This is regarding the complain number sr00000bv2su,, that my recharge has not been successful but balance has been deducted from my bank account and i only received a transaction id from my bank but not from jio.
Even after multiple appeals there is no satisfactory answer or solution. It has been almost 1 month.

Purchased new sim on 25th aug. Morning, paid rs. 548/- for 1 gb/day plan for 84 days, vendor name nataraj shop, shaktinagar, dahisar (East), mum-68.

Right from day 1, data not working. Went to dahisar (East) gallery but issue still not solved. Vendor not taking any responsibility in the matter nor offering any help.

On 24th august 2017, i booked for the jio phone. Rs. 500 money was deducted from the catholic syrian bank narration ref. Reliancejio lcsb[protected]. I did not get the confirmation. So i did the second time and i received the confirmation but again "rs.500 was deducted from the bank. Kindly help me to settle my money rs. 500 for the jio phone cancelled transction.

This ie regarding the poor service to their customer.
I have done jio dhana dhan 309 the amount deucted rs 365/- from my account. My no. Jio number [protected] on 30-aug-17 which is going to expire. But the jio has making the fool to there customers.
My amount is successfully rs 365/- ducted from my account but my service on my jio number [protected] not restore.
Then i call to customer care helpline no they told me that...

Since 2 days again this month its not even able to make a single call this is 2nd time this month and total of 30 days service closed for 7 days

Please refund for this month and trai please ensure you don't allow such careless operators to take advance for customers as they don't provide services after taking advance

Jio please improve service or initiate refund of balance amount asap...

On 24 aug i have booked a jio phone through my sbi debit card. The amount of rs 500 debited from my account but phone booking status is rejected or showings transaction failed. So that neither book my phone not return my 500 rs sofar. Therefore kindly return my rs. Transaction id showings null... The debit amount screen shot attached this complaints... On Aug 24 my wife Sunaina jha tried to book jio smart phone through Sbi net banking . The amt of Rs 500/- was required to pay for booking as it was paid though net banking vide SBI ref no. JSBI56096740IGABWWHVK8 but transaction failed as it appeared on the screen.pl refund my amt....

This is with reference to my earlier complaint the complaint is not resolved instead mr pankaj sarma who spoke on behalf of reliance digital has deductead 1000 +1000 rs from my debit card. Pl take immediate action the person who called me from +91 [protected]... And return rs 2000 immediately to my net banking...
The person who spoke to me has cheated and i am sure he is from reliance...
I humbly request jio care to resolve...

Ive booked the jio phone on 24th august by evening by 7:00 pm as their server was keeping on crashing from 5:30 pm after some attempts ive successfully booked the jio phone through my sbi debit card for rs 500 and was deducted from my bank account.
