Still no reply from JIO and SMS
Booked a Jio phone and an amount of ₹500 deducted from my account but didn't get any reciept or any kind of proof which would notify me that I have booked.
Need my phone booked or get my money refunded.
I paid 500 rupees for Jio phone booking, 500 ruppes deducted via Paytm ( billdeskuti) but still not showing youre order is successfully also still not getting any sms for Jio phone booked, and booking successfully
Pls do needful

I had buyed a rs399 pack of jio
The speed of jio was fantastic but during 2 days the speed is very poor no one is taking any issue if that happens I want to sue against jio and want my money refunded or solve my problem regarding the speed of jio

    This is with reference to my earlier complaint the complaint is not resolved instead mr pankaj sarma who spoke on behalf of reliance digital has deductead 1000 +1000 rs from my debit card. Pl take immediate action the person who called me from +91 [protected]... And return rs 2000 immediately to my net banking...
    The person who spoke to me has cheated and i am sure he is from reliance...
    I humbly request jio care to resolve my problem...

      Sir on 24 august i tried to book jio phone but payment deducted from my paytm wallet and phone booking confirmation was not recieved. Transaction id is :[protected]
      I have contacted jio support through email but they didnt replied satisfactorily.
      I have even cantacted jio apellate authority which also refused to process my complaint

        Ive booked the jio phone on 24th august by evening by 7:00 pm as their server was keeping on crashing from 5:30 pm after some attempts ive successfully booked the jio phone through my sbi debit card for rs 500 and was deducted from my bank account. Ive got sms message from the bank about your money rs 500 has been deducted but no confirmation message came from reliance jio infocom and ive tried to call their customer service as usual it was busy my number is [protected] this number from which ive booked and pin code is 600006. Please make a complaint to reliance jio infocom asap.

          Tried to pre booked jio phone Rs.500 deducted from the account but it showed server error and the amount was deducted. The transaction was taken place on 24th of August from mobile no.[protected] in the name of amit roy. please look into the matter and respond accordingly. it is neither showing transaction no nor any message received through jio. It has been many days I have waited for automatic refund but unable to get it and that is why I am posting it here.You can contact me for any correspondence

          I was booked JIO Phone on 24.8.2017. I paid money through bill desk from SBI Debit card. Payment successful. I have received transcation ID to my mobile. i.e. txn#KU[protected]. But I Can not received any confirmation from jio.

            Request for transfer of recharge amount from wrong jio number to correct number

            I am a prime member of jio, using two jio numbers.
            Jio mobile: [protected] & jiofi : [protected]
            On 27-aug-2017 i have done a recharge of rs.399/- through mobikwik (Transaction id:rj[protected] for jio number [protected] instead of [protected] by mistake.
            I have made another recharge of rs.399/- on 27-aug-2017, through jio money for my jio number [protected] to get mobile connectivity.
            Therefore, now i request reliance jio to transfer my wrong recharge of rs.399/- from jio number [protected] to [protected].

              I am really unhappy with the customer support team. I had booked 2 jio phones on 24th of aug from myjio app& amount has been debited from bank account & till date i have not received the confirmation message. I had done many follows with the team but really there is no response from your team and they ask to contact jio store and these people says we are not responsible for online booking. You can call centre. When i contacted through mail there was same answer from them also. Jio phone [#9440080] ticket id raised by jio team.

                I booked jio phone on 24 august, 2017 twice (19:51 & 19:57). On both occasion, rs500 was deducted from bank account but i didn't received any confirmation sms from jio. I awaited for 5 days for refund but till date didn't receive any refund. Therefore, i request please do needful asap. My mobile no. Is [protected] and i booked with number twice. My pincode is 110084. Thanks.

                    Money deducted from hdfc bank account as shown above but didn't receive message to specified number for order confirmation and no details received in my jio account as well.
                    Contacted customer care of reliance jio but they are not able to resolve issue and suggested to solve issue on my own by contacting source of payment. How can there be problem with source of payment when i can see deduction from my account.

                      In 24 august 2017. I have booked mobile from jio website. But in first time after done payment transaction failure massage come but as per information recieved from bank jio claim money on 25 august but till now not any confirmation recieved from jio.
                      And another transaction which was successful massage recieved & deduct money but till now same not any confirmation recieved from jio. Please support. I loss my 2000 rs. Please suuport asap

                      I am a jio subscriber in the area of guree kanderpora bijbehara anantnag jammu and kashmir there are a poor connectivity in our area i have complaint many times but no result found till date.
                      My mobile lenevo vibe S1 Bluetooth connectivity is good but could not connecting my jio number another number is Airtel connecting properly to that number
                      Pls rectify my problem to connect Bluetooth my jio number

                            From last three days my data all data is exhausted without using it. I done my complain on 198 but they did not give me any satisfactory answer. I check all my setting, no auto update, no use of data in background app, no one connected on my wifi. I wake up in morning and with in 10 min i receive the massage that my 50% data is use and after 3-4 min get another massage my 90 % data is use, after then 1-2 min all data is exhaust, who this possible 500 mb data is use in 4 to 5 min. I call 3-4 time on 198 but all of them give different different excuses they do not even register my complain. This is happening form last 3-4 days.

                            Please resolve my issues i don't able to done my important work

                              I thing this message resolve all your problems. Like me
                              I also have same problem, means booked jio phone, money deducted from my account. Suddenly transaction failed message comes.
                              Then what i do.
                              . I just mail to [protected]@jio.com, and they told me to follow simple steps to confirm either your phone is booked or not
                              . 1. Myjio application and uninstall and re-install the application once.
                              2. You can check jiophone booking details in myjio app "manage booking" section.
                              3. Tap on myjio app on your device.
                              4. Tap on manage booking from the top
                              5. Enter your 10 digit mobile number & generate otp to proceed you can check your jiophone booking details
                              Believe me guys just follow this step you confirm by yourself.

                                While Booking Jio phone on 24 September 2017. As I was trying to book Jio phone on this number [protected]. I got an error saying transaction failed and Rs 500 has been deducted from my account and till now money is not refunded. I used SBI debit card option for online booking of Jio phone.

                                Also, I have asked resolution from the bank to refund the money back but they replied saying:- Dear Sir/Madam, Your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as:: MERCHANT CONFIRMED TRANSACTION AS SUCCESSFUL..

                                Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I have given transaction id and contact number below. You can contact me at any time.

                                    On 19th august i went to your digital express office and ask them to do recharge of my jio num of 399. He asked num from me and note it down in his recharge record maintaining book and collected 399 rupees from me and told me the recharge will be done in 2 min and i left after it.
                                    But after 2 min i didn't receive any recharge message so i waited it for the whole day as i as was busy in some other work.
                                    Next day i again went to digital express shop and they told me due to some technical problem your recharge was unable to process it will be done in next 2 days.
                                    So i again waited for 2 days and again went to the shop and ask what happen.
                                    Then they told me the recharge cannot be refunded as 3 days already passed.
                                    I ask them to show me there recharge record book of date 19 august.
                                    The mistake he did is the num noted down by him was not mine instead of 9 he wrote there 8 and did someone else recharge he didn't ask my name or took my sign for verification of that num. Due to your employee mistake i lost my 399 rupees so i request plse refund or either recharge for it. Or i will put a fir of it doing fraud.

                                      Issue seems to be resolved now. I received voucher details to number for which I booked Jio Phone when I called '1800 890 8900'. Now will wait till delivery gets started.
