Last weekend, i was in urgent need of portable hotspot, as i have to travel and need internet connectivity.

I went to jio shop and asked for service, enquired about the connectivity, they said its good, i bought the device paying 2400 inr (Device+ recharge fro 6 month)

I came home and started using the hotspot,...

Complaint against service request sr00000cibgy

Following are problems which i am facing daily. I complaint it to customer care but problems remains same:
1. Poor network connection.
2. Videos is not running smoothly.
3. Jio tv is not running continuously.
4. My jio app updates itself always and load itself very late.
5. No outgoing calls between 6 pm to 10 pm....

On 24 aug i booked jio phone at that time transaction is done with internet banking of sbi but transaction is failed. Here is transaction id fv000000yp87
My phone was not booked but a/c is debited...
So, tell us who is responsible for this. Or who return my amount. Sir it is almost a week gone but there is not any update from reliance..
So sir pls resolve this issue as early as possible...

Amount is debited from paytm. It is showing successfully recharged... And jio is not giving any such service for given recharge... If.. Jio you are not able to give service atleast clear yourself regarding recharge with reason.. I am stuck.. Cant even getting refund from paytm.. Because jio is keeping me wait on since 3 days...

I purchased a samsung a9 pro smartphone from www.jio.com on 14th august and it was delivered to me 18th of august. On 28th august it's recent key and back key stopped functioning. My amount rs.500 deducted by bank and transaction ref. No. Igabwwgco9. But i did not received any conformation message from jio phone registry. I am requesting you take necessary action regarding my problem and conform my jio phone...

I am working in syndicate bank at guthigaru village sullia taluk karnataka state.
Now a days all are using smart phones including village people. Dont think they dont know about internet based.
In karnataka state your network is very poor and most of the places your network not available.
Most the network providing only airtel and bsnl but they are providing 2g signals only.
If you increase your network that much...

Hello this is chandraveer singh from meerut. On the 24th of august i tried to book the jio phone via jio.com and paid rs.500 through my paytm account. First the screen showed transaction failed but then when redirected again to jio.com it showed your booking was successful and the booking id will be sent to the provided mobile number but unfortunately it never came and i can't find a way to know about my booking status.
To conclude...

On 25-8-17 i was trying to book my jio phone but while transaction was getting places, it was showing something like netwok error, i reloaded the page, it showed transaction is succesful, transaction id is null, when i called jio customer care, they said that they cannot do anything without transaction id, i said that i can provide all details, then also, when i checked my balance, 500 rs were deducted for that,,
My jio mobile no....

I have the jio number [protected] and i know very well that my plan for jio no. [protected] has expired. Data services have been stopped & outgoing calls restricted.

If i required will recharge the same plan.

Please do not remind me for this again and again by sending messages and giving calls everyday on my alternate. No [protected]
