Reliance broadband and land line not working since more than two months.
my land line is dead for a long time more than three months
if its connected also every time i have to go to command prompt, and i have to release and renew the the ipconfig
I have been trying to call customer care they are not picking up our calls.
[protected] is my id, if its connected also the the speed is too low than dial up
And I have to pay their bill every month without using it . if we call customer care[protected] it always in waiting, then i tried from other state mobile no it was connected once but from Karnataka (Bangalore) no if you are trying means it it wont work out to contact to the customer care, they are purposefully doing to escalate the issue, even now if you are trying from some other state no they cleverly made an idea that you have to enter the user id or phone no, or billing account no for further process, once you enter the id if enters then it wont connect to the customer care, if you want to escalate to the higher end like secretarial office customs care [protected], they also set the busy tone like[protected], even i have waited on the call on both of the numbers it never connects,
No one to hear disconnection complaints
no one to hear our complaints to fix
i inquired about reliance broadband resource person he challenged me the land line problem never get rectified, and if you try from any bangalore no also it always goes in waiting they never attend
what can we do
even me and my neighbors 3 users with same problem
