In my area vill barka post barka distt singrauli m. P.486669 jio tower is available but the company did not start the tower network. Many people have jio sim and smartphone but the are unable to use this. There is no 4g network in this area and the jio tower install before 4 months but they do not stard the tower network.
Kindly sir as possible please check and start tower network.

    I bought a jiofi router 2 days ago, but its speed is very slow even i can't download 15 kb photo in my phone, i have called your customer service officer twice, but they called that you have used your 1 gb data for the day, but actually i have start my jiofi router today morning at 8.30am and i have called to customer care at 10.30am and they called me that you have used your 1gb data for the day that, s why your net speed is slow, but i haven't download any files but some net surfing i have only done, so please guide me towards right direction.

        I purchased a reliance jio sim bearing no.[protected], from the reliance jio outlet, on 9 sep 2017 near sai chawk navi sangvi, pune maharashtra. I got a message on same day that my application is cancelled and my refund of rs.498 has been processed against cancellation of application for jio number [protected] order number: no000037ikwl. But till date i have not received any refund and nor my sim has been activated. Jio outlet from where i purchased the sim are keep saying that they have not received any refund in their account.

        For internet speed not receive proper, Network coverage is very poor, I can't call any from Jio sim
        Its been 2 month from the transaction but yet have not received the refund. Customer care at [protected]@jio.com every time asks for 48 Hrs to look into the issue from last 2 months but still not resolved. And now they even not replying to my e-mails, what a third class service.

          Just did mnp but i didn't got my offer i have reseved lost of sms from jio for port out my number and get free 84days net and calla free but i didn't received this offer now tell me whats should i do? Its feel like i cheated by jio for port out my number why are you sending fake sms to customer? If sms is real then give me 84days offer free as mentioned in sms as soon as possible

          On Aug 24th 2017 18:30hr i booked my jio digital phone, i recived conformation message and voucher code as well.As i booked 2 phones i paid 1000/-Rs.
          i dont know the status of my voucher till now, as it has been passed almost 1month .,
          when i`ll get my phone.

            I live in Dombivli, Maharashtra, India. I am facing too many problems with Reliance Jio. The data speeds in my locality are extremely slow and when ever I try to call anybody from Jio SIM, all the network bars disappear. The network speed hovers around 200-300Kbps ... considering that it is 4G, these speeds are awful.
            And whenever I travel to Thane or Panvel the speeds are awful and the calling dropping issue persists there too. I have two smartphones having Jio SIM ... the speeds in both the smartphones is pretty awful. It is high time that you do something about it or otherwise there is Airtel, which is much better at everything.

                Today, i went jio store located at uttam nagar in order to port my vodafone number into jio. There were mr. Ram and few executives, when they listened about porting and adhhar not belongs to delhi, they replied that we don't have bar code. We cannot process the same. I told him that i won't be in delhi tomorrow neverthless asked me to come tomorrow.in front of me they have given two new sim to customers, you can duly verify with cctv. I don't know what is the bar code, i was carryingg my documents with upc. Mr. Ram will be answerable for not taking my request.

                Same incident happend a month ago when i went the same store to get new sim, that time they told that we cannot give u a new sim because "you don't have local aadhar card".

                I will raise it in consumer help line that you people are ignoring customer's requedst or, trying to work in your own way. Even they don't have behavioral skills how to communicate with customers.

                  This is to inform you that my jio no is [protected]. After using free service i was recharged 399 in the month of july 22nd/23rd, 2017. Its validity was 84 days for both talking & high speed internet 1 gb per day for 84 days. But before completing 84 days my high speed internet not functioning. I got message from your office to recharge again before completing 84 days. Kindly consider my case & take necessary action and inform me details through sms and activate my high speed internet at the earliest.

                      I raise many request regarding slow internet speed and calls connectivity issue at my location (Guru road patel nagar dehradun) and every time they gave me solution of new site plan which was not stablish from last 7 months.

                      All my neighbor's with jio sim also face the same problem.

                      And this is my last service request (Sr00000dbmc9) if problem persist then i'm not going to recharge again. Even my all neighbor's will do same.

                        I am facing another method of cheating by jio,
                        I made a payment of 399 on 21st july through upi and money was transferred to their account [protected]@icici but did not recharge my sim then i made another payment of 399 through payton and my sim was charged, since then i have written many mails and spoke to their service representative but they keep on repeating that payment was declined, then i sent them certificate from icici bank saying that payment has been credited to their account but they are neither refunding the money nor accepting the fact that it has been credited to their account.
                        It's scam i believe.

                          We are the residents of sainik nagar, belgaum.
                          Would like of inform you about the installation of jio tower on the terrace of the residential building.
                          We are not sure what effects of radiations wehttps://questions.consumercomplaints.in/ are going to face.

                          Some of the people have also spoken with the person who allowed this installation to happen. But no action has been taken till now. And we also concerned corporation office, dc office, media and the police station also. Although all these effort no one i ready to take action againt the issue.
                          This may lead to serious health issues to the people living close by.

                            I am kiran mai working in raheja mind space 5a hyderabad and we have a customer care person sitting in break room for selling dongles of jio. His name is mohammad zakir he saysand another person is rabindranath tagore. They both tricked me saying that my phone is compatable to jio card and i will get free mobile and internet service on my phone though i said that it is at&t and it will not work he said there will be a pin i[censored] but dongle with sim i will give u that and on top too k 100/- for old dongle that he is carring in his side pocket and took 1700/- in total from me including his old dongle. I never got to use my sim or dongle till date and it expired so please give back the money or 6 months free time as promised by your agent.
                            I know jio have a very good name agents like these spoil ur company reputition so please take care and i am too busy to give complaint on him so my jio sim also expired. Please take care of my issue i ca be reached at [protected]. I work for a reputed bank in good position. I am writing this as i am fan of mr. Ambani.

                              Dear sir,

                              I recently ported from airtel into jio, due to poor network connection in airtel. However, even in jio, i face the same network issue within my apartment complex (Not by apartment alone). Outside my apartment complex, i am happy with jio.

                              I have tested the signal strength within my apartment complex, and it varies but significantly shows -1 dbm 99 asu with now voice or data network.

                              There are 500 families in our apartment complex, and we don't get any network except vodafone. If this is fixed, many will port into jio.

                                I have recharge a jio no [protected] with 399 rs on 19/09/2017 at morning around 7 am. It's a prepaid number. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but it's not credited on that no. The icici bank transaction id is bil/[protected].

                                Jio customer care is telling that money is not transferred to jio. Icici bank is saying that billdesk claimed money as successful transaction. Jio is not providing failure transaction tracking. And jiocare is not even idea on this case. Help me...

                                  This is rohit yadav, i lived at phullanpur (Sai dham colony) ghazipur.in this area, there is major problem in jio network, the network signals are so weak and internet speed is very slow.

                                    Complaint against: reliance jio

                                    I've been facing problem with reliance jio service and i've made repeated complain about it to jio cc. Unfortunately, they are giving only diplomatic answer and not resolving the complain. As a last resort, i requested them to credit the number of days of service to my account for which they are not in position to fix the problem but they refuse to do that. As a last resort, i even demanded refunded of my subscription money but they even refused the same saying that they don't have a provision to refund or give credit for faulty or interrupted service. Finally, i logged a complain with appellate authority but even they gave the same answer saying they logged my complain and i've to wait for 39 days to hear from them where they will not issue refund or service credit for the number of days their service is not working properly.

                                    Here is the email interaction with necessary complain/docket numbers. I can even produce the call recordings of my interactions with them where they have given vague answers for the sake of it.

                                    When i recharged my subscription with rs. 399 for 84 days for [protected], i called up the cc and informed them about the poor connectivity at my place, hopping that it will improve.

                                    I was out of bangalore post recharge, and when i returned on sep 12, there was no connectivity like before also, let alone any improvement.

                                    I called up multiple times, only to hear it will improve to no avail.

                                    I never received any update whatsoever except the site is optimizing excuse. I am told that the site is down since sep 9 and was suppose to be up but is not!!! I am even told you are installing new site, but for me, these are just diplomatic replies only.

                                    Your representatives don't believe in escalating the concern properly, they identify themselves as managers even when they are not, they don't care to call back as agreed and scheduled also!!!

                                    This has been going on since sep 13th.

                                    It is high time now. Finally, it was agreed with one of your manager irfan that if you are not in position to give the same connectivity as before at-least, there is no point in me continue to use your service so you've to credit at-least 30 days of extra service to my account!!! He agreed to the solution hopping that the site will be up and running but neither the site was working nor did he bother to call back!!!

                                    Similar discussion happened with multiple reps at jio identifying themselves as manager when none of them were manager except mr. Vijay who i spoke last.

                                    The same discussion took place with him as well, but unlike assured, he also didn't bother to call back or listen to the previous interactions even when it as requested repeatedly to him and he also agreed!!!

                                    He simply told me that neither you've option to give service credit, nor do you've option to refund!

                                    This is pathetic!!!

                                    You can't give proper service and you don't care to refund also is simply not acceptable.

                                    The kind of harassment that jio representatives have caused me since sep 12th is immense!!!

                                    You manager mr. Vijay suggested me to go to the appellate, and i told him that it is a simple and straight forward issue and any service provider handles it as simple as crediting back for the number of days the service was faulty, to which mr. Vijay even went to the extent of telling me that "we've not launched yet!"!!! I asked him why you are charging me if it is not launched to which he disconnected the call and didn't show the courtesy to even call back!!!

                                    I want rs. 1000 compensation for the trouble you've caused me and full refund of my rs. 399 recharge immediately be credited to my account. I don't want to talk about it as everything is there in my call records multiple times. Please reply with the necessary on priority. Nothing less than what is demanded is acceptable.

                                    I tried booking jio phone using jio money. They replied stating the transaction is failed, hence i used my debit card directly to book the phone. At the same time, i informed them over email and over phone about the same.

                                    Subsequently, i was informed that the transaction is successfull!

                                    I asked them why did they executed the transaction after publishing them as failed, and if they have done this wrong, they need to correct it by cancelling it.

                                    They even informed me that they will refund it, but they later refused to do so.

                                    Every individual work in cc things he is the whole and sole of jiomoney and refers policy for anything any everything they speak even when they don't know anything!!!

                                    And unlike other wallets, they even told me that if i want to transfer my money back to my bank account, they will charge me!!! That's a secondary thing, but they are refusing to void the transaction that they have executed at their leisure after it was notified as failed!!!

                                    I recharge rs 50 top up plan but it is not activated, i called in consumer care of jio but they says the plan is not available today and some more days, i complaint about why they display that plan which is not activated and take money from people.

                                      Respected sir,
                                      This is amit kumar chandravanshi, i have recharge my jio number [protected], in 8th april 2017 by 303 becouse i have not got any confermation sms from jio team according to my successful recharge.. So by confussion i have done again the recharge of 303.. And after that the jio team told me that we have unable to refund your external balance recharge. So we adjust your 303 recharge in post recharge after ending your summer surprise plan. But according to new plan of jio.. The jio team have to pay me to 1gb data per day and unlimited calling facility for 56 days... But they give me ony 28 days plan... And they are said that they giving me 28days+ 28days plan in same time that means they giving me 56 days of benifit in just 28 days.. But honestly they are giving me only 28 days benifit plan in 28 days... So it is the humble request please give me another 28 days benifit... Please... I need it...

                                      The picture which is i uploded in the form of screen short... For showing that jio give me all 28 days just 1gb data per day... But they says they are giving me 2gb data per day according to 56 days benifit plan.. But in screen short it clearly show that after ending 1gb data we recieve a sms from jio team that.. You have used your 50%, 70%, or 90% data of your daily 1gb limit.. So this is shows that they are giving me only 28 days benifit instade of 56 days benifit...
                                      So it is the most humble request to you please solve my problem and give me 28 days of another benifit...

                                        Sir there are much problem in our college campuse GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC FATEHPUR . No any 4g Jio signal are supported here . If I want to search any project from internet for the exam at college campuse, the signal become error and at least this is continuously about 30 to 40 minutes. So I want please solve this problem as soon as possible.
