This is really unfortunate to say the service of such company like reliance is so poor. The fake information and promises. I purchase a phone from reliance digital they promised me that they will provide me some accessorieswith phone. After a month passed by but still i didn't get powerbank. While contacting them we are not providing any response. Imagine how a big company running out of consolation accessories. 2. Second i i have knowledge about bajaj emi card can be used throughout india and it's comes with zero interest emi. Your people denied that it can't be used as my address was belongs to hyderabad. Though am a loyal customer to bajaj finance and reliance digital, i didn't get such favor over my issues. They suggested to take by sbi credit card and they convinced me that it's worth no extra interest for me. But they charged me emi amortization charges. I can show you my statement the stupid sbi people charges me more than 500 within two months. It's annoying to see that though i am having money and i can purchase it by cash, i choose it because of zero emi option. If i could pay it by cash why would i pay it by extra cost.
