My name is waman sathe. I had a reliance data card connection [protected]. My data connection was discontinued 2 months ago due to non-payment of earlier payments which was generated due to giving me weak information and support by the reliance customer care. They charged for automatically activating two plans at once. One was unlimited and another was a monthly limited use plan for one month. Even after requesting them to deactivate the plans they did not do anything, and now two months after the dongle was deactivated i am receiving messages to pay for the last two months, which is totally disruptive. They are asking me to pay for the data which i never used. I request them the last time to give some time to my query and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

    I still did not get proper benefit of data as i recharged for rs. 175 on 14 may 2016 but atill did not get data benefit yet. They provide me only 200mb as a promo balance(instead of 3.75gb). I am total not agreed with reliance
    My mobile no. Is [protected]. As company is not helping me and this is very annoying reached to at very high level. I am discussing that problem from 14ay but far ago of 8 day still i didnot get solution of my problem.

      I have received email from cro. [protected]@gmail.com.
      I am not sure if this a authentic genuine email or not. I have not been using the Reliance dongle service after Jan 2010 .I had made last payment and repeatedly requested to customer care for disconnection of services as i was no longer using the services.

      I do have proof of last payment receipt of last payment made as well mails to customer care regarding disconnection back in Feb/March 2010

      Is there any way that my account balance can be verified with the provided CAF number in the email i received.

      Sub: demand notice cum intimation letter

      Dear sir/madam,

      Under instruction from and on behalf of my client reliance communication having its office at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, kondhwa, pune 411 048

      1. My client is in the business of providing telephone/data card service, and you have availed the services, from my client signing the caf form hereinafter referred to as “the agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by my client and availed by you from time to time.

      2. My client further states that as per the running account maintained by my client total principal amount of rs. 1953.44/- is outstanding against your, caf no:- [protected], my client herein has infom time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

      3. My client further states that they were persistently requesting you to clear the said amount, and thereafter my client has arranged a pre litigation lok-adalat 20 (2) of legal services authorities act, 1987 for final determination on saturday 09/04/2016 from 11.00 am onwards. Legal authority of india issued a notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you. (Lok-adalat notice)

      4. You have duly received the lok-adalat notice but you neither appeared for lok-adalat in court nor do you pay any amount to my client. My client submits that despite of genuine efforts you failed to pay the outstanding to my client. It clearly reflects that, you are having a dishonest intention to cheat my client for the said amount.

      5. My client states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by my client you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which my client is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding against you.

      6.In view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, my client do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of rs. 1953.44/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within three (3) days from the date of receipt hereof, or else be present at our office on 28th may, 2016 at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040 (Contact person : - irfan [protected] e-mail:- (Cro.         This is regarding my reliance data card connection (Subscriber num: [protected]/ relationship num:[protected]. I was on a 20gb postpaid plan in kerala and had to disconnect in dec 2014 as i travelled abroad. It was my dad who took care of this and last bill was paid on 23/12/14 for an amount of rs.1490 (Paid at mobile world triprayar, kerala). Again another bill came in for an amount of rs.1593 on 06 jan 15. My family received a legal notice few weeks later from the some advocate of reliance communications saying legal action would be taken if i don’t pay the outstanding amount. Reliance agent asked us to ignore the same, also it was conveyed to reliance team i believe.
        Now my family have received another legal notice, dated 02 may 2016 from reliance advocate saying i need to pay rs 1593.20/- to reliance communications before 28 may 2016, else after the deadline i have to pay rs 3989.19 and they would criminal case against me.
        We still use services from reliance - data card under prepaid plan, also have a reliance mobile connection. Its really sad that reliance treat their customers this bad. I used my post paid connection for almost 2-3 years and never delayed any payment towards the bills.
        My family is scared seeing a legal notice again, so for your information : i have paid rs 1593.20/ now (Receipt number amip[protected] though i dont have to. I cant spend much time behind this to convince reliance, wait till the dispute is resolved and also get into trouble for such a small amount. I consider it as a donation from my part. But i would say that i never expected such a pathetic approach and poor service from such a great company.
        I am posting it here to make others aware of the situation. I am sure many would have experienced the same. I know if this get resolved, i might get a refund and apologies but the kind of mental pain and stress a legal notice caused to me and my family could never be taken back.

          Sir/Madam, I am from tripura .. i called customer care 198 to know how to reduce my call charges. they told me if i do recharge of rs 47 then my all local & std call will be charged at 1p/sec and also send an sms of tge details whose screenshot is attached herewith. therefore i have done the recharge.. but i received a 3g data pack. after that when i called customer care again to know whats the problem, they are not giving any reply and telling that this can be happened no problem.. please check why did they done like this .. this is my no [protected].. and what should i do now?

              Dear Sirs,
              I got my mobile -[protected]--ported from vodafone to Reliance two months ago. I got the ECS form duly attested by the Corporation Bank Old Airport Road and handed it over to Mr Mallikarjuna, Store Manger, Kodihally two months ago immediately after porting. As advised him when I went personallyI made the payment of the First Bill one month ago. Mr Mallikarjuna confirmed that the bill payment will be organized through Bank from now onwards.
              Mr Mallikarjuna is the laziest guy in Reliance and there are lot of complaints against him which I heard during my visit to the store.He does not respond to my calls and replies will call me back. This is happening since a month. In the meantime, I am getting calls from the Billing Dept that the amount is due.
              Is this a mistake I got my mobile ported from Vodafone to Reliance.In case you don't take action on Mallikarjuna, I may have to port my Mobile to any other service provider who gives me better service. I am a retired Govt Officer and a senior citizen and we don't get any respect from Mallikarjuna.
              I am waiting for your advise to sort out my complaint OR allow me to port my mobile to another Service Provider.
              May I expect a reply/compliane in 24 hours so that I don't get reminders for payment???????

                Hello my name is alok from allahabad. I saw a job in amar ujala classified for reliance 4g tower. when i went to the office, there is a small room there and well maintained just like a office . they take a small test of mine and HR said u r qualified and then said, you will have to pay Rs 1450 as a security fee which will be refund you after one month training. When i am asking about that type of location, he said we are share holder of reliance jio and we recruit for reliance as per location and then give me a temperary joining letter of any location near allahabad. When i went to job location then they said we only conduct a managment training and not provide a job . I call again to the HR they said i gave you a wrong number by mistake and said we forward your application in allahabad, they will call you in a week . After a week when i call again to HR, she is not receiving my phone.

                  Hello sir,
                  Again balance deducted even i don't use internet.
                  This happen also on 18 may 2016 when balance around rs.100 deducted. And before this rs. 77 and rs.30 & rs.9 on various accounts even i did not use any service like vas & others.
                  I just need my balance back...
                  If i want to use net then i will recharge please do not deduct from my main balance. I don't keep huge balance so that you can deduct unnecessarily.
                  Tollfree customer care executives don't even listen to my problem. Reliance is continuously deducting balance from main account for unknown reasons well known to them.
                  Even the customer executive cut my call. Kindly look into the matter. I feel mentally harassed when customer executives don't listen to any complains.

                  He first answered my call and told it's not his job and told me to call customer care and hang the call. When i tried calling him again he was disconnecting my call continuously. Disappointed with his attitude.

                  When i tried calling him next day he was not responding to my calls.

                    Reliance company stealing from people they go so far recently i recharged my reliance no. [protected] amount of 498 there is a offer of 498 and you get 10 gb that was the second time i recharged this offer 0n 17/05/2016 now they gave me only 4 gb and said that you have to complaint that in 24 hours after the recharge if not get the exact benefit. First time i recharged they said its shows only 4 gb but you can use 6 gb after you consumed 4 gb automatically credit 6 gb in your account so the second i didn't get that offer they gave me only 4 gb and said you have to complaint in 24 hour after the recharge so what do i do if they manipulate us like this so do something about that and solved that problem quick as you as possible...

Every time we register a complaint in reliance customer care the next they they auto close our complaint without even resolving it. Its happening form last one month and we almost have registered 50 to 60 complaints in reliance customaer care.
                          This is the worst service i have ever seen. There guys are really spoiling the name of dheeru bhai ambani

                            Everything was fine with reliance until my old sim was lost and bought new sim-card with the same number from reliance exclusive store in which i got rs70 main balance.
                            First of all, even without the activation of any vas, a caller tune was activated. I got to know this when after few days i got message from reliance that my main balance is left 0.6 rs and i will have to recharge to continue enjoing caller tune service that was rs15 for 15days.In the message, the no. To deactivate the service was also given and so i used it and deactivated the service. But the balance deducted was even more than that service alone & i also don't have much calls. So i searched from internet and called 155223 from where i was confirmed that i don't have any vas activated.
                            Then i recharged with rs 120 and got a balance of rs 110. Now yesterday i got message -

                            Amount charged for vas shemaroostream rs:5.00
                            Current main balance : rs:71.76

                            Then today i got message -

                            Amount charged for vas shemaroostream rs:5.00
                            Current main balance : rs:66.76

                            I know i couldn't have utilised more than rs 5 for calls. Then again today i tried calling 155223 to deactivate vas but it is answering -
                            "your call can't be processed at the moment, please try again later."

                            Apart from that i was getting so much of advertising sms & calls. So, i registered for dnd and got it's confirmation but again i'm getting advertising calls & sms.

                            I have deleted old messages but i'm having some new ones wich i'm taking screenshot and adding them as image.

                              I was offered unlimited voice, sms and data plan for Rs. 397+ tax 57.57 Total Rs. 454.57.
                              I did the port in to Reliance, but the number was suspended due to unprofessional method of verification. After talking to Support, re-verification done and services started.

                              Now after 3 months of services, Reliance has abruptly stopped services and Support is asking to pay Rs. 1500 towards over-dues.

                              My plan being Unlimited services for Rs. 454.57, which is paid regularly, this is unauthorized charge by Reliance.

                              Reliance phone support is giving different reasons for stopping the services which are all recorded and they are not replying to my email complaint.

                              This is last notice to them to restore the services else I will be forced to file a petition in the consumer court.

                              General public is advised to stay away from all products/ services of Reliance.

                                      Hi,

                                      I purchased a reliance 3g wipod on 23rd october, 2015 with number '[protected]' for rs 1200/- and opted for reliance's rs 999 (40gb ul) plan (Paid extra) in chennai's circle.
                                      Within a week, i could experience almost zero connectivity from the dongle and informed the reliance customer care. After getting no satisfactory resolution from their side, i asked for a refund, which they never gave, instead asked me to pay for a month's usage (In spite of me getting no signal). So, finally, after paying for the month, i asked them to discontinue the postpaid plan, so that i could change the service to prepaid and later discontinue that at my will (If poor service continues). The postpaid service was discontinued within the month. But, when i visited the reliance store (As advised on customer care number) and asked for a prepaid service to be activated on the dongle, i was told that it can't be done. Even after multiple follow ups for months with reliance and their assurances on mail, i was provided no resolutions and they stopped responding to mails.
                                      Now, my reliance dongle which was barely used for 1-2 weeks is a complete waste and there is no response from reliance at all.

                                      Got a call from some Ms Ankita on behalf of Reliance. But she wasn't able to provide any solution and told me that she will give me a call next day. But, it's been quite a few days and haven't got any call back.
                                      All I am asking here is the replacement of the unused dongle or refund. Can't really understand the delay of months for it.

                                      Sorry to say that the matter is still unresolved after 8 months and several attempts from my side. After all these attempts, instead of a solution, I am being warned of a legal action for non payment of a bill from Reliance, which I have already paid and have a receipt of! It is such a horrible consumer experience for me. Really disappointed not only with services but overall attitude of Reliance towards consumers.

                                        am extremely furious over the ridiculous act by Reliance Communications which has given me a bad impact on my company's image, am writing this to let others know that how bad + irresponsible + ridiculous service providers Reliance Communications is.

                                        I have been using the service for the past 3.5 years, my landline phone[protected] for office use was found dead on Monday Morning (16.05.2016) I tried calling the customer care on their toll free no[protected] but unfortunately it didn't connect, following day I tried again & finally got through and after speaking to the customer care executive I came to know that my landline phone has been suspended due to Unbilled amount for which I was never informed, I repeatedly kept asking why I was not notified for the unbilled amount and without prior notice my landline phone was suspended.

                                        Finally after paying the unbilled amount (Rs.85/-) I called up the customer care executive again and told them about the payment made and they said that the phone calls will be active within 4 hours time, unfortunately it didn't happened, I spoke to them more than 5 times in a day and everything gone in wain as my landphone was still dead without any activation done from them.

                                        Today (18.05.2016) morning when I entered into my office I saw that the landline phone started blinking so I thought that it has been activated finally but it was something different now the problem was incoming calls not active, I lodged a complaint again with the ref no[protected] but unfortunately they failed to help me activate the phone completely.

                                        My question is "how can a service provider suspend the services without prior notice for a mere amount of Rs. 85/-"

                                        even after paying the amount my phone calls are still not active.

                                        I receive important phone calls on a daily basis which includes many important leads.

                                        is there anyone who can answer my query ? can this issue be resolved and never repeated again in future ?

                                        I request Reliance Communications to maintain their dignity and respect their clients.

                                        Incoming calls not active
                                        I have been waiting for more than 3 days now and my landline connection is still inactive, this morning a representative from Reliance came to attend the complaint @ my office around 11:30 am and he promised me that the incoming calls will be activated within 01 hour, its more than 3 hours gone and till now nothing happened, am missing important phone calls/leads all the time.

                                        I called up Reliance Toll free no and spoke to one of the customer care executive (Mr. Kumar) employee id no: 6655118 and asked him to resolve my issue but unfortunately he repeated the same words (your issue will be resolved within 24 hours) which I have been listening to since last 3 days.

                                        Yesterday I posted a complaint on the complaint board and till date I didn't received any response from the management.
