[Resolved]  Reliance Retail — Double Payment through double swipe of my debit Card ending 5301

With reference to above subject I would like to bring to your notice that I did purchase of groceries from Reliance Fresh, Kote M.R Plaza, KR Puram Ring Road, Marathalli-1, Bangalore. During payment my card has been swiped twice and the debited amount not yet credited to my account. Despite repetitively contacting (Mr Kempa Raju, Manager, Reliance store, with his contact number :[protected]and also in person) I have been given no assurance of my refund even after I submitted my bank statement as a proof of the refund to the store manager Mr Kempa Raju. Date of Purchase: 4th May 2014 Amount: 949.47, Bill no-C4881 #0079, S03078 R004, Card details: CITI Bank Debt card 5497********5301 Kindly resolve the matter immediately as this is already more than a month.
