Respected Consumer Forum, I Akshat Mandloi, Research Analyst of 108 Emergency Services project would like to bring into the notice that we people received a bill of 1800/- Rs. against the Internet usage of one month The previous bill amounts were 300/- and 200/- respective as the services were not proper and the connection was not functioning for many days. We people registered the complaint at reliance customer care but the did not provide the satisfactory answer to our concerns. Please find the trail of e-mail communication between us and reliance customer care below and give a kind peruse to our complaint.     Dear Sir. I recharged of 30 INR dated 24/03/2015 and 50 INR dated 26/03/2015 on my CDMA mobile no. [protected]. My both balances has been deducted wrongly. After a long try on customer care no. 198, Today I contacted and told to your representative name Mr. Swatantra. He confirmed me that I will get my all wrongly deducted balances very soon, In spite of that once again my balances has been wrongly deducted. I have not subscribed any service on my mobile. I am fail to re-communicate on 198. Right now I am confused about the refund of my all wrongly deducted balances. I am requesting for that refund and ask to you what should I do?

      Dear sir/ madam I bought ZTE n919d smartphone from ebay which was delivered to me on 19th March I inserted my cdma sim with mobile no [protected] in it. But no data was given to me. I called up[protected] they told me to charge with 13 rs I did the same still no data benefits were provided to me. I was given complaint no[protected]. I called up again now they told me mine is prepaid no they can't help me, I called up 198 no help still. I called up today[protected] they told me my offer is activated on my sim [protected]‎ on 25th march. But still i'm not able to use the benefits‎. Plz help me out.         I had same issue earlyer in last month its solved at that time but the same issue arrises again. Issue: My internet pack is active but after using internet my free internet data remains same and my main balance deducting. i have contact lots of times to reliance customer care but still my issue will not solve. please help me.             You are providing the worst services to the clients. After listening to 3 times for 11 minutes your IVR I was unable to reach your service executive. My recharge was done by mistaken.                 BED SERVICE IS VERY SMALL WORD FOR U…. Sir, my reliance GSM mob no is [protected] I have not activated any VAS OR any services on my mob. But reliance is regularly cutting my balance. This is totally illegal and unethical on reliance part. I kindly request u to immediately deactivate these charges n stop charging me for something i have not subscribed. Return my money as well. Whenever i call to the customer care, they were not talking very well and every time they put my call on hold….or they told me about your server is down so, i never knows about my deduction…. And on 25th feb 2015 i had approx 135rs balance but after its ZERO rs. on 27th feb 2015 i recharge of rs 70 so now its 4rs balance…. thats not it… in between dec 2014 TO feb 2015 in three months 40, 40, 250, 135, nd 70rs deduction from my balance… ””AND NOW ON 25TH MARCH 2015 I HAD RECHARGE ON 150 Rs. AND I JUST SENT 1 SMS, THEN ALSO RIGHT NOW MY BALANCE IS JUST 0.12 Paisa. WHERE IS THE 150 Rs BALANCE. So, I JUST WANT MY BALANCE BACK.”” YOUR RELIANCE SERVICE IS REALLY BEGGARS… ”YOU ALL RELIANCE PERSON’S ARE BEGGARS…..” Since last 8 year i used reliance.. so i m genuine customer of yours…. BUT now i think about portability…. So just say about my revert back balance….

                    Some day before i wrote an issue here on this site as below I change my one of my postpaid connection ([protected])to Airtel, Due to request rejection a guy at web world said me to deposit advance amount equal to a bill that will be refunded with security deposit by cheque. But after 5 month it is not refunded, One month ago I wrote to customer care they also said to me it will be refunded in next 3 days, but still waiting for refund.My Mobile alternet number is [protected] After the above post i got call from Reliance and they told me the above mentioned number is not in your name and was not postpaid connection. So a copy of bill i got is attaching here for ref.

                      Sir, i am using reliance Internet connection. my network number is [protected]. Since tomorrrow my net connections was not working and I recharged my number on 08 Marchi 2015 of Rs.147 and I got 3 Gb 2G data and a validity of 30 days but now it is showing that I don't have any data balance on 25/03/2015. How can it be possible and I don't have used the entire data which i was given..And my account balance was also deducted.                         A message of khas offer (150/- ke e-recharge par Rs. 195 ka talktime) was sent on my mobile no. [protected] on 20/03/2015 which I got recharged on the same date. But the benefits of the offer was not given for which I had complained the in the Reliance Customer Centre, Vadodara (request no.[protected] on 21.03.2015. I had also dialed '198' hundreds of times but no communication took place until on 22nd or 23rd of March, 2015 if I can remember which promised me to resolve the problem within 3 hrs. But till date no solution has been given. I am sorry to say that this problem has occured several times and your customer service has failed to be upto the mark. Please sort out the problem and do the needful to credit the remaining balance on my mobile no.

                          I made rs 36 recharge for std calls on my phone number [protected] 26thmarch 2015 according to which std calls are charged 30ps per min but instead of doing this recharge I m charged 64 ps per min for every std call .and this technical mistake is being happening third time in a month .I want a detail resolution of this problem as soon as possible .calland my money back

                                Hello, I am completely dissatisfied with Reliance Customer Care. My complaint no. (with Reliance) is[protected] and I am unable to connect to HSD network (Reliance 3 network) for > 1 month. Customer care call centre always reply the same crap that their network experts team is looking into it and it would be resolved very soon. Is there any legal way to get this done or at least force Reliance Communications to take their worst Reliance 3 prepaid data card (as there is no use of that piece of if I can't connect using it) and pay me my money. Please help.

                                I would like to inform you that my phone no. is +91-[protected], which your Customer Care and Technical Team already have! I would also like you to know that complaint no.[protected] was closed by your back end team without giving any resolution (what a shock!). Anyway, for your further knowledge, there is a complaint no.[protected] with your Appellate Authority since Mar 27 regarding the same issue (loss of HSD network while connecting for last 2.5 months), but it is still in resolving status. May I request you to expedite it (though I understand that my request will go vain). Also, there is another complaint no.[protected] with Appellate Authority requesting to please increase my validity because I have not been able to use HSD (Reliance 3) network for last 2.5 months and the balance is just accumulating. That is also in resolving status. Why? How much time does it take to decide in my case, whether the validity should be extended by Reliance or not?


                                Dear Reliance Communication team, let me tell you that an organization cannot run on just false assurances and sweet words, action is needed and results have to be shown. In my case, neither action nor result delivered by Reliance.

                                    I had recharged my mobile number [protected] (phone samsung galaxy tab-4) with net-pack worth Rs177/- on[protected]. But I am unable to connect the inter-net. The matter was brought to the notice of customer care. The problem was sorted out immediately on[protected]. The same problem occurred from the next day. Today again I contacted the customer care but the person named Ashim talked in a very rude and hurting manner. I feel a person appointed for this work need to keep patience and sort out the problems. My problem is not sorted out . Kindly look in to the matter and resolve the problem as early as possible.

                                      i want to compliant again reliance broadband. that they are demand us un used net bill amount. last sep-2014 to till we are not using net connection, & also they are stop there services, but still they are demand such amount rs. 1600/-.. I request him that kindly terminate my services but they are terminate and also when we are calling there toll free no. they are giving us waiting 45 minit too long. and before 4-5 days they call us and told they if we are not paying the due amount so they are going to cot. kindly help us.

                                        My Id is[protected], I have suffered huge loss from October, November, December 2014 & January, Februrary 2015, due to the Reliance Service Technician at kottayam, Kerala ceased the service in connection with broadband wired Internet. Besides, complaint regarding the non-getting of net connection through online, the customer care executive was not in a position to attend the call and a reply only received “ the executive is very busy. Hence I am constrained to stop business from March 2015 due to the non-getting of the Reliance net connection during the said month. The monthly subscription for Rs.2920/- has been paid for the said months without break.( Total amount Rs.14, 600/-)An amount of Rs.30, 000/- will come for a month for the smooth functioning of my firm.Therfore, a loss of Rs.1, 50, 000/-will come from your end due to the non getting of internet connection during the said period. Hence I request to pay Rupees one and half lakhs (Rs 1, 50, 000/-) for my loss unless I am constrained to file a case at consumer court.
