I have had enough of all of this!!! Trying to talk to your supervisor seems impossible and my emails don't get any replies... This is the last straw. I have recharged my internet pack four times in just 16 days!!! You people keep sucking all my balance!!! And secondly i am not able to generate the upc code for porting out too. I getting frustrated here!!!

    I make a recharge of mobile 3G net on [protected] date 15/05/2016 i received the massage of recharge done but after recharge i was not able to use the net service i make the complaint same day 15/05/2016 on *333 the take my complaint and told in next 48 hours your problem will resolve and gave me complaint no:[protected]. from that still i am waiting but i didn't get the solution.
    without net i am suffering lot of problem so please provide me the proper solution and i want compensation for the time which i didn't use net service after recharge.

    I am already recived settings still internet not working my mobil data symbol not coming
    Reliance has proved that it has worst network.I still don't know where are its customer care executives?If they don't want to solve the problem of the customers then why are they getting salary?

    One most important thing reliance has automatically blocked my phone no. my permission.

        My name is chander and i just want to know the reason that we have not receiving the rent cheques from yours side since approx 2 years. I am talking about the pulling site, my address is village polling, po lohardi, teh multhan distt kangra hp. We have to take approx 1 lac rent from you. Please release my payment otherwise going to sue you in court and also i will defect your goodwill. Your companies is making a lots of fraud with the remote people. Send my payment otherwise ready to bear the loss that you have never ever expect. I am also going to sell all the material used in built the towers, like batteries, generator and another metal materiel, so that i can get all my money back you cheater. I just want to convey a message through this please dont ever try to think to install the mobile tower of reliance company they all are fraud and please do not use any product and services of reliance.           The biggest profitable part of your company i.e. RMS reliance moblie store are now becoming the reason of irritation to customers as the stores are on the behalf of franchisee (FOFO).Stock avaibility is not proper like 4g sim, e recharge balance i.e lapu connection.they dont have proper knowledge.they are not respecting customers. There is no water dispencer, no invertor, lots of customers are facing problem.one of the rms that i have seen is friends communication which is in jheel khuranja.every time there is a different personality sotting over there.and the different reason they have. So i request you to visit there once and take the proper action against them. And i hope you will be so honest to your job. And took the right step against them.

            I got a port from airtel to reliance postpaid on three months before and i was billed too much than my plan continuously from the past three months my postpaid mobile number is [protected]. I was made several complaints to customer care executives of reliance communication but no one is giving proper solution to my complaint and i was requested for porting my number from reliance but no response i got my bill for the month of april for rs.1507.70/- my plan is only rs.249/- but how can they raised the bill i can't understand i am so much dissatisfied and mentally harassed by reliance communication please help me to port out from reliance and make suggestions to complaint against reliance with trai. And please save me from reliance cheating network. Reliance is a blood sucking worm of public please save me and give suggestions to reduce my bill and port out from reliance. Reliance is a worst worst worst network in india

                    It is brought to your kind notice that about ten years back I have purchased subject captioned scheme by depositing a lump sum amount by which it was agreed to allow me 500 minutes (LIFE TIME) free talk time every month throughout India. It is not out of place to mention here that I am availing the above said benefit for the last 10 years.
                    However, due to the discontinuation of CDMA arbitrarily by your organization. I have been constrained to change cdma to GSM. Due to this very change my life time free talk time benefit has also been discontinued. This is great loss to me and it is Shirley breach of agreement. You are legally bound to give me the aforesaid benefit under the changed scheme.
                    Since the CDMA scheme has been discontinued by your organization, therefore I have been constrained to convert my mobile number [protected] from cdma technology to gsm technology. However, the benefit of 500 minutes free talk time is not available to me on gsm technology. You are, therefore, requested to please consider my request sympathecally and allow me the same benefit in gsm.

                          Congratulation again your services disappointed me a lot. Your internet services is not working from 2 days. Yesterday (14/05/2016) when my data balance was 667mb, despite of that i was unable to access the internet. Then i called to customer care number. They replied due to some technical problem i will not be able to access the internet connection for one day. And also they assured me today (15/05/16) i will be able to use internet. Now still i am unable to access the internet. And also i have lost my 667mb data balance.
                          I just want to ask you a question, if your services was bared for a day then how i lost my data balance. Today i called to your customer care number, they were replying that i used my total 667mb data balance in a day. Boss your services was not working from a day. And you are saying that i used my 667mb balance. Its like without having electricity connection i am getting bill of 5000/-. Boss think logically about that. And provide me solution for this problem. Really guys your services is very worst. During the conversation with your customer service officer, they requested me to talk their senior executive. It has been 30 minutes and now one responding. They putted my call on hold. What the you guys are doing.
                          You need to improve your customer care service. And also your software through which i ahve charged 667mb data without using it.

                            After multiple complaints to reliance following blocking of my incoming calls and messages since one month, no response was initiated from your incompetent customer care and useless executives who made nothing but false promises of escalation of my complaint.

                            After one month of incoming blockade, my outgoing calls and messages were blocked without previous intimation

                            Ince last 4 days my number which was active since 8 years has been terminated without giving me any intimation.
                            Who the hell has given reliance the authority to terminate my number without my consent?

                            I want to have a clear answer from reliance regarding why the hell have you terminated my number? I dont care about your incompetent nonsense executives who have failed spectacularly to solve my issue.

                            I will be initiating legal compensation for such irresponsible disgusting approach you have towards solving my issue

                              Your executive Mohan (I checked hi Reliance ID card) has already collected from me Rs 1830 on 10/5/2016 morning but even after more than 6 days the CAF number is not in your system. Have you hired people to collect money from people on Reliance behalf and not provide service or any response either for that matter.

                              I wonder whether i made the right choice to be associated with Reliance???? Maybe not... NO for Sure not...

                              I already mailed to your e-mail ID on 11-May with no response and you claim to give a response in 24 hours. You customer care executives say that they cannot register a complain and cannot provide me complain number.

                              I think that you are bunch of crooks who only collects money from people forget about services, if you are treating a new customer like this i fear how will you treat us once i have got your connection.

                                I bought a new number of reliance and 4 days back i recharged my number with 200 rs. which was a full on full recharge then i tried recharging from my main balance for my data pack through the given STV code but that code does not worked then i contacted the retailer for the STV recharge he was also not aware about the code that i doesn't works. I have got 200 rs of balance in my account. Then i recharged my number with rs 123 which is a data pack 1gb for 28 days for new customers. But with in 2 days my whole of the main balance and the data balance is over ZERO. When i tried contacting the customer care there number *333 runs on 50 paisa charges /3min so i had zero balance i was not able to contact them too then i tried another number 198 that also connected in 4-5 times of dialing . Their cutomer service representative's number is so intelligently hidden that no one could find it, then howsoever i came in contact with the service representative then he lodged a complaint n said i have messaged the details on ur number but yet nothing has come. I WANT MY BALANCE BACK.

                                      Reliance is big cheater, my number [protected] last month I am use only 14 day reliance postpaid sim because reliance postpaid stopped my SIM service 16 day after 16 day SMS received your complaint solve and SIM is active, now after bill is update and Bill update 30 day, now my question is why I m pay full month rental when I m use only 14 day
                                      Please solve my problem
                                      Reliance SIM service stopped is not my folt, it's reliance mistake and reliance mistake and send bill to me

                                        I am pradeep, I have been using Relaince CDMA services as last year I ported from vodafone to relaince cdma. But the network of cdma is too weak to talk. I request you to improve the network so as to consumers have ease to use your network services, otherwise we shall opt for portability.
