On 15 june 2014 I had made a online recharge of RS 92 for 1 gb 3g internet for mobile number [protected] through reliance website. I received confirmation message & email . When i used internet amount started to deducted. I called customer care on 198 . MR shirish took my complaint & said it might be technical issue . After 2 days same problem I called again 198 but could not reach to customer care, line disconnects, So i mailed to customer care but no reply, 8 days have passed mailed couple of times tried to call but in vein no luck.

      Hi, Our Subscriber number is[protected]. The Broadband internet connection is not working since 4th June and we have made innumerous calls and complaints to the Service desk till date. There do not seem to be any action being taken and as of now, the problem remains un resolved. In the event of the problem not being resolved in next 24 hours, we would be constrained to file a case in consumer court .Kindly make a note of the same.

        sir, we are from dambhurni village, tal.yawal dist.Jalgaon.we have problem about network in our area.There is no network in our area, so we facing more problem about calling, messaging, etc problem.so, please repair our area network fastly, otherwise we have no choose about close your sim in our area.so work fastly.

          [protected] this is my mobile no. I've recharged my number online from the site rcom.in. Amount of 119/- twice. It was showing that recharge is successful but after 2 min. i received massage in my mobile that due to some problem recharge is not done. i tried to contact the customer care service but didn't get any response. Please do the needful, I will be very thankful to you.

          Sir, I am Susanta kumar Nayak using Reliance sim card no [protected]. My balance was deducted on 30 july 14 by Rs 50 & Rs 01 for activation of VAS but I didn't active any service .I called costumer care She added Rs 01 but Rs 50 hasn't added to my account till now against my complaint no[protected].

              I (Mrs Sunanda Khobragade) want to lodge a complaint against Reliance Telecommunications for deducting my balance (for the GSM Prepaid Card [protected] ) without any notification. They said that I have activated CALLERTUNE facility though I haven't sent any request for that they have activated it from their end. And this was happend from last 3-4 months that time i was not noticed but when today I called their Customer care no. (*333) to deactivate the service and for the refund, their executive doesn't want to listen anything, they repeteadly told me that this service is activated from your side and when i said that you have done without any noticication they told me its tecnical fault. i spoke with reliance executive PREMA TADIWALA she is very rude and do not have any manner to speak with customer as well as when i spoke with her Team Leader ASHWINI DARDE she told me same thing that you will not get any refund. Actually it is the worst experince with reliance and i just wanted to know one thing when then they are not able provide good service to customers then why the hell they are standing in the market. So Kindly Lodge My complaint against Reliance Communication & their Customer Care Department for their Misbehaviour and for deducting My account Balance without any Notification. Looking for your support & waiting for a positive reply

                  sir i m tottely frusted with ur services..u always deduct my balance without activation of any services..i talk to mr.rohit kumar at 21.00 pm on 22 june but he disconnect my call without provide any imformation and he kept me hold for 30 minutes and he was saying to there is no.complaint for this matter.after he disconnect my call any proper imformation..after that i made a call on 198..i talked to mr.sunil kumar emp.no.12024 nd he said to me u have to apply in consumar caurt for this matter...because we again deduct ur balance like this..i need a copy of this conplaint.n i m jast going to lodge a case against the relaince company for this matter..because matter is nt for deducion of balance bt its matter for ilegal deduction of balance.so i want to completely action for those emplyooe who are damagimg the repudat ion of this company nd i want my all money back which were deduct for without activate any service..nd we r nt fool that we always make a call on ur costomer care.

                    I changed my Post Paid connection(SIM#[protected]) on 17th Jun 2014 by making all the dues i.e Rs-1140/-. On the same day night the post services are disabled. Next day I tried for recharging my Pre Paid SIM. But when I tried to recharge my mobile it is not allowing. Even not able to make calls including customer care. It is giving a pop up "check operator services". And till yet the problem persists after visiting the nearest Reliance Out Let i.e Z R communication marathalli and even after discussing with Nodal officer on 19th, 20th and 21st Jun 2014. Who is responsible for this kind of problem. Can you imagine the problem I am facing for not making a call from my SIM. Every time I am visiting the nearest Reliance Outlet/contacting Nodal Officer, Karnataka they are saying it will be resolved with 24 Hrs. It has been 5 days since 17th Jun, I am not able to make any recharge for making any calls. Only incoming calls are possible. The worst ever experience with Reliance. Don't when the problem will be resolved. Purely depends on the mercy of Reliance Customer Care.

                      i am using reliance sim but i have some problem. so i contact reliance customer care but not attending my call after 45min i waiting 45min in line but not attending very very very worst customer care in India i never see before in my life. this is my mobile number [protected] before i am in idea customer but i like reliance service but this situation i hate reliance communication definitely i will change my network

                        I am a reliance post paid user. I have many connections of reliance for my official and personal surrounding. Since last 15 days i am facing a huge network coverage problem and also sent a mail to customer care regarding the same but it is been almost a week after making complaint there is neither any solution nor any action taken by company. i am help less. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                          Dear sir,
                          Earlier we were getting 5-10KBPs speed on our netconnect connection at above mention location. but unfortunatly from last 7-10 days your network is totally failed and we donot get any signal, even we cant operate our mobile from plant area and also from township. We are facing to much problem and to get miss call details we had to go to nearby Mosali Village 8 KM and Kim station 15 Km to get communication through mobile phones. Also we cant get any communication by NETconnect. Airtel and vodafone installed their tower in our township and plant and give very attractive offer to switchover to their network. We are using reliance from so many years and do not want to shift to other service provider but if you do not want to restore your tower and communication proper than we have no option. We once again request you to look into the matter and immediately take action to solve the problem in this area.

Subject: Cancellation of reliance net connect plus on account of misrepresentation and false promises made by your sales person To the concern authorities, This is in regards to the above captioned subject, I Mayur Sojrani vide customer reference no [protected] from pune recently purchased reliance net connect plus from your sales representative (named Tushar Bangad) came to my residence on dated 19 April 2014 from an authorized dealer named Winning Edge (as issued cheque in their favour on dated 19, April, 2014) endorsed me this data card under 1 day promotional offer (as told by him). In this connection I would like to bring to your notice that the date card sold to me was based on several false promises and wrong information (which came to know me at later stage) provided by your personal (Mr. Tushar Bangad) whereby which I would like to cancelled my connection and request you to refund my data card cost of INR 1, 024 and want you to take strict action against such irresponsible and unprofessional sales personal and persons associated to it. Separately, failure of doing so will force me to file a complain with the consumer forum/court and higher authorities. I have narrated below the detailed incidents happened on dated 19 April 2014 and thereafter for your reference. As highlighted above, it was 19 April 2014, your sale person name Tushar Bangad came to me flat and offered me the reliance net connect plus data card under a 1 day promotional offer and informed me that the data card he is offering is a corporate plan data card which I will not get from the reliance outlets and any other stores. H told me that he has came from the head office and offering this data card to a limited family under 1 day promotional offers. I have put below the offers and product description narrated by him below along with my concerns against the respective serial no. 1) The data card cost of reliance net connect plus as can seen in your website is INR 799. However I was charged Rs 1024 by your sale person. 2) He offered me this data card as a corporate plan data card which carries highest frequency and same cannot be bought from reliance retail stores. It's just a 1 day promotional offer as told by him. However I have an word with your customer care for this and get to know that this is a normal data card and can be get from any outlet. Further the MHz frequency this data card has is just the basic 850 which all data card carry. 3) He informed me that the reliance tower is just 200 meters from my residence, whereby which I will get at least above 2mbps and continuous, non buffer, non disrupted, non lag etc.. Service. However since the day one I am using this data card my net speed has never went above 300 Kbps. On an average I m getting the speed in the range of 80-150 Kbps. Thus I understand that I was fraudulently endorsed this data card. I am taking the screenshots of speed test on regular basis for my further reference and can be shared with you on request. Separately Whatever he is explained me or rather promise me about the product quality offers and speed he explained me on a plain blank page which I can produce on demand as a written record and agreement. 4) I had spoken with your customer care more than 5-8 times regarding the problem I m facing and narrated him the complete incident and my concerns. However nothing has improved in the speed of the net. However they have assure me that I m not need to pay the monthly bill amount since I m not getting the service I was promised. Separately I have requested them to cancelled my connection but still the data card is not cancelled. Separately I would like to bring in your notice that I already have a broadband connection of other service provider for which I am paying INR 1, 000 monthly and getting the speed of 2 mbps. However I was getting some net disruption problem from few days in my existing plan. This fact was bring to notice to your sales person Mr Bangad and he promised me that I will get at least above 2mbps from reliance data card and there will not face any single problem with your data card and has assure me that it would me non buffer, non lagging service. etc.. However on actual usage of this data card it was really disappointing for me to get such worst services from the organization like you. I have tried to call your sales person Tushar Bangad 100 of times to informed him about the failure of promises and offers made by him. But that guy has not taken my a single call. Is this the service you provide to your customer..?? Also I have texted him many times to remind him and request him for a call. However no a singly reply I have received except for 1 msg he send me his senior no Amit kumar. I have also spoken with him regarding my concerns. However all in vain. Its my urged request to you to please look into the matter urgently and cancelled my connection and arrange to refund my data card cost of INR 1024 at the earliest. Awaiting a positive reply ..                               I use relaince cdma connection in subhashnagar area malgaon road miraj . I am facing a problem of call drop while calling and in talking but on mobile is showing full network access .then how call drops happen in full network. i think there is a problem in network or in tower. i have three mobiles which facing same problem. we are using CDMA service from last 4 to 5 years, in this period i m not face that problem but from last couple of months this problem arises regularly. if this problem not solve we are thinking move to other operator. so please solve my problem soon following no. r we using 1) [protected] 2) [protected] 3) [protected]

                                I had taken a 2g dataof Rs.65 1GB for my mobile on 21.06.2014 at 11.00 am till now at 5.51 pm it is not activated called custemer care they said setting will be send to yuo then you switch off your mobile and start your internet will be started.but actually done all not started internet.please start my pack immideatly.

                                  I rajiv sharma r/o 91-92 vipin garden kakrola more near dwarka more metro pillar no-798 uttanm nagar new delhi - 110059. My network related problem still as it is today. My numbers are [protected] - [protected] - [protected] - [protected] these all no has no network since last 3 to 4 months. I am on wheel-chair due to spine injury. I made many complaints against rel-comm but there is no use of any comp. I receive call from[protected] on[protected] that work in progress.But there is no progress i am helpless i cant understand what to do where i go who will help me. Pls help me. Thank you

                                      In the month of april in year 2013 I applied for reliance broadband
                                      connection for which I paid Rs.1500.But after 2 days they said that
                                      connection cannot be given at my place and that they will give demand
                                      draft of Rs.1500 as refund.But till now I have not received the DD.I
                                      have called the reliance person several times who took the money but he
                                      is not helping me.The person through which I applied for connection is Mr.Rahul
                                      whose contact number is [protected].He told me talk to his senior for refund whose
                                      contact number is [protected].Now I am fed up of calling both of
                                      them.From past one month, Rahul's No. is Temporarily out of service.Please talk to them and refund me the said amount.

                                        1 week before we got an internet connectivity in my office. Reliance marketing guy suresh came and he told details on Reliance internet and convinced us. we are happy with the connection and accepted the same.

                                        We need this unlimited 4 mbps connection to my switch and needs to be connected to my machines 3 or 4 machines. That guy started telling... we will give only to 1 machine and we wont give internet to multiple machine and they told installation is free but got Rs. 800 from us and gave a small waste modem.. which we cant use for nothing. For everything, he is telling u didnt ask me before. As a executive, he should everything right. But, he is fighting with the customer after cheque from us.

                                        Finally, we bought the modem and gave it to that guy. He brought the people 3 times. They dont know anything. Atlast, we tried to reach customer care number. Half an hour, we were waiting and tried to reach them. But ended up nothing. Customer care executives couldn't under stand the problem

                                        Please do not prefer reliance internet. We thought of moving all our internet and mobile connection in Reliance. But, in the initial stage itself. They are trying to cheat the customer. 6 days gone. We couldnt use our internet..

                                        Today a customer executive came and we requested him to connect our machine with the switch. He don't know anything, Why reliance doesn't have proper technical people. They dont know anything.

                                        We want to take off the connection. We are happy with Airtel who are 1000 times better than Reliance in serving customer.
                                        Junk Response...Dont prefer reliance internet. Complete cheaters. I was clearly cheated by Reliance broadband...

                                        They are not taking the connection too. We asked those stupids to take out the connection. They are not doing that one also.

We didnt use internet till now. 1 month gone. Unnecessarily, reliance ate 2000 rs of mine and dont know how many people have been cheated like us.
