I bought a mediclaim policy no. 10452086 for my mother from Religare Heath insurance in November 2015. My mother had Diabetes which we had mentioned in the policy as a pre-existing disease.
On 4th July 2016 my mother was hospitalised for some brain related issues (CVA/DM). On enquiring with the Doctor who treated her, whether this problem aroused because of diabetes, he said It has nothing to do with Diabetes and He said that it can happen to anybody.
But Religare rejected my claim for reimbursement stating that the problem was because of Diabetes. I tried to explain them but they simply turned a deaf ear to my requests.

    My wife was not and having high fever along with deficiency of Platelets, so i decided to go to religare network hospital, since i didnt got BED in any hospital in noida so i have used my religare mediclaim policy no 10550663. But when i appproched the hospital they denied for religare mediclaim, they said religare is not approving the claims for more than 95% of patients. i just want to know how religare is selling its products since its network hospital are denying the admission against the religare mediclaim. so i need my money back what i have paid to religare during purchase of policy otherwise i will sue to the company for my harrasment by customer care and other things.

        I have taken a Religare health insurance policy

        I was admitted in hospital in emergency paralysis of my mouth.if i don't admitted in Hospital my whole body may paralysis.

        I got deceleration by Doctor why i was admitted in hospital.

        but They have rejected my reimbursement claim by ridiculous reason.

          We have taken a religare insurance policy and have paid a huge amount and we are paying amount regularly.
          My father is hospitalised and has met with a major brain injury. Its been more than 3 days i am running here and there to claim my father's policy claim. Tat is basically 4 hours to get the claim. More than 3 days and still i am struggling with the same issue.
          They reject the claim staring that documents are not complete. I simply dont understand why cant a prorper information given in one go. Moreover, agents like snigdha, kanishk kumar and many more are passing time by giving wrong tat to us.
          Company does not have their complaint department's contact number as per the information given to us and they claim they are an mnc.
          I just want to say we are not paying for your livelihood, we are paying this amount for our safety and wellbeing.

          My dad is still in the hospital because they are not approving the claim. He is lying there only because of this stupid company.

          I want this to be done on an immediate basis.
          Religare is actually a fraud, people dont waste your money giving it to them.
          People who are already in troulble face more because of them.

            Hi,

            First of all thanks for trying to get in touch, I appreciate at-least that effort from your end.

            I was in Bali due to some official work however I was very active on emails, but as your know Religare Customer Care never thought of contacting me through emails. (such service is expected from their Customer service team)

            Anyway coming to the point, it has been more than 2 months and I have not got a favorable response in regards to my complaint, so I think I'll have to go legal and FYI I have already filed an FIR with Goa Police (Margao Headquarters). Initially many managers/executives followed up vigorously to sell me the product by even visiting my office multiple time however now they seem to be lost in space.

            Kindly take this a FINAL NOTICE and arrange to compensate for the FORGED SIGNATURES or I would be forced to take this matter to the court and sort it legally. Seems like Religare has accepted they are FRAUDS and have no reputation that is why they behave like shameless creatures and neglect such genuine complaints.

                Mr. manish did not renew my old policy and simultaneously issued a new policy[protected] care policy)

                  Hi All,
                  My mom was not well by 4th march, who was hospitalized by evening in a local hospital. due to emergency she was taken to a bigger hospital in a nearby city. where she was hospitalized for 10 days. over there I got religare cashless hospitalization by morning 11.00 AM. till morning what are all the medical charges which are made were done by my cash in hand. she was discharged from the hospital . 2 days later I claimed for the amount with both credit bills and cash bills attahced, but the claim amount 17000 includes only cash bills and not credit bills.I claimed sum of 17000. which includes Pre hospitalization, Hospitalization and Post hospitalization. they deducted 2898 stating that Credit Bills are not allowed. I asked for the reason and someone told they are sorry and made a mistake of calculation and sent a wrong mail.
                  Still the issue is going on still i didnt got my money back.
                  Also today I got a mail stating I have to get more bills from the hospital where my mother was hospitalized 4 months before.

                  Very much Disappointed.

                    I applied for loan to religare finance, submitted all documents and processing fees of rs 23000. They were to do search and valuation of my 2 properties.

                    While they did process of only one property, they rejected the case in middle. They promised to return the documents and part of processing fees.

                    I received only property docs while my financials and kyc are still with them of which i fear that they can misuse.

                    And only on promises no part of my processing fees is returned.

                    I request only my refund and my own documents which they should return when not in use.

                    Two cheques details as follows:

                    27.04.2016 - rs. 11000. Ch no. 000262 hdfc bank
                    27.04.2016 - rs. 12000. Ch no. 000263 hdfc bank

                    On repeated demands they still have not provided me any application no or another reference.

                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                        I have applied for claim in Religare Health Insurance Company Ltd on 2nd April 2016 as a nominee (Priyanka Mansukhlal Panchal sister of Chirag Mansukhlal Panchal). I have deposited all the documents and the company is not responding my mails...company delayed a lot for making any decision. I have all the receiving of documents enclosed with this mail. I have sent the first mail to the Religare on 17th March regarding claim process after that I have submitted documents by hand at Religare Sector 125 Noida Office dated 2nd April 2016, 3rd May 2016 and 17th May 2016 as per the requirements of Religare. I have deposited documents 3 times...now they are admitted on phone that no further document required. But still Religare is not responding on my mails...

                        After 1st document submission on 2nd April 2016, I received a query for 4 document from Religare that I have submitted on 3rd May 2016...After that on 9th May 2016 I again receive a query (that consist of some repeated request for the documents I have already deposited) from Religare, I have clarified each and every point on mail, but Religare didn't respond that mail also. In total by written communication Religare requested me the documents 2 time that I have provided. At last I have sent a mail that consist each and every document that they requested me by face, by telephonic conversations, by mail on 15th May 2016 (Religare not responded my mail). Also submitted the whole bunch of document on 17th May 2016 at Religare (Noida sector 125 offices)...Please finds the list of documents that are attached with this mail:
                        1) Ahmedabad Municipal Civil Contractor Certificate of Insured - Verbally asked by Mr Bharat(Religare Investigating Officer) and already deposited to Religare.
                        2) Pics of Insured - Verbally asked by Mr Bharat and already deposited to Religare.
                        3) ID proof of Insured – Submitted on 2nd April 2016
                        4) Income Proof - Requested by Religare on 9th May 2016
                        5) MLC – Requested by Religare on 9th May 2016- Submitted to Religare
                        6) Signed copy of Circumstances and Treatment by Hospital -Requested by Religare on 12th April 2016
                        7) Affidavit for relation with Insured- Requested by Religare on 12th April 2016 submitted to religare
                        8) Others policies of Insured - Requested by Religare on 9th May 2016 mailed to Religare and also some copies attached with this mail.
                        9) Nominee birth proof, school education proof and address proof - Verbally asked by Mr Bharat and already deposited to Religare.
                        10) FIR, Panchnama, Inquest Panchnama, Police Report to Surgeon, Pavati, PM - Requested by Religare on 9th May 2016, all submitted to Religare
                        11) An affidavit that holds the information that my brother nominates me this policy in his complete senses- Requested verbally by Mr bharat
                        12) All mail conversations with Religare. FORMAT : Initial file name is MAIL…..
                        13) All receiving’s from Religare.

                          WE have approach for cashless claim of abdominal pain and rejected by wrong reason.and then after religare recommended us to you should approach with reimbursement but reimburse claim is also rejected by same reason of cashless claim. he said you not disclosed pain of joint which not any relation with abdominal pain but he said why not disclose at the time of policy . bu how we disclose then at the time of police we have not any joint pain . first pain of joint is fill at jun 2015. and policy purchased jan 2014 then how we disclosed that .and they said we not able to claim.

                              I have applied for claim in religare health insurance company ltd on 2nd april 2016 as a nominee (Priyanka mansukhlal panchal). I have deposited all the documents and the company is not responding my mails... Company delayed a lot for making any decision. I have all the receiving of documents enclosed with this mail. I have submitted documents by hand at religare sector 125 noida office dated 2nd april 2016, 3rd may 2016 and 17th may 2016. I have deposited documents 3 times... After that on 9th may 2016 i again receive a query (That consist of some repeated request for the documents i have already deposited) from religare, i have clarified each and every point on mail, but religare didn't respond that mail also.

                              At last i have sent a mail that consist each and every document that they requested me by face, by telephonic conversations, by mail on 15th may 2016 (Religare not responded my mail). Also submitted the whole bunch of document on 17th may 2016 at religare sector 125 office... There must any turn around time for religare???

                              I have attached all the documents for your kind perusal. Please do the needful you are the last hope for early claim. My parents are no more; my brother was guardian for me.

                                Mr. Abhijit Kadhane is my policy agent. Because of him my claim late, postponed, become getting very low.
                                1st he was said ur claim is complete, only just ur policy have to renew. Then policy done renew, then says claim not completely sanctions.

                                  This is Sudin Navelkar from goa. I bought the religare health insurance on 12th March 2016 when I went through the documents which I received on 16th March 2016 it came to my notice that my signature was forged by some one from religare it was ridiculous to see that such a reputed company does such cheap things. The policy was in collaboration with Indusind bank and I was surprised to know that Indusind also didnt inform me regarding the same. The people who came to explain me about the product was Miss. Donna Fernandes, Mr. Dinesh Mandrekar and few others whose name I don't remember. I tried speaking to these people but they said they are looking into this matter and said Mrs. Feroza Nagvenkar a regional head from goa will look into this matter. I have no option left other than to file the FIR against both the Religare as well as against Indusind bank and sue them in the law of court. I don't want these kind of fraud companies to be in the market and cheat others

                                  First of all thanks for trying to get in touch, I appreciate at-least that effort from your end.

                                  I was in Bali due to some official work however I was very active on emails, but as your know Religare Customer Care never thought of contacting me through emails. (such service is expected from their Customer service team)

                                  Anyway coming to the point, it has been more than 2 months and I have not got a favorable response in regards to my complaint, so I think I'll have to go legal and FYI I have already filed an FIR with Goa Police (Margao Headquarters). Initially many managers/executives followed up vigorously to sell me the product by even visiting my office multiple time however now they seem to be lost in space.

                                  Kindly take this a FINAL NOTICE and arrange to compensate for the FORGED SIGNATURES or I would be forced to take this matter to the court and sort it legally. Seems like Religare has accepted they are FRAUDS and have no reputation that is why they behave like shameless creatures and neglect such genuine complaints.

                                    My father Mr. Ashok Kumar has Religare Health Insurance plan policy Number[protected] Doctor @ Seven Hills Hospital Mumbai has recommend for angiography for him and we approached TPA for processing cashless facility for same.
                                    On 1st day we received sms stating that Religare is looking for further information related to 1st visit with doctor which we responded back with all details. After that we were told that our case has been forwarded for investigation and that would take 26 hrs.On further discussion with call center representative I was told that in some cases of critical illness religare opt for investigation, although he didn't had list of such cases for which there would be investigation.
                                    My doubt :
                                    1.During selling policy we were told that cashless facility would be availed within 4 hrs, not sure where is clause of 26 hrs investigation in policy.
                                    2.Is Angoigraphy a critical illness... are they serious, i feel heart attack, bypass etc are critical illness, angio is just test which would let us know of heart condition.
                                    3.Patient would die in due course of investigation duration of 26 hrs if there is something critical.
                                    4.Before issuing policy religare conducted thorough medical examination, not sure what will they do in this investigation.

                                    Wanted to confirm on this process of investigation, so that I don't renew this policy and search for other policy.

                                      Pathetic and Worst service from Religare - talking to them is same as living in HELL

                                      Am not getting proper response from them.

                                      Can anybody look in to this matter immediately.

                                      Your customer representative use to call me daily 10 times to trade and after sell out they are not even responding to my calls nor to my emails.

                                      Is this the service you providing to your customers, its seriously pathetic kind of service am receiving it from RELIGARE which I have not expected.

                                      I want to map my new bank account to RELIGARE and for this I also walked down to your branch which is 40 Kms from my city and submitted Mapping account form and after 1 week I came to know that my signature is not matching.

                                      Then I called your customer care and spoken to your executive from your care department and she said will resolve the issue.

                                      I had couriered my documents/mapping form twice and waited to hear that again there is mismatch in my signature after 1 week.

                                      In between this I use to get 10 calls back to back for trading from your executive when I sold the shares she stopped answering to my calls and no response on mails as well.

                                      Is your employees there only to trade and make money for Religare or do they also provide services.

                                      When I asked how does my signature looks like, they have guided me to login in to my account and check it KYC. when I did this there is no image at all, your care team said will email you the image of my signature but did not received any emails as such

                                      I want this issue to be handle by some matured person or some one from the higher authority.

                                      Am not going to keep quite until and unless this issue gets resolve and I will raise this issue to higher authority if this is not resolved quickly, I had already wasted my time running behind you guys. Now I cant travel 40kms to submit my Mapping or accounting closing forms nor I have any patience to listen any kind of bull from your end.
