My name is Bommali satish kumar and i had applied for number portability from Vodafone to reliance on 3rd-april-2016 . The number is [protected]

But the number is not started yet. I have followed up many a times with reliance people (Shop No 20, Door No 6-3-853/1, Ground Floor, Meridian Plaza, Greenland Road, Ameerpet, Ameerpet, Hyderabad - 500016, Beside LAL Bungalow)

I have suffered a lot for this delay and negligence from reliance team and i don't understand why this is happening to me.

Please resolve the matter at earliest and kindly take the action against people who are making this delay happen

    I recharged my number to use 3g services but not getting it, after complaining they changed my settings and the connection was too slow and they provided 2g services.

    later after repeatedly complaining even though they are giving me service requests number but the issue is not sorted out.

    The validity is of 28 days and 12 days have passed in between.

      I had requested for the termination for service and they gave me id[protected] and to me that a confirmation call will come but no call came and i called again and again they gave me time and it continued for 1 more time and i mailed them for my confirmation but they did not take my mail as confirmation and and call has not also come and they are delaying in termination and more time they will take the bill will generated of those delayed days!!!

      so after mailing them of my confirmation and so many calls from my side to terminate connection but i have got poor response .and yet they have not terminate my connection

        I am a netconnect prepaid user since more than 4 years. As reliance is currently upgrading their cdma to 4g, i was asked to replace my netconnect data card with 4g data device. The new device cost was mrp rs3199. Customer care people told that existing users will get min 50% discount, but i am getting only 16% discount. They are charging me with rs 2699.

        In the other hand, all postpaid users are getting 72% discount and the device is costing just rs 895.

        This is not fair, reliance is concentrating only on the postpaid connections and they are not caring for prepaid users.

        Being a longterm user, i am getting just 16% discount which is very less and disappointing. Upgrading is done by the company, so they have to replace the devices on free of cost. At least they should give min 50% discount.

        I recharged a internet pack on[protected].at the cost of 198 rupess . After one hour later i check the net blance10.25 mb. After that net connection discounecting i cal costomer care but nobody recev my cal.please help me. My number .[protected]
        My Issue is not yet addressed. Person who called me just asked about the issue and disconnected. No Solution was provided still.

        I can still see the prepaid netconnect users are not getting fair discount for the new 4G data device as postpaid users are getting.

        Prepaid users are getting only 16% discount whereas postpaid users are getting a whopping 72% discount.

          Dear Sir
          Datacard connection at no. [protected] have been discontinued from 27th April 2016 abruptly. After repeated calls at Customer care and vendors, the reason was given to be conversion/upgradation of CDMA to GSM/4G or some such activity in the region.

          Mail was sent on 2nd May to Rcom (datacard.support) conveying the issue. No response so far. Customer care unable to provide information other than "there is no solution" after half an hour long calls.

          18th May is the validity expiration date for a 6 month validity recharge of 2999 Rs. for 45 GB.
          22 GB STILL REMAINING IN BALANCE.

          No answer from Rcom, no suggestion about the conversion, how it will be helpful to user or not. Moreover, those 22 GB totally going to be washed away in the tide of "conversion".

          Either provide the refund for those 22 GB or give a new datacard and transfer the balance to that connection.

            I have a post-paid telephone connection with phone no [protected].

            I had ported the phone from Airtel.

            I had completed all required formalities and paid a security amount

            of 300Rs for the connection.

            However I got a call from Reliance stating my mobile sim will be

            de-activated.. Also since 3days my outgoing calls and msg and

            internet is been stopped

            I got a verification msg from Reliance on my phone no.I also received

            the monthly bill from reliance.

            The caution money and my previous balance from airtel is not yet

            transferred.

            .

            This has caused loss to my business. I therefore request you to

            activate my services asap.
            Reliance mailed me saying to deposit all documents at any reliance store.
            As per their intructions i visited the Reliance store S.S Infocom located at Roshnara Road with all the necessary documents.

            But however they refused to take the documents as they said that the verification is complete and only the customer verification form has not been submitted.
            They said that the form has to be submitted by the franchisee who issued the sim.
            I contacted your franchisee VOICE BPO hundreds of times but even they are refusing to help and not responding to my calls.([protected] Mr Raj and Mr Dhairya)
            I am facing troubles due to this and therefore request you to look into the matter.

              I had bought a wi-pod connection... [protected]


              I was sold a new device called Wi-Pod by Reliance Sales Executive at Rs 4300 with a package of 1299 month with a speed of 4Mbps. its been 3 days since i have the device and it was connecting and providing me speed of 0.04mbps and max speed of 0.53mbps. I have made multiple calls (70+ calls in 1 hour). I spoke to a Supervisor named - Saugata from Kolkata. And he promised me an engineer last night. I called the sales man over 100 times in 1 day and he has only been disconnecting my call. I have paid 4300 rs for no internet services. Today whole day i have not even been able to connect. I have been given wrong information from Sales executive to Call Center customer service. I am tired and stressed now and need to get this picked by someone on priority. I seem to have put money in a dead services.

              I had been on phone call from 2PM - 4PM today with no solution and finally the person i was speaking to disconnected my call. Advisor name was Akash and i to suprise Reliance sends me a message to give feedback about the call also. Its such a shame. I will make sure to recommend any and everyone i know t not take any kind of Reliance services.

              I have pasted my issue on FB portal.. I am suprised that I have been asked to commercialise my issue rather than someone picking up a phone and calling me to help me. This is a PURE CHEAT BUSINESS.

              I am not surprised that the company is making money.. You cheating people and this will not end up as a lasting services.

              I will make all the sure each and every person i know, I would recommend them to never go for Reliance products.

              I did get a call 2 days ago stating everything should be working however it is not working. I had been telling everyone that its not getting fixed till a Technician is send home. It is fault with the device. I have been working on this platform for last 12 years and i know my work if Reliance doesn't know. I work during day and i cant answer calls. Please call me later during evening and if possible please send a Techi to fix my issue.

              Ok now i have even stopped bother and i really do want to just get my money... Reliance support calls me and asks me to go to a service center to get my device checked. When it was for sales they send a sales person home who commited that for any issues if not able to solve remotely there will be an engineer send however .. I am not suprised they are still fooling around with me. And I have a bill send to me today... " FOR MY MONTHLY USAGE" FUNNY

              I cant believe that even Consumer Forum portal is also such a shame. This was created to help customers who suffer bad experience with vendors. I am chasing this site and Reliance for last 2 months and getting no help.

                Dear sir, i am nitin mogre i had recharged my reliance gsm sim with rs93 on 5 may because i got the special offer from reliance that in 93 rupees i get 10gb 2g data so i recharged it but it was giving slow speed thats why i did a small 3g recharge but after 2 day on 7th may in the morning i saw that my all 10gb data is gone, i used only 300-400mb and it is not possible for anyone to use all 10gb 2g data in one night. I contacted the customer care 3 times but they didn't solve my problem. Now i have only promo balance which i got from reliance insta care app, and they said that i already have data but that's only a promo balance. Please resolve my problem. My no. Is [protected].

                  My name is Hemant Kumar. My phone number is [protected]. The balance on my number was Rs 75 earlier but when i checked it today i found it to be Rs 71. I called the customer care and told her about my problem. She told me that today a service has been activated for which rs 1 has been deducted and on 9 may also a service was activated for which rs 3 was deducted. She refunded me the money which service has activated today but she didn't refunded me the money which has been deducted on 9 may at 2:12pm. she told me that on 9 may a service called Friendship was activated on your number from R-World. The thing is that i don't go to the R-World as i know some problem will arise by going there. So i didn't activated the service. The service get activated by itself. Moreover when the service get activated on 9 may at 2:12pm i didn't get any message from your side that the service has been activated and this happen with both the cases. If i got the message from your side then i surely would have taken some measures right that moment. So please refund me the money which you have deducted falsely without informing the customer through any medium(message). Moreover on 8 may also i got my money refunded from your side for some service which you have activated on your own and for that service also you didn't send me any message informing about the activation of service. The thing is that how could you activate the service without informing the customer about the activation. If the customer doesn't check his account on regular basis you would eat all his money. So, please refund me the money which you have deducted as it is lapse from your side by not informing the customer for the service activation and also activate complete DND on my number.

Then i complained to reliance store then its again activated but still my cdma number is not taking recharge of rs. 96 to upgarde in 4g and i am suffering from 2 weeks.                       As per reliance communication company, they have given a portability offer (Reliance Postpaid No. - [protected]) that if i do portable with reliance sim, then with Rs599 rental they will provide unlimited voice calls, sms and 1 Gb 3G internet for domestic and roaming lifetime.But it found cheated in the first month only.

                      Now no outgoing calls are going + no incoming calls are comming. I feel very frustrated to switch to Reliance from Airtel, If it is not solved by 2 days i will change all my reliance connection and i will raise a complain legally for this fraud.

                      before 1 month back i got call from reliance they told me to buy new wipod as they are switching their CDMA services to 4G. i told them that i brought CDMA wipod just 6 months back and warranty still exsists they didn't replay me on that they simply told me that if you want to use then you should buy new one. at that time they told me that Data plan will be same. now i buy new 4g Wipod 800 Rs. after using 30 GB Data my internet speed suddenly got dropped to 10-15 kbps. i asked customer care about this they told me data plan has been changed and plan given to me is 8GB free and above that 50 Paise per MB, i ask them about this they told me they send mail regarding this but no mail received from my end. and now i have to paid 15000 Rs insted 1200 Rs. pls suggest what to do now.

                            This is j k just open your eyes inform you that i had a postpaid connection of reliance and my this month bill i paid at customer care cuttack in front of revenshaw college on 6th may'16 but still my bill was not paid so i call to the service centre branch number which has given on the bill. But one of their guy sudhanshu said that it's already done. So i said how i didn't get any massg u plz give ur adress i will go there and he reply me why? Are you want to do job here.                               I have purchased a post paid reliance sim on the plan of 399 rental on 11.4.16.
                              I have received 50 of calls from your company about the activation of the sim but still it is not activate... Everyone of your company doing false promises regarding sim activation.
                              I told everything on call whenever a person call me from your company but they always promise me of make call from senior person but that call never came.
                              I visited customer care centre but they refused to help me.
                              The person who gave me sim gave me a no of karamveer - [protected]. I tried 10 to 20 times to call him but they never have time to talk to their customers... Once they received a call but only said that m busy will call uh later but that later never came...

                              I thought that reliance company is a very good company but my opinion was totally wrong... I can surely say i have seen worst service of this company.

                                I am very unhappy customer of reliance although I am a user of 10 years of reliance but since 1 year my balance is always going to deduction when I recharge after that no phone is connected with customer care. I donot know why this like doing this company. I hope I shall get the proper solution as soon as possible.

                                  Sub: demand notice cum intimation letter

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  Under instruction from and on behalf of my client reliance communication having its office at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, kondhwa, pune 411 048

                                  1. My client is in the business of providing telephone/data card service, and you have availed the services, from my client signing the caf form hereinafter referred to as “the agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by my client and availed by you from time to time.

                                  2. My client further states that as per the running account maintained by my client total principal amount of rs. 2550 /- is outstanding against your, caf no:[protected], my client herein has infom time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

                                  3. My client further states that they were persistently requesting you to clear the said amount, and thereafter my client has arranged a pre litigation lok-adalat 20 (2) of legal services authorities act, 1987 for final determination on saturday 09/04/2016 from 11.00 am onwards. Legal authority of india issued a notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you. (Lok-adalat notice)

                                  4. You have duly received the lok-adalat notice but you neither appeared for lok-adalat in court nor do you pay any amount to my client. My client submits that despite of genuine efforts you failed to pay the outstanding to my client. It clearly reflects that, you are having a dishonest intention to cheat my client for the said amount.

                                  5. My client states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by my client you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which my client is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding against you.

                                  6.In view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, my client do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of rs. 2550/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within three (3) days from the date of receipt hereof, or else be present at our office on 28th may, 2016 at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040 (Contact person : - irfan [protected] e-mail:- (Cro. [protected]@gmail.com) failing which, my client shall be compelled and constrained to initiate appropriate proceedings, civil and/or criminal, against you without any further reference to you as may be advised from time to time and you will be liable for all the claims, costs and consequences resulting there from, which please note.

                                    It is almost one month passed and your 3gbroadband dongle is not working properly . I have discussed this problem with your customer care but they always say due to some new installations this is happening it will be soon recovered.
                                    But now it is very much difficult for me y should i pay you bill if you are not solving my problem . I hope you will understand my problem and please resolve this as soon as possible

                                      Irritated to the core from reliance network i decided to shift to another service provider. I put in a application for mnp but i was unaware of the fact that these guys dont give a damn of customers comfort and they just care to take as much money as possible from customers. After filing the application i got a call from reliance saying that please give us another chance but i refused as i had already given one chance. I also went at reliance care office near my area and asked them for my outstanding which i cleared then and there. When i got my last bill i see that they have changed my plan and i have outstandings in my bill which clearly states that reliance just wants money they dont care about their customers. Reliance doesn't care should be the suitable name for customer care services.

                                        I am your customer since last sixteen years and i am using your cdme mobile no for my offices work. Recently i received one call from reliance office, who was claiming that she is calling from jankpui office, advising me that now cdme system is going to close, she also advising me to change your mobile from cdme to gsm, i followed and given my photo and id. Regret to inform that last five days my mobile is not in operational, when ever i made call to any number, i got recorded massage "to resume the service please contact your nearest reliance office" i visited my nearest ashok vihar reliance office and once again gave my photo and id. When i contacted again ashok vihar office, i have been informed that they have sent the documents to reliance office and now reliance has to act.

                                        Since this phone is very urgent for my official work and on an above i am your very old customer, please resume my phone, and oblige.

                                        In spite of your assurance hole day was gone and no body contacted to resolve the matter.As I informed you earlier that my phone ([protected]) is very important for my companies activities and it require to be operational at the earliest.

                                        One thing I observed that customers are only to pay the bills only, but no help from the the Reliance observed.In my case, kindly note, I paid my bill of Rs.2684/-, even I was on tour to Nasik, i paid the bill from Nasik, instant, it shows the concern that how impotent is my mobile.

                                        I would request you to kindly use your good offices and get resumed my mobile as it is out of working last six days.

                                        Your early action will be highly appreciable.
