I have a connection number[protected] of Reliance Broadband. For the past two months it is not working. initially for fifteen days i thought that there must be some issue and it will resolve automatically but later on i realised that same connection is working in front of my house and my connection is down. then i decided to file a complaint on 11th June and since then i am following up each and every day to know about the status. These bloody customer care people are pre-recorded to say that there is server issue. I am crying every time that why this server issue is with me only and not with the one who is using the same conncetion in front of my house. Then they have only one thing to say that they have taken/escalated my complaint and i will get response in next 24 hours. its more than thousands of hours and there is no response from their side. People from their so called rapid resolution team and Reliance Mumbai head office has also called me to understand the problem but it seems that they are happy in understanding the problem and not in the solution of it. I am crying every time that for god sake at least send one engineer on the site to inspect the actual problem but these holes are sitting there and giving me 24 hours to wait each and every day. I have written many times on [protected]@relianceada.com but no one is there either to read or response on emails. I get a computerised response that someone will contact me in next 24 hours but i am unable to understand the definition of their 24 hours as no one has contacted me with solution. I am unable to use this conncetion for the past two months. After this connection i had suspended my other internet connectivity options as i thought that this broadband will be enough for me but i am end up paying extra cost. On top of that Reliance is sending me bills each and every day to pay, i have written to their [protected]@relianceada.com that i am not going to pay any bill as i have not used this connection in past two months but it seems that no one is interested in reading emails which goes to this email id.

For the past two months I am daily following up and getting the same response as you have written above. It seems that you all are taught same thing i.e. how to make fool of a customer by pasting same lines again and again.

What i Want from you? I just want one engineer to visit my house and diagnose the problem. By sitting there you cannot resolve or diagnose this problem.

On top of that your bill payment team is sending email reminders every day and spamming my mail box as well as calling me three times a day from different numbers. My bill is pending and i know that but why would i pay when i have not used it?

How will you feel when i behave in same way and keep on delaying my payments for months? Wont you charge me any extra and ultimately disconnect my connection? But what options do i have here?? Who is going to pay for the months which i have not used?

Take some serious action or just disconnect my connection asap!

So, finally I had to disconnect this connection. And believe me i am very happy after this :)
Happy that I am no more a part of this pathetic service provider company Reliance ADA.

The best part was that i was writing emails and calling customer care for two months regularly and no one was ready or interested or available to take any action but as soon as i had written that disconnect my connection then within 1 hour i received a call as well as within 2 hours i got my termination letter.

These guys are so desperate to disconnect your connection but not in mood to rectify issue which you face. I think the disconnection team is well staffed whereas the issue resolution team and retention team does not even exist in Reliance ADA.

Overall a pathetic experience, lost my money, time, resources and there is no one who can take responsibility of same.

Never ever recommend any Reliance ADA product/services to anyone. Even disconnecting my Reliance Digital TV very soon.

You are asking for money for the period which i have not used the Internet and i was keep on repeating that i will not pay and you were keep on repeating that it is your pending bill and then i disconnected because i know we are not reaching anywhere on this topic as you people do not understand Hindi as well as English and you behave as if there is a pre-recorded cassette. And now how the hell you are writing that you have resolved it to my satisfaction????????????????????????????????????

Pathetic customer care as well as your responses, don't know what to write and what does SATISFACTION means. Please go through the dictionary before using these words as you people are unaware of their meanings.

Now don't need to call me again because you people are going to listen from me this time. I have been very patient but now its going beyond my patience.

Your connection was faulty, .
Your people dont know how to rectify a faulty connection..
Your customer care is worst..
Your rapid resolution team is a myth..
Yes, but your disconnection team always on their foot to disconnect connections as i have written last time. So better invest your resources there only as you people will get more requests in near future and you people are more than happy to disconnect in place of rectifying the issue.

Reliance Broadband Connection is worst, pathetic, useless, waste of money, time and resources.

I hope my these messages comes on top when someone tries to know the reviews of Reliance Broadband Connection.

Never go for Reliance Broadband Connection. Its waste of Money.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      I got a new Reliance CDMA connection. I am not able to pay my CDMA Mobile bill online. My number is [protected]. I am trying from past 7 days and it is saying number not valid. Please see the following snapshot. Please let me know why it is saying my number is not valid and inform me how to pay the mobile bill. I tried calling your customer care, but it is worst then any other mobile operator. there is no option to speak with Reliance representative.

        I ported my no. from Airtel to Reliance GSM, in the unlimited call offer with iphone 5 and paying them INR 3000 per month for 24 months. My office is located in Atria Mall and home is in Santacruz. Since the start of the connection there has been network coverage issue with reliance at both my locations. I have raised many complaints to the reliance customer service call center regarding the network issue faced but all were unheard. On 18th June 2014, I contacted the Reliance Appellate Mumbai for getting my complaint resolved. They gave me a Ref. No. [protected] and assured me that the same will be resolved in 48-72 hrs. There was no improvement in the network quality nor there was any feedback provided. I called them again on 26th June 2014 and was advised that the complaint is still pending as their internal network team has not responded to their email for this issue. They asked me to wait again for 48-72hrs and gave me a second Ref. No. [protected]. I waited more than 72hrs but still there had been not improvement nor any feedback call from Reliance. I again called Reliance Appellate Mumbai on 01st July 2014 and was again advised the same story that their internal network team has not responded to the complaint email sent from the Appellate Team. The lady at the Reliance Appellate convinced me again to wait and assured me that they will sort this in 48hrs and will call me and update me for the same. Again a false promise made which was not fulfilled by Reliance Communication. There was no call to update me on the complaint nor there was any improvement in the network. And to my surprise today on 04th July 2014 there was no service on my phone at my office location (worli). I called the Reliance Appellate again today and advised them that I have been waiting since 18th June 2014 for my network complaint to be resolved and there has been no improvement and not there is no service available to me. The officer had the same story to tell that the internal network team has not reverted back to the complaint email, and I need to wait. The officer told I will need to wait but was not willing to advise me for how long. Due to this network issue face with reliance my service is mostly diverted as there is no network coverage. I feel cheated as I am paying INR 3000 per month for a service which is not been provided as per the offer Reliance Unlimited plan offered and committed to provide. I need a solution for this at the earliest, hence have come to the consumer forum so that I get the best and just solution for my complaints which is gone unheard.

        Dear Reliance Communications,

        I have called up the Reliance Appellate Office Mumbai many times since 18th June 2014 to get a solutions but till date haven't got any call or feedback from your company. Even today I called up the Appellate office and spoke to Mr Zuber who had the same story that they haven't got a revert back from the tech team.

        I am paying Reliance INR 3000 per month for a service which I am not being able to use. I am requesting you to kindly take back my service/phone and refund all amounts charged (INR72000 on my credit card). And spare me from such pathetic network and customer support service.

        Please help me

          Dear Sir, I am leaving on 7th July 2014 for a tour o[censored]K. I wanted International Roaming Activated on my number. I placed a request on 03 July 2014 to activate my International Roaming at 14:57 hrs. The service Request Number is 22229113 of 03rd July 2014 (Call Attended by Raunak Jobanputra) I received an sms at 15:11 that my request has been processed. I received a call from your International Roaming Department ([protected]) at 15:08 hrs. that I have to get my existing SIM card exchanged with a International Roaming Compatible SIM card. I was asked to visit a nearby Reliance Web World Store. I stay at Kandivali (East) Mumbai. So I went to Chandaverkar Road, Borivali West for the same. It took me approximately 35 minutes to reach there. I waited at the store for another 20 minutes, as only 1 person was available for all problems and there were approximately 8 people ahead of me. I interacted with Ms. Shubhangi. Finally I was told that the required International SIM Card is not available in the store. It is not in stock. And the problem is a long standing one with non-availability since last 1 month or more. The International Roaming Card is not available in any of the nearby stores also. I personally tried at few Reliance Stores. But everywhere it was the same answer that the Cards are not available since a long time and company is not providing the cards. So greatly dejected, I called 198 again at 16:24 hrs. and talked to Mr. Amin. He interacted with me for 22 Minutes and 55 sec. During that time he contacted few of his seniors. At one stage he informed me that I do not need a separate SIM card as my existing one is International Roaming Enabled. But when I told him that I had received a call from the concerned department to get the SIM exchanged, then he again consulted some one and then told me that I need to get the SIM card exchanged. As this experience was frustrating for me, I have asked him to cancel my request for activation of International Roaming Service. He has noted down my complaint and has put a service request to deactivate the International Roaming. The service request number is [protected]. I have been thoroughly Disillusioned by your company and have to accept that I had never thought that your services are SO Very poor. If you cannot supply International Roaming Compatible SIM Cards to your own stores then why are you even providing basic services. Why don't you close down the shop? Samir Gandhi

          Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          On 04th July I called up the customer care number 198 of Reliance. One Ms. Pradnya handled the call. She gave me a Toll Free Number[protected]. This number belongs to some Plastic Manufacturing Company. It is not even a Reliance Number!! She also asked me to give her the SIM Card Number which is etched on the SIM Card. But Why. The UIN or SIM Card Number is always registered on the system. Why harass the consumer?

            I had a balance of rs. 904/ on 1st july night till 11.30pm when i wake up next day morning and chek my mobile balance then i found that my balance is nil then i talk to customer care of company and lodge a complain against the deducted amount and they submit a complain. Today i got a message that my complain was resolve . Then i talk to customer care talk with mr rakesh he told me that we are unable to give your full deducted balance of rs 904. We back rs 635 appx then i ask why are you not refund the full amount he told me that we are very sorry but we cant give the full amount and disconnect the line.
            Again i call to customer care and talk with mir islam he repeating same thing then i told him that i go to consumer forum then he submit a complain again and told we are trying to back your full amount but not promise for that.
            But i want to take some strict action against this company why they deduct balance without any reason this is cheating with their customer so please take some necessary action and return my full amount and warn the company that not making any forgery next time to any customer.

              My reliance number is [protected] from Bihar-Jharkhand circle. Currently in roaming it is showing a invalid sim while inserting it either modem or handset. But, its date of validity is not crossed. A internet pack was also there of Rs 248 valid. It is causing a lots of trouble to me. Please take some necessary steps as early as possible. Do reply.                   For two days I'm suffering from this problem. There is no network coverage. I can't contact anybody not even to the reliance customer care. My mobile number is [protected]. I'm really suffering with this problem please make necessary measures. I HAD ALREADY REGISTERED A COMPLAINT BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL THIS MOMENT THAT IS WHY I'M REGISTERING AGAIN.

                    At village ALJOH near sadhupul tehsil kandaghat (SOLAN) H.P.a tower of above named co was working since last more than 5-6 years. As is known from sources connectivity to this tower was incorporated by an agreement between the company & BSNL which expired recently. The co did not took timely steps for either timely renewing agreement or connecting the tower by other ways . The residents sim holders of relience GSM of the area & surroundings are facing hardship due to negligence of the co since last more than 15 days&there are no signs of connecting it in early future.Please help us & do the need full

                        I would like to share the following details by which you can find how a customer is treated in Mr. Anil Dhirubhai Ambani's Company by the customer care and appellate authority desk. I, Venugopal have put up a service location change on 09 Jun 2014. Till date the same has not been completed. I have made number of calls to the customer care and they informed that the complaint was closed on 11 Jun 2014. To my utter dismay, they informed the connection is shifted to the desired location. This is total bull ...without my (as a customer) knowledge the connection has been changed into my own house. I even had conversation with the technical team, floor supervisors and the billing department staff. None of them are having any idea when the complaint can be closed. Every one whom i have spoken to are neither having any idea whom to escalate nor able to give a suitable reply. Appended below are the details of some the customer care staff whom i had conversation [protected]Customer Care) 09 Jun[protected] 19 Jun 2014 - Mr. Ashish (Floor Supervisor) 22 Jun 2014 - Mr. Sumit 25 Jun 2014 - Mr. Pradish (Interaction ID: [protected]) 26 Jun 2014 - Ms. Shweta (informed the complaint is closed on 11 Jun 2014) Mr. Amit (Billing Department) [protected] (Appellate Authority) 26 Jun 2014 - Mr. Abhishek[protected] – Within 48 hrs the complaint will be closed. 28 Jun 2014 - Mr. Abhishek & Mr. Akash (By 29 Jun 2014 the complaint will be closed. 30 Jun 2014 - Mr. Akash (By 13:00 hrs on 01 Jul 2014) 01 Jul 2014 - Mr. Akash (By 05 Jul 2014 the complaint will be resolved) I escalated the issue to the next competent authority i.e. appellate authority on 26 Jun 2014. The staff who attended the call has given the time frame that any complaint received at their end would be closed within 48 hours. Till date nothing has come my way. I cant understand if a service location change is not possible, why dont you guys disclose the same to the customer. Like a fool i was wasting my time behind this issue. One thing i could realize after taking all the authorities into the loop of this mail and my previous mails also, no one is bothered to come forward and help the customer. Ohhhh... I forgot after all its Reliance Group and customers are treated like a scapegoats. After writing this lengthy mail also, i dont have any hope my complaint will be escalated. This is only to release my frustration and focus on my office work. I am in disguise when these fellows will give me a resolution.

                          Hi, My name is vishal Goswami and my reliance mobile no. is [protected]. I was using 1GB 3G internet pack which was suppose to expire on 8th of july 2014. However I used up all my data on 1st of july 2014 and my provider started deducting my balance without even informing me that I have used up all my data. Within matter of minutes they deducted Rs. 117 from my main balance and still there was no intimation or notification from my provider. Its only when I checked my balance I came to know that I have got nothing in my account. When contacted Reliance on their customer care no. 198 I was told that its an ethical deduction and cant be reversed and when I asked to speak to the manager my call was put on hold by santosh yadav on of the call centre agents for about 10 minutes and there was no reply. Hence I called up again and spoke to Ashutosh another call centre agent and he said that I must have received a message from reliance since I have used up all my data. However when I told him the reality and shown the intent to make a complaint about the same he refused to register a complaint and hung up the phone immediately thereafter. I think Reliance is not only a huge but also a reputed telecom company and this behaviour and work ethic should not be accepted.                             Hi, The network coverage of reliance communications is totally gone in Puthuvyppu, Vypin, Kerala. We are not able to connect internet or make calls through reliance netsetter or sim. The situation is very critical and there needs to be some resolution and this needs to get fixed urgently.

                              I submitted complaint so many times but still no action. This is typical harassment and mental torture. This is to inform that around 20 February 2014, I applied and deposited fee for new connection of Reliance Broadband Internet service. After 15 days they said we can't provide Internet service at my region. So when I asked for money back, they said they will sent back after 45 to 60 days. Now 4 months gone still not get.                                   my name is Avtar singh. i have applied for portability of my RELIANCE mobile no [protected] from CDMA TO GSM about 15 days ago.
                                  i accordance to it you have deactivated my CDMA no on 27th june night. and i started my no. GSM sim. THe verification process undertaken by customer care department. after copmleting my verification process.. they told me to put sim idle for 4 hours after that ur sim will be activated. which i did.. but i am not able to call or recieve any call till now. when i used to call any no from my sim it always directed to the VERIFiCaTION department THEY used to tell me that your verification process is completed from our side.
                                  and ur sim is activated.. when i told them my problem . that call always used to be directed to verification department.they told me to call on customer care no 198. i have called on that a lot of times since 4 days.. and they are not giving any relevant ans.. to my prob . they used to tell me that i[censored]r call used to direct to verification deparment. then its prob from their end. ur sim is activated from our end also. but all in vain.. i am not able to call or recieve any call till now. i have also visited to reliance store HALL GATE, AMRITSAR.
                                  but all in vain. they replaced my sim and give me new sim. and told me to start it after 4 hours. but that sim is doing the same .call is directing to verification department . i am in deep worry because my entire bussiness is on this number. which is not working from past 5 days. i am using reliance from more than 8 years.. kindly do some thing in this regard . and took some relevant step about this matter. and under take my problem..

                                    Hi there, I have taken this new connection with the plan speed of 2Mbps/unlimited/month. Details of the plan : http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/internet/wired_postpaidplans.html I have already paid for 6 months advance fees of 4600INR and now after installation of the connection, I am not getting the speed of 2Mbps as i was promised and also the Customer care agents/fellows are not coping up. I registered the speed complaint more than twice but i have complaint number of only the last 2 so here there are : [protected] and[protected] THESE COMPLAINTS WERE NEVER RECTIFIED AND THEY WERE CLOSED BY THE COMPANY ITSELF WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING TO ME. When I asked to change my plan from 2 mbps to 12mbps, i was told that it is not possible to upgrade in the system. Now i am stuck here as i am not getting the speed that i was promised and it is affecting my work. I demanded all of my money that i paid (4600.00INR) back as i never got speed that i was been promised and that is worthless now. I tried to get hold of that issue but never got any solution to that so now i want my money back so that i can pick connection from another internet service provider. Now the new complaint number for terminating my services and get me the refunds is :[protected] Please see to it that i get the whole refunds as the connection i opted for never was installed and was never used by me. I also tried contacting my agent who filled my application (Mr. Yogesh : [protected]) who is also not picking up my calls. This is the fraud that Reliance is carrying out and i dont want to be a victim of this scam. Please do my refunds ASAP.

                                    After talking to various of executives, still am facing the same issue so i was determined to terminate the connection and i had booked complaint for termination few days back but still nobody has arrived to close the connection and still it is in dead slow working state. Now I dont have any issues if they are this poor at their services and too lazy to resolve the complaint but what my point is, i wont be giving a single paisa if they are not doing the work from their side. I need my full refunds of 4600. May be they can deduct 7 days money from it but i wont be giving any more money from the day i booked to terminate the line which was days back.
                                    My first request number for the termination of the line is :[protected]
                                    I dont remember the date of this request but they should have on their database.
                                    I also got call from them regarding the confirmation of termination and they also provided me with another request number which is[protected].

                                    I am trying to speak about the status of the complaints but no reply from Reliance. I called customer care today and still i am holding the phone from past 1hour, 20 minutes but i am hearing the same recorded message to hold the line and wait. I am also attaching video that proves how pathetic the service of reliance is. Even you hold for more than 1 hour, still you get no reply. And now ultimately am fed up of holding and hanging up. Please check the real video that i have taken and attached from another phone. You will see reliance customer care number and also if you can hear the onhold playback.

                                    Hi Again,

                                    As told by you i waited 60 days from my complaint on termination of the connection for which the request id was[protected] which was the final complaint at your end and it was registered on 10/07/2014. I have waited 60 days patiently till 12/09/2014 still i have not got my refunds. I called up regarding the same issue once again at the call center and at that time which was 11am, i was told that someone will call me regarding the same within 24 hours but still no one has contacted my yet. I asked the executive to provide me with the request id so that i can follow up on the same so i do not have to discuss over the issue again and again but she told me for this process, she cannot generate request id however, she did provided me with the conversation id which is [protected].

                                    I have waited and suffered a lot now so you better do your duty well. I need my refunds asap. I cannot and do not have time to go through all over again and posting these comments on this blog so that i expect any response from Reliance.

                                    THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE I HAVE SUFFERED TILL NOW AND YOU KNOW THE NAME.
