I was mis sold a family health policy by mr. Jatin[protected] two years b4 despite knowing my vi disability status he issued me a normal policy. I didn't know about the fact that company entertains no health insurance for vi's, he continued with the fraud with the next renewal also and got my premium deposited for the next 3 years. Today when i contacted customer care of religare, they refused to stop my policy n issue me the refund. Kindly look into the matter as i am hundred percent disabled visually.

        I have applied for claim 75k (Limit) against the hospital bill of 136844/-.
        I received 65k which is half of the total bill.

        These guys given n number of excuses for the cuttings.

        Room rent was more
        Clarification from my side - hospital given a discount on total bill that was on room rent because the normal room was not available at that time.

        These people calculated the proportionate based on room rent.

        Hoping to get this resolved.

          Sir, i have applied for two pan card changes applications, my acknowledge number is n-[protected] in the name of minakshi sharma
          And n-[protected] in the name of rajesh kumar sharma on 04.08.2017.

          I have searched on nsdl site for status of my pan card they said contact to your branch where you have submitted your application.

          When i contacted religare securities ltd., 142, rajendra bhawan, near rachna cinema, rajendra place, new delhi - 8 they said that they have lot of work & your applications are not traceable & come after two days.

          I have visited twice at religare office & takes two half days from my office but the religare office staff can't help me and their behaviour is also very rude & till date my applications are untraceable.

          Please do the needful immediately because it is already delayed & teach your staff to how to talk with customer.

            Religarehealth insurance is not giving me my money back.
            I have paid 13000 inr for 4 days of hospitalization which is 25% of expenditure and you claim while selling policy that 100% amount will be paid by you.
            1648 + 2400 = 4048 was the minimum which you should have paid me.

            Customer service has no much information and always gives run around.

            Sales people give false information. I don't need to prove this even. Just call sales department and just ask about policy and they say this the first thing on the call that they will bear 100% expenditure during hospitalization which can never be possible. I have recordings as well for this.
            I have recordings for customer service as well where you will understand the level of religare customer service.

            I think i must raise it to bimalokpal.

            Hi, please approach insurance ombudsman instead of bimalokpal, where in they will forward your complaint to insurer to comply, but they cannot issue specific order & where as insurance ombudsman is having judicial power & can issue specific order to implement within stipulated time.

              I bought a travel insurance policy online from i surance pandit for my wife and myself. I received my policy correctly and promptly but my wife's policy even though has been issued, havent been sent the documents.

I am currently travelling and am under a lot of stress just thinking how i will receive medical cover if anything had to happen tp my wife.
              Please assist in being able to either get the policy or my money back as this is adding a lot of stress during travel.

                I have applied for pan card data change (For birth date and correction in grandfather's name) and the acknowledge number is [protected]. I have sent all documents. Also, informed them to contact me for any query. I requested many times by sending mail but not received any response.

                Kindly help me resolve my issue. I am not happy with the service your providing.

I have enquired at your Tumkur office 3 times but they told still under process and I called to customer alkindlyalso do the needful asap..

                  I mrs swati dandge admitted in jupiter hospital from 22.06.17-to 24.06.17 for treatment of acute gastritis but due to wrong infomation furnished on patients form 2year dipression instead of 6 months from dec 16, my cliam was rejected due to pre existing dipression.

                    From today afternoon around 12pm the platform for trading has been closed by religare securities and not even a single customer executive is entertaining my call i called 100 times
                    I incurred loss today of 18000 and i think being a small retail investor its a lump sum amount.
                    I am filing a complaint against religare securities to sebi.

                        Dear religare team,

                        First of all thank you for rejecting my claim.
                        It was very easy for you people for rejecting my claim and it was tough for me, because i had paid the premium for past 3 years from my hard earned money from my credit cards through emi.
                        This premium was charity for paying salaries at religare and they have enjoyed it very well i believe.
                        Religare claim status states that i have hypertension and headache from past 8 years and i was treated for that.
                        Your customer care says that as per indoor case study report i am patient for hypertension for 8 years, and i didn't disclose that during taking this policy.
                        I know you people will reject all the policies because 2 days back i saw in times of india a comment stating religare is in cash crunch.
                        First of all, if a patient gets admitted to a new hospital, what happens of they have new staff, they take care well, they ask each and every problem.
                        If say i have headache from past 5 days that doesn't mean i have tumour and i am getting treatment from 8 years.
                        If i say i have stomach ache that doesn't mean i don't have intestines and they are treating from past 8 years.
                        Let me ask, if you get admitted and intimate the policy provider, than they process for it.
                        Than they send an 3 party investigater he comes to your bed in icu takes the snaps of your records each and every page, doctors write some of the daily activities of the patient.
                        He scratches on some pages.

                        It is indoor case study and all the non sense you people are not the insurers, you people are some kind of gamblers who want to fool people with there health.
                        On grounds of my general discussion with doctor you people are stating that i have hypertension and headache for past 8 years and rejecting it and asking for justification letter for my treating doctors, prior to this i didn't have any kind of doctor who was treating for hypertension nor i had regular hypertension.
                        I have already shared all my original reports and consent letters.
                        I got admitted due to headache 0n 30/052017 and they took me to casualty and gave me some medicine, to stop my headache.
                        Later they took me to icu and kept me on drips and medication. Later have some injection through some machine.
                        They than told i required to continue staying in hospital till my bp calms down.
                        They kept till i became normal and i intimidated religare they sent some one to investigate and that person came to my place and started taking snaps of me on the bed and the files.
                        He left from place and came back he told me to fill some forms that were 5 to 6 pages and again my hypertension went up to 180. I started swetting.
                        After 2 days treatment in icu, i was shifted to the room for further treatment.
                        On 02/06/2017, i got discharged and i was told be on insulin and medicine for hypertension and this was new to me.
                        I started getting giddiness doctor told that it will take time, till my body accept the normal hypertension.
                        Than i received a mail from religare stating they want all original reports and scans to there correspondence address. I couriered them through bluedart express paying rs. 500/-.
                        I kept calling customer care for the status after some days i got a mail stating i required to send indoor case study reports again i couriered from bluedart paying rs.500/-.
                        I kept calling religare customer care they told that still investigation is underprocess in which some security and criminal investigation happens.
                        Please check for customer care call records about this.
                        Than i got the investigator that he is coming from chennai and will come to my house.
                        The next day he came and he was the same person.
                        He met me at hospital and he asked for the doctor at reception they told doctor will be available at 5:30 pm and he took the scans of indoor case study again and he came to my new joined office and he told me to fill all documents.
                        Than he gave me some papers that should be filled by doctor and since it was 1:30 pm and more 4 hours were there.
                        I met the doctor at 6:30pm and doctor filled and stamped the deal.
                        Later i met the investigator at his location and handed over the doctor documents.
                        I again kept calling customer care for the status they told it will take again 30 days from the pending documents submission.
                        My hypertension again went on because the due date for payment of my credit card bill that was swiped and shared the acknowledgement to religare at hospital is nearing and the religare status and investigation are delayed.
                        Finally, yesterday that is on 21/06/2017 religare declined my claim stating that hypertension was pre-existing and i did not declare that during taking this policy.
                        I called your customer care yesterday night and he asked me how is my health and i asked why my claim declined.
                        He checkedand told that as per indoor case study from past 8 years i am having headache and suffering from hypertension and no medication.
                        If i tell them to check there efficiency that become a concrete proof for you.
                        You people will reject my claim.
                        Than what about my bills paid for hospital rs: 30000+27000=57000 by credit card ending with 1002, stationary, couriers.
                        Thoes are charity or just a gimic by you people.
                        Just screw up a patient, by ruining his time and health.
                        After this my health is worsening more.

                        I have no words after paying insurance policy on time for past 3 years without any default, by emi from my hard earned money from credit card.
                        I only have some dummy plastic cards.
                        Hope you people enjoyed my money.

                        Hi rahul pasha, I am also policy holder of other insurer & I wish to share some infirmn based on my experience, which may or not useful. As you stated insurer rejected your claim on basis of indoor papers mentioning preexisting of hypertension/head ace since 8 years. Pl check copies of indoor papers & check if there is any narration about pre existing condition & there is no way to reject your claim if there is no such narration. Insurers version that w/o any treatment you have suffering from hypertension/headache prior to policy is not valid since patient cannot survive for a such long period w/o treatment, which may leads to cardiac problems & other complications. Insurer cannot imagine/conclude these things w/o any documentary evidence. Health check up might have taken, where in it would have revealed about hypertension before issue of policy, if so how they have accepted your proposal & issued policy with 2 renewals? this has to be answered by insurer. If you are sure that your treatment is first time, you may approach insurance ombudsman for your grievance against insurer.

                        This is to bring to the notice that I am the patient admitted in the hospital for last 3 days under dengue report shows positive and under treatment for said many days, Religare insurance has declined by hospital claim for payment, I am stuck in the hospital for non payment by Religare insurance to Paras Hospital, Gurgaon

                        Almost 3 days back I got admitted in emergency of paras hospital, Gurgaon, bcoz I was suffering from fever from last 5 days on n off full day. I was not able to walk properly, full sweaty body, drained energy, giddyness state, fever, not able to think or decide but except knowing it's hospitals emergency who will look after, now after treatment n reports I was found dengue positive and was admitted by the hospital. Now after 24 hrs harrassment by Religare health they have declined the case even inspite of providing complete evidences of treatment n reports n letters of doctors stating my condition of entering the hospital.

                        What should i do as a patient?

                          I have taken religare medical policy for my parents in november 2014 & continued it till date, in april 2017 my mother went through the surgery & i have submitted all kind of original medical papers with religare office.
                          Policy was issued after all kind of medical test by religare doctor itself (I have the medical copy).
                          In submitted medical file, doctor has mentioned by mistake that my mother had hypertension since three years, which was clarified by doctor later on his official latter head, which was suggested by religare doctor (I have the call recording with me).
                          Despite giving all kind of medical papers, approval from doctor who had done surgery of my mother, religare is not approving my claim.
                          I have all medical papers with me along with clarification latter, i have photos & vedios of my mother's surgery as well.

                          For your note, there is no relation with hypertension with the surgery did to my mother, but religare is making excuse on basis of miscommunication on medical certifate on which doctor has clarified on his official latter head (Religare had suggested me to get the clarification from doctor to process the claim).

                          Request you to please help me.
                          I am from pune & surgery of my mother done in bharuch, gujrat.
                          Let me know if i need to contact any of your local office.

                          If hypertension was there to my mother since three years then how come i get the policy? Policy was issued to my mother after all kind of medical eximination by religare doctor itself.
                          In clarification latter doctor who has done surgery of my mother, has clearly explained.
                          This latter was provided to religare on their requirement only, i have call recording with me.
                          I have medical report of my mother of 2014 & all the documents, photos & vedios, call recordings, religare's executives chat with me.

                          In clarification latter, it has been clearly mentioned by doctor that, 3 years was mentioned due to miscommunication & patient has it since 3 months, then what is the problem? which is clarified by doctor who is also religare authorized doctor. (Dr. Dilip Patel).
                          After that religare representative (Dr. Mahesh and Dr. Kurvik) also had a word with Dr. Dilip Patel for clarification.
                          Religare reprentative (or outsourced) Mr. Aslam, had personally visited my house & confirmed everything.

                          I want to know why this selective rejection. Religare is believing in a medical history written by doctor but same doctor has accepted his mistake regarding miscommunication on written in clarification latter which religare is not accepting, why?

                          My mother didn't have any medical history & there are enough proof available with me which i have provided to Religare as well.
                          After this only doctor has provided the clarification on official paper that it was a miscommunication & by his mistake he has mentioned 3 years, he has no proof either that my mother has this problem since 3 years.
                          We know this doctor since 3 to 4 months only then how can he write such statements.

                          I have checked with local representative of religare (or outsourced) who has examined my mother's case (I have their names & cell numbers) & spoke to doctor who has operated my mother, & got to know that they have cleared all the papers and provided their approvals.

                          I am ok to provide you any other official paper, whatever religare wants.

                          I have medical report my mother on 2014 which was given by Religare doctor only & after that i have got the policy which clearly shows that my mother did not have any issue related to health.
                          Also please find clarification latter from doctor over miscommunication on the hypertension.

                          As expected, Religare has wasted time intentionally & gave the same answer which they were giving since 20 days.
                          I have no option left but to take legal action in court of law for cheating and harassment against Religare.
                          Please do not fall in trap in Religare's false promises & don't waste your money.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                My son was suffering from very high fever for few days and under treatment of a private doctor. But fever was not coming under control and he lost orientation on[protected] at 11:30pm / mid night. Seeing his sense less condition and abnormal body orientation, we took him to nearest ils hospital, emergency dept. [ one of their listed network hospital of agartala, tripura]. He was put under immediate treatment and admitted. But for admission documentation/ paper/ payment etc, it was completed at 12:45am (27/[protected]. So as per computerised record, it is already[protected]. Since his admission, he was under treatment. He was ultimately diagnosed urti and put on treatment. As his final exam of class viii is scheduled from[protected], on our request we got him discharged on[protected] at 4:30 pm to make an attempt to sit for final exam. Treating doctor agreed to discharge on condition and given a treatment plan. We took risk as we have a doctor relative available on requirement. But ultimately he could not sit for final exam.
                                As per religare insurance company, its is a day-care so rejected. How a emergency medical care in the mid night of 27/[protected] is a day care? My policy is not covered under emergency medical requirement? It appears to me it's fraud insurance company, if emergency medical requirements are not covered. We haven't claimed since we took policy i. E, last 6 years. Now, when we needed during emergency medical treatment purpose, they rejected a claim of rs. 12699/- saying -

                                We feel regret to inform you that we already has been cross verified your documents and found that the claim against chiradeep dhar are not payable according to policy terms and conditions.

                                • as per the submitted documents the hospitalization is less than 24 hours and the treatment taken does not fall under day care list. Hence, we regret to inform you that your claim is repudiated.

                                • hospitalization < 24 hrs

                                This is a fraud insurance company?, need to refer to regulatory authority. They are saying emergency medical requirements is not covered under policy? What for medical insurance?

                                I, once again request and look forward that company to settle my claim immediately else i am to refer it to regulatrory authority and consumer court

                                  I am an existing corporate client of Religare health insurance. My wife who is covered under this policy underwent an ERCP procedure at Apollo hospital Bangalore. This procedure is done on a day care basis and does not require the patient to stay for 24 hours. My policy clearly states that day care procedures are covered under this policy.
                                  Inspite of this, my claim has been rejected stating that it was not done under in patient basis.

                                      I get opened demat account client ID RB5651 in 2015. From then to now no person pick up the phone and no one attend the queries regarding the trading the broker at the time of opening account linked some wrong account number to my demat a/C, I am not able to transfer the amount and facing the financial loss.really frustrating experience and zero value customer service

                                        I have applied for Claim in Religare Health Insurance Company.First, Pre-hospitalization Bill Amount of Rs.7146/- & Cashless Hospital Treatment total Final Bill Rs 147100.From that, I got Approval for Rs.122551.In Religare authorization letter copy, it is clearly mentioned that Balance Amount of Rs.24569 Should not be collected from patient.But, Hopital people not accepting this Statement, they only told me to claim 2nd time in Reimbursement process.Now, Religare not responding this Amount.And third one (Medicine Bills), total 1497/-.

                                        Total Submitted Documents:

                                        a) Pre-Hospitalization Bill Amount Rs.7146/-

                                        b) During Hospitalization Bill Amount Rs.24569/-

                                        C) Post-Hospitalization Bill Amount Rs 1497/-

                                        Total Amount Submitted for Claim is Rs.33212

                                        From that, They Approved for 1497 (4.5% out of total Amount) only.on what basis, they are approving the Claim Amount.Pre-hospitalization & During Hospitalization Amount are rejected & they are giving reason is Other Medical Expenses.
                                        What is meant by Other Medical Expenses.

                                        I'm very disappointed by seeing this Approved Amount.I Called Customercare also, no one is responding me.
                                        Kindly Clear this issue as soon as possible.
                                        For Further, I'll not refer anybody for this Insurance Company.
