I had buy a tv (Samsung 49k5570) from your reliance super store. But your service had given me a used old remote for it. It's been more then 1 & half month but no is have a positive response towards it.

Date of purchase - 30/05/17
Store address - reliance super, master canteen square, near railway station, kharvel nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha.
