Sub: REFUND OF DOUBLE PAYMENT FOR ONE PURCHASE ON 18.04.2014 With reference to above subject would like to bring to your notice that I did purchase of groceries from Reliance Fresh, Vijaypath, Rajasthan. During payment I have been debited twice through two different debit cards and the details are below. Despite repetitively contacting (Anoop Khandelwal, Manager, Reliance, Vijay Path) them I have been given no assurance of my refund.
