[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Purchase of Smart TV and Name of purchaser is incorrect,Card no Wrong. | |||||
I am GAUTAM NARAYAN GHOSH a customer of Reliance, I have purchased a smart TV of Samsung of Rs. 64235.96 through Bajaj Finance on 02.07.2017 But by mistake they print my name on the Cash memo Gautam Kumar Ghosh though I have produce my Pan Card, Aadhar Card and a Cancelled Check of SBI Kantatoli, Ranchi Branch. My Reliance Card No.[protected] but actual point is not added to my Card, Reliance staff make the mistake and added the point to some other persons Card whose Card No is[protected] Please Correct my name on the Cash memo and add the point in my Card.
