Hi Please read the whole story created by you people. Amitabh Vishwakarma [protected] rel netconnect no one of the worst service provider in India, i have taken this on 3 of may, to buy this Dongle, i visited your gallery, they dumb said, it will be activated with in 24 hrs, i said them i don't want to visit here again i don't have time for the same. i asked them 2-3 times, but they told me too confidently you won't, have to come here. but it happend it doesn't activated, i visited again. then they activated this. THIS IS YOUR FIRST MISTAKE, AND YOU WILL JUST SAY SORRY. now i am in uttar pradesh from 10 may, it was working fine up to 27th May, but from 27th may the there is no signal for netconnet+, highspeed was working some few, i called on 29 to your talented customer service executives. they said technical department will call you. but the thing got too worse, now there is no signal at all. on 4 june I called your talented customer service executives again, she said that your connection is stopped due to negative address verification. now untill I won't submit the documents, it wil remain stop. Just a shocking thing, none of your department people Called me, Didn’t sms me Didn’t mail me, regarding this thing. THIS IS YOUR SECOND MISTAKE, AND YOU WILL JUST SAY SORRY. i also asked do my billing will continue, she said yes its a postpaid plan, so the billing will be running every month. so now if I have to start your service or terminate this i have to visit mumbai just to submit document. I don't have time, it will take too long. I said them to please stop the service as fast as you can. I will pay your outstanding bills. And now on 18th June, I got call from one of your department. As each company has his greedy policy. He said me that let me ask my senior officer if something can be done to restart the service. After some time he called me and said you have buyied one more connection which the amount was unbilled, so the reason it happened this time. Now lets go in the past. I bought your service some in 2013 october. The plan was in 2400 three month no bill and dongle free. I used it, and I was not so satisfied with the same, actually I had fixed line too. So on 17 Jan I call your customer service and said him to please disconnect my service as I don’t want to continue it and please do it today If possible. And he said me yes it will be and you don’t have to pay any penny more. THIS IS YOUR THIRD MISTAKE, AND YOU WILL JUST SAY SORRY After 1-2 month, I got 6-7 call after that regarding the payment they were saying that, I have to pay 1 more bill. I refused to pay it After 4 month I got a court notice. I talked to your customer service too many time, I even said that your colleague sad me that I won’t have to pay any more as I have disconnected it before 1 day. I said check the calls what he has said. They said the data get deleted after 6 months. So is it my fault? I paid that too by cash, the reason behind paying that was not I was guilty to make the payment. Actually I don’t have any department to look out for all these matters. AND NOW today 18th June your customer service is telling me that you had not paid that remaining first connection bill that’s the reason you have been facing this problem. Now please make me understand. I had paid that, after payment I had not received and calls and mails. I will not pay that again. THIS IS YOUR FOURTH MISTAKE, AND YOU WILL JUST SAY SORRY Also now you people are asking for to show me the receipt, You people delete the data of 6 months, but I never know that I have to keep that receipt for lifetime. Today I have paid Rs. 2000/. Please deduct your outstanding, and remaining transfer it to my account YOU PEOPLE IRRITATED ME A LOT. MISTAKE PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOUR SYSTEM WORKS. YOU DON’T SEND ANY INITMATION TO CUSTOMER REGARDING ANY THING YOU STOP SERVICES YOU DON’T SEND OUTSTANDING BILL DETAIILS YOU JUST WANT MONEY BECAUSE IT IS POSTPAID CONNECTION. Can you people make me understand, I received a sms and 3-4 calls regarding my reliance netconnect no [protected].

When it was deactivated on 27th may, you people said its because I have not paid the previous reliance netconnect number payment. ( the payment I had paid at your gallery and it was passed nearly 1 year and I didn’t kept that slip, as I didn’t know that you people are not trustworthy)
On 18 june I paid a bill of rupees 2000/-. That all you people had calculated and said me too pay.
Even though you didn’t activated the service I called, mailed but you people do not activated the service. I have last checked on 23rd June yet it was not activated. I talked to lots of people from your various departments, so I tired and leaved it.
Also on 8th june I called and mailed you people to please deactivated my service.
I got reply for this
“Dear Mr.Vishwakarma,

This is with reference to your e-mail dated June 08, 2014 for your Reliance Netconnect+ number [protected].

Your request is already registered with Service Request ID:[protected]on 06/08/2014 at 11:04:35 am). It would be resolved within 15 days from the request date.
The monthly rental is applicable as long as the services of your number are active. After the suspension of the services, you will not be charged for the monthly rental.
The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request.

The full and final amount will be known to you from Reliance Mobile Store while making the payment for termination.”

Now when I asked your representatives regarding how comes this bill of July month, why not of May and June.
Then they replied that you have paid 2000/- so we have adjusted your payments off 2000/- in May, June,
So, dear reliance representatives, By what reason you people suspended my service from 27th may to 23rd june. this 23rd june that was last checked from my side and I don’t know when you people activated my service. Also in this time period you harassed me a lot.
Give reason.
On 24th august I used your dongle for my “memory card”. Then I get to know that its active.
You people suspend the services, activate it but you don’t give any intimation.
But when there is regarding payments you call 10 times a day.
I have not used your service from 27th may to 23rd august, if its calculated its three months.
And how you people adjusted my 2000/- when it was deactivated on 9th June.

    this is very bad experiance from reliance company .iam a user of reliance broadband connection since 1 and half year and my id is[protected] as iam shifting from my city so i request to costumer care to terminate my connection 17 days ago and no termination has been done from there side i call many times to customer care for termination but all is in vain and they send me bill of that month in which i requested to terminate still they are not terminating my connection and sending bill one by one.i called up many time that iam not using net so why they sending me bill and not terminatting my connection. my complain id is[protected],[protected].whern i call customer care they says that they will arrange a call back to confirm the termination and no call back ever come from reliance customer care.

      Dear RCOM, I'm RCOM broadband subscriber from last two years. This is second time I'm facing downtime of such long duration. My internet connection is not working from 13 June, 2014. On contacting customer care my complaint was registered but it's not being resolved. Every time I call customer care they let me, today evening internet will start working. Local engineer told me RCOM has not paid electricity bills, due to this switches/servers are down and he can't do anything about it. Please let me know when you will resume services? If it's going to take more time I should move to some other provider. My subscriber ID is[protected].

        I received a message on my cellphone from RM-Reliance stating that "Dear Customer Last date to clear overdue Rs 274 BAN [protected] at earliest to avoid any legal action. Contact [protected]". I have not used Reliance services in the past 5 -6 years and not sure why I am getting the messages. Further when I tried reaching the number - i get an automated response that the 'Vodafone" number is switched off

          hello i am sudhakar from tamil nadu and my reliance GSM no is [protected]...i want to lodge a complaint against reliance for unnecessary deduction of balance for some VAS techzone SMS activation...i didnt activate any such thing but they keep on activating this service for 3 times within 4 days and deducted Rs 30 from my balance. i tried calling to 198 for so many times but no response at all...i didnt want my money back but i want legal action against reliance.                   Hi, Reliance people not give me my UGC code for my rim cdma no for mobile portability facility. im using reliance cdma postpaid connection since last 4 year, and bcz of some reason i wanted to change my CDMA into GSM in reliance by using the mobile portability, but this people not give me UGC code which is required for changing network with old mobile network. i had made complaint for this 3 time (Reliance Complaint no.1.[protected],[protected] &[protected] in customer care but still im facing same problem. im not geting my UGC code.when i send a msg for geting UGC code than i got the msg that your request could not be processed please try after some time.                         i want to inform that i ported my reliance CDMA sim to reliance GSM, it has been 1 month past and my sim is still not get activated, however iam getting incoming calls but outgoing is properly off, and apatt from this iam unable to connect to reliance customer cae representative not only this iam unable dial 198 number from my ported sim card .I hope you will procces on my sim card, i have been using this sim card from last 2 years so iam unable to contact to anyone. please take some action as soon as possible. And one more thing that i like to add is that this is the worst communication service thati have ever seen in my life, iam very much disappointed by this company.

But, somehow, it has been re-activated on some other plan, without my consent. And I have received a bill of Rs.45/- for the month of May-2014 ( Bill No.[protected] on 11th June 2014, without any usage. I request you to kindly terminate my number and do not torture me anymore.                             This is to inform that around 20 February 2014, I filled the form for new connection of Reliance Broadband Internet service. After 15 days they said we can't provide Internet service at my region. So when I asked for money back, they said they will sent back after 45 to 60 days. Now 4 months gone still not get.                               i had purchased reliance data card and sim card from mobile zone(Reliance Store).the no of postpaid HSD [protected] and RSN no RZTCDC[protected] .I had made purchased on 7/06/2014 it has activated on that day after i had submitted documents but later it had deactivated when i asked the same to mobile zone they said verification does not done by the company...noone came at my home for enquiry and i make request to them for done enquiry but they did not came and connection has disconnected even today...kindly register my compliant against them.i attached proof of purchasing .thanx...my contact no [protected]

                                I live in Gudur, Nellore Dt, AP, I have Reliance net connect service, this is not giving perfect signal. Very Slow Speed, Very poor reception, very bad attitude of customer service and reliance out let in Gudur. If the Power goes off, the net also stops with few minutes. If the power comes back it will take one hour to for the weak signal to come back. If I go to Reliance Out let to give a complaint, they say to call the Customer care, If I call customer care it will take 30 minutes to connect and the customer care people is not even educated about the Problem and they say some thing and disconnects the phone. This is happening almost every day for last one month Please resolve the situation.

                                  I had been a Reliance Internet Subscriber for more than 4 years (Wimax and Broadband), and had my connection terminated in December 2013. After the termination, Reliance Communications owes me an amount of 651.87 INR. But their customer service has been so poor that I haven't received my payment even after 6 months (as on June '14). I've called up customer care 4 times (Interaction Ids: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). They assured me a call back every time, but I never got one. I also emailed them (broadbandATrelianceadaDOTcom) twice, dated 07-April-2014 and 06-Jun-2014, but I didn't even get a single response. Point to note: I always made my monthly bill payment on time and never even defaulted once. Reliance Communications has a lot to improve in terms of customer service. With this experience, I doubt I'll recommend Reliance as an internet provider to anyone. -- Prashant ( a disgruntled ex-customer)

                                    Hi, I have been user of reliance broadband connection before, however it proved to be a nightmare experience for me. Despite calling several times and escalating countless time, i did not got my service restored. No engineer visited me. Later some engineering team called me to say now the problems are resolved and i should continue the service, However after few days i again started experiencing long duration outages even for days. I decided to cancel my connection at last. Last week i was called by some reliance representative and he asked me to try once more as now the problems have been resolved. Trusting this i tried to contact the helpdesk nos. available on reliance website and to my surprise no body bothered to pick up the call. I tried several times puncing various choices but then no body responded. Very unfortunate that such big company have such poor service and management ! I am using reliance big tv at home too, howver now i have decided to get it discontinued too .. Thanks Lalit

                                      I had reliance net-connect data card prepaid connection which i changed it to postpaid as my usage was high on sep 2014 . I was satisfied as it worked perfect then from January 2015 it started giving problem there was network fluctuation, no network and i noticed that whenever electricity was not their in my area reliance dongle had no network which means they did not have power backup in their tower, then I was fed up launched a complaint on 1 March 2015 on Reliance cust care no[protected] who&#039;s complaint request No is[protected]. I was told to wait for 2 days . Next day i received a call from network dept &amp; i told them the problems which i was facing. Days passed every 2-3 days i used to call them but no answer except wait your complaint is in process. After 1 month i was fed up because electricity problem increased once a week whole day power cut frustrating. I have a inverter at home but reliance tower do not have such a shame. then final call i made them in april &amp; told them I wont be paying any bills till my issue is resolved.They said you won&#039;t be charged till your complaint gets resolved. I told them if your complaint is going to take long then tell me i will go for another brand because i am facing heavy loss as my whole work is on Internet 24x7x365, I had a loss Rs 20, 000 due to them. I will claim on them harassing common people. After some days i found my dongle not working I called them they said they had disconnected my connection due to non payment. I said i am ready to pay but first resolve the issue. There was no response &amp; they were not ready to transfer the call to higher authority. Then i terminated my account &amp; surprisingly i recd so many different calls from higher authority that don&#039;t terminate your account but no one assured of problem resolving. And now they are going to send legal notice I recd a call from Neetu Verma to pay the dues or u don.t no what reliance will do to u, trying to threaten me . I told her its not matter of money, Reliance kept on saying your issue will be resolved &amp; i kept trust on them &amp; landed on this situation. Why should i pay for which i faced many problems &amp; losses, If my problem had been resolved i would have been using it . I am still ready to use it if they have no network issues.

                                        My mother's phone is lost.When i have gone to your customer care they are saying the SIM is on some body else name & they cant block or reissue it.But my question is since 2005 my mom has been using this number.We have bought it from Reliance store itself.The 1st phone she has used was a CDMA with inbuilt SIM.Then when SIM system came in, we issue the SIM as well.My mom has submitted all the required docs 3-4 times at your customer service office before as well.If the number was not on her name then how the SIM was given to her 3 years back.The Number was with my mom from 2005 to till date.It has been used in Bank & other places.So how can Reliance take a person's privacy so lightly.There is some mistake in adding names in your database.If Customer survive because of data entry person's error then its a shame on the customer industry. When i am calling your customer care executives the way they are talking is highly not acceptable.It seems customer satisfaction is a far away thing, the representative are not even know to respect the customers.They are not even logging any complaint.
