No response from customer care

Reliance broadband and land line not working since more than two months.
my land line is dead for a long time more than three months
if its connected also every time i have to go to command prompt, and i have to release and renew the the ipconfig
I have been trying to call customer care they are not picking up our calls.

Customer care service is worst.

I have registered complaint regarding broadband not working on June 6. It was not working from last 4-5 days. My complaint number registered is Service Request ID[protected] After registering the complaint there was no follow up from reliance for this issue, At last i started following up the customer care. I have requested at least 10 times to look into the issue. The only reply on mail i use to get is it will get resolve in next 24-hrs....

Porting to Reliance pending after 10 days

Regarding 1 month reduction in validation

Dear Sir/madam, I purchased Reliance 3G SIM (No. [protected]) at Ranchi, Jharkhand and it was activated on April 29, 2014. The plan of this 3G SIM was total of 6 GB data for 3 months (2 GB for each month). As per activation date and plan, it was supposed to activate up to July 28, 2014 but it was deactivated by Reliance on June 29, 2014 i.e. 1 month before the schedule time. Approval of Reliance tower without the permission of the resident of premises

Wrong Information given by retailer regarding recharge of Reliance 3G.

Hi sir/ mam, One of your retailer named Anil Zone of Rohtak had given me wrong information regarding recharge of Reliance 3G. When i went for recharge then then he said 3G will work but now he is saying that in Rohtak there is no 3G network so it will not work. I don't think this type of attitude of your retailers of giving information is good for your company....

I had purchased a reliance sim ([protected]) on 7th july 2014 from a shop named vivek mobile at nehru nagar indore at rs. 130, for which i was told that it will be activated the next morning.
When i applied the sim to the mobile it showed me no sim inserted so i went to the shop after 2 days but the shopkeeper was not available. I went to the shop 5-10 times at different times but every time the shop keeper was unavailable....

Extra balance deduction

I am really frustrated to escalate again and again as there is no proper response

i booked compliant through CNM portal for connection not working on 2nd May 2014. till today problem was not rectified.Its almost two & half months since ticket raised. even if i call to customer care they are putting me on indefinite hold. the worst customer care service. i had raised may complaints through CNM portal but response is very bad.

Since last one month reliance network is too poor in my area, even reliance showing zero signal points for continuously 3-4 days. Its better to opt for number portability rather than wasting money in Internet data or any other plan in reliance....
