Hi Team,
On[protected] at 5:54 pm, I recharged my Reliance no-[protected] online with Rs.92, after gathering information about various pack recharge available on Reliance website while recharging. 'http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/home/index.html'.
It was clearly written over their website that on recharge of Rs.92, LOCAL R2R will be charged at 10p/min and all other calls at 25p/min valid for 30 days, but I have got tariff with different benefits. When I connected with them, they said that the tariff have changed.
Now, where my mistake is? If any information is provided on their website, I will take it as their declaration. This is clearly a cheating case, If its their technical problem, why should I bear for their fault.
Now, I am feeling as being cheated as the benefit I am getting is different from the benefits being shown on their website.
