I am from jharkhand chaibasa using reliance jio since 5 months. Reliance jio is fooling us by the name of 4g network by providing 2g network. Its a very # and vulgur service which makes us suffer in browsing. Very poor service. Download very slow browsing is not speed. Even after restarting phone the problem is same. I want to ask jio why they provide network in respect to city reign. And why not small cities are eligible for high speed network??

    Sir/madam, i stay at ashapuri sankul, nisarg nagar bh kalanagar, dindori rd, nashik-422004. Six months before i hv port my airtel no [protected] to jio. All my otps and aadhar is linked to that no. And also having another jio no, and jiofi. I am very much suffering from poor n/w and the problem of non receipt of otps in network covered area. Being enjoying the jio service in n/w covered areas, its my right to avail the best service at home also. My jiofi is totally dummy at home. I tried 198 so many times but didn't get response. Hope you will care me. Otherwise i will have options to switch again. Hoping the best service/response!

I can apply online for job in reliance jio few days later calling from jio this number [protected] name is palvi. She was saying my resume was selected in reliance jio but you have payment online rs 1250. For security fee after selection i pay this payment online. After second call from this number [protected] namely nandini from reliance jio for interwiew call. After complete interwiew nandini says you are selected for post of supervisor send your documents online and wait for 7-10 days for verification of documents. After 10 days calling from name is radhika from jio. She was saying my verification process is complete and you have pay rs 5800 online training fee i pay this payment online. And after my file forwarded to pratibha singh mobile number is [protected] she is given my registration no. R10443 and she was saying call my trainer rajesh shukla and tell this registration no. Next process will be says rajesh shukla trainer number is [protected] and i call this number. Rajesh shukla says you are pay rs 4400 for salary account fee with icici bank your salary account is created. I pay this payment online. After 2-3vdays i call rajesh. You are pay one more payment for salary account rs 6000. I am saying i cannot pay one more payment please return my refund in my bank account. Rajesh says wait 20-25 days your refund will be intiate. I am saying ok i can wait for these days. After 25 days i call back for rajesh shukla but you are no respones. These account numbers have been mentioned below:bank name:punjab national bank. Account name:vinod. Account no:-[protected]. Ifsc code:punb0418400. Second account:bank name:central bank of india. Name:ramehar. Account no:[protected]. I pay first payment rs 1250 punjab national bank second and third payment central bank india rs 5800 and 4400 rupees i request to you please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

      After complaint register i have receive call from Reliance jio mobile number is [protected].He was saying I'm from Reliance jio complaint department please share your debit card number expiry date of debit card and CVV number of debit card i share these details but my account was 1.28 Rupees.He was saying your payment not refunded this time because my account balance is too low.He says First deposit Rs 1000 And call back i refund your amount.

        When i call through ivrs it tells that "your call cannot be completed in the network..."

        Every time i call through your ivrs it tells the same thing...

          My name is manish and i am from shivalik nagar uttarakhand, i've had registered a complaint against jio for poor internet speed at 13 august from my number [protected]. I was told to wait for one month and until now the problem has not been solved, they were saying that they'll establish a new site in my area for better coverage but they're making excuses after excuses.
          Jio should stop cheating its customers and withdraw their network towers from uttarakhand if they can't provide better solutions. Kindly attend my complaint.

            I have not been provided correct recharge plan or neither my jio number has been closed (Terminated) and returned rs309/-. (Jio number in question is [protected])
            Jio has activated plan of rs309/- from 03sep2017, which was not requested by me. I am not using their service since next day and request justice toward jio's inappropriate resolution.
            Previous complaint dotel/e/2017/29760 and dotel/e/2017/30107 has not been considered on behalf of customer.
            Dept of telcommunications has not addressed the issue fairly and sequence of complaint show department favouring jio, instead of giving justified resolution.

            On12sep2017 logged dotel/e/2017/32070

            "charged twice for a same package on [protected]", posted: jun 20, 2017 on this website was closed and had no resolution.

                Reliance jio team keeps telling what i should have done to activate the international roaming services but doesn't help when i am already outside the country.

                While activating roaming they informed through customer service that this will be done automatically once out of territory.

                Such poor training to customer service or a nice way to cheat people.

                Now with every email jio team tells what could have been done but unable to help or refund.

                Beware of the services and know everything in detail.

                  Dear sir,

                  I purchased on jiofi 3 router on 8th september 2017 from m/s sr ram enterprises, city center, bokaro steel city, jharkhand. Sim card no [protected] was installed in the device by the shopkeeper. Copy of tax invoice is attached.

                  The device has not started functioning despite daily request to customer care representative at 199. On 10th evening the customer care officer concluded that the device is defective. The sim is alright.

                  Yesterday (On 11th sept) the shopkeeper checked the device by putting some other sim card in it. The unit started working. This shows that something is wrong with the sim.

                  Sir am writing this complaint after being thoroughly harassed by your dealer and customer care representatives, i have to run from pillar to post after purchasing a product from reliance repute. Is it not shameful that a dongle has not been activated in five days time, which normally takes 30 minutes.

                  I request you to kindly take steps for earliest activation of sim no.[protected] or issuing another sim.

                        Maine[protected] ke 21:02:44 ko mere jio phone "[protected]" se io phone book karne ke liye mere upi app bhim se jio ki payment screen par aaye qr code ko scan karke payment kiya to jio ka upi "[protected]@icici" par payment successs ho gaya aur payment mere account se cut gaya "tranjection no."[protected] hai". Lekin mujhe jio phone book ka koi option dikhayi nahi diya.

                        Maine jio ke customer care me call kiya to unhone kaha ki ho sakta h ki koi technical issue ho aapke phone ka confirmation aapko 24-48 ghante me aa jayega maine unke kahe mutabik wait kiya lekin aisa kuchh nahi hua

                        Maine fir customer care me call kiya to unhone pahle to koi santosh janak javab nahi diya fir kaha ki yadi aapka phone book nahi hua h to 5-7 din me aapke a/c me paisa wapas refund aa jayega maine kaha ki aap iski complaint likh kar janch kijiye to unhone mana kar diya kaha ki yeh common problem hai aapko aapka paisa automatic refund ho jayega

                        Lekin aisa kuchh nahi hua fir maine jio chat par sampark kiya ek bar nahi kai bar lekin meri problem ka koi solution nahi hua maine jio ke twitter a/c pe problem dali lekin wanha par bhi solution nahi hua to maine jio ko email ke jariye bhi sampark kiya bar bar mail dale lekin jio mail ke javab se kah rahe hai ki"aapke bataye hue no. Par koi phone book nahi hua aur payment ke liye aap apne payment source se sampark kare..." maine wapas reply me kaha ki aap apne account department ko yeh matter bataye aur unhe bank statement me same refference no. Or tranjection no. Check karne ko kahe lekin unhone aisa kuchh nahi kiya...

                        Ab kyunki payment fail nahi success hua hai to mere a/c se debit ho gaya aur samne wale ke a/c me credit ho gaya to mujhe to loss hua na

                          Today morning my lyf phone and sim was stolen by someone. I cantact kgiri office at the doorstep in person. But front office security didnot reply correctly.
                          I phoned to cell no which is in display[protected]. He replies that i am not responsible and i am only service section. Nobody in the office gives phone no of purchase manager including front office security. The front office security said that you must come only at the time of when officer is available. Also he replies as officer will scould me if i give the phone no. So i will not give the phone no and i dont know when he will come. I am very much upset sir.in my jio sim only i have all my bank account details and otp for netbanking. Please block my sim and give new sim as early as possible. Thanking you

                            I am t pranati patro. I am having jio sim with [protected] number.
                            I am residing at shapoorji (Sukhobristi), action area 3, new town, kolkata (700135).

                            In this are the jio connectivity is very poor. Inside my flat i m even not able to get any signal for call as its showing emergency calls only.

                            I had already spoken with one of your member through customer care number but no action has taken.

                            So kindly check on this and take immediate action.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                It is brought to your notice that on 24 august, 2017, i had booked jio phone and submitted requisite fee rs. 500/- online through my mobile no. [protected].

                                The payment was made by me through oriental bank of commerce debit card. The booking was failed due to some technical reason (Failed ref no. Prcr/78001837/[protected]/[protected]) dated 24th august, 2017. My money was debited despite the booking was failed.

                                Despite several emails since then, it is disheartening to see the pathetic response from jio side. Almost 18 days have lapsed, but the said amount is not credited to my account (As it is evident from the online bank statement till date, which is attached with this mail for ready reference). The bank will initiate action only on getting the confirmation of non-payment from jio side.

                                After emailing to jio's customer care till date no refund got. Please arrange to refund my money immediately.

                                I had approached the obc bank & enquired about the failed transaction of money, but they want a proof/confirmation from your side stated that the booking was failed, the reason whatsoever.

                                    Its been going on for weeks, this has became a very major problem in my life in every 5 minutes i have got my jio network out of service it doesn't receive calls nor does call back, i even registered a compliant earlier they said it would resolve within 90 days but from that day the problem has worsened, please help me out i am unable to call yo my home when in need. I am at ganpati boys hostel, upper kandoli, dehradun, uttarakhand.

                                      Mere pass jio ka sim card ([protected]) hai. Jisme mane 399 ka recharge krwaya hai jisme daily 1gb data, unlimited voice call, 100 sms.
                                      Problem is 10/09/17, 1gb data mujhy nhi mela or jb many customer care may total 4 call keye hai.1st bolta hai ke apke account may 1gb renewal nhi huwa hai to wo mera complaint help desk may transfer kr deya hai too mera problem solve ho jayega.2nd same bolta hai.3rd ek ghante baad call kareye apka problem solve ho jayega ok pr nhi huwa.4th same pr kuch kr nhi skta hai
                                      399 recharge krwaya hai boht mehnut krny kye baad milta hai. Jab many bola ke may complaint kr dunga to 2nd wala bolta hai ha kr do

                                      With lot of expectation I had ported my mobile no. from AIRTEL to GIO, but I am not satisfied with incoming calls, people cannot ring me when required, I receive missed call alert and ring back.

                                      please do the needful.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have done wrong recharge for different person's mobile no.
                                        When i enquired the jio people are not responding properly. It is correct that it is not their problem but i would like to know why they didn't keep option like other telecom companies are having while we recharge all other telecom portal will ask for name and registered mail id. Though we got it with our aadhar no why it was not verified and ask for confirmation. Please make it serious block that company. Because of this i am highly disappointed and feel insecured of recharging to different person's mobile with my credentials. If in case of any problem in future will impact my credential.

                                        Please take immediate action.
