I had tried to pre-book jio 4g phone on the 1st day in 1st hour for the mobile no [protected] from jio's official website. Balance of Rs. 500 is deducted from my respective bank account but no sms confirming my booking was sent to me and there is still nothing in the "My vouchers" section of My jio app. Please solve my problem and tell me my booking status or refund Rs. 500 to my respective bank account and cancel the order. Screenshot of successful transaction is uploaded as a proof. Thank you.

    Respected sir,
    I am one of the retailer of jio in jalna maharashtra. We are doing this buissne last 15 years. Last near about 15 to 20 days continue getting follow up for link the uid (Aadhar) for getting the activation for gio new sim card and also for verification of customer. But due to non link of my aadahar card even i am the retailer of your company try to promote the business of your company. Not given any single activation & not link any customers uid.
    Your company employees namely (Umakant sir) in jalna maharashtra try no of time to link my aadhar card but getting failure then he send to me another employee namely (Pavan sir) he also tried but fail to solve the problem.& then another area salesmen namely (Sameer sir) given only direction go here go there & he also failed to solve the problem. No. Of time i visit the jio care but not getting proper solution.
    It is requesting you kindly look into the our problem if even 3, 4 employees not solved my problem even i approach no of time to them, it is duty of every company to solve the problem of every person earlier who try to promote the business of your company.
    I hope you solve your problem earlier. Otherwise i think about to continue connect with your company. It is correct to say that one single retailer left your company there will no effect on the company.

      In day time 7am to 8pm network comes good, but every day after 9 pm approx network signal goes too poor aproxly data speed also lost average 0 to 50 kb, i complain regarding this to jio care, or helpdesk but not short out, this is cheating of consumer

      From company two mails came that auto generated, in first mail thay said that to to take right setings, that I have, I replay him that I have right settings and device, than second mail came that thanku we will solve the problem but not solve, mail came from [email protected]

        Postpaid volte - [protected] - we are in 303 plan for last few months on pre on post. But unfortunately bill generated with rs. 300 (254 + 45 tax). I called up many customer care, they dont reason and were pathetic they dont the process and plan procedure.

        I would like to address this issue and remove the billing as soon as possible. Now network is suspended as pre on post 303 plan expired on 1 september.. I have go for some other pre-on-post plan after fixing this issue.

          I have tried to book jio phone on 24/8/17 from jio website. Everything was good but after payment done from by sbi account through netbanking, jio site showed failed transaction and the amount of rs. 500/- deducted from bank and received by reliance. After emailing to jio's customer care till date no refund got. Please arrange to refund my money immediately.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I have made three transactions on 24th august for jio phone pre-booking through sbi net banking with two mobile numbers ([protected], [protected]).

            Out of them one transaction is unsuccessful. Due to one failed transaction, i have made total three transactions for two jio phone pre-booking. Rs.500/- deducted from my bank account due to unsuccessful transaction.

            There was a notification from jio that
            Your transaction failed
            Your transaction id is fv000000wubi

            On my net banking a/c it's showing that on 24-aug-2017, rs.500/- transfer to inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejioi payments with ref. No. Jsbi[protected]igabwwbfh5

            Seven days completed, but till now there is no refund i. E. Rs. 500/- to my account which was wrongly deducted by reliance jio phone booking.
            This is a complete deficient service from your end.
            Pls review the matter and arrange to revert the payment to my sbi bank account urgently for which i shall remain obliged.

                I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from andhra bank, bank of baroda debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

                  Since 21st august i am following up with jio on jio request id : sr00000cac3j which was raised for not getting additional 10gb 4g data against the recharge of rs 399/-. The offer is valid for my current handset mi max 2 but still now the issue has not been resolved.

                  A person called Ravi is calling me again and again and asking for my card details. When I told him to share his email id so that i can provide the details over mail then he dropped off the call. His number is : +919060872603. Previously he called from +917633860271.

                  Hi Team,

                  Just few mins earlier i got a call from [protected]. The person told that he is from Jio and he needs my debit card details(card number, expiry date & cvv) that he could refund Rs 399/-. I asked him to provide his email id that we can make it documented but he dropped the call and now he is not responding to me. I think that was not a genuine call.

                  Please look into this.

                      I tried for phone booking at jio.com on 24.08.2017.
                      My payment has been deducted but phone was not booked. My payment transaction id - lsbi[protected]igabwwkop9. After booking it was showed that your transaction is failed. It was already 7-8 days gone but payment has not been returned.
                      Kindly check at you end and return my money as soon as possible

                        I took a new jio sim in july with jio person visiting to my office campus. I have paid the amount and submitted all the documents and got a new sim. Nectivity. Till date the sim is not activated or my money refunded. The person stopped coming to my campus also stopped answering my calls. I have written a mail to jio customer care but no use. This the way the jio is doing their business and treating their customers. Can this issue will be resolved?

                          This is to request you that by mistake i have done wrong recharge on mobile no. [protected] while i was trying to recharge my no. [protected] and i am looking for a refund for my money. I have done the recharge of inr 399 via paytym on 30 aug 2017, at 11.45 pm. The order id is [protected] and operator ref. Number - [protected]. Though i have already recharged my account as well, since the validity was expiring, i request you to please refund the amount (Inr 399) that i have recharged to the other phone number. I did call paytym customer care for help but they told me that only jio customer care can help you on this. And also the man who's no. Got recharged is not ready to revert the money. So jio is my last resort and i am hoping and looking forward to getting a refund of my hard earned money. You can add the amount/recharge my jio no. [protected].

                            Jio network problem since 2 to 3 months in paprola near baijnath tehsil kangra pin code 176115.
                            Problems faced are:
                            Call drops
                            Sudden stoppage of network services
                            Poor internet connection
                            Calling problems to other networks.
                            These problems are becoming more frequent these days and worsening up day by day.
                            Kindly fix the problem as soon as possible.

                                  Last weekend, i was in urgent need of portable hotspot, as i have to travel and need internet connectivity.

                                  I went to jio shop and asked for service, enquired about the connectivity, they said its good, i bought the device paying 2400 inr (Device+ recharge fro 6 month)

                                  I came home and started using the hotspot, the connectivity is pathetic and the signal color is always blue

                                  I tried to book a ticket, the network go hanged and i missed my booking.

                                  The jio signals are so poor that even a 2g network was better, which at least loads the website page.

                                  I am so much in pain, as 2400 is a huge cost, i was not able to afford[protected] broadband connection so i decided a cheaper solution.

                                  I only do office work, however jio boast about video streaming uninterrupted.

                                  I need a solution please help me

                                    Following are problems which i am facing daily. I complaint it to customer care but problems remains same:
                                    1. Poor network connection.
                                    2. Videos is not running smoothly.
                                    3. Jio tv is not running continuously.
                                    4. My jio app updates itself always and load itself very late.
                                    5. No outgoing calls between 6 pm to 10 pm.

                                    I am dissatisfied by Jio's poor voice quality and I want to port. I called the customer care but they say that refund is not allowed.
                                    My mobile no has no network once in a while when it works then connectivity is very poor

                                      My phone was not booked but a/c is debited...
                                      So, tell us who is responsible for this. Or who return my amount. Sir it is almost a week gone but there is not any update from reliance..
                                      So sir pls resolve this issue as early as possible

                                        Amount is debited from paytm. It is showing successfully recharged... And jio is not giving any such service for given recharge... If.. Jio you are not able to give service atleast clear yourself regarding recharge with reason.. I am stuck.. Cant even getting refund from paytm.. Because jio is keeping me wait on since 3 days consecutive complaints.
