I have bought samsung j7 pro mobile from reliance digital store at adambakkam branch, chennai. I bought this on 19.11.2017 for rs.19, 900 and i was informed by sales representative (Naveen-mob[protected] and store manager that i will get rs. 1000 cash back and it will be credited to my paytm account. Till date i dint receive any cash back.. Whenever i ask them they are giving false commitment as i will get within 2 days.. This seems like totally cheating and making fool of customers in the name of cash back.. In other mobile stores like poorvika, chennai mobiles etc., the same model was available for 18, 000 at that time.. Does cash back make any sense here?? I PURCHASED LAPTOP AND PRINTER at rel digital store Kakinada suryaraopet with ICICI Bank debit card . but cash back not credited till today purchased del LAPTOP AND cannon printer . actual period for cash back is 90 days.
