Dear sir,

I recently ported from airtel into jio, due to poor network connection in airtel. However, even in jio, i face the same network issue within my apartment complex (Not by apartment alone). Outside my apartment complex, i am happy with jio.

I have tested the signal strength within my apartment complex, and it varies but significantly shows -1 dbm 99 asu with now voice or data network.

There are 500 families in our apartment complex, and we don't get any network except vodafone. If this is fixed, many will port into jio.

    I have recharge a jio no [protected] with 399 rs on 19/09/2017 at morning around 7 am. It's a prepaid number. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but it's not credited on that no. The icici bank transaction id is bil/[protected].

    Jio customer care is telling that money is not transferred to jio. Icici bank is saying that billdesk claimed money as successful transaction. Jio is not providing failure transaction tracking. And jiocare is not even idea on this case. Help me...

      Weak signal of jio
      This is rohit yadav, i lived at phullanpur (Sai dham colony) ghazipur.in this area, there is major problem in jio network, the network signals are so weak and internet speed is very slow.
      I hope this prob. Will solve very shortly..

        Complaint against: reliance jio

        I've been facing problem with reliance jio service and i've made repeated complain about it to jio cc. Unfortunately, they are giving only diplomatic answer and not resolving the complain. As a last resort, i requested them to credit the number of days of service to my account for which they are not in position to fix the problem but they refuse to do that. As a last resort, i even demanded refunded of my subscription money but they even refused the same saying that they don't have a provision to refund or give credit for faulty or interrupted service. Finally, i logged a complain with appellate authority but even they gave the same answer saying they logged my complain and i've to wait for 39 days to hear from them where they will not issue refund or service credit for the number of days their service is not working properly.

        Here is the email interaction with necessary complain/docket numbers. I can even produce the call recordings of my interactions with them where they have given vague answers for the sake of it.

        When i recharged my subscription with rs. 399 for 84 days for [protected], i called up the cc and informed them about the poor connectivity at my place, hopping that it will improve.

        I was out of bangalore post recharge, and when i returned on sep 12, there was no connectivity like before also, let alone any improvement.

        I called up multiple times, only to hear it will improve to no avail.

        I never received any update whatsoever except the site is optimizing excuse. I am told that the site is down since sep 9 and was suppose to be up but is not!!! I am even told you are installing new site, but for me, these are just diplomatic replies only.

        Your representatives don't believe in escalating the concern properly, they identify themselves as managers even when they are not, they don't care to call back as agreed and scheduled also!!!

        This has been going on since sep 13th.

        It is high time now. Finally, it was agreed with one of your manager irfan that if you are not in position to give the same connectivity as before at-least, there is no point in me continue to use your service so you've to credit at-least 30 days of extra service to my account!!! He agreed to the solution hopping that the site will be up and running but neither the site was working nor did he bother to call back!!!

        Similar discussion happened with multiple reps at jio identifying themselves as manager when none of them were manager except mr. Vijay who i spoke last.

        The same discussion took place with him as well, but unlike assured, he also didn't bother to call back or listen to the previous interactions even when it as requested repeatedly to him and he also agreed!!!

        He simply told me that neither you've option to give service credit, nor do you've option to refund!

        This is pathetic!!!

        You can't give proper service and you don't care to refund also is simply not acceptable.

        The kind of harassment that jio representatives have caused me since sep 12th is immense!!!

        You manager mr. Vijay suggested me to go to the appellate, and i told him that it is a simple and straight forward issue and any service provider handles it as simple as crediting back for the number of days the service was faulty, to which mr. Vijay even went to the extent of telling me that "we've not launched yet!"!!! I asked him why you are charging me if it is not launched to which he disconnected the call and didn't show the courtesy to even call back!!!

        I want rs. 1000 compensation for the trouble you've caused me and full refund of my rs. 399 recharge immediately be credited to my account. I don't want to talk about it as everything is there in my call records multiple times. Please reply with the necessary on priority. Nothing less than what is demanded is acceptable.

        I tried booking jio phone using jio money. They replied stating the transaction is failed, hence i used my debit card directly to book the phone. At the same time, i informed them over email and over phone about the same.

        Subsequently, i was informed that the transaction is successfull!

        I asked them why did they executed the transaction after publishing them as failed, and if they have done this wrong, they need to correct it by cancelling it.

        They even informed me that they will refund it, but they later refused to do so.

        Every individual work in cc things he is the whole and sole of jiomoney and refers policy for anything any everything they speak even when they don't know anything!!!

        And unlike other wallets, they even told me that if i want to transfer my money back to my bank account, they will charge me!!! That's a secondary thing, but they are refusing to void the transaction that they have executed at their leisure after it was notified as failed!!!

        I recharge rs 50 top up plan but it is not activated, i called in consumer care of jio but they says the plan is not available today and some more days, i complaint about why they display that plan which is not activated and take money from people.

          Respected sir,
          This is amit kumar chandravanshi, i have recharge my jio number [protected], in 8th april 2017 by 303 becouse i have not got any confermation sms from jio team according to my successful recharge.. So by confussion i have done again the recharge of 303.. And after that the jio team told me that we have unable to refund your external balance recharge. So we adjust your 303 recharge in post recharge after ending your summer surprise plan. But according to new plan of jio.. The jio team have to pay me to 1gb data per day and unlimited calling facility for 56 days... But they give me ony 28 days plan... And they are said that they giving me 28days+ 28days plan in same time that means they giving me 56 days of benifit in just 28 days.. But honestly they are giving me only 28 days benifit plan in 28 days... So it is the humble request please give me another 28 days benifit... Please... I need it...

          The picture which is i uploded in the form of screen short... For showing that jio give me all 28 days just 1gb data per day... But they says they are giving me 2gb data per day according to 56 days benifit plan.. But in screen short it clearly show that after ending 1gb data we recieve a sms from jio team that.. You have used your 50%, 70%, or 90% data of your daily 1gb limit.. So this is shows that they are giving me only 28 days benifit instade of 56 days benifit...
          So it is the most humble request to you please solve my problem and give me 28 days of another benifit...

            Sir there are much problem in our college campuse GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC FATEHPUR . No any 4g Jio signal are supported here . If I want to search any project from internet for the exam at college campuse, the signal become error and at least this is continuously about 30 to 40 minutes. So I want please solve this problem as soon as possible.

              My sim card is missed by me in hyderabad i purchase my sim from gujarat and now i want a new sim card on that number so?
              When i want to jio office in hyderabad so they say me i can purchase my sim from gujarat and my family member was went to jio office they say that they want me there for new sim in that number and i had done a recharge in that sim more then for 3 months what is a way to collect my sim with my old jio number from hyderabad.

              I purchased reliance Jio Wifi router for Rs 2000. I was assured by dealer that the card will be activated in maximum 4 hours. However even after 36 hours the card is not activated. The are not telling that it will take another 48 yours to resolve your complaint. To my utter surprise A message pops up on my mobile that My balance has been exhaused
              When we open that site hssc and and hkcl then home page open but not open other link . I had check many jio mobile and dongle there is same problem
              Jio diss cinnect my out going calls even though I have recharged 399.

                Highly unsatisfactory services and customer support by jio - i am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your customer care service from september 17th and unresolved complaint till date. It is very annoying and i have wasted my 3 consecutive days on it and still didn't get the answer.
                Your customer service team is creating negative customer experience which will effect on the customer engagement.
                Problems your customer care service are not willing to solve:
                My international roaming service is not working in australia.
                Now in india, sep 17th, jio sim is not working “showing-no sim”
                Sep 17th - sim changed at 6pm
                Sep 18th -
                Sim replaced again at 11am, 2nd replacement
                Sim replaced 3rd time at 2:45 pm, resolution promised within 1 - 4 hours.
                Evening, communicated that the sim will be operational within ‘48 hours’
                Sep 19th -
                Advised that the resolution is in progress, the sim will be active by sep
                20th afternoon.
                Sep 20th -
                Advised that the sim number has been incorrectly entered by the jio shop
                Finally advise, though very strange that due to the internation roaming, the
                Activate has to wait till the expiry of international roaming.

                Is this the way you deal with your valued/key customers. Is it possible to live without the phone in to days time. This is at the cost of my daily work.

                    I have a complaint regarding my hidden / unclear usage of data from my account.
                    My jio number using in data card is [protected]

                    Please explain at least my usages on (Serial no 1 & 2 from my statement on 18th september 2017)

                    On 18th september 2017,
                    Timings from 16.16.02 to 19.12.47 total usage in the given time frame is 2720.647 mb.
                    Timings from 19.13.27 to 20.37.18 total usage in the given time frame is 960.714 mb.

                    The whole day we have consumed 920 mb. Remaining data (3 gb approx) is not being consumed by me.

                    I have called to customer care, they told me to send a mail with screenshots and attachments to [protected]@jio.com.
                    The customer care (199) & (198) is also useless.
                    I have sent mail to [protected]@jio.com.
                    But no reply from [protected]@jio.com.

                    Jio is providing data with cheap cost as well as with cheating service with data. (Showing more data usages).
                    Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    I have wrongly recharge on jio no [protected] of rs 399 through paytm vide tx no[protected] at 19:33 hrs on 12 sep 17. Kindly refund to my bank account from where money has been paid.
                    My data is also being fraud used by jio.. so i downloaded a mobile data tracker which is accurate to 1kb and i found i was using almost half the data that jio app was showing.. i figured out your double data fraud .. you guys are fraud

                      I recharged rs399 in my postpaid jio sim. Transaction was successful. But i dint get my validity. My connection was stopped. So i called jio customer care. They said i did wrong payment. So it is in deposited credit balance. But that amount is not refundable and adjustable. They telling me to pay security deposit of rs 500 again. I said i can't pay. Then they said ur connection will cut. U can't use sim. Until u pay amount.

                      I need my amount. I'm complaining against it. Please make them to refund me the amount

                        Jio has not refunded my failure jio phone transaction lsbi[protected] (Ref no:fv000001uv28). Bill desk telling that money transferred to jio. Jio is saying that money has not received by billdesk. Sbi bank saying that billdesk claim ed money as successful transaction. Jio is not providing failure transaction tracking. And jiocare is not even idea on this case. Help me

                            I just migrated to jio and took up the prepaid plan rs.499 which has 1 gb data daily with 4 gb speed but the connectivity here is so poor that there is no internet connection it just goes off, what is the point of marketing your plans if your connectivity is so poor that the internet is lost and my phone battery gets drained. Also the major part is there is no basic network for receiving calls as well.

                            I will see for another 15 days else i will go for mnp, i wonder if you fool it people like us what you must be doing to other guys who cannot even log complaints

                              I am a jio user living in kotekkar, 3km from kumbla town in kasaragod district. (Kerala). There is a lot of jio user in my area. From the beginning of jio the internet and the call are in a terrible state because i do not have too much network signal in my location. Internet and call will have to go to kumbla, about 3km away. Jio users who live in the same area are still experiencing the same problem as jio recharge as me.
                              So it is easier to solve these problems as soon as possible

                                I have a jio postpaid no. I have recharged 99rs prime membership, 400 security deposit and 303 pre on post recharge after customer care representative confirmation.
                                In july 29 i have made a recharge of 399, because customer care representative told me that if you make 399 recharge then it will be your base plan no postpaid monthly billing will be generated.

                                Now jio has generated my aug month postpaid billing of 300 rs.

                                When i have asked them via mail or calling to customer support to know why billing has been generated when i have recharged 399 pre on post after confirmation only on it will be my base plan and no billing will generate.

                                They are saying nothing can be done i have pay the bill.

                                Why i have pay bill, when wrong details to shared from their end.

                                Kindly take my complaint and escalate this complaint

                                I have similar kind of issues all the personal has given me wrong info and I had to give correct info to them
                                Reliance jio is cheater. They are charging me ISD SMS even when I have not send a single SMS. I requested Jio customer care to stop ISD facility which they are not accepting

                                  I recharged rs.399 plan on my jio number. I am facing so many problems after i recharged.
                                  Jio did not provided me fast 4g internet speed, it provided like 2g speed.
                                  But when i get good speed then after some time like 10 15 minuets it's again work as 2g internet.
                                  Jio cheat me because they don't give me 4g speed when i have 4g plan of rs.399.
                                  Why they provide me 4g speed for a few moments when i m in a 4g plan.
                                  Please report to jio for providing me a high speed 4g internet according my plan.

                                    Dear sir i am using jio network [protected] but i am unable to used internet i complain so many time that there is no internet in my house location but there customer care and network team is not solved my problem and they asking that they solved my problem in 90days i say that than why i pay for 90 days u may free my internet service for 90 days they refused. When i ask for complain to trai they says kuch nahi honai wala. I request you to please take action.

                                      I have recharged my jio mobile number with 1101 ir pack on aug 25th and recharge was successful. After recharge i restarted mobile after 20 minutes and used the jio network for than 2 days in india (Total 7 days).

                                      Sep 2nd i traveled saudi arabia, i am unable to get the network in saudi arabia.
                                      I have followed the steps given by jio customer care to select the network manually and automatically but non of the network operator (Stc, mobily, zain) is allowing me to register to roam in saudi arabia.

                                      "cannot register with the selected network, please try later"

                                      Problem : ir pack activation is successful but ir services are not active.
