Reliance Jio is charging me for 02 plans at the same time & that too one is postpaid and other is prepaid.On contacting Jio care & centre several times they are not accepting their mistake and are not willing to refund my money.i also mailed them at Jio.[protected]@ril.com & [protected]@jio.com, but there is no response.i want Jio to settle my bill at the earliest.

    Dear team,

    My number is [protected]

    From last 15 days i'm unable do call and use internet on my number. When i called in your customer care they told me that this is a postpaid no. They informed me that you have to visit jio outlet any pay the security amount after that you can use jio services.

    I said okay. Last saturday i visited your outlet which is in old dlf colony sector 14, they denied to take security amount. They said that you have to pay online.

    Then on saturday i make the payment of ₹400 threw jio.com and i received the message from by bank that your account has been debited and also received the message from jio that we have received your payment of ₹ 400. After that i'm unable to use jio services. Then i called again in your customer care they said that your payment was declined and you will get your money back in your account. Regarding the security amount they said that visit in our outlet if they denied to take security amount we'll speak to them right their. Again i visited their the same answer they gave. They don't have any options for taking security amount. I call to customer care right their and speak with your supervisor mr atul and handover the call to jio outlet person. Jio outlet person told that they don't have any options for taking security amount. Mr atul said that you have to take security and also said that you can pay threw online when i said him kindly guide me from where i have to pay he said that outlet will take amount..

    No one is giving proper information. Neither the outlet or customer care.
    I think your team has not on same pitch.

    Kindly guide me the procedure for submission of security amount and also still i haven't get my refund of ₹400

    If any doubts fell free to call me before 2:00 pm

        I am a customer of jio. I recharged my jio no. — with 399 nearly 1 month back, but it was declined as my friend has recharged my no. Already. I didn`t received my money back until now. I made a call to the customer care but they didn`t solved my problem. The transaction id. Of the recharge is 'ju[protected]'.
        I request my back as it was declined. The customer care said that i will receive the money with in one month but it hasn`t happened.

          I am on jio 399 plan but getting only 1-15 kbps speed in dinhata, west bengal which is a municipal town. Surprisingly jio is doing nothing in this matter. The tower is far away from the main town so they must install a new tower for the better connectivity in the main town area. From november till date jio never delighted me nor the other users in the town. Free call from jio in dinhata is like a dream which never came true. My experience with jio is worst.

              I also go to jio coustomer care sirsa (Haryana) 4-5 times, but no solution. I also contact care 14-15 times but no solution. Please help me. Router warrenty=2-3 month left. I m from sirsa (Haryana). I mainly problem in cdlu sirsa campus. All other router is working wll at the same time.

                For Prebooking of JIO SMART PHONE from Net Banking, The Amount of Rs. 1500/= and Rs. 500/=, i.e Total Rs.2000/= was debited from my account of HDFC Bank, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad.

                Total 7 nos. of smartphones of Rs.3500/= were done from my jio no.[protected] on 24th August.

                The Transaction Nos. on 24th August, 2017 which were failed as below,

                (1) JHDF[protected]-BILLDKRELIANCEJIOINF[protected] for Rs. 1500/= &

                (2) JHDF[protected]-BILLDKRELIANCEJIOINF[protected] for Rs. 500/=

                After due course, The amount has not been credited to the savings account, HDFC Bank till date.

                Please note that there is No Id no. was issued for the same transaction.Registration failed messages had received on my mobile immediately.

                It is requested to expedite to credit the sum of Rs. 2000/= to the account mentioned at the earliest.

                There were 10 nos. Of mail conversations made with more than 5 members of Jio care team since last 4 days on [protected]@jio.com.(including toll free calls on customer care no.)

                Despite of several clear information given, there were multiple prototype replies from customer care authorities without checking any details of previous conversations.

                Its too surprising that such a leading company with huge scheme has no fullproof and result oriented CUSTOMER CARE(JIO CARE) system to resolve customer grievances especially on their money transaction which were debited wrongly from their account !!!

                Kindly do needful to credit Rs. 2000/= to my account at the earliest.

                    I had called jio care & also email to jio care, they reply me that there is no provision for refund or reversal, once the recharge is successful & on top of that they advice me to recharge once again my entering the correct mobile no.
                    So my humble request to jio authority to look after this serious issue of human error

                      From approximately last one month we are getting poor signal strength for Reliance Jio network
                      I had also booked complain with customer care Reliance Jio on toll free numbers available on company official website.
                      They had promised to resolve the problem in two working days.
                      But still situation is not improved.
                      We have two connections for Reliance Jio.
                      I am resident of Surat Rander Road area Pin 395009
                      We have spend almost 30, 000 Rs for two new mobile phones as requirement is 4G instrument and port from other service provider
                      Company should come up with solution to improve services

                        Sir currently i am using samsung galaxy s8. Bt in my jio app i am not getting any jio double data voucher. I raised lots of complaints regarding this to customer service. Bt they dont have any solution for me. They are saying that i am using s8 plus not s8 and the imei no. Which i have given to them is also incorrect. So finally they say that they dont have any solution for this. If my imei no. Is incorrect u may also check whether this sim card is inserted to galaxy s8 or s8 plus.

                              I had bought a new jio wifi device from https://www.jio.com/. i was said that i will get 1999 worth of data/voice. I was asked to buy a sim from jio center which i bought paying 498 rs.

                              I inserted the sim into the jio wifi and now i see that a 399 rs plan is activated against my number. If i call the customer case number they are saying they cannot change the plan, they also said that i cannot buy a new sim as i have already inserted a jio sim to the device.

                                  I recharged for rs 309/- plan through jio money. As per your mail i should get 56 days validity on second recharge. More ever for jio wifi i should get cash back if eligible. I have vocher to be reedemed in my account, i have tab 231 (Samsung tab) 3g and for runing jio sum i have taken wifi. My tab is not compatiable for my jio app. I am not able to reedem vocher. There for give 56 days validity and redeem the vocher at your end.

I m sharing my experience here.Yesterday, i applied in quicker for this reliace jio job.and a girl name NAINA SINGH call me and explain about job profile and she says that i have to deposit rs.1450 for uniform and it will refund in first month salary. She call me today and says that Our HR call u for interview in between 11 to 3. And i got the call from a lady named RUCHIKA. she ask about my introduction. And also asking some questions for formalities i think. After asking all d questions, she says that congratulation sagar. You are selected for the post SENIOR SUPERVISIOR . And ur salary will be like rs.24800.you got ur job location near u.and she says about the security money which i have to deposit.after that i have receiving offer letter. And after 1 week my training is going to start.its a 7-10 days training.and accomodation during training period provided by company. And she tells many bluffs like this.and i have her call recording too. But here is not an option to upload that recording. After talk to her, one thing stuck in my mind that how easily i got a job of rs. 24000. So i have some kinda doubt on dat.so i can go for google. And after so much surfing i got that complaint by shaikh. And then i m like OMG. My money and me are safe. After read those comments i am calling to RUCHIKA. And i tell her that ur given account profile is in the fraud list.and at the same moment she is like nervous. She can't talk to me properly.and she says me to talk with NAINA. and then i m calling NAINA.. and i told all d things.and she tells me to talk with HR. And m saying that m already talk to her..she is really confused. And nervous too. She then tell me r u searching..m like yeah..m saying her to mail me through ur company mail id not from ur peraonal mail id after that i m depositing that money.but she is refuse to do so. I have her message ..i can upload here. And one more thing i am asking for the company address. And the address which she send me is wierd.

                                    My name is vipan kumar.I have the same case of fraud as the others had.Like a girl shikha rawat call me and offer a job of store supervisor and ask for security deposit of 1380 rs for uniform.Then another lady named aysha mathur called me for interview and after interview she said u r selected for the post but u have to deposit the another security amount of rs 5600 for the laptop and mobile that will be issued by company.Then she send me training letter and asked me to call the trainer named akash tyagi who was mentioned vas branch manager of jalandhar lamba branch.And he said u have to open an saving cum salary account in icici bank for which u have to deposit the 10400 rs.And at the last when evereything is done.Nobody is attending my call.After a lot of effort when the intial lead shikha rawat pickede my call then they asked me that the training date changed from[protected] to[protected].But on 15th is sunday.How a hr provides a training on sunday.This is very serious matter.There are a lot of people who dont have job and these people fraud them .And during the twlwphonic conversation i noticed that they have a small group like call centre and they called a hundred of people.Can we do nothing to save a lot like us.We have to take a action.I[censored] agree contact me at whatsapp no [protected].

Or yeh bhi boldiya tha inhone mere se ki app krliye complaint humare khilaf..

                                      I raised many complaints to jio care from 5months all complaints are closed with out resolving the problem and when im calling them again tgey are raising it fresh again and this happening from past 5months and complaints are regaing utter slow speed of internet nearly 0.01mbps in babukhan lane, pjr nagar, gachibowli, hyderabad. Very bad network problems from jio in this area.

                                        I am from jharkhand chaibasa using reliance jio since 5 months. Reliance jio is fooling us by the name of 4g network by providing 2g network. Its a very # and vulgur service which makes us suffer in browsing. Very poor service. Download very slow browsing is not speed. Even after restarting phone the problem is same. I want to ask jio why they provide network in respect to city reign. And why not small cities are eligible for high speed network??
