Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio phone booking transaction failed but money deducted from bank account

Hallo sir, i have paid rs 500 jio.com for Jio Mobile pre-booking but massage so transaction failed than some time later my balance is dedicated .I have paid amount my Paytm wallet.than II am call Jio care he told me you're amount is refund 48 hour but my balance not received .I have returned call after 48 hour he told your amount not received for jio.com you call Paytm care. Paytm care reply that Paytm send a amount in Jio .com & Paytm not received any amount for Jio .com pls help.

I am getting call from some unknown person and asking to share may card details and he is asking to share my OTP also can I give ...!

These are fraud call. Do not share your card detail and otp.

But after some time I get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account with transaction reference number IGABWWJKT9. But I haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from Jio. I tried to book a phone yesterday., the money got deducted from my SBI account but its shows the transaction failed. But what I got are some IDs.
If you want your transaction IDs from Jio open the exact transaction failed URL from your browser history and carefully read it.
You will get a bunch of ID's like FVXXXXX... and some IDs .
Note it down for further reference.

I booked my JIO PHONE yesterday attached around 9 pm...due to sheer or blunder mistake of mine.. I typed a mobile no...of someone else's ie [protected]...instead of my own jio no..ie.. [protected]...my transaction status showed SUCCEESSFUL and. My bank amount of rupees 500..got deducted... I did not get any sms orrr any confirmation that using my jio app I have made any booking.. I am trying to transfer or cancel my booking through my jio app by clicking on manage booking option.. But my. Voucher shows. Empty. Plz resolve my issues and transfer this booking mistakenly done into. My name and my own jio no.which is. [protected]. I am. Very much tensed and worried since yesterday night

Just track your mobile through myjio app,
Just install the app, click on manage your orders and full your ordered phone number ... it will show you Jio mobile for which you have paid money

You call follow up your mobile from app,
But present your order is just placed, you will get msg when mobile was going to ship
