I have purchased a policy 10058688 of religare in 2013. At that time i was non smoker and till now i never claimed.in 2019 i hospitalised with soem reason and religare informed about claim they visited me and inquired my son. He said casually i smoked since last 5-7 years and religare rejected claim as i smokes before policy also and didn't declare that

I wants my proposal form as ist is that i was non smoker at that time or second at that time i left blank because it has many options which i need clarity. Same is reported by religare

This type of pathetic service is provided by religare

    Am getting very annoying promotional calls from religare health Insurance all the times. today also i got a call from some Apoorva at 03:19 PM at my mobile Number [protected]. from last 2 months i have got so many calls(after i visited Religare Health Care website for checking plans which i didn't like) and everytime i told the executives that i am not Interested in Religare. But No one is ready to listen me in Religare. I am fed up with these annoying calls
    please stop calling me and if your system need some updation please update it. i dont want to listen from religare again.

        I was admit in a hospital due to high grade fever, same i was intimate the religare health insurance team and all required document submitted on their online portal. After that a person was came my home for verification without any intimation and without i-card. After verification i have received claim rejection letter.in which rejection reason is "document discrepancy". For know the discrepancy we email to claim team and communicate with customer care but yet we have not got any details/solution. Regarding to same i was email to religare grievance cell but not getting response yet. So i requested you please do the needful. We required your support for justice and settle my claim amount.

        First is " Asking the discrepancy" it may be happen any clerically mistake in form hospital documents. And verify the record of hospital and settle the claim.

          Hello,

          I have bought the travel health insurance for my wife and my daughter for their canada tour. My spouse and my daughter will stay with until i come back to india. As per the british columbia policy for the medical service, a person will get the insurance after 3 months. So i bought the religare insurance for 95 days.

          As i have been informed that for the claim, i can submit the all my payment receipts and claim forms online or by email. I do not need send original documents if i am out of the country.

          In my case, me and my family will not return until 2 years and till then my policy will expire, so i may not be eligible for claim.

          I took my daughter for the opd because she had a fever and then i have submitted the documents to [protected]@religare.com and now they are asking to send original documents to proceed further, which will cost me more from sending to canada.

            Hi, my name is rajath kumar and i have taken health insurance from religare health insurance and my policy number is 13342824. Recently, i had claimed for claim reimbursement and i was declined of it stating that my admission was not justified and i was asked to provide justification letter by treating doctor as to why admission was required and i had submitted the same. Yet, they have rejected the claim once again. They are real frauds in disguise of health insurance. I have already paid 43000 as hospital bill and totally cheated by religare health insurance. I would request all people to beware of this health insurance and never heed to their promising words. You can see a lot of such complaints on this company in various websites. I have been in a big trouble trusting this company and would request everyone else not to do the same mistake.

              I had contacted religare at bellari branch (Karnataka 583101) for dematerialization of share certificates last year november with hope that it will be a smooth transition. After creation of the trading account. I observed that many of the high value shares were missing.
              On asking for details the response was they are struck at nsdl and they are getting processed and remaining shares were never to be seen.
              As time passed, we grew suspicious with their activities. Also, we were not getting any mails or messages about the shares getting credited to account.

              One fine day in september 2019 in my inbox there was a mail from karvy, hyderabad asking me to permit the transfer of 380 share to unknown person. On confronting religare bellary for details about this all i get in response is nice stories.
              There are some high value shares struck in this mess. I do have all the duplicates and folio numbers of the share certificate that are missing.

              I have been asking the religare here to provide me the copies of drf forms and other documents which were used for processing, but all i get is false promises. I need religare to give some clarity on this matter and cridit all the shares to trading account at the earliest.

              Religare is cheating its costumers high time here.

                  So, i was to be admitted to a hospital in jaipur: bhandari hospital, and i had a group policy provided by my employer.
                  So i asked the hospital if this whole procedure of hospitalization can be cashless, the tpa present there sent an approval request to religare, which was approved by the insurance company i. E. Religare.
                  But at the time of discharge i got to know that they are not paying a single penny.
                  I was completely dependent on the insurance money, but they denied it after giving the pre authorization.
                  I have all the supporting documents required. Please help.

                        Hello i am vijay kumar from ludhiana. Last month i buy a cancer care policy with policy no[protected] and client id[protected] of rs-5230/- through indusind bank. As compare to other companies its is very costly. I send mails for closure but not revert from the company so i want to cancel my policy and refund the amount. Payment mode was credit card on that time i also want to refund thr total amoumt in my credit card.

                          After doing too much followup with religear health insurance i have to file a complaint bcoz of no solution.

                          And at the time of discharge they decline & complete amount i had to pay from my pocket.

                          I made a claim for reimbursement and sent all the required original documents to religare health it's more the 35 days.
                          They guys keep on rejection my claim because of stupid reasons, i have summited all the proof but my claim has been rejected with stupid reasons "discrepancy in medical documents".

                          I contacted all the concerned person, grievance cell etc but my case is not resolved.

                              I hold a health insurance since past four years. The most unprofessional team I have witnessed so far. I have had problems with religare health insurance for more than a year. I paid 42000 for the policy I hold and I receive my policy paper where the amount reflected is 30000. And the policy number has also changed and the policy is not at all mine. This issue has still not been resolved. I'm wasting time every other day calling and forcing these people to do some work at office.

                              With regards to this when I call the customer care they firstly don't respond well. Secondly they speak in an extremely unprofessional manner. If you end up speaking to the managers they would not take any responsibility and will talk to you in a least bothered manner.

                              Warning you all. Never take a health insurance with RELIGARE HEALTH INSURANCE.

                                My claim no. Is 90860123 which is not getting cleared with a reason unknown and the insurance company is saying that your claim is rejected due to reason hypertension. May i know why don't they ask this during the time of policy registration or they just want money and nothing else from the customer. At the time of policy i just received a link for payment and i was suppose to whats app my adhar card, no form was given to me to fill my details and the policy was at my place. But when the time has come to use it, they rejected it by saying that you are suffering from hypertension.

                                I want my claim amopunt to be cleared or else i'm going to make this issue a real big scene.

                                    I, manish kumar from new delhi. I had taken an education loan which loan account number was del/007555 in august 2018 from avanse, jhandewalan (New delhi) branch which was 15 lac (Disbursement amount) and avanse provided me forcefully religare policy and i was not agreed n taken policies but they forced me n given which was rs 1, 28, 881, avanse were not providing me education loan without this so much expensive policy and dhfl insurance which was rs 27, 639 in august 2018 and both policies were for 2 years through avanse financial service which religare policy number is 12848459 and dhfl certificate number is gc00000400cg500. I was planing to go to france for study purposes in october 2018 batch but unfortunately my visa got refused in october 2018 and in the same month i went to avanse, jhandewalan branch to close my education loan and showed them my visa refusal letter and mailed them as well, avanse did not inform me for this insurance policy and they should have cancelled at the same time. I did not know about my policy didnt cancel at that time and avanse should have cancelled my policies at the same time when i showed them my visa refusal letter. On first week of march i went to avanse to pay back my education loan and i was shocked when they were taking full amount amount which is 16, 56000 including insurance policy and they are taking full interest policies which should have cancelled at the same time health and insurance amount was 1, 56, 520. I was thinking that they will take interest on disbursement amount which was 15 lac and they said religare will deduct almost 50 on policy amount (1, 28, 881) which was supposed to be cancelled through avanse. But how come policy didnt activate at that time when my visa got refused and didnt show you my valid visa and they are charging on deactivate policy. I did complaint to gro avanse too on 11th march 2019 but they were not able to help me in this case, they mailed me today only after 16 days. Month is almost going to finish just 3 days left and avanse will charge interest for april month as soon as april month starts. I had given 18 months interest upfront already before taken education loan from them. I am already frustrated for my visa refusals so please look into my matter seriously and i requested them not to charge any interest on policies and requested to religare insurance company as well provide full amount on my deactivated policies and it is not my fault in this case. Avanse should have aware about these policies had to be cancelled and didnt inform me for the same and avanse and religare insurance company are not helping me in this case but how come religare insurance company can activate my policy which was only implement for abroad only and i did not show them my valid visa and now they want to charge 50%. Fraud insurance company. Please help me out from this matter as soon as possible and have to foreclose my education loan this month only.

                                      Religare insurance and its cashless policy is a joke and a complete waste of time.

                                      I have taken this policy 5 years ago and we are doing a claim for the first time in 2019 (Took the insurance in 2014). My wife needs a myomectomy for fibroids (She has heavy bleeding) to be done.

                                      When the pre approval request was sent for cashless, religare comes up with a totally incorrect diagnosis - infertility, contraception and artificial insemination.
                                      This is completely wrong and because of their wrong diagnosis, they are rejecting the pre auth request.

                                      I am stuck now between fighting with religare and explaining the religare # that their diagnosis is incorrect to attending my wife who needs to undergo this operation now.

                                      Religare is worst and i do not recommend this to anyone.

                                        My name rameahwar kushwaha - client i'd 58108762 and member id no 00000zs062.
                                        Claim no. 90778783 against your health insurance policy no. 11826200.
                                        Total amt 60k got rejected on 26 dec-18 and i have submitted the claim document on 22 november-18.
                                        Reason _ this patient can cure on opd basis.

                                        When my wise having unbearable pain and became unconscious that's why i have hospitalised and spend money from my pocket. I have also sent dr. Letter for hospitalised justification. But still they have rejected and not listening me.

                                        Please help in getting reimbursement of the same.

                                        Hi, Health insurance is meant for helping financially to insured in critical times that is suffering from illness requiring hospitalization for more than 24 hours, but not for rejection. It may be noted that thought Opd treatment is not covered in any health policy, all hospital treatments are not of opd ones, in such cases it is not enough to say particular treatment is opd one, no claim can be allowed unless documentary evidence is provided for in writing.
                                        in most cases treating doctor is deciding hospitalization depending on nature of disease. In case of insurer has not settled the claim, you may approach insurance ombudsman, where in decision will betaken whether contention of insurer is right or wrong based on documents provided by both the parties.
