got his no. from local area modem installed in nearby area. Since I did not get service for long time so I won't be paying for these days and this amount should not appear in my bill. Moreover, the person who installed the connection did not provide us with landline service which was part of combo pack. When we tried to contact him he said "khud taar kahreedon and laga lo/ aapke area mein landline kaam ni karta" while my neighbors are having reliance landline connection. I have talked regarding the same to billing department but those people are ignorant. I want a refund for my landline installation charges and degradation in my plans just provide me with internet i[censored] can otherwise let me know so that I get internet service form other service providers. Also when I call customer care I have to wait for an hour to get response from there side an when they pick phone either they unable to understand the problem or they started transferring the call and my call goes on hold for an hour again. On daily basis I am wasting my precious two hours to deal with customer care. This is worst internet service provider according to me. Kindly look in the matter and take some action.

    This is from Somnath Guha Neogi.I am a resident of Tavarekere, Bangalore. I am holding a Reliance GSM prepaid number [protected].Yesterday(15/07/2014) I have received one SMS from Reliance and they deducted Rs. 30 from my account balance for renewing a missed call alert service.All these things happened without my knowledge. This is not the first time this things happened with me.I am getting really frustrated with all these sudden deductions from Reliance. Please help me to get my account balance back.

      Reliance Life Insurance Company promise to give Zero Interest Loan against Reliance Life insurance super money back plan. Also found that Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited Executive misuse Customer Duplicate Signature and assign Reliance Life Insurance Policy to Customer. I Samsul Akhtar never Sign Reliance Life Insurance Policy form but I received Policy paper from reliance and found that some unknown person Misuse My Signature and send to me.

        Dear Sir, I am using Reliance Netconnect+. i was recharged it with 10GB high speed data pack. Current in my account 3GB data remain. but speed is going down to 40-50kbps. and download speed around 5kbps. this issue happens last 4 days. when i call customer care they says to me it was network conjuction issue and solve within 2-3 hours but not solved then i again call second days and they says to me our system down so they not check my detail and not register my complaint.last 4 days i facing this problem but no any proper answer or result.

          Sir, Im residing at Thirumalaivasan Nagar, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai - 600062. in our area in plot no 32. mobile tower installation work is going on. Ours is a thickly populated residential area. We spoke to the house owner where tower is being installed. They are not bothered. The building is also not designed to withstand the tower.Its being desgned only for 2 floors. If tower s installed, it may fall any time. Also as per norms mobile towers should not be installed in residential area. Our area has more than 100 families residing and construction for 1000 flats is in progress which is likely to be completed in a year. And as per norms they should have taken NO OBJECT CERTIFICATE from the neighbor house, which also they have not done. Our area s rich in nature and lot of birds and variety of butterflies comes here everyday, if this tower is installed the radiatoin will affect not only us but also the nature and the birds.Already installation work is in progress. So kindly treat this very urgent and take necessary steps to stop this tower installation.

            i gave a request to shift connection from my old residence to new residence which is only 100 m apart from reliance wireline boradband


            refer complaint numbers[protected],[protected]

            .They took more than 1 month and two weeks to make a feasibility study and after that they asked me to pay rent without even using the connection. after paying the amount they are saying port is not available and you have to keep paying the rent till a new port becomes available to shift the connection.i asked for a refund and they say even that is not possible..if shifting is not possible why did i have to pay nearly thousand rupees per month..this could have been indicated early or a refund could have been made

                My Reliance Communications broadband subscriber id is[protected].I had been using reliance broadband connection more than 2.5 years and had been a regular bill payer without any default until one fine day in month of April 2014 the connection stopped working and after repeated calls finally the technician came up with the explanation that the server which provided connection to my house is probably not working. And without my acknowledgement, the service ticket ( number[protected] was closed and closed without my consent. Till date the connection is not working and Reliance Com has not been able to fix this problem.I must have spoken to more than 35 - 40 Reliance Comm executives all they do is keep asking for details and really do nothing about it. Same goes for the manger up in the Reliance Comm hierarchy. I have raised the following service tickets with them 17 april[protected] 19 april[protected] 22 april[protected] 25 april[protected] and more 1) The sad part is that the tickets are closed by the executives without informing the customer and without providing any "real fix". 2) Since Reliance was not able to provide internet connection service I refused to pay from the time the connection got disconnected. However regular calls /sms/mails kept coming from the outsourced company Pratik group on behalf of Reliance comm ( and till then I received more than 1 calls /sms/mails a day). The language used by this people is really pathetic and more or less like a hired goon ( same goes for the ladies as well). 3) I applied for disconnection on 9th may 2014 however the manager kept pleading that the issue shall be resolved in 24 hours time and now more than 2.5 months have passed. I finally received acknowledge receipt of my request for termination of the service on 3rd July 2014 after repeated reminders. 4) Till date I keep getting calls from the legal department of Reliance Comm asking me to pay up for the internet broadband services which they did not provide or rather which they could not provide. And as usual the language used by them is not good and is profane. PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR RELIANCE COMM BROADBAND SERVICE in PUNE. THEY ARE BIG CHEATS.

                Hi,
                Sorry to tell you that this matter is not yet resolved as per my satisfaction. All your customer service associate did was offered to waiver some amount and insisted aggressively on paying the bill for which Reliance Comm has not provided any services on the mentioned period.
                Here also you have just tried to close this matter as it had been done for the complains which I have raised with Reliance Comm helpline.
                I do not intend to pay any amount of the bill for which Reliance Comm has not provided any service.
                I still face tremendous harrasment from Reliance associates for making the payment for which services were not provided.

                What I came to know is that Reliance Comm is not able to provide services in my Area (Pune, Tingrenagar 411032) as internet server is down because reliance has not paid rent to the vendor where server is installed.

                Reliance Comm themselves have not paid the rent & that was the reason why services is not available till date & now reliance will charge illegitimate amount from customer because of the fault made at his own end.

                You shall come across many such similar complaints against Reliance Comm...like the one below

                Same this happening in our premises as well, connection is not working since 10th Aug14 after logging several comments with reliance.
                And now came to know same thing that Reliance has failed to pay rent to society since last more than one year which is 25K so society stop the power supply and all to reliance server which provided by society.
                And same pratik group is doing follow up without providing the connection.
                HAVE GIVEN AN ADVANCE PAYMENT TO OUR SUBSCRIPTION OF INTERNET CONNECTION APPROX 2500. STILL THIS A.BALAJI SENDS DUE DATE REMINDER EMAILS AND SMSES AND AFTER GIVING A NOTICE FOR TERMINATION OF CONNECTION STILL HE IS SENDING EMAILS. I DONR KNOW WHETHER THEY HAVE A COMMUNICATION PROBLEM. JST TELLING YOU...THIRD CLASS SERVICE

                Same story here.

                After paying for a month during which the server was down, I terminated the service, overpaying my subscription by a week - it was cancelled and a refund was promised but of course never materialized. I have written confirmation from Reliance customer care that the termination had been done correctly, two months on still I am getting bills and reminders in increasingly bold fonts and strong language. I foresee a similar thing happening as for the original poster. There seems to be no communication between the subscriber and the invoicing departments. Am still having back and forth conversations with Reliance without so far having resolved the issue to anyone's satisfaction. Will certainly never buy a reliance subscription for anything again and strongly recommend anyone else avoiding this company like the plague.

                My reliance broadband internet connection is not working from last 15 days. Called several times to customer care, at least thrice a day but same thing i am hearing from them that my problem will solve within 24 hours of time but daily they auto close the complaint and say problem has been solved from heir end. I have a plan which assure me speed upto 3.1mbps, from 09th July I am facing some issue of no connectivity or connectivity only on 1X.                     Reliance broadband and land line not working since more than two months.
                    my land line is dead for a long time more than three months
                    if its connected also every time i have to go to command prompt, and i have to release and renew the the ipconfig
                    I have been trying to call customer care they are not picking up our calls.
                    [protected] is my id, if its connected also the the speed is too low than dial up
                    And I have to pay their bill every month without using it . if we call customer care[protected] it always in waiting, then i tried from other state mobile no it was connected once but from Karnataka (Bangalore) no if you are trying means it it wont work out to contact to the customer care, they are purposefully doing to escalate the issue, even now if you are trying from some other state no they cleverly made an idea that you have to enter the user id or phone no, or billing account no for further process, once you enter the id if enters then it wont connect to the customer care, if you want to escalate to the higher end like secretarial office customs care [protected], they also set the busy tone like[protected], even i have waited on the call on both of the numbers it never connects,
                    No one to hear disconnection complaints
                    no one to hear our complaints to fix
                    i inquired about reliance broadband resource person he challenged me the land line problem never get rectified, and if you try from any bangalore no also it always goes in waiting they never attend

                      I have registered complaint regarding broadband not working on June 6. It was not working from last 4-5 days. My complaint number registered is Service Request ID[protected] After registering the complaint there was no follow up from reliance for this issue, At last i started following up the customer care. I have requested at least 10 times to look into the issue. The only reply on mail i use to get is it will get resolve in next 24-hrs. Till date [15th July] it has been almost 45 days my broadband is not working and there has been no communication from there side to resolve this issue. Dissatisfied with the service i have requested to cancel my broadband connection. Above all, height of frustration is they are calling only to pay bills for the period my broadband was not working. Do i need to pay for the period my broadband was not working ? I want clear details of my bill amount, date from which my broadband service was disrupted, and the bill amount for how many days they have charged. Sushant

The plan of this 3G SIM was total of 6 GB data for 3 months (2 GB for each month). As per activation date and plan, it was supposed to activate up to July 28, 2014 but it was deactivated by Reliance on June 29, 2014 i.e. 1 month before the schedule time. I have contacted customer care many times but they did not respond me nicely. They did not activate my SIM, as a result a loss of around 2.6 GB data plus 1 month time.                             Dear sir,
                            we don't want to install reliance mobile tower in our residental primises .The address of the area is Kodalia kadamtala, P.O.Kodalia, P.S.Sonarpur, Dist:South 24 Pgs, Kolkata 700146 . Thought a person in our area named Pradip Sen has done some deal with the Reliance Communication without informing and seeking permission of the Kadamtala residents. Now he is doing constant efforts to build the tower though we have denied so many times.
                            For this reason we have already made a complaint to our counselor and chairman .They also instructed him not to do this, but still he is continuing his approach ignoring them.
                            So this is our kind request to you to take care of it and stop him to save the environment of our locality.

                              Hi sir/ mam, One of your retailer named Anil Zone of Rohtak had given me wrong information regarding recharge of Reliance 3G. When i went for recharge then then he said 3G will work but now he is saying that in Rohtak there is no 3G network so it will not work. I don't think this type of attitude of your retailers of giving information is good for your company.

                                Hi I am using a Reliance GSM Number since 5 years, till date there was no problem with my number. The number is [protected], but 3 days ago my number is Disconnected without any given notice, with any given warning. When I call to Customer care, Customer care Executive said to me Your number is being used for commercial SMS and other promotional uses . But i am sure This number is not used for comercial purpose, This is My personal number. I want to know why my number was not used for commercial use from last 5 years and Whether Reliance has any complaint against my number for using it for telemarketing ? Please help me in getting my connection resumed. I work for a software company and I use this number to call my family, friends and colleagues. If you have any proof o[censored]sing my number for commercial uses and any details of calls and SMS, Please Provide me because I am not using this number for commercial & promotional uses. Please Solve My problem as soon as possible

                                  Sir,
                                  I had purchased a reliance sim ([protected]) on 7th july 2014 from a shop named vivek mobile at nehru nagar indore at rs. 130, for which i was told that it will be activated the next morning.
                                  When i applied the sim to the mobile it showed me no sim inserted so i went to the shop after 2 days but the shopkeeper was not available. I went to the shop 5-10 times at different times but every time the shop keeper was unavailable. The shopkeeper’s assistant always asks for an alternate no. And says that he will convey the msg to the shopkeeper and the main shopkeeper will contact you and inform you but in a week's time there was no call from him. And in my every visit i provided him my alternate no.
                                  Is this the way to treat the custo hat charging for something and than not giving a service. Mers??? Not even a reply was given to me regarding a sim that even the documents have been submitted or not..? This is a case of harrashment and cheating t
                                  On 14th july 2014 the person got available and when i asked him he gave me an excuse that it is not in my hands. You should contact to the reliance store. Then when i went to the reliance store they told me that the documents are verified but since the shopkeeper has provided me with a damaged sim it is showing a msg that no sim inserted. Reliance store told me that to issue a new sim telephonic verification is required and which was not possible from the damaged sim, so they told me that the shopkeeper only can help you done your telephonic verification.
                                  But the shop keeper is not co-operating for telephonic verifictaion. And so we returned the sim on his shop.
                                  I contacted the customer care also but they are also unable to help.
                                  I already have spent more than 200rs. As auto charges and more than 100rs. For communicating from my alternate numbers.
                                  Now i here by request you to please return our total amount and new sim.
                                  Please stop cheating and harrashing the customers. Please settle the matter with immediate effect.

                                  THE RELIANCE WORLD WEB CALLED ME TODAY MORNING 10:00 AM FOR THE ISSUE OF NEW SIM.
                                  I WENT TO THE RELIANCE WEB WORLD BUT STILL THERE WAS POWER CUT AND NO STAND BY AVAILABLE AND FOR THAT THEY CALLED ME AGAIN IN THE AFTER NOON, WHICH IS CHARGING ME FOR AUTO.

                                  ALL THE WORK COULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN A SINGLE VISIT FOR THAT THEY ARE JUST HARRASHING THE CUSTOMER CALLING AGAIN AND AGAIN.
                                  THEY ARE JUST THINKING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS FOOL AND WILL GO AGAIN AND AGAIN LEAVING ASIDE JOB (TAKING LEAVE FROM THE JOB) AND ALL OTHER WORK FOR THEM.
                                  IT IS A SHAMEFUL ACT FOR RELIANCE.

                                  IF YOU DON'T KNOW TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO PROCEED YOUR BUSINESS FURTHER.

                                  As per telephonic conversation, I again visited the reliance web world, where now they helped for Tele verification, and simultaneously they agreed to issue a new sim with 3G NET SPEED AND 2GB NET BALANCE (DATA CARD BALANCE) FOR 1 MONTH FROM 17 JULY 14 FOR WHICH MONEY WAS PAID.

                                  IT IS SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT, WHAT POSITIVE RESPONSE I GOT TODAY FROM THE SAME PERSON ON RELIANCE WEB WORLD, AFTER COMPLAINING TO CONSUMER FORUM, THE SAME PERSON COULD HAVE DONE PRIOR ALSO ON MY PREVIOUS VISIT.BUT, AT THAT TIME THEY WERE NOT RESPONDING TO ME AND ALSO AVOIDING AND TRANSFERRING THE PROBLEM ON OTHERS WHICH TROUBLED A LOT. IT WAS JUST CHEATING AND HARASSMENT TO THE CUSTOMER.
                                  GIVE THOUGHT ON:
                                  WHY THE RELIANCE WEB WORLD PEOPLE ARE NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM WITHOUT GOING TO CONSUMER COURT...??????

                                  AFTER VISITING TODAY ALSO, FOR COLLECTING NEW SIM, THEY HAVE CALLED ME AGAIN TO THE WEB WORLD TOMORROW.

                                  INSTRUCT YOUR WEB WORLD (VIJAYNAGAR, NEAR SAYAJI INDORE) THAT THEY SHOULD ISSUE THE SIM WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGES AND FOR MY HARASSMENT AND AUTO CHARGES, GIVE EXTENSION OF ONE MONTH ON DATA CARD I.E. NET BALANCE WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGES OR YOU PAY RS. 250 AS BALANCE IN THAT ISSUED NEW SIM AGAINST MY UNNECESSARY WEB WORLD VISIT CHARGES.

                                    I have recharged my number with Rs300 on 11th July at night time, after that i made just 10 minutes call from my mobile However on 14th July my account balance is Rs0.149. I don't know why Reliance is eating away customers money...It's very very frustatig.

                                      Sir, my number is [protected]. from last month i was facing a problem of deducting my amount.i recharge my phone on 10 june by 150 rupes .ONi 12 th june they deduct 50 rupees from my main balance .i dont know why.i tried calling to customer care but that is unapproachble.even the no of customer care is alway busy.from that day in two or three days they deduct 2 rupess 8 rupees 10 rupees ..anyday .i frustuated .one day my friend call me and we talk for 13 minute .reliance deduct my amount.why this happend .please make approache and sort it as soon as possible otherwise i have to switch my number from reliance.refund all my deducted amount from last month.
