Sub: REFUND OF DOUBLE PAYMENT FOR ONE PURCHASE ON 18.04.2014 With reference to above subject would like to bring to your notice that I did purchase of groceries from Reliance Fresh, Vijaypath, Rajasthan. During payment I have been debited twice through two different debit cards and the details are below. Despite repetitively contacting (Anoop Khandelwal, Manager, Reliance, Vijay Path) them I have been given no assurance of my refund. Date of Purchase: 18/4/2014 Amount: 525.15 Card details: SBI Gift Card No. [protected] and SBI Debit Card No. 600***********22957 Kindly resolve the matter immediately.
