If we want to reimburse afterwards then why we opted for cashless facility from Religare? We opted for cashless and there is no reason for denying so we are in no mood of reimbursement.

You think what if any patient's relative condition is not that good and they are solely dependable on your policy and if they are not having any reason for cashless denial but your end than also denies then what will be there condition? How they will manage? Have your end seriously ever thought of this?

Religare states reason for denial is as per documents submitted preexisting nature ailment could not be ruled out so now we need to know from which reports of hospitals your end states that the ailment was pre existing all reports dated after hospitalization of patient at Hinduja were normal (Blood report MRI report CSF report) and for this too we forwarded the written application from doctor on hospital letterhead stating that "The patient is suffering from Millar Fischer variant of Gallien Barre Syndrome which is not because of any pre existing illness" but that too was ruled out. If your end in is no mood to pass the claim than straight forwardly inform that to the patient families because at such moments they are already passing through mental and emotional strain and insurance companies do the same thing with them, so stop harassing the people.

Religare doctor's visited the hospital and seen that the patient is being hospitalized in ICU and they took all the necessary documents with them and again the company asked for the same the other day.

On what basis Religare denied the cashless claim we want the justification regarding the same as we are not satisfied with the reason stated by you. Religare should prove this that the illness was pre existing and that too before the policy start date or should face the legal action for the denial with penalty reimbursement as your end challenged the decision forwarder by the doctor treating the patient at a reputed Hinduja hospital .

Kindly reply us with acceptable reasons for denial or proceed with cashless facility as early as possible or if the mail get unnoticed than the next mail will be to IRDA with legal action.

    We have health insurance from religare health insurance for my parents (father & mother) of which the policy no is 10416470.I upendra kumar prajapati is the policy holder and i have opted this insurance online when i was in australia, while lodging the application online i missed to check the check box which states that either of my parents have hypertension as i was not aware of this. Unfortunately my father met a random accident when he skidded in the bathroom and had a hip fracture at sagar at our residence. He was unable to even stand up. On consulting to a local doctor, we got an impression that it could be a critical fracture. We without any delayed booked an appointment with dr.Sangatani at ortho relief hospital nagpur and get treated. He diagnosed and confirmed the neck femur bone breakage and adviced operation. My father got operated and had to stay there for a week approximately, on his return to residence. We have submitted all the invoices, medical certificate, fitness certificate and the insurance format which religare team recommended. After waiting and consistently chasing for a long time, we get a response that the claims were rejected. On our inquiry the reason given was that, hypertension was undeclared while applying for the heath insurance. I would like to highlight that, 1) the accident was due to random skidding and per the hospital pre-admission check there was no symptom of hypertension. 2) reason of claim rejection mentioned was unjustified as the treatment was of tehe hip bone fracture and not of hyper tention 3) before the policy approval the religare has asked the policy holder to visit a local pathology to get the check-up done which include, blood test, urine test, hypertension and few other test on getting those right the police was approved by religare team hence at later stage its unnecessary to reject based on those grounds. I request the authority to kindly end up this monopoly by the insurance companies and made the process transparent. I also request to get me my amount reimbursed and get the claim approved.

      This is for the Loan Account Number XMHD0UN00066990. at Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd, D3, P3 B, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi - 110017. The loan cheque (dated 1st December 2015)was given to Religare on[protected], but they have initiated the EMI from 1st Jan 2016 instead of 20th Jan 2016. Please re-start EMI from 20 Jan 2016 or pay the interest for these 20 days. I have written e-mails to customer care many times but they have refused to settle the matter. I have also called on customer care number[protected] many times in the past, they responded in the beginning (such as on 4th January 2016) but later on stopped picking up the phone.         I have submitted all documents and ensured that I have submitted all the documents to Religare Office Malleshwaram, Bangalore.So as per the documents you have asked and documents which was told by ur agent in that Office I have submitted the originals. Do u think I m mad to get originals again going to the hspital.. They r like everythig is given and given another set. Which I have posted enclosing everything.

        Recently I had a talk with the Hospital and they clearly have informed that Reliagare office is causing same issues to everyone asking for unnessary documents to all the patients. So that clearly shows what you guys are doing and intentionally ignoring ppls claims.
        At the same hospital I see there was a person who got a surgery done and you have same questions like you have asked me. You people are doing all this just to delay the cliams. Do u think we have no other better work running arnd askin all documents and sending again,

        I have done as per your agents in RO. So whose fault is it ?? ITs bloody issue o[censored]r's and tangling me unecessarily . Today I have collected all documents from Hospiatl once again and posted everything .

        I have enclosed
        COMPLETE INDOOR CASE PAPERS WITH ADMISSION NOTES, HISTORY SHEET, DOCTOR NOTES, NURSING NOTES AND VITAL CHART.
        · 1ST CONSULTATION PAPER AND ALL PAST TREATMENT RECORD OF LAST 3 MONTHS.

I got an minor accident on 12th December night because of slipping my scooty front tyre and I fall towards left side all weight on my shoulder. At night I take a pain killer n slept. Next morning I feel huge pain in my shoulder n in my head. One of my friend went to hospital n referred name for emergency in Cygnus J K Hindu Sonepat. I go their they told me to deposit Rs. 10000/- at counter. I show them my religare card but they told me that today is Sunday n our TPA section's holiday n tomorrow in the evening will refund my money after approval from religare. They make an X Ray of my shoulder n CT Scan of my brain given me some pain killers n admitted in emergency. As report found n fracture in my shoulders bone n CT scan reports are OK. They shifted me in private room n start treating. I tell to doctor that once 7-8 years before I was felt from m.cycle n got fracture in my shoulder that time. I m hospitalized right now but religare deny my claim that I have to produce the hospital documents of 8 years before that how I got the fracture another they had rejected my claim. N please also tell me once when I was 6 years old I got a fracture in my right leg if in accident I got fractured in my right leg I have to produce 29 years ago hospital documents as I am 35 years old now . Doctors has clearly certified that this is fresh trauma from accident and a representative of religare also comes in evening taken my written statement with my injured shoulder photographs with my photo ID but even now they are making excuses.Should I file case in consumer court?

              I took a health insurance 3 months before, on 24th Nov I got a severe back pain due to muscles strains, I got admitted in apollo for treatment, now the Religare health insurance company not accepting my claim and gives false reasons, doctor given team certificate that I don't have a arthritis but the insurance company not registering my claim and gives the reason that due to arthritis claim denied . Why they are giving false assurances while taking the policy. ?

                Please do not buy insurnace from religare and please do not trust the agents from malleshwaram branch. These guys are always forcing people to buy insurnace buy giving false promises. My parents who are 60+yrs, dint check anything properly during check ups or anything and straight away give clean chit and later they come say give wrong info.
                My mom s insurance was rejected initially saying cashless cant be given 2 yrs is not over as there is a minimum of 2 yrs waiting period. So during that phase i had called religare cust care and they were please renew the premium as 2 yrs will be completed and then you can go for surgery. Checked with the insurance guys who gave us these and also spoke to their higher representatives, they also informed the same and asked to pay. Now after 4 days in hospiatl admission they r coming back saying its rejected as it existing disease.

                After a fight with the insurancr agents they asked me to submit the documents to them and they ll raise from their end. Past 7 days they have the documents saying its been submitted and hard copies r sent to headoffice.

                Called the reliagre insurance call centre, they informed they have not received scan copies or hard copies. They asked me to check with bangalore office where i had submitted, i informed the call centre guy saying i gave all the documents and they sent. Call centre guy itself is saying the agents will not do anything and they r lazy guys who will take their own time.

                Its been 7 days from the day i gave the documents in malleshwaram office, and today i called and they r like all sent. Asked them to give pod of courier details, which they say will evening. Called evening now they r saying tomorrow.

                There is lots more to add but i m just not able to explain but onething is religare is fraud and the agents in malleshwaram branh scammers. People like shashikumar from religare who introduced to us in this is not even bothered to help us after he got his commission. The office where i had dropped also r same people as no one is ready to give right info. All of them r giving false promises.

                The irony here is my dad is also an agent from religare who is now feeling that religare is a complete cheat as they r faking people and giving false promises. This is happening to a person who has seen religare agents canvasing and knows thr truth.
                So i have asked my dad itself to quit and not to be a part of this company

                  I purchased a Health Insurance Policy for my Mother from the ( Religare Health insurance ).

                  Policy Number[protected]
                  Policy Holder name - Santosh Gupta
                  Sum Insured - 7, 00, 000
                  Plan name- Care

                  While buying this policy from ( Religare health Insurance ) the ( Proposer name ) is
                  ( Ankit Gupta ) which gets continue from dated ( 27-July-2013 ) till dated ( 15-Aug-2015 ).

                  But now at the time of Renewal of this policy dated ( 15-Aug-2015 ) I change
                  ( Proposer name ) From ( Ankit Gupta ) to my Brother ( Varun Gupta ) rest everything remains the same ( Policy Holder Name, Policy Amount etc).

                  I have already informed and mailed them so many times that this policy is in continuation from dated ( 27-July-2012 ). But they thought that i have just bought a new policy and haven't disclosed all the facts which lead to the cancellation of this policy.

                  Actually they haven't updated there data till yet with all the necessary information been provided above. and now i am receiving such type of mails and letter from their side that :

                  ( We are going to cancel your policy ),

                  ( You haven't disclosed all the facts at the time of Renewal ).

                  Even i have attached all the documents proof to validate my words. But result the same.

                  so please help me to solve this issue at the earliest.

                  Note:
                  (Firstly the insurance provider Name is ( Apollo Munich Health Insurance ) and the
                  ( Sum Insured amount is 300000 ).
                  Then through Portability system i Port this policy to the ( Religare Health insurance ) on dated
                  ( 27-July-2013 ) with the ( Sum Insured amount of 700000 ).

                    My client id is 18314760 and trading code is SS106320. I opened this account few months ago thinking that I will be benefitted from this but since the day money was transferred in your account your executives stopped responding.Though they fixed the appointment for operating assisstance several times but never turned up.Moreover the trading I did on my own was also squared off without any intimation.When I inquired I was told that the amount was exceeding but I was not able to transfer money as my account was not linked with my bank account inspite of several reminders.Since that day I stopped operating this account and after that also the executives committed to visit for an explanation but again did not turn up.Now the present situation of my account is very vague and messy.My money is also blocked.I am extremely dissatisfied with your services and would request to clarify all my doubts and close my account immediately or else I need to register a complaint in consumer court against you.

                      It is found that My Demat and Trading account is still active with Your company. I have already given a closure request a few years back to your Old Kolkata Office at 1, India Exchange Place, 1st Floor, Kol-700001along with all the requisite documents but it's still showing active and regularly deducting the Demat charges through ECS from my bank A/c.                       Your team member contacted me over phone and send the Closer Forms of Demat and Trading A/c. with the request to submit to the nearest branch physically and instructed to take the receipt. Obtaining the forms I sent my representative to 4A, Camac St, Kolkata along with the forms properly filled up. But sorry to say that your Kolkata regional office refused to accept the same as because the forms send from your end is obsolete. They handed over me the latest forms with the polite request to submit the forms after properly filled up.

                      For the irresponsible work of your team member all my efforts were useless. Only the wastage ot time and money is the main result of your initiation.

                      It is my humble request to you please don't harass and misguide the clients.

I told you lot of time i am not using your services but after this you charged me and no confirmation call you cut the payment in my account. When you revarse my money last time than i told u aour all employe whoes call me i am not useing your fraud service. why u charged me pls revearse my amount and again i told you pls close my account and donot charge again. its not correct way to make money.

But they denied to provide any information. Nobody has helped- back office, [protected]@religareonline.com, customer care centre, back office support. Don't understand why they are not providing shares sold & BROKERAGE DETAILS in the form of transactions statements.

                                I have some issue regarding funds. So pls help regarding this. When the time of opening my trading account I give you 2500/-rs cheque as margin money for trading.The sales guy says when your account open your fund will be available in your trading account and you use this amount in purchasing share. But till now I am not purchases any single share but fund is not available in my trading account. When I complain religare I got a call behalf of religare and the guy is very rudely talk and say me religare is very big company I have lot of office in across India we have paid tax we have lot of customer so I have no solution of your problem we are paid taxs so I do not kwon and I don't care the company guys what told you .go and find the guy i have no record. He clear says i[censored] complain before I think to do something but now its your mistake why you not check your account. I try to say those guy if I open any account in bank so when I have any work then we go bank and deposit or withdraw money or update my status according to u when customer open the account in bank he update your passbook daily basis without any work he bank and do daily updation. He is not try to solve the problem its try to convey fours fully its my mistake. He says he is very big I have no worry the small trader I don't solve your problem and i have no worry what the sales guy say to me. pls understand the guy no company born big customer to make company big. Company try to provide satisfaction in all customer

How its possible when I not purchases any stock where is my fund. So I do complain regarding this in religare then he replay to me its very unsatisfied answer.He says we are very big company so we have no solution for this problem. The guys says its your problem why u not check your account before if you check before we think do something but now its your mistake. I am trying to ask those guy if I open a account in bank when I need than I go and check or see account .According to the guy if person open the account his duty to check your account in daily basic because of its very big company and lot of customer are there.He is not try to solve the problem against this the guy says its your mistake I am very big if you are unsatisfied I have no problem .he shoes religare have no interest in small trader. I know religare is very big brand but whose make religare to big pls understand this those guy customer made any company to big and company try to provide satisfaction on each customer. So i request to you pls provide my money back its very hard task to earn money.

                                    I am having demat account with you since 2009. My code is MP4414. From the past 1 year, I have had terrible experience with the relationship manager assigned to me (Mr. Rajesh). He would always forget pay-out to my bank account after T+2 days. I have to remind him. Latest grievance: My bank account was supposed to be credited yesterday. He is telling me that it has been credited yesterday(21st April 2nd half). If so, my bank account should reflect that by now (01:53 PM, 22nd April). Because, if i know this correctly, the clearing house do settlements every 4 hours. When I ask him to check in your system if you actually have performed the operation of pay-out he's not checking. To top it all, the excuse for the delay is the person in charge of pay-out is on leave. What sort of explanation is this? You have no back-up for a person in charge of pay-out? I have no other option that to transfer my scripts to another demat provider.

                                      My account is in Religare securities, mumbai branch i have sold some of my securities 15 days back and still i am not able to withdraw my money from my demat account. on complaning to my broker they said that my commodities account is in debit balance. i told them to settle the amount from my demat to commodities and rest of amount they can release to me. and i am continuously following up with my broker from last 10 days and every time he commits me to solve the issue within 3-4 hour. but still dint get any proper response and not yet settled. and today when i thretened him to escalate the issue then he started shouting to me. even i am not aware why my commodities account was in debit balance event though i have already deposited my dues. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as i am highly disappointed with your customer service and will further escalate if not resolved within time. But these people are not giving any satisfactory answer about the status of my application. I feel cheated and mislead by the branch officials .
