In 24 august 2017. I have booked mobile from jio website. But in first time after done payment transaction failure massage come but as per information recieved from bank jio claim money on 25 august but till now not any confirmation recieved from jio.
And another transaction which was successful massage recieved & deduct money but till now same not any confirmation recieved from jio. Please support. I loss my 2000 rs. Please suuport...

Sir, i prebooked 2 jio phones of 1500rs. During advance payment the amount of 1000rs deducted from my account and it displayed that the trasaction failed. And i hadn't received any confirmation msg as well. The trasaction id was fv0000001n25l. The nos for which i booked are [protected] and [protected]. From last three days my data all data is exhausted without using it. I done my complain on 198 but they did not give me any satisfactory answer. I check all my setting, no auto update, no use of data in background app, no one connected on my wifi. I wake up in morning and with in 10 min i receive the massage that my 50% data is use and after 3-4 min get another massage my 90 % data is use, after then 1-2 min all data is exhaust, who this...

I also have same problem, means booked jio phone, money deducted from my account. Suddenly transaction failed message comes.
Then what i do.
. I just mail to [protected]@jio.com, and they told me to follow simple steps to confirm either your phone is booked or not

While Booking Jio phone on 24 September 2017. As I was trying to book Jio phone on this number [protected]. I got an error saying transaction failed and Rs 500 has been deducted from my account and till now money is not refunded. I used SBI debit card option for online booking of Jio phone.

Also, I have asked resolution from the bank to refund the money back but they replied saying:- Dear Sir/Madam, Your complaint...

On the day of prebooking, while booking a phone money has been deducted from my account and then it showed that the transaction failed. It has been more than 4 days and the money is not refunded yet. Customer care is not at all supportive.

On 19th august i went to your digital express office and ask them to do recharge of my jio num of 399. He asked num from me and note it down in his recharge record maintaining book and collected 399 rupees from me and told me the recharge will be done in 2 min and i left after it.
But after 2 min i didn't receive any recharge message so i waited it for the whole day as i as was busy in some other work.
Next day i again went...

I have booked Jio Phone on 25th of this month, amount has been deducted from my account but I haven't got any confirmation message or Jio Phone voucher. Also I couldn't even able to contact the customer care of Jio. I have transaction id, attached with this message....

In this area your network is not available where as other networks like vodafone and idea have strong connectivity.

I m complaining abt speed issue and network issue since from october 2016, til today (28/08/2017) my issue not getting resolved,
And they jio team is giving reason dat "trai delaying in giving permission" so wen u will solve it!??? I m really fed off

I am using jio sim from december 2016... Now i have problem with the data usage wrongly show after dhan dhana than i recharge 509 rs (2gb 2 month plan)... Every day if i use 1gb it will show your data balance is over... But jio message send me through you have used 50% only. I am confused because i am not used over 1gb... Any cheating in reliance group of companies? How it will be gone? You must reply with this???...

I was pre book my jio phone on 24. The amout of Rs 500 got debited from my pytam account but i got transaction id status . And the transaction id is FV00000149OC .No conformation message or email or sms was sent by jio.plz resolve this issue as soon as possible so i can order the phone again. the phone number for which i was booked [protected]....

I don't get transaction id while online pre booking of jio phone on 24/08/2017. Message displaying like this "your transaction id is null". Amount for booking i, e rs. 500 also deducted from my bank account. I am confused that where is my amount gone. My mobile number is [protected].

I booked jio phone on 24 aug i have pay rs 500 through paytm transaction done sussessful from paytm to billdeskutil and jio also give note that your transaction sussessful and transaction id is fv00000149oc. Tarnsaction id is given but ther was not any message from reliance jio company. Whene i check in manage phone there is no status from my number that i give to book jio phone plz check and book my phone or give my payment back i attached...
