Reliance broadband and land line not working since more than two months.
my land line is dead for a long time more than three months
if its connected also every time i have to go to command prompt, and i have to release and renew the the ipconfig
I have been trying to call customer care they are not picking up our calls.

I have registered complaint regarding broadband not working on June 6. It was not working from last 4-5 days. My complaint number registered is Service Request ID[protected] After registering the complaint there was no follow up from reliance for this issue, At last i started following up the customer care. I have requested at least 10 times to look into the issue. The only reply on mail i use to get is it will get resolve in next 24-hrs....

I requested for porting from Idea to Reliance GSM for mobile no. [protected] on 05th July 2014. Now, it's 15th July and nothing happened till date. Please send "request rejection" message so that i can port to some other trustworthy service provider as my UPC code is getting expired. Please contact me on [protected] for further details....

Dear Sir/madam, I purchased Reliance 3G SIM (No. [protected]) at Ranchi, Jharkhand and it was activated on April 29, 2014. The plan of this 3G SIM was total of 6 GB data for 3 months (2 GB for each month). As per activation date and plan, it was supposed to activate up to July 28, 2014 but it was deactivated by Reliance on June 29, 2014 i.e. 1 month before the schedule time. Hi sir/ mam, One of your retailer named Anil Zone of Rohtak had given me wrong information regarding recharge of Reliance 3G. When i went for recharge then then he said 3G will work but now he is saying that in Rohtak there is no 3G network so it will not work. I had purchased a reliance sim ([protected]) on 7th july 2014 from a shop named vivek mobile at nehru nagar indore at rs. 130, for which i was told that it will be activated the next morning.
When i applied the sim to the mobile it showed me no sim inserted so i went to the shop after 2 days but the shopkeeper was not available. I went to the shop 5-10 times at different times but every time the shop keeper was unavailable....

I have recharged my number with Rs300 on 11th July at night time, after that i made just 10 minutes call from my mobile However on 14th July my account balance is Rs0.149. I don't know why Reliance is eating away customers money...It's very very frustatig....

I was having a prepaid connection and one executive provided me a plan of 399. In that plan I was getting 90000 Seconds Free all over India plus 500 SMS plus 1GB internet. Since last one month reliance network is too poor in my area, even reliance showing zero signal points for continuously 3-4 days. Its better to opt for number portability rather than wasting money in Internet data or any other plan in reliance....
