I am forwarding you this mail because of the reason i am very much disappointed and fed up due
To purchase of two connections of reliance jio in 9th of august.

And till date i am just inquired about the status of the same, but all time they just they just give me the assurance but till
Date my two numbers are not working.

Actually i purchase my two connections from head office jammu reliance store that is in bithandi jammu. At that time
I already told the sales person i have already jio connection with my adhar card link, moreover he told me as per
Our guild line you can purchase the same with adharcard but the condition is that takes 11 days to activate but it won't be
Happen till., and when i went their for inquiry of my numbers there behavior looks very bad.

Now, i call to customer care at 199 they told me your tele verification is pending but its being 10 times a day i got the verification call but nothing is in my favor. Then they raise a another scenario according to them i won't be able to get new connection
With the help of adharcard, so i again visited the store this time they told me, you just take another connection with the
Help of another documents. But you are not able to get your money back for two connections you have to re again pay the
Fee for both of this numbers.

Sir i have a big hope you won't be make me disappointed kindly look this matter and do some early action for the same. For activation of my two connections either i want my money back. I am sending you the details of my two connection and let me inform asap.

My amount rs.500 deducted by bank and transaction ref. No. Igabwwgco9. But i did not received any conformation message from jio phone registry. I am requesting you take necessary action regarding my problem and conform my jio phone

      I am working in syndicate bank at guthigaru village sullia taluk karnataka state.
      Now a days all are using smart phones including village people. Dont think they dont know about internet based.
      In karnataka state your network is very poor and most of the places your network not available.
      Most the network providing only airtel and bsnl but they are providing 2g signals only.
      If you increase your network that much o[censored]ser also increasing, users increasing means your business also increasing. Why jio neglecting.
      Jio digital india means all over india provide fulfil network then you say jio digital india otherwise you dont say.

      I have not received confirmation message after pay 500 rupees.
      I am AMAN THAKUR and my issue is transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment was debited from bank account through Debit Card,
      But message was not came to mobile from reliance jio

          Network connectivity issue in our area.
          Dear sir/mam.
          Following is our address from where the issue is still not resolved.
          District:- shopian
          Village:- kadgam
          We've two nearest jio towers, one is located at imamsahib some 700 metres away from our village and another is located at kanigam with the same distance from the opposite side.
          We've been facing the trouble while using internet or while calling because we hardly get a single signal bar by holding our phone in a static position.
          If we move our phone from where it gets the signal then the signal gets off resulting the call drop and internet disconnection.
          As you know that its time to recharge our jio with rs. 399 now and our area have more than 400 jio connections.
          Nobody is willing to recharge their jio further because they are facing the said issue. So we request the team jio to solve our issue as soon as possible.

            Hello this is chandraveer singh from meerut. On the 24th of august i tried to book the jio phone via jio.com and paid rs.500 through my paytm account. First the screen showed transaction failed but then when redirected again to jio.com it showed your booking was successful and the booking id will be sent to the provided mobile number but unfortunately it never came and i can't find a way to know about my booking status.
            To conclude the payment was made to reliance jio infocomm but the booking was not confirmed by them so i demand they refund me my money because i already had a lot of trouble during this transaction.

              On 25-8-17 i was trying to book my jio phone but while transaction was getting places, it was showing something like netwok error, i reloaded the page, it showed transaction is succesful, transaction id is null, when i called jio customer care, they said that they cannot do anything without transaction id, i said that i can provide all details, then also, when i checked my balance, 500 rs were deducted for that,,

                I have the jio number [protected] and i know very well that my plan for jio no. [protected] has expired. Data services have been stopped & outgoing calls restricted.

                If i required will recharge the same plan.

                Please do not remind me for this again and again by sending messages and giving calls everyday on my alternate. No [protected]

                Or else i have to take strictly action on this issue.

                  This is regarding the complain number sr00000bv2su,, that my recharge has not been successful but balance has been deducted from my bank account and i only received a transaction id from my bank but not from jio.
                  Even after multiple appeals there is no satisfactory answer or solution. It has been almost 1 month.
                  You can see the answers from my bank regarding the same issue. They have confirmed that money has been reached to jio. Below i have attached some pics regarding transaction id from bank.

                    Purchased new sim on 25th aug. Morning, paid rs. 548/- for 1 gb/day plan for 84 days, vendor name nataraj shop, shaktinagar, dahisar (East), mum-68.

                    Right from day 1, data not working. Went to dahisar (East) gallery but issue still not solved. Vendor not taking any responsibility in the matter nor offering any help.

                    Jio staff (Cell no. [protected]) called on 26th night and promised to resolve in 24 hrs. When called, the person says complaint is not with him but with some other person.

                    Very pathetic service level.

                    Will escalate to consumer court if not solved immdtly.

                    I want the nataraj shop too pulled up for bad service.

                        I have done jio dhana dhan 309 the amount deucted rs 365/- from my account. My no. Jio number [protected] on 30-aug-17 which is going to expire. But the jio has making the fool to there customers.
                        My amount is successfully rs 365/- ducted from my account but my service on my jio number [protected] not restore.
                        Then i call to customer care helpline no they told me that jio has received the amount but it gone under credit limit that is wasteful never used. But i can’t understand if i selected the jio jio dhana dhan on there portal how the amount gone under credit limit. One thing customer care told never use the online transaction my question is this if govt of india says do online transaction why jio says this.
                        My request is this to restore my service against jio dhana dhan and get benefit.

                                    On Aug 24 my wife Sunaina jha tried to book jio smart phone through Sbi net banking . The amt of Rs 500/- was required to pay for booking as it was paid though net banking vide SBI ref no. JSBI56096740IGABWWHVK8 but transaction failed as it appeared on the screen.pl refund my amt.

                                      Iam staying in dehradun up west area
                                      Everytime in this place we are facing a network and internet connectivity issue
                                      Please resolve it
                                      Net speed is not
                                      Signal is so weak
                                      No video calling facilities and services
                                      Not received my important messages
                                      Not good connectivity
                                      In the previous 2 and 3 months we are facing network and internet connectivity issue
                                      But know one interested to resolve it
                                      Customer care are not capable to solving our problems
                                      I am every time to call customers care centre but they are not understand the actual problem we are facing
                                      Plz look in this matter
                                      Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      While booking jio phone yesterday at around 8PM I made payment through on line payment of RS500 from bank.The bank has given the transaction details to me by SMS. However I have not received any confirmation message from Reliance Jio so far.
                                      I have booked your new jio phone on 24/8/17 at 20:00 hrs by paying Rs 500/- through my debit card and payment was successful. Amount has been deducted from my account, but still I have not received any response/ confirmation. Please help.

                                        I have a blank sim got joining jio company as an employee more than two weeks sim not got any number and sim card not activated

                                        Still no reply from JIO and SMS
                                        Booked a Jio phone and an amount of ₹500 deducted from my account but didn't get any reciept or any kind of proof which would notify me that I have booked.
                                        Need my phone booked or get my money refunded.
                                        I paid 500 rupees for Jio phone booking, 500 ruppes deducted via Paytm ( billdeskuti) but still not showing youre order is successfully also still not getting any sms for Jio phone booked, and booking successfully

                                        The speed of jio was fantastic but during 2 days the speed is very poor no one is taking any issue if that happens I want to sue against jio and want my money refunded or solve my problem regarding the speed of jio
