My client ID with religare is N173158,
I have trasnsfered amount Rs. 8000.00 to religare securiteis account as pasted below on 27th Aug, but till date the amount has not been credited into my account, some officials has contacted for the reversal of amount.

Despite my fund was there with religare security only, they have auctioned my share for Rs. 2000.00 to knock off the debit yesterday.

Religare people are not replying to my mail. and even till date i have no status of my funds,

Reliagre Securities are not even confirming the amount of Rs. 8000.00 been received by them, while same has been confirmed by the bank that amount has been credited to religare accounts.

I am liasing up with below mail ids for the resolution of same

In the months of Oct 2010, I had opened trading account with their franchisee at Naliya Dist Bhuj, Gujarat.
Even though the franchisee does his level best to give me services, he and I do not get proper response from their Gandhidham, Rajkot, Ahmedabad and Delhi Offices.
Often my e-mails are neither replied nor proper and satisfaction solutions have been provided.
There has been a tendency on their persons to rush to talk to me without knowing and going thru my mails and instead want to understand from me as to what are my problems. This is irritating and annoying.
To summarise:
1. Till date I have not received a single hard copy of the contract cum bills (they are being specially given by the local franchisee)
2. As per the agreement signed, I wished to settle my account on a monthly basis. I have still not received ledger as on 31.10.10.
3. There was a loss of around Rs 200 on the first transaction due to non receipt of delivery slips.
4. For the settlement of trade I do not receive amount on the day of settlement as provided by BSE/NSE. It should have been automatic.
5. Toll free no given to me does not work.
6. I am not able to view details of my account, holdings etc on its website for various reasons
I would request you to take up the matter accordingly.

    I was Working with the Religare Securities Ltd., Corporate Office sector-125, Noida.
    I was eligible for the Variable pay for the Q3-FY[protected] and that was holded by Vivek Aggarwal (EVP, Head Equities, North) by instructing MIS team to show error trade. Further MIS team confirmed that there was not Error trade and the variable pay is holded by Vivek Aggarwal.
    I requested to Chariman (Sunil Godhwani) for the same, but not action taken to rectify the problem.
    Till Date I did not received my Variable pay. The account introduced in Religare are handovered to Branch Manager and Vivek aggarwal to handle and those make Crores of Rs. losses to those clients.

        I am a client of Religare securites my client ID N267745 based on sales person i have taken advance brokarage race pro scheme, after 40 days repeated follow up they have activated my account, as i am a heart failure patient , i am not able to do any busines in this volatile market. now i requested them to return the my brokarage after dedcting the due amount if any, i have sent several remineders, till date no action. beware of the advance brokarage schemes. ensure transperency in all your accounts and trasactions. kindly guide us how to go to SEBi this kind of frauds bt brokarage companies. in the cover of corpoerate licensces the there people are licensced to kill middle class people.......

          Dear all,

          I have raised a complaint regarding the same company on 23rd July, 2011 on your portal and had received the reply from religare on the same. But that thing has not worked. These guys never got in touch with me and just keep sending me mails as to send the fresh booking form. I did the same like several times and still receive no mail reverts from them. I have paid a healthy amount to them and they are never reachable on phone. I have even spent a lot on phone just to reach them but again the same story.

          They just do not reply to you in your context but have an automated mail which comes across sometimes which is irrelevant.

          I sincerely request you to please help me with this and get the refund from the company.

            if you want i can produce medical discharge certificates....

            yes Very bad way of looting of money, with out proper information to client. one must return money if any body into troubles and, he is not asking any favour, buty returning the moeny after deducting necessary charges, what problam with brokarage company of religare

              Hello,

              My name is Shantanu and I have an account with Religare Securities, Vastrapur Branch, Dealing Office: 11 &12 UPPER GROUND FLOOR, GOYAL COMPLEX
              NEXT TO SANDESH PRESS, VASTRAPUR, AHMEDABAD 380056.

              On the 1st of June 2011, I asked them to sell a particular script and instead of selling 10000 shares of that script they have sold another script.

              I was told that they will square it off and I won't incur much loss, but as of today I am having to hold that script as the price of that share has gone down and I am incurring a loss of more than Rs. 4000.

              I want to know who is responsible for this mistake.

                I took a policy of Rs 1,20,000 premium and was shocked when I returned from my out of station posting to see that the Religare Macquarie Wealth Manager had completely defrauded me.

                Instead of a 1 time premium of Rs 1,20,000 he had made it into a quaterly premium (ie : Rs 4,80,000 pa) and the 1st Year charges were 100%.

                The Agent convieniently put his mobile number in the form so that the Telephonic Confirmation from Insurance company did not come to me and he confimed all details.

                I have sent 4-5 complaint letters to Religare Macquarie and to Aegon Religare but to no avail.

                I have been running from pillar to post for almost 1 year with no one to hear my woes. For a middle class person like me Rs 4.8 laks is a really a big amount.

                I request all to BEWARE of RELIGARE.

                  I too have purchased their package and they charged me 7999 from my credit card. I couldnt make my booking due to my busy schedule but i referred my 6-7 friends and they all too have purchased the package. One of my referred friend also referred almost 40 people to buy this package and unfortunately they all bought. Now they all are trying to contact with these people via all possible ways like phone and emails but there is no any response they have got till after one year of their purchase. They all contacted me and asked me to approach anyone who can help to get them either their money back or to book a holiday trip. I have been also trying to contact them via phone several times and spending a long every time it is connected with their automated answering system and then someone just picking up and immediately disconnecting the phone. I have also mentioned this issue in the email but they have never replied for this in their emails.

                  The company RELIGARE ONE TOUCH SOLUTIONS also promised me to provide a gift under their referral program for which i was supposed to get a DVD player but now they are offering me just a bag only which i dont believer that they will send actually since they are failed to fulfill any of their commitment.

                  Please do not purchase any offer from this company or you will suffer all like above.

                          ur application was rejected by NSDL directly the reason was insufficiant documents ( Name Proof Mismatch). NSDL had directly sent u a communication regarding the same. we are just PAN documents collection center . we have refunded the amount Rs 94/- and our staff had given it to u in person .

                            Me and my brother had taken a membership of Religare Perfect Gateways @ Rs.7000/- each. The membership entitles me for a 7 day holiday across any 1 destination from the listed locations. But now when I send them the Vochure Code Request Form the adress is invalid. Also the phone number is not active. This is a case of shear cheating. We want our money back. Would request all to beaware.

                              Religare Travels in the garb of Perfect Getaways is just doing fraud by selling travel vacation schemes with wrong promises. I doubt they would be taking any customers now, as peopel would have seen numerous complaints on forums. I would strongly advise others from staying away from this company.

                              If anyone knows of a higher manager within company where complaint could be escalated do let me know. customer care as such is not at all helpful. I would just want my refund now.

                              I took package from them in Nov, 2010 and there were a lot of promises made.
                              1. Accommodation in 4-star properties
                              2. Take two packages and then able to take same holiday at same rate for next 15 years.
                              3. Take two packages and you can even have others use the voucher and not necessarily you only.
                              4. For 4 persons.

                              I have voucher ID[protected]

                              Well to start with written kit which came did not mention all these. I raised concern which wasn't tackled, although people on phone were willing to give all assurances, but not in writing. This interaction went for about 3 months after which I just gave up.

                              And now when I want to actual use the vouchers, here is the kind of replies I get, and note with not one bit of positive communication -

                              "form will only be accept once the form will found with the three different destination and three different date with the gap of days each and all the date must be under the expiry date of the package and date also have gap of 7 days from the date of expiry with the notice of 30 days."

                              "this offer is non transfer able, non cancel able, non extend able and non redeem able for cash" -> I have never seen so many non-s in one sentence before.

                              "this voucher has been registered under your name only hence booking will be confirmed under your name and during the vacation time your present must be required at the resort."

                              Thus I strongly advice people against this company Religare Travels as a whole.

                                Holiday Voucher from Religare group with Perfect Gateways , I would like to inform you that there was mis-selling done by the representatives (Mr. Vishal) stating that they are part of Religare group and not disclosed all the correct terms and conditions.

                                Further, the terms mentioned to me over the phone were something different what they have stated in the booklet. The registration was done over the phone stating that they are part of Religare group and Religare is running promotion for the same. I had paid Rs. 7000 over IVR option on telephone on 9th July 2010 towards registration for 7 Nights 8 Days Holiday offer in premium resort on certain terms mentioned to me over the phone. The booking id provided to me was [protected]. For the said transaction, there was no representative of Religare visited to me and took the signature and it was all through over the phone mentioning Religare is running this programme for only couple of days for brand building and reaching to lots of retail customers.
                                I had sent across the mail about the understanding I had about the product and also the terms mentioned to me over telephone.
                                Later, I had given the redemption request for the holiday and couriered the demand draft of Rs. 750 for the same as per the process at their Noida address. The representatives stated the various hotels & locations requested by me are not available and therefore they were unable to book the same. Also, I requested for other options with their various representatives like Later, I was in touch with Mr. Gaurav and other representatives to explore holiday in November & December 2010 which they mentioned that nothing is available I had requested. Finally, I had given option to them to book for the holiday spot after 2 - 3 months also and for that they mentioned that they cannot take so much advance booking.

                                It was really embarrassing when they were unable to provide me for any holiday spot that I had requested or even they were not able to block dates for advance booking of more than 2 - 3 months future also.

                                I am very disappointed with the service or response provided by Religare (Perfect Gateways) and also mainly with the mis-selling of the product. I had also written the email stating the understanding of terms specified by the representative about the product at the time of enrollment.

                                In the month of May 2011 / June 2011, when I submitted the redemption coupon again, they mentioned that they will not be able to provided booking stating that it will be expiring in the month of July 2011. Thereafter, I stated that at the time of enrollment it was mentioned that only 7 days notice was required to be given and email to that effect was also forwarded that I wrote to them at the time of making payment for enrollment of programme.

                                Later, I requested the Religare Group (Perfect Gateways) to refund the money that I had paid for enrollment & redemption viz. Rs. 7,500/- only excluding other expenses incurred like courier, DD Charges and / various STD calls charges & time that I had wasted with them for redemption.

                                Later, I had received a call from Himanshu (earlier Mr. Shekhar Rana) from their team on 30th June 2011 stating that for refunding the amount they required the welcome kit and also an email to this effect was forwarded by them on same date providing the address to courier the welcome kit back to their office. I was in continuous touch with them for the status of the case but finally on 22nd June 2011, they stated that amount will not be refunded.

                                Always, an automated response from [protected]@religareonline.com, I had received stating that you all will get back to me soonbut no one called or email the reply.

                                Perfect Gateways along with you all cheated me and others later I came to you. You all have promised / committed lots of stuff but no one fulfilled the commitment.

                                  I had bought the holiday package from religare in November 2010 and since then i must have mailed them several times but they have not reverted yet.The package includes 7 nights and 8 days at designated places anywhere in the world for just INR 7750/- for four adult persons. The confirmation mail received to me was from Rama Krishna and the email id used was [protected]@1touchsolutions.com. I made the payment through my credit card. I have also sent the DD worth 750/- for the booking and still havent even received a single call back yet. Their land line nos are constantly busy and hence never reachable. And after multiple request also they are not having any telephonic conversation and communication is only through emails. I haven't received a single mail from the company yet. I have requested them so many times but still no solutions. I believe that entire process by Religare is carefully thought and calibrated to cheat customers. Kindly address the issue.Following are the important details:

                                  After mailing to [protected]@religareonline.com I was sent the fresh booking form and was told to fill it and send it across the mail. On doing so there is no reply for a week and the very next day after the week i get the form is rejected. I have sent the form for like 5 times now asking to give me the bookings i have paid for and still no answer to that and every time i get the reply that the booking form is incorrect and send it again.

                                    I have purchased travel package from Religare. The sale was done by promotional offer which I have received on phone call. The sales executive has explained me the travel package scheme on phone. I have been referred by one of my friend who has purchased the same package prior to me. The sales executive from religare's end has explained me the referral scheme. According to referral scheme, I have to refer few of my known friends / relatives to buy the travel package. On their successful purchase of travel package, I was eligible for referral gift. It was promised by sales person Mr. Sameer ([protected] or +[protected] that if I will make 4 referrals I will get one branded wrist watch, on 8 referrals there was Dinner set, on 10 referrals there was gift of Digital Camera, on 12 referrals there was Home Theatre system & on 15 referrals there was a Laptop of Dell.

                                    So I have given contact details of my know friends & relatives whom I have personally called and explained the package. Total packages sold to my referrals were 12, which were my contacts & have successfully purchased the travel package on my reference. I have name & contact details of these persons with me.

                                    However the company is now denying to give the promised referral gift to me. Instead company is showing eligible gift as one travel bag & one sun glass. Its been more than 10 months I am fighting with the company to receive my promised gift.

                                    Even though I have never denied to receive gift, I am getting an email from the company saying that "Company have given you your eligible gift but you are denying for the same."

                                    I strongly feel that I have been fraudulently cheated by the company. I am not the sole person being cheated this way. The friend who have referred me has also been promised the same referral scheme by the sales executive. All my referred persons have also acknowledge the referral scheme as mentioned by myself hereinabove.

                                    Kindly help me with this.

                                      I like to warn you from opening a Demat account with religare securities.

                                      I had opened an account with religare last year in june. Till the time cheque was not given the team was carrying out followup like anything but after needful was done even after one year I am trying to catch hold of them. Customer support over email, toll free numbers, sms non of them responds.

                                      I have already lost all my money with them. I suggest please do not do business with them even for free.

                                        This is to inform you that i had opened an equity account with Religare Securities Ltd on Nov 2010.I deposited Rs. 7.5 lacs as margin money and later on i gave 4 lacs more for the Same account to Mr Dheeraj jain (Religare Securities Ltd). i was continuously trading with account happily.But after a Month only, i had to bare a loss of Rs 8 lacs because of Fraudulent trading by Ms. Pooja chaudhary (Dealer Religare Securities Ltd.). Even i have a proof that it was a fraud because i have recorded voice call made over mobile.In this call i clearly told her not to do Trade in Nifty and Puts and shares.After this Fraud i have visited Religare Securities office and have met Mr. Manjeet Singh Sabarwal ( Area Head RSL Rajasthan),Ms. Pooja Chadhary (Dealer Religare Securities Ltd).Mr Dheeraj Jain to Get my account compensated But not even a single person was bothered about my loss and to feel my pain.
                                        I opened my account through RIBL branch and was just satisfied with all the Process and procedure. but still no results was come. but still i find its my duty to write my whole problem and its scenario in writing. I want your help to come out of this Frustration and Mental harrasment.
                                        i have already my own PRESS also from where i can spoil Religare Securities Image.
                                        Pls hear all my phone calls till 7/1/2011 to last day of my trade
