Dear sir,
I am ashish kumar singh and my issue is a transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment was debited through jio money payment, and transaction id was given on screen,
Transaction id: fv000001mo28
But message was not came to mobile from reliance jio no refund of money till now. Call centre of jio saying that they don't have any info regarding this.
So kindly solve my problem sirbr...

This is to regretfully inform that i have been working for jio in kadavanthara, kochi for six months and had my resignation 95 days back. I have not yet received my full and final settlement. I have contacted mr amal navab jio kadavanthara jc, kochi and didnt get any respose from there. Kindly requesting to take immediate action on this circumstance.

On august 24 while booking jio phone around 7:20 pm my money got deducted from sbi account but the reliance jio page didn't showed any transaction number or voucher number i m regularly calling customer care and also sent end numbers of mails to reliance jio but unable to get any voucher number or any confirmation regarding jio phone booking. Its almost 84 hours passed but i m still not getting any data from reliance....

I have booked 2 jio phone through my jio app for mobile no. [protected] .But at time of transaction payment was declined .My account has debit 1000 rupees.plz sir how I can get my refund money.so next time I will book jio phone.

I have ordered jiophone and my transaction is also successfully completed but i have ordered jiophone from another number ([protected]) not from jio number and when i am opening my view order details through jio website it shows invalid number after entering number in order number and i also i have not given any order number through sms

I am using jio from about a year now. I regularly access epl football matches using jio tv / hotstar. Suddenly from yesterday i am not able to access these channels using jio tv. I called customer service but they are not helpful in getting the issue resolved.
When asked why i am not able to access live streaming they are saying this is the way it is sir we can not help you in this regard.

I had booked the jio phone on 24th aug 2017. Money was deducted twice from my internet banking canara bank. But due to server error it was not processed.

The same reference of billdsk the amount was debited twice.
There was no confirmation from jio.

I have tried to book jiophone on 24 aug 2017 at 7.15 pm through myjio app but after completion of my transaction booking failed. But i didn't able to get the booking reference details. I have purchased reliance jio sim in month end of april 2017, then i have done my first recharge worth rs 309 (Premium member), 84 days validity 1gb daily at 4g speed (Then speed reduce upto 128kbps) unlimited voice across india,

Now my concern is about they taking money for 4g speed but i feel that i am not getting 4g speed, so i raised a complaint at jio customer care by calling at 198 on 31st may 2017,...

I tried to do a pre booking for the new jio phone but in the end it showed me the message that my transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account and whenever i call the customer care they say that there's a separate phone no. During the pre booking of jio phone on 24-8-17 around 8'oclock my transaction failed on jio.com neither got any confirmation sms from jio but the rs 500 from my paytm wallet was deducted and i did not received any type of refund.

Sir, i booked jio mobile on 24 aug at 19:35 hrs and initial payment of rs 500/- i paid though my debit card. However the amount was debited from my debit card at 19:44 hrs but i still not get any transaction id or voucher regarding this booking. I booked from my mobile number [protected]. Bought new connection on 25th aug. Morning from natraj store, dahisar (East), shaktinagar. Paid rs. 548/- for 84 days 1 gb plan.

Right from day 1, data connection not working (Though displayed as on), no page opening up. Approached natraj shop and jio outlet at dahisar (East) station near madhuram hall. No solution found by both.

Pls check and confirm the root cause. My instrument is lenovo k4 note, 4g enabled....

Sir, i booked jio mobile on 24 aug at 19:35 hrs and rs 500/- paid vide credit card. However the amount was debited from my credit card but not got any transaction id or voucher in regards of this.
