Dear sir, I have purchased washing machine and refrigerator on 23/06/2019 from reliance digital inorbit mall cyberabad. Store has given bill in the name of alok srivastava where my requirement is to change it to "wipro limited c/o alok srivastava" but the store or customer support is not helping in this regard. Earlier I had purchased similar ac directly from Samsung. Samsung engineers were professional and covered all wires and pipes with common white tape. Reliance left it open. Attaching photos of both.
