Since ten days internet is not working at our home. we sent several mails to the service provider the great Reliance and called several times to their customer care. But its of no use. If we make delay while making payment do they wait for us? It is injustice they are doing to customer. they are not giving any attention to our query.

    Hi,

    I have Reliance Netconnect Prepaid Datacard. I Have recharged for 849 plan. Plan is Benefit : 6GB of Data Usage with 30 days validity. Note: recharge now to get additional 1228 mb of data usage. After recharge i got only 6144 mb of data. I didn't get 1228 mb of additional data. When I spoke to costomer representatives, they speak like as if they are immatured to attend contomers. They dont know what is the plan itself. I am really not happy with customer representatives response. Please credit my additional data usage.

      last 3 year i was using relaince gsm connection but now day they r deducting 10 rupees every month for vas connection with out informing costomers. whenever we call costomer care they will not pickup our calls. if try more than 2 hour continuesly still they r not ready pickup our calls from kerala.

        I had a message today intimating that VAS one97 was activitated. Actually I didn't applied for any activitation. I had a voice call from unknown number. But I terminated the call. Soon after I received the message that VAS ONE 97 was activated. And in my account it was deducted rs.10. It was unfair practice to deduct the money from customer's account without knowing him. Please refund the necessary amount that was deducted.

          Dear all, My complaint pertains to the Rourkela circle of Reliance GSM network. I have been a high use postpaid customer since December 2013, but due to inadequacy of service and network connection I made a decision to shift to prepaid network. When I put forward my request to the local customer service office on May 10, 2014, Mr. Rajesh Neema behaved very indecently and denied taking my request hence shifting my transfer for a month. After shifting to the prepaid on 3rd May, 2014, the activation was delayed by a day. As per general norms, I recharged my account with 58, 72, 123, and 220 vouchers. On doing the same my account should have been credited with 1gb 3g data pack and Rs.240 worth of talk time. On the contrary I was credited only 0.5 GB datapack along with the full talk time. As I approached the customer care I was given an assurance that its a general norm and the rest would be credited to my account in 48hours. Inspite of my reminding the customer care my account was not credited and over a period of time as the usage crossed the 0.5gb credited to my account the company started deducting my main prepaid balance every time there was a data exchange. I approached the executives in the position of command namely Mr. Deepak Jena [protected], Mr. Sandip [protected] and Mr. Amit Mohanty [protected]. At least Mr. Amit received the calls and gave some help, but Mr. Deepak and Mr. Sunil never had the time even to take the calls. But it was of no help, the so called customer executive officers themselves neither had time to look into the complaint nor had the decency to revert back to the customer. This was really disgusting and pathetic on Reliance's part as to have employed such officers into a division for which they have no time. Till now Rs. 200 approx has been deducted from my account in lieu of the data charges which I have already paid for. This is a clear case of cheating the customer along with pathetic and disgusting service by the undisciplined and rude staff. I really cannot digest this kind of service from pan Indian company like reliance. I am not even sure if its just me facing the issue or other people are also facing the same but don't have enough time to take up the issue with the authorities. I had even called the appellate but nobody answered the calls. With this incident which has already caused a lot of harassment and wastage of time I also plan to disconnect all the reliance services that I use and would also try to ask friends and relatives to do the same. Please seriously look into the matter and come out with a solution else I wouldn't mind taking legal action for the same. Regards Ashish Banka A very disgusted customer.

            Hi Team, My Reliance broadband connection subscriber ID is[protected] and my compliant ID is[protected]. I have raised this complaint on May 30 and now It more than 16 days now. I have been calling both Reliance support number[protected] and [protected]) since May 30, every time response is - "Issue will be fixed by EOD" and that EOD never came. This is not the first time, I have faced connection issue, last time you took 3 days to fix simple issue and another time connection was down for entire day from your end. I am loyal customer of Reliance as I am using reliance services (Reliance wireless dongle) since last 4-5 years and last month I chooses to go with Wired broadband. Its not even one month from subscription of Wired broadband and my connection is down for around 18 days(till date) in this duration. I am feeling very sorry for myself for choosing and trusting Reliance. Here I am looking forward for quick and permanent resolution from Reliance. Also I want Reliance not to charge me anything for first month and first month amount which Reliance had already took from me during subscription should be carry forward to next month. If Reliance is not confident about providing me seamless connection in future then they should let me know so that I can close this connection and go for some other service provider. If I will choose to discontinue Reliance then I want Reliance to give me full refund of my subscription money. Thanks.

            No, my issue is still not resolved. Its as it is.
            I am not at all able to use the Internet service. Without resolving the issue how customer care can say that its resolved to my satisfaction.
            If you think that its resolved then please provide me details of the issue resolution and also the discussion I had where I have mentioned that I am satisfied. We are no more in 20th century so please stop fooling your customers.

            As you are aware that my connection is down since May 30, it means today it’s around 53 days and yet there is no fruitful action from
            Reliance communication. Should I consider that Reliance communication is not at all interested to resolve my connection issue and they want their customer only to pay bills but not to expect any type of service?

            Shame, Shame Shame!

            Now I can say Reliance communication is most pathetic brand when it comes to service.
            Its more than 2.5 months and you even don't care to send your engineer to my place to check the issue. One thing you never forgot is to send bills and payment reminders after each couple of days.

            If someone is reading this note before purchasing the reliance product then I would like to warn you, do it at your own risk as you may get good speed, network but if your device, service will stop due to some issue them it will take months and months.

              Hi I am a reliance subscriber. Since last 2 hours there is some serious issue with reliance network in my location Noida sector 12. I called customer care he told me n number of things to do like to switch on switch off, to select manual network to remove and insert sim again. However at last he dint solved my issue and ended the call by saying that check after 30 minutes . Its been 2 hours I am still not able to connect to any number instead of customer care. When I dial any number engage tone is heard and call disconnects with network error on screen. I tried the same with different handset also but all in Vain. I am not able to understand if there is an issue why they are hiding it from us. We also understand the problem but these kind of handling irritate us.

              If this will be the case then I will surely quit this Service Provider and will encourage others not to go for it.

                  Hansika, I would sincerely suggest you PORT your number to some other Service Provider. By porting you get to keep the same telephone number. Please take help from someone and send a toll-free SMS to 1901:
                  PORT (space) (Your cell number)
                  You will get a porting code. This code is valid for some fifteen days within which you go to the other Service Provider's gallery and submit form and documents. Simple. End of Reliance headache.
                  Service providers must not be Headache providers.

                    As I am not getting connectivity in my Number in my office, I went to
                    your outlet at Zone-I MP Nagar, Bhopal and requested for migrating my
                    two numbers [protected] and [protected] to prepaid.But surprisingly your
                    officials refused to accept my application stating that I can't
                    migrate before three months. But no body told me about this when i
                    took the same and is not as per the policy of TRAI also.Further your
                    officials refused to accept any written letter of mine.

                    As I am busy in my Office assignments, I can't go to your Office again
                    and again. Therefore I request you to migrate my above two numbers to
                    prepaid.

                    Please note that in case you are not migrating the above two numbers
                    tp prepaid with immediate effect I shall not be liable to pay the
                    monthly rental.

                      On 8th June I had about 220+ rupees in my prepaid mobile no. [protected] and I also bought the 40RS local plan that day that allows u to make local calls at 20p/s for 1st 225 mins and 50p/s post that.But then the next day I had only 160 rs left and similarly the money on my prepaid no. kept deducting and on 14th June I had only 30Rs remaining and I swear that I didn't talk more than 50 mins in the whole week and and never bought any other value added service or any other service.So where did my money go??The customer care no. disconnects the calls and when once on a thousand tries by chance if some customer care officer picks up my call then they say that they are having technical issues and say to call later.I mean what the hell is this going on...This fake company should just should down and stop making money illegally and by stealing from customers. In this bill they have charged for net usage also, again which I have not used. I tried complaining to them but they don't accept complaints. Please help

                            Many times my SIM shows ROAMING network sign even when I am in the city at home or office in my own home network in Mumbai. Since I am on post-paid I do not know if I am charged money for making calls to somebody in Mumbai. I may be silently charged. And I do not have a Superman memory to remember who I called after I get my bill after a month and check my detailed summary of calls.

                            Reader beware and change your service provider if you face a problem similar to mine.

                              Hi, Reliance iphone unlimited plan: I bought an Iphone 5S from reliance with unlimited plan. It was ok before one week but from last week everyday my service is being suspended in the morning. And I have to raise complain regarding the same and network up in 4 to 5 hrs. By asking the problem they told some technical issue going on with iphone reliance plan and it wont happen again, but the very next same happen again and again... Now its barred from last 27 hours... One day it was for 48 hrs.

                              Can you please take back this plan and I am ready to pay for the mobile phone (market price when i bought it).
                              Please avoid Reliance. It is UNRELIABLE.

                                Cell no-[protected]


                                I recharged my cell with sum of Rs. 74/- rupees on date[protected], cell no -[protected] Reliance GSM prepaid, my balance has deducted. I got my 1000 Mbs for 10 days of validity. But after 2 days my 3G account is empty after 12am.


                                But again i recharged my cell with sum of Rs. 156/- rupees on date[protected], cell no -[protected] Reliance GSM prepaid, my balance has deducted. I got my 1000 Mbs for 30 days of validity. But on same day my 3G account is empty after 12am.

                                I called many time to customer care, some time they said we are unable to see your details, some times the said you are using dongle.So we empty your 3g account both the times.

                                But i don't have any dongle.But have a mobile from alkatel.
                                can't we use alkatel mobile in india specially for data service.

                                Reliance is a good company, i can't expect such these big mistakes from them.
                                Some times it hurts that indian brands are not competing foreign brand.

Your representative collect money rs. 3900 cash and he gave receipt rs. 1349.00, after 40 day recepet no.Is u[protected]. Now he is not answering our calls ...                                     This is Rohit, I had to Surrender my Sim because I am going Abroad, But when I went to Reliance Outlet (survey), they had taken 90rupees extra apart from my billed amount, I confirmed with customer care they said there is no charge for surrender, but the personal there have said I need 90 rupees extra for surrender charge.(RECEIPT NO-24385) dated 13.6.14.

                                    I know there is no rule for taking extra money for surrender, I would request you to take proper action against the personal sitting there in Relance Care(BELTOLA, GUWAHATI, ASSAM), They are robbing the customers.Pl make sure I get a response or else I had to go consumer court.

                                      Since April 23rd iwas trying to terminate my data card (no.- [protected]), but due to mismanagement of your office, my connection was not terminated at that time, later on[protected] through Reliance world I Informed them I want to get my data card terminated, The customer care executive informed me that the request has been accepted (case id - [protected]) and the connection will be terminated and assure me that your all outstanding amount is adjusted so you will not get bill any more. But on[protected] the new bill is generated, , and your senior executive said you have to pay this amount. this is total irregularity by your office to harassing the old customers that after final payment of outstanding, how new bill is generating hope you will understand the problem, most of my colleague contact me about the new connection of your company, i directly tell them not to take connection from your company, as there is no proper customer service and after closing of account the bill is generating continuously.                                         Dear I am siddharth, i am a Sr. Geologist, i have a lot of time Reliance communication for my network and service is not allowed problem. my reliance bill 773 rupayy and i paid 700, onlu 73 rupaye realioance troubled me maximum time showing service is not allowed and stopped a out going..
