hi i want to launcha complaint agianst reliance net connect they are calling us again and agian for bill payment which we have paid previously 2 months back there is no liability on us to pay reliance net connect bill so please take action against reliance netconnect from this no we are getting calls if anybody agian call from relaince we will call cops and suit against reliance netconnect – so please take neccessary action reliance netconnect this no call [protected] my self neelam sehgal please take care of this matter i paid the bill and they are asking to pay me the bill agian please take some action

    Sub : Reliance communication is sending bill to the suspended data card. Customer service is very worst.

    I bought a Reliance data card some months before. The agents told that the data card is an 3.1 Mbps speed and I can get minimum of 2 Mbps speed.
    But I didn't even get 512Kbps.

    After some months I planned to close the data card. I called reliance customer care asked to close the data card. They asked me to go to Reliance communications showroom in person.

    I went to the showroom and submit the request. The person from showroom didn't give any acknowledgement and told that I will get a call from Reliance and it will be closed within 15 days.
    Later I didn't get any call from Reliance 2 weeks. Then I called Reliance customer care again and asked about the status but they said they do not have any update on this and asked me to give complaint again. I asked them to take request to close the data card in the same call.
    After 2 weeks also I didn't get any response. Then I made call again and given complaint and request to close the data card.
    Tough I had given request multiple times over call and 1 time in person. But my data card didn't close.

    Meanwhile my data card was suspended and I didn't use it.
    But they keep sent bill for Rs.1567/-.

    One guy from Reliance called me about this payment. I explained him everything but he threatening me to pay the amount.
    Two days before Reliance has sent 'Notice from Advocate' and threatening to pay the amount for data card Rs.1567 for that suspended data card.

    ”சைபர் சாத்தான்கள்” என்ற கட்டுரைத் தொகுப்பு மின் நூலாக மாற்றப் பட்டிருக்கிறது. பின்வரும் இணைப்பில் தரவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ளலாம் அல்லது தளத்தின் வலதுபுறமாக இருக்கும் புத்தகத்தின் படம் மீது ‘க்ளிக்’ செய்தும் தரவிறக்கம் செய்யலாம்.

    ”சைபர் சாத்தான்கள்”

    சைபர் க்ரைம் குற்றங்கள் குறித்தான இந்தக் கட்டுரைகள் 2009 ஆம் ஆண்டு புத்தகமாக ”சைபர் சாத்தான்கள்” பெயரில் உயிர்மை வெளியீடாக வந்தது.

    கல்லூரியில் இறுதியாண்டு படித்துக் கொண்டிருந்த போது ஒரு ‘ப்ரொஜக்ட்’ வேலைக்காக சைபர் க்ரைம் குறித்தான தகவல்களைச் சேகரிக்கத் துவங்கியிருந்தேன். இவை முதலில் அந்திமழை.காம் என்ற தளத்தில் தொடராக வந்தது. எதிர்பாராத மனிதர்களிடம் இருந்து வந்த மின்னஞ்சல்களும் தொலைபேசி அழைப்புகளும் இதனை புத்தகமாக்கும் தைரியத்தை தந்தது.

    கட்டுரைகள் எழுதப்பட்டு கிட்டத்தட்ட மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பிறகாகவே நூலாக்கம் பெற்றது. அதாவது இன்றிலிருந்து கிட்டத்தட்ட ஆறு அல்லது ஏழு ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் முன்பாக எழுதப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகள் இவை. எழுதப்பட்ட போது இவை அதிகமான உழைப்பைக் கோரின. நான் பணியாற்றிய நிறுவனத்தில்- (அதுதான் கல்லூரிப் படிப்பை முடித்து பணியில் சேர்ந்த முதல் வருடம்) ஜனவரி-மார்ச் மாத காலங்களில் அந்த ஆண்டில் ஊழியர்கள் செயல்பட்ட விதத்தின் அடிப்படையில் ஊதிய மாற்றம் செய்வார்கள். எனக்கு அந்த ஆண்டு மிக மிகக் குறைவான ஊதிய உயர்வை அளித்தார்கள். அதற்கு எனது மேலாளர் சொன்ன காரணம் “சைபர் கிரைம் பற்றிய புத்தகத்திற்காக அலுவலக நேரத்தை நீ பயன்படுத்திக் கொண்டதான புகார் இருக்கிறது”.

    இந்தப் புத்தகத்தால் பொருளாதார ரீதியாக எனக்கு ஒற்றை ரூபாய் கூட கிடைக்கவில்லை. ஆனால் நான் அந்தப் பலனை எப்பொழுதும் எதிர்பார்க்கவில்லை.

    கோயமுத்தூரிலும், சேலத்திலும் தலா ஒரு கல்லூரியில் சைபர் க்ரைம் பற்றிய வகுப்பு எடுத்தது இந்த நூலுக்கான அங்கீகாரம் என்று நினைத்திருந்தேன். சில மாதங்கள் கழித்து சிங்கப்பூரில் தமிழ்வழியில் பயிற்றுவிக்கும் கல்லூரிகளில் Elective Module ஆக பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்கிறார்கள் என்று கிடைத்த தகவலே எனது உழைப்பிற்கான உச்சபட்ச மகிழ்ச்சி.

    மற்றபடி இந்தப்புத்தகம் இதுவரையிலும் எத்தனை பிரதிகள் விற்றிருக்கின்றன என்ற தகவல்கள் என்னிடம் இல்லை.

    கணினியுலகில் ஒரு விதி இருக்கிறது. எந்த ஒரு தொழில்நுட்பத்திற்கும் ஆயுள் அதிகபட்சம் இரண்டு அல்லது மூன்று ஆண்டுகள்தான். இந்த புத்தகம் எப்பொழுது காலாவதியாகும் என்று தெரியாது. ஆனால் அடிப்படைகள் அப்படியேதான் இருக்கும் என நம்புகிறேன்.

    புத்தகமாக வெளியிட்டிருந்த உயிர்மை பதிப்பகத்திற்கு நன்றி.

    புத்தகத்தை வாசித்துவிட்டு ஓரிரு வார்த்தைகள் சொல்லிச் செல்லுங்கள். எனக்கு அது ஊக்கமாக அமையும்.

    ஈரோடு மாவட்டம் கோபிச் செட்டிபாளையத்திற்கு அருகில் உள்ள கரட்டடிபாளையம் என்னும் சிற்றூரில் ஏப்ரல் 10, 1982 இல் பிறந்தேன்.

    பள்ளிக் கல்வியை கோபி வைரவிழா மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளியிலும், இளநிலை பொறியியல் கல்வியை (BE) சேலம் சோனா தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்லூரியிலும், முதுநிலை தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வியை (M.Tech) வேலூர் தொழில்நுட்ப பல்கலைக் கழகத்திலும் முடித்தேன்.

    தற்பொழுது பெங்களூரில் வசித்து வரும் எனது ”கண்ணாடியில் நகரும் வெயில்” என்ற கவிதைத் தொகுப்பும், “சைபர் சாத்தான்கள்” என்ற கட்டுரைத் தொகுப்பும் வெளியாகியிருக்கின்றன.(புத்தக... விலையில்லாமல் மின் நூலாக பெற விரும்பினால் கீழே உள்ள படங்களின் மீது சுட்டவும்)

    நவீன கவிதைகளையும், நவீன கவிதைகள் குறித்தான கட்டுரைகளையும் இலக்கிய இதழ்களில் எழுதி வருகிறேன். இந்த வலைத் தளத்தில் சிறுகதைகள் உட்பட எனக்கு விருப்பமான வேறு சில துறைகளிலும் எழுதுவதுண்டு.

      my number is [protected].today is 19 june 2012,i have activated a 52 rs internet pack in my prepaid but i got a message but no data usage so i called up at ccare and talk with the agent so he told me that there is no pack of intermet of rs 52 we have a pack of 51 rs so i told him that why i get a message i[censored] dont have a any 52 pack so why that recharge is possible it should be shows a invalid recharge and not ready to lodge my complaint as there is no process for that ,that a very shameful thing for that huge company,money does not matter but for a huge company its a shameful thing

        I am using Reliance Net-connect + Broadband prepaid data card No. [protected] since last two years and have been complaining to Reliance Customer care on the phone as well as on the mail regarding excess prepaid balance deduction from my prepaid balance. But other than getting a standard replies, my problem has not been solved.
        On the advice of Reliance customer care executive I have disabled Auto Update and Firewall on my laptop. But even in the case of normal browsing my prepaid balance is deducted sometimes @ 5 MB per min. When I close all the windows and just net is connected many MBs of prepaid balance is deducted. Sometimes when my days are good, then only it consumes prepaid balance at Normal rate. Executives at the customer care no.[protected] have not been able to solve it and few honest one have advised me to switch to post paid, as I will keep facing such problems in the case of prepaid connection.
        Due to this I am forced to use this data card in Emergency only as one never know when 50-60 MB will be deducted in few min. I will be grateful if some one can help in this regard.

          Dear Sir,

          My reliance customer id is [protected].
          I am using the reliance broad band service for the past one year. On Saturday approx[protected].15pm ., i was connected the internet throw my LAN port using reliance Fixed line LAN card(no modem) directly . Suddenly a big sound with lighting sparks and burning small came from my laptop LAN card. after that laptop got complete dead. the LAN port of my laptop and reliance card socket got melted and burned.

          Its my company laptop of lenovo T400. When i check with our technical person they said hard disk, motherboard and data all gone. Its my 3 years worth of work inside that laptop, but all gone. I raised a complaint with reliance regarding this on Saturday 11.30pm(approx) itself. complaint number[protected]. No one responding me till now , i am calling and begging them even higher officials.Till now no one visited, i got a feed back from customer care there was a server problem the case was updated like that,now they simply say problem with my laptop, I know there is lot of time to hide the problem from their side.Sir they do poor service and no reliability. i am just crying inside what can be done.

          I bought a laptop in sep. but after some day my LAN not working properly.I have complaint in service center, he submitted my laptop and return after 3 days but it not work properly.

          i bought my lenovo laptop on 25-jkan 2010. but my media player is not working . it is showing that there is temporary error.please look into the matter and give me a favourable response.

Customer care person said server port burnt and big problem in their server, which is in my area, even technical person also said the same (Technical person number -[protected]), but no one come and see my problem yet, no solution for my laptop. Still i am not able to belive my laptop burnt (panel, harddisk...etc), due to high discharge from reliance broadband line. again i asked for solution to my laptop and disconnection. I hope someone will give me some solution.

          Dear sir,

          After long time today the Reliance 27/6/2012 8.30pm one technical person came and verified the issue. I asked solution about my laptop, he said he can not do anything. he simply changed the wire and taken away the damaged wire. i asked for disconnection both net (compliant no[protected] /Landline (compliant number[protected] still they hvnt take action against it. this my mental torture i never get ever before, all becoz of reliance. they are killing me by their poor service.

          They not given any solution for my laptop worth 75, 000 yet but asking the customer to pay money.

          it is really again bad experience and the mental torcher from these people really uncontrollable kindly do the needful.
          I want to discharge my broadband connection but no one receive my calls. Customer care executive are not support me. so what can i do for this. Please cut my lines and stop sending bill for my connection. Other wise i cant pay no more.

            vide conformation no[protected]. i received sms saying recharge is not sucessfull from reliance communication do it again.than again i did anther rs55 recharge that also shows sucess that i got cerdit from reliance but previous one still i not received kindly look the matter as urgent

            With due respect and humble submission.I lay down few words for your kind consideration.
            Sir,I had recharged two times on03/04/12 but recieced only one recharge of Rs.75 on my mobile number account [protected]
            from which i recieved only one recharge through transaction number :MSPG[protected](I recieved recharge for this transaction)&MSPG[protected](this recharge was invaini.e.
            not recharged to my mobile number account).

            Sir, When I enquired about my failed transaction id I found that amount from my bank account has been deducted and credited to reliance communication with payment id:.

            Sir,I also tried my best to resolve this problem but not get any satisfactory reply.Sir,When I tried to contact to customer care I didn't get any appreciable reply and abused by customer care executive.Sir,these type of misconduct should be tightly punished.

            Therefore,I humbly request you to please help me and resolve this problem.

              Honorable Consumer Court,
              I am Mr.Abrar Jaffer Customer of Reliance Communications LTD.My Mobile No is -[protected].I am being Misguided and cheated by the reliance telecom company as I recharged with Rs26 on[protected] at12:20 PM.I should have got the benefit of the scheme as I had received the SMS by the company regarding the same.But for My surprise I neither got the benefit nor I did get the balance.So,When I called up 198 Helpline they told that you won't get the benefit as it is one time applicable and you also won't get the balance.They even didn't register my complaint.This is a case of clear cheating because if the scheme was only for one time the company had to state in the SMS that it is applicable only once rather then misguiding the customers and eating away Rs 26.
              I request the court to take strong action against the company as this is the case of misguidance,fraud and cheating.

              I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE BROADBAND SERVICE.
              RELIANCE EXECUTIVE SOLD ME A LINK BANDWIDTH OF 256 KBPS INTERNET CONNECTION.
              WHEN THE LINK WAS THROUGH IT SHOWS 75 KBPS IN PROFILE.DURING THE DOCUMENT
              COLLECTION AFTER GETTING THE CHEQUE THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME TO SAY YES FOR 75 KBPS BANDWIDTH DURING THE VERFICATION CALL WHEN I OBJECTED HE CONVINCED ME THAT IT IS THE DOWNLOAD SPEED BUT YOUR BROWSING SPEED REMAINS 256 KBPS ONLY.NOW WHEN I RAISEDTHE COMPLAINT TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER THEY GAVE CALL FOR THE PLAN CHANGE.ITS AN EXCELLENT TEAM WORK DONE BY RELIANCE.SO BE AWARE OF THIS TYPE OF FRAUD.

              Reliance Communications — Fraud and Cheat case

              I am using customer Id :[protected]. I have been using Reliance Broadband Internet connection from past 6 months or so and now I am very disappointed by the wrong information given by one of your Pune representative for which they are charging me Rs 3130.61 for every month.

              Actually i wanted to Terminate my account on 23rd of April cause i was moving to Bangalore for my summer Project for month of May and June 2010.
              But on telephonic conversation between Pune internet representative ( name don't know, cause every time some new person calls) and myself. he told me that he can suspend my connection for next 2 months without any monthly internet charges but he told me that i should not tell this condition to mumbai head team.

              Then he made a conference call between he( Pune Representative) , myself and Imraan ( Mumbai team) and on his suggestion and T&C , i made my Termination Id canceled(Termination Id[protected].

              But now Reliance team is sending me bills for month of May which nobody had used for that month and according to his T&C no bill should come to me.

              Now if i send mail to customer care , they send me mail saying we cannot find Pune Representative name and kindly pay your bills. Is this the way you treat your customer and Dont you have Pune representative name in your database/ Cant you find the details of his name from Termination Id between all 3 o[censored]s.

              Please help
              i bought new samsung corby speed touch screen handset on d 23/4/2010 .tax invoice no 87182. i bought this handset because company offered two months free mobile tv connection . i simply used this free mobile tv for just 15 days only then i received a sms your bill is Rs1700 above and i got amazed how can it be i called relaince custumer care they told me the data chares have been levied on you .Then why should company advertise two months free mobile tv connection and so on...

              Reliance — Cheating case

              I had received a call yesterday regarding activation of voice chat.
              On disconnecting the call the service got activated (hats off to the person who has written such a code) and 30/- was deducted.

              On calling the custome care which gets connected by luck,that person is denying to refund and blaming me for activating the service.

              For activation ,we have to press some number and then again on confirmation the service gets activated.In my case disconnecting that call activates the service.

                I have a GSM prpaid reliance no -[protected]
                This is to report that after recharging the phone (topup) a vas service was automatically activated for which Rs 59/- is being periodically deducted every month. On being contacted, the customer service informed that the service is called CNBC super combo pack. I have recently caught two instances - on 16th june and 17th march 2012 when Rs.59/- was deducted. Other details could not be given by the customer care unit after repeatedly asking them how the service got activated since I have not activated the service.

                It is very strange and convenient of the customer service to repeatedly tel you that their systems are down. Moreover, they never give any message that the deduction for the service is due. The amount is simply deducted from the account. No confirmation message is sent to the subscriber for deduction of the amount also. It is therefore clear that the company wants to cheat the customers and deduct the amount from them without their knowledge. I request you to kindly take up the matter with the company & get the amount s been deducted since my last recharge refunded.

                Also there is no convenient process for deactivation of the service. While the activation happens without our consent, to stop the service they asked me to them call back for any deactivation of service.


                The above service later checked by the customer care only till february has costed me Rs. 59*5 (months) = Rs. 354/-

                Apart from this, i also was having a blackberry prepaid plan (BBPRBIS398) on this no. until last month. When i last recharged, the plan never worked and after numerous calls to customer care it was found that the service was down and there was no TAT given in terms of how long will it take to have it restarted. Due to the constant disatisfaction, i requested for termination of plan and refund of the Rs. 398/- for the plan. I have only on the 14th of june recieved a message that the plan stands deactivated. There is no communication from reliance about the refund.


                Please have this looked into on urgent basis .

                  I am a subscriber of reliance communications for couple of years. I have been regularly paying the bills.My number is [protected].
                  Despite regular payments the collection agency of reliance makes incessant calls for collection of bill. Since I travel, i have to receive the calls on roaming too. They keep changing the number from which they call.
                  I have personally requested them to stop calling me, since i am a regular and punctual customer. They continue to do it.
                  I have sent three to four emails to the company, but have not received any communique from them.
                  Now they have issued me a legal notice under section20(2) of legal services authorities Act 1987(pre litigation no. 5588 of 2012). contending that i have availed of their service and not paid for it.
                  I seek assistance for better customer service.

                  I have reliance netconnect with "unlimited usage" plan. But, I was unable to use the services properly for 3 days (Oct 3, 4, 5). I called you call-center and reliance representative acknowledged that the problem was on your side. He also mentioned that I would get a credit since the problem was at their end.

                  I have not seen any credit/ refund in my bill. So, I raised this issue to call center. Since they could not resolve it. I have written 4 emails to "Appellate Authority" for MAHARASHTRA state, Mr. Samir Gandhi.
                  In-spite of writing repeated emails there is NO response to my concern.

                  Please help, as this seems like a simple case of charging the customer for no service provided.

                      The company follows the system of forcibly activating any kind of services on the Mobile & instructs the customer to Unsubscribe thru an SMS if not interested. But after eventhough the Customer requests for Unsubscription, they do not accept & keep charging the costs.

                      According to me , why should a customet be forced for such matters. How can Reliance directly activate such services without the customers requirements. Further why should customer make the Unsubscription request.

                      The whole system is very unfair. People who use these Mobiles puerely for communication purpose without much knowledge are being completely exploited by Reliance.

                      Some serious action should be taken against all such Service providers or business entities.

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        My name is Pravin Rai and I was having Reliance Post-paid sim with no : [protected] which I got from the Executive named : Surendra ( MB. No: [protected] ) as a company CUG (previous employer). This sim was provided to me at my previous Company office ( CMS Infosystem Pvt Ltd, 6 – Giribaug Soc., B/h Centerpoint, Alkapuri, Vadodara ) by Mr. Surendra. I left my company in month of September 2010 & thereafter one month I received a call from Reliance Communication, Race-course branch customer representative (Lady) & Mr. Surendra for bill-payment due to them. I talked with Mr. Surendra & customer representative and stated them the reason that I have lost my sim & also left CMS Company and I kindly request you to please block or terminate this no. : [protected]. Mr. Surendra requested me to pay the bill last time & committed to me that he will transfer this number to any other CMS employee and I will not have to pay anymore bill. So I agreed on his commitment & payed the bill on 26/10/2010 to my near reliance web world with Receipt No. : S[protected] though I had not used reliance service. But then also at the very next two month consequently , I was receiving Reliance Bill and calls from customer representative of Reliance Communication, Race-course Branch for the payment of bill. Now on dated 31/12/2010 an executive named Kavan Mehta( Mb. No. [protected] ) came at my house for payment of bills. I stated him the whole scenario that I was facing since last 3 months and queried him why should I pay the bill that I haven’t used. Mr Kavan told me that I have to give an application for deactivation or termination of sim: [protected] and make the payment for outstanding bill of Rs. 469. So I spoked to Mr. Surendra and he told me that he has not committed anything before and misbehaved to me and disconnected my phone. Thereafter I spoked to the Main official person sitting at Racecourse branch of Realiance Communication LTD - Mr. chandrakant ([protected]), and made the payment of my outstanding bill of Rs. 469 on 31/12/2010 alongwith Application for termination & requested him to take necessary action against Mr. Surendra. But I don’t think that anybody in Reliance Communication cares about the customer suffering.

                        After the very next month, I am still getting bills from Reliance Communication. So I would like to request you to please guide me to file a complaint against Mr. Surendra & Reliance Communication, Race-course Branch that they haven’t guided me or requested me to give the application for termination of sim for which I have to suffer so much of inconvenience since few months & loss of Rs 469 + Rs. 160 that I had payed for the service which I haven’t used.

                          According to their website rcom.co.in there is an STV of Rs. 9 by which your call rates would change to Re 1.2 per 3 minutes. Even in roaming also, these rates would be applicable. I purchased this voucher online through internet banking using their website. But even after receiving confirmation sms, I'm being charged @ Rs. 1/minute (local) and Rs. 1.5/minute (STD) in roaming. My receipt no. is AMIR22819709 and mobile no. is [protected].

                          I tried to call customer care at *333, the voice says this no. does not exists.

                          I'm being cheated by reliance. I now plan to port-out of the network if this problem is not solved soon.

                            I have purchased Reliance GSM sim card 2 weeks ago and applied for Do not Call registry in the application form.
                            Now, yesterday my wife was listening radio on the mobile and we had set settings such that call will be received automatically when ear phone is attached.
                            So, when we receive a call from customer care of Reliance the call was received automatically and incidentally my wife pressed '1' to switch the radio station.
                            The computerized call from Reliance took as authorization of value-added service which I never used.
                            Please help me to get rid of these services and help me to get back my money which Reliance has deducted.

                              I am one of Reliance Mobile subscriber and using mobile no. [protected]. Its a CDMA postpaid connection from Delhi NCR. This is a new connection, which is activated in 11th May 2012 only. But in a less a month time, I found that rather than a mobile connection, I bought one big problem for myself. I have following issues with this mobile connection.

                              1. First and foremost, my mobile services got terminated without any intimation, even after I paid my first bill.

                              2. I was trying to contact customer care, but rather than connecting to postpaid customer care, I am always getting connected to prepaid customer care. I have tried on *222, *333 and 198 (all 3 numbers) and there one even able to understand my issue.

                              3. At the time of activation, I have selected mobile number [protected]. As per Reliance executive its a process that initially my number will be [protected] and after 2-3 days he will change my number to selected one. But still my number is not changes, as committed to me.

                              4. I am not even getting any proper response from Reliance store and they are not ready to give any contact number. For any small thing, I have to visit there, which is not a easy task for me. Also my past experience is also not so good, as the service level over there is also same like Reliance customer care.

                              I understand that issue may occur when we are using any product/services, but it is very important to handle them carefully with ownership. I never find a single executive in Reliance, who can take ownership and resolve my issue It gives us more pain when we are not getting proper response and solution for our issues. The kind of services I have got today, forced me to move ahead and mail you. Otherwise I would suffer and no one will bother to help me out from this.

                                  With reference to the above I have sent email to the customer care reliance netconnect on the 1st week of April hoping that they will disconnect before their billing date 20th April. But they have taken 2 weeks to reply to my email. Customer care asked details of my billing address and DOB and I have sent my personal details immediately. I have clearly stated in my email that I am cancelling the service since I am shifting to Kuwait. Mean while customer care started harassing my family continuesly over phone for the payment of the bill. I have sent an email to customer care stating that no problem I will pay the bill and asked for the disconnection. I have received reply mail confirming that you pay the bill we will disconnect the services. I have paid the bill and felt happy on seeing that my netconnect has been disconnected. To my surprise I have noticed that reliance netconnect bill for the Month of 20th May bill I found in my mails. I asked my wife to contract the rel- customer care and inquire about the bill. When she inquired customer staff told her that the netconnect connection can not be cancelled since your husband must be present in person and added that the bills will be received every month even after the disconnection of service. I really shocked and rather surprised knowing in detail. I am awaiting for email from rel-netconnect. This is how these people become very rich in India and abroad. Now I do not know what to do since I am in Kuwait they are exploiting my situation. Please help me immediately and oblige.

                                  Reliance — Sending bills even after disconnection of service

                                  I and my Friend bought Reliance broadband data card around 6 months back.
                                  the Data card Stopped working just after one month, we have been continuously calling the customer care to resolve the issue, but dint get any response from their side.
                                  we paid monthly bill for around 850/- per head for 4 months without using any of the services, when Finally I raised my voice quite harshly, they assured me, they will stop the services and disconnect our connection, from then onwards we did not receive any bill communication from their side and as we have already stopped to use of the so called broad band Data connect.

                                  suddenly after 3 months of this incident we both are receiving some calls from some reliance person to pay the bill of 1800+ which is pending from our side for the usage of their services in these 3 months.
                                  Also we are receiving the SMS If we don’t do so, they will take some legal action against us.

                                  I don’t understand what kind of customer services these people do provide, Would like to know what action we can take against them to avoid such SMS and calls.

                                      As we are using the Reliance broadband connection for past 11 months .In the month of April'12 ,we have planned to shift the house ,so we have given the shifting request for our broadband connection to our new resident ( shifted from " E" Door no to "H" ).I have called the reliance customer care executive to give request for shifting ,and our complaint number is Service Request ID[protected] ,request raised date is 9th of april .From the date of 9th April 2012 ,we have not used the broadband connection (disconnected all the wires ,waiting for your executive for shifting purpose ).But no one responding properly .

                                      So many times ,I have insisted your customer support executive to do the shifting process,but no response .

                                      They have taken two months to solve the issue ,last week (25th May '12 ) I have received the call from reliance executive ,he promised me to solve this issue within two days ,On the next day (26th May'12) One technical executive came to our home and shifted the connection.So we started using the connection from 26th May'12

                                      For the last 2 months from 8th of April 2012 to 25th May ' 2012 ,We have not used the broadband connection ,because of your poor service

                                      But you people are raised the bill amount of Rs.561.50 for April'12 Including the late payment charges of Rs.100 and Rs.785.40(including the shifting charge Rs.200) totally Rs.1446.90

                                      [protected] to 18-4-12 : We have used the connection from 19-3-12 to 8-4-12 .On 9th of April '2012 we have raised the request to shift the connection ,But no response from your side .So we have not used the connection from 9-4-12 to[protected] days non usage of the broadband connection) need waiver for the 10 days

                                      [protected] to 18-5-12 : We have used the connection ,as we are waiting for your service
                                      So,Provide the waiver amount for this month too for non usage due to poor service ( 1month)

                                      [protected] to 25-5-12 : we have not used the connection and 26th of may '12 we got the solution and the connection is given by the reliance executive.
                                      So I request you to provide the waiver amount for the period 19-5-12 to[protected] days )

                                      And also ,this is not our mistake ,and you are not taking that much care about the customer complaint ,and also put waiver for the late payment fee Rs.100( that too need waiver /its not our mistake )

                                      And I m ready to pay the service amount of Rs.200 for shifting purpose

                                      and also the usage period amount (i.e from 18-3-12 to[protected] days


                                      As we have not using the connection , how can we pay the amount

                                      I request you to rework the bill amount and put the waiver for the bill amount raised

                                      Reliance Broadband — Bill Dispute

                                      My billing account no is [protected].A lady executive named Rekha mobile no.[protected] came to our home and collected an amt.of Rs528/cash thru provisional Recept no.137261 on 18/7/07.But the amt has not been credited in our a/c till date .As a result ,my outgoing call to the attached telephone (no.3914823) has been barred.I have lodged complaint for several times and was assured to restore the servise in 24 hours and some times it has been restored but for a very short period.In this connection ,i met your local office billing manager, and he assure me that the paid amt (Rs 528/) was credited in some other a/c and now it has been corrected ,and i will have no problem in future,but again after a week our telephone has gone out of order.please look in to the matter ,as i am facing a lot of inconvenience because of it ,and if it is not possible then i will have no option but to switchover to other providers.
