I went for a purchase of Samsung LED TV at your Madinaguda Branch, Hyderabad. After much consultations between your staff, the rate is fixed as Rs.54000 and was informed that 30/6 EMI will be given. 2 financiers Bajaj Finance and Capital First argued before us to finance and got the approval but both backed by stating such scheme is not available. Met the Store Manager but of no use. Did not expect such a poor service by the entire staff including Store Manager. Would have satisfied the customer by offering some sops.
