Have purchased a cell phone imei no [protected] model no nokia lumia 1320 from reliance retail ltd digital express mini no37 rp road hasthinapuram chrompet chennai 44 on 18/02/2015 the bill no[protected] resq care plan serial no 61886. During the. Course o[censored]sage it was found in the month of aug 2015 that the photos and all apps are stored in the phone memory not saved in st card. We contact the nokia care the. Officials informed that the said phone was activated during the month of aug 2014 that is 7 month before the date of purchase. Hence it is very strange that how could the mobile activeted before the date purchase. I doubt whether the used phone is sold as brand new product. More over it was advised to pay for updating the storage facility. Since the warenty period is expired. I wish topoint out the warenty period will be expired on feb 2016. I requst you todo the needful at once. Note:we already complain sales man and branch manager (Cell no:[protected]) they did not taken any response. Note : already complaind date13/09/2015 (Referance no[protected] date 15/09/2015) reminder date 22/09/2015 not taken any action. I am not satisfied about your service with regards k.
