mis selling of insurance policy

I was mis sold a family health policy by mr. Jatin[protected] two years b4 despite knowing my vi disability status he issued me a normal policy. Religarehealth insurance is not giving me my money back.
I have paid 13000 inr for 4 days of hospitalization which is 25% of expenditure and you claim while selling policy that 100% amount will be paid by you.
1648 + 2400 = 4048 was the minimum which you should have paid me.

Customer service has no much information and always gives run around.

Sales people give false information. I don't need...

regarding trading issues
