Hi Team, I was having 11GB + data in my data card account ([protected]) up to (13th June 2014) 11:00 a.m .I have additionally recharged 1499/- through reliance netconnect website http://myservices.relianceada.com/ImplWLSStoreOnlineRechargeAction.do.(Transacti... Reference No. 66663425 . Payment date & Time 13/06/2014 11:06:52 am ) Receipt No. AMIR56238319.So I have received 12 GB data as per the core plan .And my data balance become (11GB + 12GB) = 23 GB+ But As per the special offer I should get additional 2458 MB of Data usage if I recharge 1499/-, which I have not received.And the data balance should be (23GB+ 2GB ) = 25 GB+ after the recharge, which did not happen.I had provided the screen shot of the offer still mentioned in reliance website to them and sent a mail their id netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com <netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com>. I had provided the online recharge receipt also for their convenience. They got back to me on 14th june "Your complaint for additional benefit not credited has been registered with Service Request ID:[protected]on 06/14/2014 at 09:43:58 am). It would be resolved within 2 days from the request date." But 2 days were over and I still did not get the additional data and moreover there is also no response from their side.And when I sent mail to their id once again, there is no response from their side.I kept cc to their Nodal officer and appellate team but there was no progress. First they have mentioned one offer which are not reflecting in customer's account after taking the money from customer, and Second when customers are following up with complaints, then they are making the false commitments which are also not following by them.Third There is professional and ethical communication is also missing from Reliance Netconnect team. The issue still persists i.e. I still did not get the additional 2GB
data as per the offer.

One of your executive contacted with me on 26th June. And She has informed that
she is looking into the issue.you can connect with me on [protected] any
time.

I have the screen shot of the offer which I forwarded to your netconnect team and nodal team as I mentioned
earlier. If you provide me any "Special Reliance official id", I can
send all the proof screen shots to that ID. As here no upload attachment option
is not available, I am quoting it.

"1499...12GB of data usage with 90 days
validity...Recharge
now to get additional 2458MB of data usage."

I did not understand one thing .Initially they provided me one Service
Request ID:[protected]. What about that? Is it closed or work in progress? And
why there is not any official reply on it when they have mentioned "It
would be
resolved within 2 days from the request
date"? I have that mail also and I can forward to your any "Special
Reliance official ID".

Hi Team,

Please be noted that still I did not receive any communication from reliance communication regarding the issue.
I occupy all the proof of the offer (on that day's) and nobody from reliance side has shown interest to get it from me.
I am not only concerned for getting 2GB data but also for ethics and customer rights.

    Hi, Since from 3 to 4 days I am receiving the message from RM-Reliance stating that "Dear Customer Last date to clear overdue Rs.874 BAN[protected]XXXXXX at earliest to avoid any legal action Contact [protected] RCOM". I have no relationship with Relance for more that 4 to 5 years and prior to that I had my connection and it was closed and settled the amount fully. I was to get back my deposit from them and I followed upwith them for few months but did not hear anything from them hence left it there itself. Now these messages started appearing again. Initially I ignored these and deleted them as it was clogging my inbox, but daily I am getting these messages now a days. It is irritating. Kindly look into this matter and draw this to closure.     Reliance Communication is nothing but a big thug when it comes to returning the money that they owe to the customer. Even after calling them a number of times they will not resolve the issue and keep making false promises of refunding the money soon ...have some SHAME MR. ANIL AMBANI and the ENTIRE TEAM OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATION
    i too received the same notice after 3 year. i had closed the connection 3 years back. Now I am getting lawyer notice. seems like a threat. Please let me know whom to contact to stop this non sense.

      I received a message on my cellphone from RM-Reliance stating that "Dear Customer Last date to clear overdue Rs 1872 BAN [protected] at earliest to avoid any legal action. Contact [protected]". I have not used Reliance services in the past 6 - 10 years and not sure why I am getting the messages. Further when I tried reaching the number - Iam getting the same response for many tries as the 'Vodafone" number you are trying is "Busy" 6 months back I got the same kind of message and at that time I called the number and informed them that I am not the person whom you are looking for so, to that they replied just ignore the message. but from last 1 week these messages are filling up my inbox.

          Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja, My Netconnect Number Is-[protected]. Before I Informed You so many times for this critical issue but no resolution is found still now. A big network problem I faced for a long time at least 4 monts above( Blank Network for 16 to 19 hours in 24 hours) & I also informed to the customer care 10-15 times & they promised me for a good resoluton but they are not take any step . They tell me lie all time. They take my contact number so many times but they contact me never. I hate this dirty system of Reliance Communication. Reliance harassed me all time.             Dear Sir, I am using Relience Network (for mobile) last Five years. I am residing at/post-Anjanwel, Taluka- Guhagar, Dist- Ratnagiri, Maharashtra-415703, I am facing problem in networking last 8 days (Date: 13/06/2014. I am facing so many problem.               Hi Team, On[protected] at 5:54 pm, I recharged my Reliance no-[protected] online with Rs.92, after gathering information about various pack recharge available on Reliance website while recharging. 'http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/home/index.html'. It was clearly written over their website that on recharge of Rs.92, LOCAL R2R will be charged at 10p/min and all other calls at 25p/min valid for 30 days, but I have got tariff with different benefits. When I connected with them, they said that the tariff have changed. Now, where my mistake is? If any information is provided on their website, I will take it as their declaration. This is clearly a cheating case, If its their technical problem, why should I bear for their fault. Now, I am feeling as being cheated as the benefit I am getting is different from the benefits being shown on their website.

                My name is Mohammed Faiz, Chennai, Tamilnadu.I am using two separate Reliance broadband lines[protected] and[protected], one is metro and another is Adsl. Metro line[protected] stopped working since May 30th 2014 registered with complaint nos.CNM[protected] /[protected] /[protected]. These Reliance local technical cheats keeps on closing the complaints till now.My second line[protected] stopped working from 6th June 2014 registered with complaints nos CNM[protected] / 9th june[protected] / 10th June[protected] / [protected] /[protected].Even today morning after waiting for more than 30 minutes, i got line to customer care and they again said the issue has been cleared and the complaint has been closed.Though number of complaints has been registered. The Authorities of reliance are reluctant to take necessary actions for resolving the issue. Its been three weeks now still the pathetic fools are saying the problem will be rectified.I need immediate attention and my problem to be cleared immediately. I need to know whether Reliance communications are capable of resolving this issue or not. I need to know them immediately because i have look for alternative service providers.

                  This is with reference to my complaint regarding two deduction of my credit amount that has been made by reliance Rs.79/- on 30th of April 2014 and Rs.96/- on 7th June 2014 because of some of their internal procedure of sudden lapse( in which without the mistake of customer the balance will get deducted). I have contacted the customer care @ *333 on many a times during this period and also informed them through email. Once, They have approved my first debited amount of Rs. 79/- on email but it was never credited to my account in real. Everytime when I asked them to refund back my money, they have told me that this is due to sudden lapse in which due to some system issues the money get debited from customer account and he has to reclaim back in 3 days.Now my question is why should I have a timeline to get my MONEY refunded to me. This is loot. What if I am not able to check my balance/ or I am on tour or I have did not use my phone for those 3 days etc. Who are they to give us timeline due to their system inefficiency. They took my request too casually. I even have recording in which I have spoken to two CC executives, but both of them has clearly denied to refund money, because of the above given complex procedure to rob the customer. I would like to request you to take action against them asap.

                    Hi, my number is [protected], on[protected].01am i got message from RM-Reliance that Amount charged for VAS TechzoneSMS S Rs.10.00 and on[protected].05am i got message from RM-Reliance that Amount charged for VAS TechzoneSMS S Rs.10.00 so my total balance 20rs had cut . my complaint is i didnt do any activation from my side and i am ready to face any enquiry, this is not a first time i facing several times this problem and kindly request for my return main balance.                       I received a message on my cell-phone from RM-Reliance stating that "Dear Customer Last date to clear overdue Rs.345 BAN [protected] at earliest to avoid any legal action Contact [protected] RCOM". I called up the mentioned number and the person told me that it is the due amount of the broadband connection that I had closed 5 years back. I had cleared all the dues at the time of closing the connection. And if there was really something due, why did not you connect with me in last 5 years? Please stop harassing people for pennies, you are losing Customers each day. ------ My honest feedback about Reliance Communication: Reliance Communication - Worst company I have ever availed services from, having absolutely ZERO Ethical Value. They provide worst services and when we ask them to close the connection, they bill us for the next 20-30 days extra. Does it take so many days to close the connection? And this is not out of frustration but this has happened twice with me and with my friends as well.

                      As expected "Useless response" from Reliance Communication. I promised to myself not buying any services from Reliance Communication ever in future. and will also spread the word to close friends, family and on social network.

                          Hi, This is Ajay Kumar from Jamshedpur. I have been your customer since last 3 years, and recharge my account more than Rs.1000 in month, But now i got very disappointed with your customer care executives. Whenever i call them regarding my concern or complain, and when they feel that they can't resolve my problem they use to put me on hold for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, some times 25 minutes and then call get dropped or they says their systems are not working and ask me to call later, and when i call back after 4-5 hours they agian says the same line. Sometimes i found some of senior executives were talking to some others girls while siting out there, and i was waiting for their reply then call get got disconnected. Whenever i complain for such things i never got any feedback from your customer care department. Now i am totally upset with your support service. If i don't get any feedback after this mail i believe i won't be able to continue with Reliance communication anymore. Thanks & regards, Ajay Kumar. Safet officer at Tata steel.

                                Letter of complaint for poor service of reliance broadband Address : e-35 2nd floor, noida sec-15 Reliance customer id :[protected] contact no. : [protected] Gentleman, I am using broadband service of reliance broadband, Everything was good but i am getting service problem from two and half weeks every day i got problem on the modem DSL light. There is DSL light which status should continously on but DSL light is start blinking and my internet is stopped working. This is happening every night and i getting tired and i continously reporting my complain to reliance broadband customercare but they always disaapointing me. Yesterday night i again try to report complain but they refuse to report my complain because my previous comlain is in progress. Now they leave me no option, Its really thanksful if you take some action against them or help to resolve my broadband issue. Very truly yours, Prabhat kumar

                                  I am Dinesh Kumar Dubey, having reliance connection no [protected], I have been using with more than 4 years. I lost my handset at New Delhi railway station on 11th Jun 2014, informed the same to reliance customer care for deactivation of my number. I am approaching to Reliance Touch point / Reliance Web world to get Duplicate SIM of my number. I have been to Nehru Place and Kalka ji subsequently and RIM representative been saying that duplicate SIM is not available in stock. Please advice way forward, where i can get duplicate SIM for my post paid connection number +91-[protected]. My alternate number is +[protected], please let me know where I can get DUP SIM

                                    My number is [protected]. I'm getting "44'h, ME error" when I switch on; as well as when I try to use any services. When I try to make any call, I'm getting message of "Not registered on network". My sim displays "Emergency calls only". Whether these problems will be solved or should I go for number portability option to another operator? My alternate contact number is [protected]. This problem persist from Last three days. I already talk to customer care but they told me there is no problem at their end. But not satisfactory result found. I checked on google there are so many complaint against "44'h, ME error" reliance network. Please lookinto the matter and resolve the issue asap.

                                        extra next month i don't know when was that introduced. i asked them to waive the same as its not a regular feature. i wasnt considered.this month i gotadditional 100/-charged.i went to reliance outlet at shreewardhan complex, wardha road nagpur at 11:50, to my surprise there wasnt any staff, as i myself is working i asked the person there (in the office) about timings & whereabouts, he asked to wait for 20 minutes.that i couldnt afford to. i asked him to note my problem, that he did with my net connect no.& request to waiver off late charges & said theyll give me a call. i waited till 1.30 p.m., i didnt get a call. i sent receptionist from my office to enquire. she was updated that these were charges on late payment, ask mam to come. again at three in lunch time i went only to get a no. that i need to contact to waive off( as if that cant be given to my staff).i said u send a request from ur software. she said she couldnt. i tried to call from the same office thrice but it was busy all the time.she said its busy, they also try n times. the way to deal with a customer was really nasty. she wasnt bothered.i asked her to stop my connection as it doesnt make a sense being connected with such people who r not bothered abt the customer.she said she'll do it instantly(then she had authority & access). i here by request to discontine my connection officially.my no. is [protected]
