I have submitted complaints No.[protected] &[protected] for not receive of amount after recharge. Kindly do the necessary thing as soon as possible. (I have received a SMS form Reliance on 18.03.2015 at 14:44 hrs that recharge with Rs. 410/- & get Rs. 615/-. I have recharged (Mob No.- [protected]) on 18.03.2015 at 14:49 with Rs. 410/- but my account recharged with Rs. 361.9/- only. Please look in this matter & recharge my account with Rs. 615/- as mentioned in SMS.)

    Hi, My Reliance GSM Number: [protected]. I have recharged the above number with Rs.57 and got 50 MB data. But while browsing, reliance unnecessarily charged Rs.70 from main account balance on 28/03/2015 for using data even though if i have data balance of around 10 MB. I called 198 on 29/03/2015 and made a complaint. Customer care person said the amount would be refunded in next 24 hours. But no resolution for that and my amount is not refunded even after 36 hours.       Sir, Myself Pankaj M.Solanki having Reliance Broadband Connection (customer number :[protected]. During period of 26.07.2014 to 25.08.2014 my Internet was down due and not working, but all reliance connection nearby me was working perfectly, means having problem in my connection only. I registered many complains for above said problems and my complaint numbers are as follow 1) CNM[protected] [protected] 3) CNM[protected] When i don't received any response from your service team after a month, i registered my complain to cancel my broadband connection. Immediately i received call from head office to inquire about cancellation. I discribed all the matter that since 26.07.2014 my net was down and not working and then On next day after my complain, problem was resolved and received call of representative appointed by head office about helping on my problem and assurance given to contact me time to time. I also told her to waiver my bill for 26.07.2014 to 25.08.2014 but she told me that it will be possible after billing generated and she will do it on my request but for your kind information till date no communication from any of your representative. Now when i called customer care to waiver/refund of my bill for 26.07.2014 to 25.08.2014, they told me that they are not able to do waiver and request to put mail for waiver. I request you to check my data count for 26.07.2014 to 25.08.2014 to conform my net was down and request you to waiver for 26.07.2014 to 25.08.2014. Its very painful to say I am very disappointed with customer care service and procedure of waiver. Awaiting for your response.

        I had Recharged Rs.120.00 on 20 March2015, which was not credited to my Reliance prepaid no. [protected]. Upon filing a complaint I was promised that this will be resolved, but so far nothing. I had again recharged Rs30.00 on 30April 2015. This too was not credited to my account. Now I am out of balance . Pl resolve this issue, otherwise I will have to discard this Reliance sim. I am attaching both the payment reciepts. My alternate number is 91 [protected]. Pl revert back to me..

          Dear Reliance Team, Since this plan is available for all over India as confirmed by reliance customer care, i tried to buy Zero GSM Rental 12 Months Plan ( http://shop.rcom.co.in/gsmzero/122-postpaid-gsm-12-months-zero-plan.html ) After entering all my details correctly, I got an error message as "Please enter correct PIN and select correct State." [protected] dated. 24/03/2015 I can submitted all the document on the reliance store but the verification is negatively due to house locked the sms is send by reliance company I can talk the reliance store and the verification person manoj kumar he say to us we can take a verification revived on 25/03/2015 that after reliance company is sent sms again your verification is negatively dear sir my house is never locked in my house 7 person is lived how can possible to all the member is out of house . I can also call to 198 and the reliance office also he no. Is [protected] he is can not help I can secondary call to manoj and say to come an verification of my house he is talk me very rudely and say to me your no. Is nerve start what you can do u do know that is my verification company what ever report we can Wright it is never change . Sir I can ask to you way we can purchase of reliance post paid no. plzz give me suitable answer for locked my no. Within 7 day's otherwise I can go to consumer court because I can loss for my work for out is locked of my mobile .

                  my no. is [protected] my balance deducted from my account, yesterday was 71 rs in my account but in 1 min international call my all balance come nill and one more complaint from my side is tht i will recharged my number with net pack of 177 3G in which the plan is unlimited facebook or whatsapp and 1gb data but on using facebook or whatsapp my data is deducted I m unable to talk any customer care executive... I will call on ur customer care no 198 or *333 but I will not talk to any o[censored]r customer executive even my balance is deducted... & one more complaint from my end is tht I m unable to call any other customer care no from number my number is -[protected] plz solve my problems i m thankful too u

                      Dear Sir, This Is Ilayaraja T .I am Using Reliance broad Band for long time, and Facing the speed issue problem and my number this is my mobile no [protected] .I have lost this number on dec 2014 .That time i requested the reliance people to terminate the connection and i cleared my bill every thing .and i still i havenot received any duplicate sim in my name for that number . They on very next month reliance communication asked me to pay the bill of Rs .4732 for the useage of data .I asked them the details o[censored]sage, Still i say i will pay the bill .Only if they provide the details o[censored]sage .After I send a reuest, still i have not got any mail regarding the usage . I ready to pay the bill .if they produced the details o[censored]sage .Now they called me today and they said, we have registered a case aginst u in delhi court, regarding the non payment .I[censored] paid today u won't get penality otherwise u have to pay rs. 28000 as penality .Kindly provide me the solution .Such a big company they doing like this very bad .

                        Dear Sir, When I pay Rs449/- I am able to use the inter net for full one month on a regular basis.But last month it expire within 20 days.Now only two days back I have renewed my data card with Rs449/- a message has propped up saying my GP is very low I suspect some one may be hacking into my computer.Kindly help.I have also change the email password recently for safety.

                          I got my new reliance GSM number ([protected]) (TN, Chennai) activated 3 days back. By mistake I made a minutes pack recharge of 98 before FRC. Amount got deducted from my account but minutes were not credited to my reliance number. Then I got a recharge of 101 (FRC) which got properly recharged offering 80-85 INR (exact amount I am not sure) and one month of 2G services. After which I again made a recharge of 98 so as to acquire those minutes/ seconds offered but again it didn't happen.. I also made a recharge of 199 INR for 3G services but still its giving only 2G services which got active with FRC. If I am not being provided services why should the amount get deducted. I wish to receive the refund of the amount.

                            My num: [protected] I have got this message about 6 times since yesterday and my money has been deducted many times. ""You have requested for TecShayaari pack for 30 days at rs 30 pm" Reliance customer care not picking calls and if they do they speak in bengali and there isnt any option for hindi/english. Common people.. Are you nuts?? who will ask for Shayari pack in these times?? Such messages are annoying. and For God sake stop that long automated message whenever we are trying to call someone"Your prepaid acc bal is 19.34..bla bla, recharge soon to avoid suspension of your account" You are attracting a very negative image to your company. We are your subscribers since ages. Do you really mean that if our bal goes below 20 ..this would lead to suspension of account if we dont recharge. Obviously any person will recharge when he/she is out f bal. I am so frustrated with this that I am soon going to port my number if such annoying messages and deduction of balance without any reason continues. Return my deducted amount on priority. Expecting a reply before I fill this form of number portability which I already got. No Regards, Frustrated Customer

                            My Reliance data card number is [protected]. I have called many times to reliance customer care to terminate my post paid data card due to slow network connection problem. But they said, they will fix it and they offered for lowest monthly payment for 200 for 1 GB/month.. But not at all i got the issue fixed. Then again, i tried many times to terminate the connection by calling customer care. They said due to technical issues, unable to transfer the call to termination department.

                            Recently they launched 4G connection. So 3 months before when i went to pay the bill at reliance office, they told to me that reliance going to terminate all the 3G connection in that month.

                            I have not used the internet connection using my 3g dongle, because it won't work at all from my place.

                            Reliance keeps sending me messages monthly to pay the bill.. Why should i pay this bill? I have not used it! Check your database, Did i used your internet connection ?

                            Now they asking me to pay RS:393 bill amount.. You guys said, it will get terminate automatically. Then why you are sending me monthly bills?

                            I can't pay this amount.. I know my reliance account already terminated since i can't even login to my reliance account. So, Please don't call me again to ask for the bill amount..

                              I have been using Reliance data card for more than 3 years. In recent 6 months I was not happy with the connection speed and at emergency situations I could not connect to my office/client network with the poor connection. i.e, speed is not even crossing 100 KBPS though it was 3.1 MBPS kit my . So, I registered complaint through call center during mid of March 2015 but the issue could not fixed. So, I decided to disconnect the data card connection but they are not accepting the request through phone call and they have been insisting me to visit the nearest Reliance store for disconnection formalities. So, visited the Virugambakkam, Chennai Relaince outlet on 27th March 2015 at 10:30 am and requested for connection. But, for close to 30 minutes they were trying to convince for continuing the service. Later they called to some number and asked me to speak to them and she repeated the same convincing story.. But, still I requested for closing the connection and told them I will ensure my connection is closed within next two days else I will not pay the Feb/March bill amount(Rs 2045) and I will take it up with a complaint through TRAI. Then they took my request online and they asked me to pay the amount. I tried to pay thorugh DEBIT card and they simply tried twice but Merchant banker's device could not process the payment. Not sure does it really works. SO, they insited me to pay by cash and I collected cash from near by ATM and paid as cash. I requested for payment acknowledgement but they denied to give manual receipt. They said that I will get acknowledgement through mail and SMS. They simply written my data card number and mount in a Accounts Register book as guys use to do in a small recharge Petty shops. But, till now, I did not received any SMS acknowledgement, no mails and payment details were not updated in RCOM portal as well. These guys unnecessarily dragging me for more than a week regarding the closure of data card connection. It seems they will take another 15 days to process this disconnection from the request raised data. I am not sure why it takes 15 days to process a disconnection(disabling my data card number) when it takes just few minutes to Activate a new connection. The portal applications are just simple and they just need to 'Check or Uncheck' a Radio-button for disconnecting my data usage.I am not sure whether the Reliance Store guy has processed my payment. Somehow I have become restless in last 10 days due to these Reliance guys and now started using Airtel 3G which is fine as of now.

In my home location all time tower is only 1 in postpaid bt i also hav a prepaid no.. Dere is full tower all tym...i did't know wats da problem. 2 nd matter is in my postpaid no...out going / incoming call are resticted all time...from da 1st day. Wats da problem sir...plzzz resolve ... I will be very thankfull...

                                  I would like to tell you that I got few messages of Jadoo Offer that on Recharge of 177/- I'll get 1GB + 1GB 3G data but when I recharged on my No. [protected] I got only 600 MB which is straight away false against the Offer stated in the message. I have attached the image of the offer which I got and please recredit remaining 1400 MB 3G data as per your Offer. Kindly do the needful and look up into the matter and recredit my balance soon.

                                  What the hell is this?? Its been more than three days and there is no response from Reliance nor I can call them, they just disconnect my phone after IVR.
