Mr Deepak Singh and his senior Mr Saurabh of Religare Finvest Limited,(1/7 East Patel Nagar,New Delhi-110008.Ph:[protected],[protected]) opened three SIP(Systemic investment plan)for my wife in three different Mutual Funds but filled the wrong nominee name in all three of them.Now they refuse to acknowledge my repeated requests for rectifying this error and even refuse to pick up my phone for the last 2-3 months.

Religare — Wrong Information

I am register this company profile as Client, this company sales person (Mr. Vishnu) get the wrong information and the open my D-Met account, This company manager (Mr. Prasant) is not help me. I am call this person every time but this person not help me any query. always say he i am call you back within in 5 minuts
Yeah this is true I am also facing the same issue. . Already lodged 4 complaints in the Religare customer care but of no use. Planning to move to consumer forums. Any suggestion are welcome please call me at [protected]

    Dear Sir,
    I had received an email from '[protected]@1touchsolutions.com' offering an attractive holiday package of 7 nights and 8 days at designated places anywhere in the world for just INR 7750/- for four adult persons. Even the website of Religare had demonstrated this package. They have taken the payment through credit card IVR Atom process and only office they have for holiday package is in NOIDA.But now the organization is refusing to book resort named in the list sighting reasons that reservation is not available. Their land line nos are constantly busy and hence never reachable. And after multiple request also they are not having any telephonic conversation and communication is only through emails. Even if after submitting required documents well in advance (3 months) of traveling, I get revert only after one month from submitting documents that reservation is not available. I believe that entire process by Religare is carefully thought and calibrated to cheat customers. Kindly address the issue.Following are the important details:

      PF Withdrawal
      I have sent my PF withdrawal form to the office which manges pf settlements for religare employees.they have received the form on 28.02.2011 as per telephonic conversation.they also mentioned some problem in form and asked me to sent e mail at [protected]@religare.in.Till date i have received no response and on telephoning I get a reply that my query has been resolved.If that is the case I should receive my PF amount.That has also been not credited till date in my Bank Of Baroda Account.

      Please intervene and help in resolution.

      in response to the above complaint I got a comment frim RIBL that my case was resolved.
      Yet till date neither I have received a statement neuther the amount of PF.
      Proper response and follw up is not coming.It is beyond comprehension that because of negeligene I am not getting my rightful amount.
      PLease intervene and settle the matter without further delay.

        hello,,

        i had open an account in commodities few weeks ago with 5000rs check..

        when it opened then i got only 2600rs for trading now when i am asking to bhopal branch they are saying will revert back in 2 days then again today i asked so they said will revert it back 2400 in a month or more.... i need my money back anyhow ...

        please i need my money back i am a poor family..

            My PF A/C No is MH/38968-A/14910 I had worked with religare securities ltd. from Nov.2009 to feb 2010 I had submitted my P F Form in month of june 2010. I had subbmited it still havent recieved the same can i please know the status of my settelment. Last company is telling me that they have forwarded all the formailities to P F Commissioner office. yet the amount have not been credited to my account nor i have received any kind of cheque/dd/pay order. please help me out in this regards

              I have taken BDR with Religare Securities Limited - Bandra West (BDR-2028B00019), Mumbai 400050. Managers & Dealers were transfered to Nariman Point, Mumbai. My BDR code still remains 2028B00019, while the branch code differs. Dealers have sold stocks of my investors , lying in pool without intimation. My cleints are also move without any intimation or signature. My BDR is also moved without prior intimation or signature. I am located near Bandra at Dadar. Nobody in company is responding and all my investors and by broking business too is paused because of their irresponsible behavior. I wish this to be brought to public notice regarding religare securities' irresponsible behavior.

                I am open the new trading account in religare commodities (Gurgaon Branch) from Executive Mr. Avinash. I am submitted the all documents in 16-March-2011 to handover to Mr. Avinash from my office With amount of Rs. 10000/- cheque from HDFC bank Mr. Avinash is promised to account opening procedure in 2-3 working days from collect all documents. After 3 days Mr. Avinash is not pick my phone or disconnect my phone after long try Avinash is picking the phone and ask I am called after 5 minutes. After few days I again try the phone but no response. After 14 Days Mr. Avinash is call to me and ask me the account is open But no user id or password provided by me. I am tried many time but avinash is not responding.

                I am mantely harassment in account opening procedure from religare commodities side.

                I am also customer in religare securities from last two year. .
                But Religare service is very poor. And no response from other executive and senior staff.

                If my account is not open or odin service is not activate in one or two days please close my all account from Religare.

                  Myself, ishwar Kumar having an account with religare securities limited opened on 12/03/2011.
                  i am unable to login at religare online trading platform from 25/03/2011.when i contacted the branch they said they will resolve the problem within 10 min. but they didn't resolved it even after 3 hrs. when i contacted them again they told me to lodge a complain at [protected]@religare.com.i lodged the complaint they told me they will resolve my problem within 1 hr. but again the same thing.till know it has not been resolved on 29/03/2011.
                  i am completely fed up calling the branch and the customer care.when i said to the branch manager for resolving problem he is telling that its not done by me IT DEPT will resolve this you just use your CALL N TRADE service if you want to trade.
                  they claim there customer care no is toll free but its charging money even at a rate higher than normal call rate.
                  beside they made many false claims at the time of account opening.they told me that the brokerage charges will be 2.0 & 20 paisa but they are charging 2.5 & 25 paisa. beside they told me that they will give me a margin of 20 times which is even advertised on their website but they are providing only 6 times when contacted they said i[censored] want such facilities just deposit 50000 more bucks.
                  and their trading platform race pro is too slow and it logs off after every 10 mint. whenever you want to buy or sell you have to again login which takes almost 15 min. to load even at a broadband of 100 Mbps which just frustrate you along with loosing money and missing good opportunities.
                  i am thinking to go to consumer court for their false claims.

                  beside i suggest you people don't open account in religare. there service is very poor before opening account they will give promise you to give excellent service but just after the day u open your account they just forget who are you.

                        i have a religare commodity account .....n crn is [protected]...and this account is opend with ajmer branch.........
                        this account was opened in december wid the initial amount of rupees 25000 ..and thn i got out from my place for almost one and a half month...in between january and febrauary........and as i came back to my place i saw many of contract notes was lying down at my home and after seeing them i contacted to religare ajmer branch about my account and till that date my account got debited with rupees 12000(total loss)...........and when i asked them "who the hell has d enough rite to trade in my account except me??.....but i dint get the sufficient reply from them.....n i asked them please refund rest of my amount because i was afraid of lossing them also and i m not responsible for that loss .....please help me out to retreat my money back........................

                          I have complaint against Religare securities limited Jabalpur Branch .. They are such Bad Broker that They dont forward any service request to Head Office and Dont Respond in proper manner .

                          I submitted the request letter and addendum for changing my brokrage on 11th march 2011 and Ms Richa (Customer care executive) kept the same for 15 days and did not process. I called customer care for 8-10 Time and they also dont respond.

                          Such a Bad services .... I see no other option to close my account once open in other company.

HE HAS REFUSED ME TO GIVE THE SOFTWARE AND LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD OF MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF WHICH I COULD NOT KEEP THE TRACK ON THE DAILY TRADING IN THE CURRENCY.

                            HE HAS DONE A LOSS OF RS. 9,54,000 WITHIN TWO MONTHS AFTER TAKING THE MONEY FROM ME.

                              I did my last transaction on 21/09/2010, then I informed my RM (Jeetu Jagiyashi - [protected]) about my PAYOUT which was Rs 6250/-, Then I received a sum of Rs 1750/-online on 07/10/2010 the Transaction ID is : 111111CT[protected], I asked my RM about the balance payout (Rs 4500/-), he told me there is some stock in hand which is not been sold for which I didn't receive the full amount (but last transaction was on 21/09/2010). I applied for payout again which was rejected due to clear vision of PAN card xerox, Anyway again i gave my PAN card xerox to my RM for remaining payout on 31Jan 2011, after 10-12 days i spoke to RM he told me it is in process, again i called RM after some day it is in process but I was not been informed by anyone from religare, everytime I have to call to know what is the status. Unfortunately I got the information from my RM that someone has made a transaction for NIFTY on 7th feb 2010 & the last date was 24th feb 2010.....but Now the amount is became ZERO...

                                Packet was despatched from Mumbai to kanpur on dt 17/03/11 but till dt 22/03/11 time 04: 25 p.m.it is undelivered to us. This was so urgent packet so we personally follow up with local office of Blue Dart but concerning office denied to hand over that to us. Secondly no contact no. was working in that office. When i login your website by entering Referance no. Status was : Consignee's Address Incorrect : Unable To Deliver. So it is really pathatic response from your side. Pls take necessory action to solve my quiery.

                                  Also this happen on 11th March also total transactions i have seen al last was around 85 transactions which means 3825 Rs & so many my losses ....

                                  I am just feeling afraid & negative feeling for religare commodities .why i have invested my money in this ....

                                  Please help me to return my amount whatever u think is justify .As i am in a big loss of Rs 40,000 which i never expected ..

                                  Kindly check all my transactions in which i was only trying to cover my losses from the day i have opened this account ....

                                  Around 1 1/2 months back somebody have told me about what religare is and how u can raise money via religare At that time they have told me that we required only 2 lots to do transactions on daily basis for that we need to pay Rs 25000 only to do transactions like silver & mini silver ,I was not at all aware that in one day i loose more than Rs 15000 in one day .as such i was not at all aware how i can do these transactions ..

                                  I have asked somebody from ur office to guide me by providing specific training but only at the time of training he advise me to sale mini silver at the rate of 43500 with 2 lots and with 15 minutes from the time we sell is market goes up by 1000 points .I was fully shocked that what is going on but after a day my both the lots were automatically sold by religare team without informing me ..Atleast somebosy needs to inform me before selling my lots so that i can tell them or advise them the options ...

                                  After that immediately my amount down by more than 17000 rs .After such situation i was in a big shock than somebody from ur office team have advised me u needs to pay 15000 Rs more to activate ur services and my team is giving u assurance that we will covered ur balance amount ...

                                  After a day i have given more 15000 Rs to them but not get any help i was trying myself to understand and how i can covered up my money & whaen i was asking that how can i check my account than nobody bother to advise me the criterie nor my account balance ...

                                  I[censored] see transactions on my account that there are some days in which persons from ur office have done the transactions of moreover 70 to 8o transactions a day and i was not at all aware of this ...

                                  on last thursday 3/10 my total profit comes within 18 to 20 transactions is 3490 Rs but on my account nothing is adding on next day .when i was calling in ur office that somebosy told me we dont have time to check ur balance ....

                                  and when again i asked on monday than they have advised me out 3490 nothing is added on ur account because with the same amount u have done transactions which i haven,t did and finally on the very next day on friday 3/11 by both the lots have selled with out informing me and my balance raise andebit of 1270 Rs on me ...


                                  Would request u kindly guide the person first by giving them traning because so may o[censored]r employees misguided us to raie their money ..This is totally misguidness .I ,ll not talking abount any specific person ..The person whom i was dealing with quite gud but still he is not guided me properly ..

                                  I read all and decided that do not do any trasaction with them I have the comodities trading ac with them. I paid ac oppening charges of Rs.3000/-.

                                  EWven there software is not good for on line trasaction. I have equity ac with Kotak Securities and its working fine I hope that oppen new commodities ac with Kotak only.

                                    I booked Religare Holidays for Rs 7700/- which is valid for one year and valid till April 2011. We are trying to reach the given number on the receipt of onetochsolutions since last 3 months. Whenever we tried to reach them there is no response and so I have sent request of new bookings and immediately I received call from Times Holidays saying that they bought the Religare Holidays but not responsible for any old bookings.

                                    This is a ridiculous and cheating and fraud.

                                    I request not to trust Religare all the groups as they are cheaters and fraud.

                                      One touch solution provides us religare Holiday voucher . I have forwarded it back with detail asked in form. Their is not mentioned to sent draft of Rs.750/- with filled voucher. I have make E mail several time but there is no reply from your side. I have booked two voucher but just now one submitted for claim. Your phone number given everywhere is always busy. I can't contact on this number. Mr. Kushalpal Singh was your executive at the time of booking. As per his talk one free gift will be provided if I book two voucher at a time. But I can't get like this. Please guide and help me further. Thanks.

                                      Same is the problem with my case.I have also booked 2 tickets and was told that i will get laptop.But there is no such gift i received .and as now i am planning for vacation, there is no contact number working. All lines are always busy.

                                        I have booked holiday package provided by 1touch Solutions, Perfect getaways of RELIGARE,on 18th Feb.2010 over phone as he was offering 7Night/8 Days accommodation for 2 adults in 5star rated hotels anywhere in the World as promotional offer in just Rs.7000/ only.Accordingly I have received booking form,My booking ID is[protected] & form no is 010479.I have send DD of Rs.750/-along with filled form on 7th of April 2010.
                                        RELIGARE could not provide holiday package in the validity period of 1year & extended upto Aug.2011.But now after repeated mail or over phone no one is contacting over their phone no.[protected]/172 recorded message "welcome to religare.all the channels are busy please dial later"coming I am not able to contact RELIGARE after repeated attempt.
                                        I request you If it is possible Please get my money back or let him provide holiday package in suitable time.
                                        Pl. Help me out from this type of cheating.

                                        I also facing same problem, after so many mails no response from perfect getaways - Religare holidays and their phone always busy anytime anyday.

                                        I am sure, reliagare cheating indian people and collecting money from name of holiday scheme.
                                        If any one reading this, pls do not repeat out mistake to take religare holiday plans, its just a waste of money as well as unnecessary headache for you also.

                                        One more thing, they told they will book 3-4 start hotels, but actually they just a normal hotels, you can apply on same hotels with lower money as you pay to religare.
                                        They will not book the hotels where you want to go and that date...pls think on this.
                                        This is just fraud...I have taken this membership and requested for 3 options in month of march...they did not replied back and even there phone is not reachable ...
                                        They have only one phone line to attend thoudands of member...even the local bank in village has good connectivity but religare is worst than this local bank also.

                                        Religare — not received holidays

                                        i had booked on telephone through religare services executive one holiday.form no.is 010292,booking id[protected].paid rs 7000/-through credit card,but till date i have not recieved any communication.
                                        The whole religare holiday package is a BIG SCAM . I had bought one of the holiday package for rs7000 on july 2010 .we were told to recommend some friends for which we were promised certain gifts if our recommended person bought the package . Thru my reference at least 5 more doctors bought the package and then on the cycle continued, but we did not receive any gifts . There are atleast 50 members mostly doctors who have bought this package.however when i wanted to use this package, by filling in my three holiday destinations of choice and sending a dd of rs 750 in favour of ONE TOUCH SOLUTIONS, i was in for a rude shock . i never got any response from the company nor was i getting thru their phone lines .Repeated mails to them has been unfruitful .on inquiring with my friends and other doctors who have bought this package i found out that they were also facing the same problem. then we realized that it was a big scam . They usually target professionals and affluent people who will not have the time or inclination to bother about a sum of rs 7000. That way the whole chance of getting caught is very minimal . IT IS A REQUEST TO ONE AND ALL TO PLEASE AVOID BUYING ANY OF THIS HOLIDAY PACKAGES FROM RELIGARE HOLIDAYS. DID NOT EXPECT A COMPANY LIKE RELIGARE TO STOOP TO SUCH LOW LEVELS

Now i have been trying to get in touch with these people they never respond, call goes on waiting for hours together and my package ends in diwali, i am in deep now .
                                        Buggers Really, did not expect this from such a big brand .

                                        I totally agree with you all guys.Even we had taken a 2 packages for our family looking at their site and such impressive hotels. Neither they gonna give you those hotels nor such hotels are available with them. They gonna give you such budgeted and cheap hotels where will not even like to stay. First of all they will not revert to your mails and incase they revert will just gonna say that its not available. These people are here only to fool and loot innocent people like us. Please be aware and do not be a part of such membership. We have lost all our money and regret the same.
