Respected Sir, I have already requested Religare (ms Suchitra) my relationship manager to close my Demat account due to their pathetic service . I have not used this demat account and now they are sending me the bill of Rs 848.32. I am not sure why are they not closing my demat account and sending me the bills. I don't have money to give this company because of their fault. I have to take care of my parents. I have requested closure of my account and transfer of my equities, but it has been more than a month since i filed my application.
But these people are not giving any satisfactory answer about the status of my application. I feel cheated and mislead by the branch officials . Iam trying to transfer my equities since one year, but they are not letting me do so .
Also there has been a serious clash of statements within religare itself regarding the dr/cr of demat balance.
This is my last request to religare for closure and transfer . After this ill be seeking either sebi or consumer court.

    My BDR account 1185B00034 . I took BDR account as he told that i can open the account of demat as i want it not compulsaory to open demat account. After clients stopped trading religare told to open account but i did but he told to open more account. Company has kept my money amost 10000. please help me i am in need of that money ...

      मेरा नाम मलय कुमार ओझा s/o वशिष्‍ठ मुनि ओझा है. मैंने 24/06/2014 को Religare Health Insurance कंपनी से एक पॉलिसी ली थी. इस पॉलिसी में मैं, मेरी पत्‍नी रजनी ओझा और मेरा पुत्र तन्‍मय ओझा शामिल हैं. पॉलिसी लेने के करीब 15 या 16 दिनों के बाद मेरी तबीयत खराब हो गई. जब मैंने खुद को डाक्‍टर को दिखाया तो उन्‍होंने मुझे तुरंत अस्‍पताल में भर्ती हो जाने की सलाह दी. 10/07/2014 को मैं प्रगति वेलफेयर अस्‍पताल, वाराणसी में भर्ती हो गया. इस दौरान मेरा इलाज अस्‍पताल में चलता रहा. 18/07/2014 को मुझे अस्‍पताल से छुट्टी दे दी गई और मेरे इलाज में कुल 85836 रुपये खर्च हुए. मैंने अपने बीमार होने की सूचना Religare Health Insurance कंपनी को दी और पूछा कि मेरा जो कुल खर्च हुआ है वो कैसे वापस होगा. उन्‍होंने मुझसे अस्‍पताल में भर्ती होने के दौरान से लेकर अस्‍पताल से छुट्टी मिलने तक जितने भी दस्‍तावेज थे वो मांगे और मैंने वो सारे दस्‍तावेज उन्‍हें कूरियर के द्वारा इस पते पर भेज दिया. Religare Health Insurance Company Limited Claims Department, GYS Global, A-3, 4, 5, Sector-125, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301 Customer care No. [protected] करीब एक सप्‍ताह बाद मुझे ये बताया गया कि मेरा यह क्‍लेम पास नहीं होगा. जब मैंने यह जानने की कोशिश की कि क्‍यों मेरा यह क्‍लेम पास नहीं होगा तो मुझे बड़ा ही आश्‍यर्चजनक कारण बताया गया. कंपनी की ओर से मुझे एक मेल आया, जिसमें यह लिखा गया था कि अगर यह बीमारी मुझे पॉलिसी लेने के 30 दिन बाद हुई होती तो मैं उसका क्‍लेम लेने का हकदार होता. साथ ही उन्‍होंने कहा कि ये बात मुझे जो पॉलिसी से संबंधित दस्‍तावेज दिये गए हैं, उसमें लिखा भी गया है. अब मैं यह जानना चाहता हूं कि जिस समय मैं यह पॉलिस ले रहा था उस वक्‍त मुझे इस तरह की जानकारी क्‍यों नहीं दी गई कि कुछ बीमारियां ऐसी हैं जो कि पॉलिसी लेने के 30 दिन बाद ही प्रभावी होती हैं. मैं बेहद ही मध्‍यम वर्गीय परिवार से ताल्‍लुक रखता हूं. मेरे परिवार वालों ने कई लोगों से कर्ज लेकर मेरे इलाज में खर्च किया है. इस दौरान मेरी नौकरी भी चली गई है. इस कंपनी की वजह से मुझे और मेरे परिवार के लोगों को काफी आर्थिक और मानसिक यातनाएं सहनी पड़ रही हैं. अत: आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है कि आप मेरे इस शिकायत को अपने संज्ञान में लेते हुए Religare Health Insurance Company से मेरा पैसा दिलाने का कष्‍ट करें.           I have recently applied for opening Demat account with religare, even after i got my cheque encashed i am not getting my kit and sales guys are not picking my phone call in gurgaon. I think its the useless company i ever dealt with, such a layback attitude from the employees. Zero followup, ridiculous company. if such companies doesnt have setup then who give them license to run such businesses.

            my account id is VP961 my account is 7 years old and due to some reasons i stop using my account..so that my all equities are in demat account .and i have applied so much time to tranfer it to trading account...and still cant sort it out...and after very cold responce of jaipur office staff i just fed up. and paying fees of religare without using it.. when religare want to open account there agent can go anywhere to do so but when client has so much treble after opening account..office says we cant come to your location...i wasted so much time to do just small thing .. please do some action to solve my problem so i can start trading.

              Dear Sir It is submitted that i had shares of satyam computer which company was later on taken over by Tech Mahindra now my shares are neither shown in as satyam nor as mahindra satyam I was telephonically assuered by religare securitiies that it will be transferred after some time but so far more than 4_ 5 years have gone but still shares of Mahendra satyam not included in a/c no N139308.                   Hi Team, I opened my account a week back. Sorry to say, but i am really disappointed by user commitments and services. 1. Your website doesn't work. I placed calls no. of times but they are not reflected in Order book. Watching also disappears. 2. Nobody informed about me about OFFLINE charges, neither your executive who opened my account nor relationship manager. Your websites are not working, then why are you charging your clients for OFFLINE charges. I always found wrong brokerage charges incorporated on my all transactions. Most of them not as per rates informed to me. 3. I sent mail to get updates on Welcome kit from your website. No feedback received till date. 4. Tried calling relationship manager no. of times for placing calls, but nobody picked phone. Seeking such a poor service, i am planning to close my account. He has confirmed once that he received funds and said my demat a/c credited in next day. It's almost a week completed, but I have not received any funds.                       Hi I am Venkateswara Rao from Chennai. I invested in LIC Market plus mutual fund through Religare Adyar chennai office at in the year 2008. For the invested amount i got the payment receipt from LIC to the my communication address. When i contacted the LIC for the BOND certificate for the same they confirmed that the certificates is dispatched to religare head office delhi. So i requested the Religare team to forward the same to me. They took more than one year to reply and still they didn't have the answer where the documents are and giving some alternative free suggestions. To the core they do not know which department is taking care of this problem they keep on redirecting to some other department in religare. My policy number is[protected]. Agent details are:Religare inv.broking ltd. The reply from LIC: is given below Branch has confirmed that they have verified their old records pertaining to that year, and found that the policy bond has been received by the agent (Religare inv.broking ltd) and that policy is not available in Undeliverd policy bond list also.                           Respected Sir / Madam, I want to state that I have mediclaim policy going on with Religare Health Insurance in the name of govind prasad maheshwari whose policy no. is 10035625 in that I had taken a claim with respect to claim no. 90028949 in that company had rejected a claim and the reason for that is the hospitalization of patient is not justified for mentioned diagnosis and we had also provided the justification letter from doctor regarding the hospitalization to reopen file then also the company had rejected a claim giving the same reason. and I also want to state that there are no such terms and conditions are mentioned in policyIts my request to please investigate regarding this matter.

                          I want to complain about mis-selling, false information and price
                          gouging by Max Bupa Health Insurance.

                          I bought Health insurance (Heartbeat EFF Gold) from Max Bupa in
                          December 2012. I paid Rs. 16, 641.00 in 2012 and Rs 16, 334 in 2013 for the insurance.
                          I was promised by the many sales executives in Max Bupathat the rate would not increase by 1-2%/year, i.e,
                          Rs 200-300, maximum Rs 500/year.

                          In 2014, when I want to renew, they inform me that the product is
                          changed and I have to pay Rs. 20, 655. This is an increase of 26.45%
                          !! When I asked customer care the reason, they said it is due to
                          medical inflation and product change. Max Bupa changed product unilaterally and wants customers to by 26% more!!

                          I want IRDA to have Max Bupa refrain from misguiding existing and
                          future customers. They should inform customers in advance that prices
                          are not in a small band but can go up over 26% as well because they
                          unilaterally change product without asking customers.

                          Also, I would request IRDA to impose a significant fine on Max Bupa so
                          that its customer care and sales team refrain from price gouging and lying
                          customers.

                          I have complained to IRDA and am posting here so that people see and not buy Max Bupa

                              I have Religare account for 10 years, till now I had no problem, even though they operate very traditionally. I wanted to buy shares of NIIT Tech so I transferred 4000 in two transactions online, then called to buy 15 shares of NIIT Tech But branch guys did not punched on time so Religare sold my shares of different companies instead of NIIT Tech. The company shared of Hexaware, Aravind etc..which I am holding when they are below 50 rs. now they are more than 100 rs. My arguement is they should not have sold different companies shares, if they have sold the NIIT Tech shares which I brought recently after money is transferred. Any solution how to get my compensation?

I had opened the Demat account with you quite some time back, Mr Abdul Hameed regional manager helped me opened the account under special offer that the Demat account will be free for life, however I notice a debit balance in my account of Rs 675/-. I had a chat with Mr Mukund gupta in the customer care and got the information that you have started charging annual maintainace fee from 2010, I am sure this would not be applicable to customer who have been promised a life time free account.                                     Shabbir (my father) had visited Dr. Eric Borges at Bombay Hospital in Mumbai on 26 June 2014. He had been suffering recurring chest pains since 12 June 2014. Upon examinations the doctor advised angiography to be conducted. For the same, he was admitted to Bombay Hospital on 27 June 2014. Upon angiography, the doctors found out that he harboured 99% blockages in a main artery and an emergency heart bypass surgery was conducted by Dr. Aniruddh Trivedi on 30 June 2014. Thankfully, the surgery was successful and he was discharged on 11 July 2014.

                                    He had applied for Religare Health Insurance in December 2013 and the policy start date is 25 December 2013. That time the Religare agent was behind our life to make the premium payment and promised tall (and subsequently I realize, farce) benefits of cashless admissions in some 100s of hospitals across India, additional benefits, blah, blah, blah. We finally gave in, premium paid, policy made and a fancy Insurance card was given. We were told that we just have to flash that Insurance card at any partner hospital for cashless admissions. Religare said that now we can transfer our health worries to them. And as stupid and naïve we were we believed.

                                    Come 27 June 2014. I requested for cashless admission of my father by showing his Insurance card. The hospital thought I was dumb [censored] to believe that such thing ever exists. They gave a form with multiple pages to be filled and several documents to be attached. I ran from pillar to post to get the things in place. I was told that a reply will be received within 4 hours. Subsequently, Religare requested for more papers and more details. This continued. Meanwhile, my father kept fighting for his life. Doctors told that the operation had to be performed immediately and we had to arrange Rs. 3.5 lakhs on a Sunday (29 June 2014). That experience was nothing short of hell. Meanwhile, our file was laying somewhere in Religare’s systems who had very conveniently asked us to surrender our health problems to them. We believed and we suffered. Finally, we managed payments with help of relatives and friends. Operation was conducted successfully next Monday (30 June 2014) and my father was in ICU until 7 July 2014. Till this time I had already been forced to deposit Rs. 6.9 lakhs to the hospital.

                                    Meanwhile, Religare did wake up from their slumber and passed on my query to their TPA Mediprobe Consultancy Private Limited and the claim manager assigned was Ujwala Chavan. As insensitive and as heartless these people could be, they sent their agent right into the ICU room of my father where he was lying unconscious to “enquire about the claim” and gather information. This was when the doctors had given us strict instructions to not meet the patient and we used to sit outside the ICU room for hours together to be able to get one glimpse of my father. Upon raising this with Ms. Ujwala, she had the audacity to tell that she had sent an agent to just give best wishes to the patient. Really!? Is that what you people do? Are you so heartless? Then I requested her to reach me directly for any queries. TPA agencies don’t understand that more than the patient, it is the relatives who suffer and go through mental agony. Mediprobe then kept calling me asking for almost the same documents that I had already submitted. And they kept calling me 10 times a day to submit the required documents. Sure, Mediprobe you are running a business. But please don’t be so insensitive, brutal and ruthless that you don’t understand that the patient’s kin have many other duties to fulfil at priority rather than replying to your queries immediately. This was not it. They called directly to the nurses section on the floor where my father’s ward was and started enquiring from whoever was available at that point of time in my father’s room. Seriously, is this the way you work. Religare, these are your tall claims of “Ab Health Hamesha” and “Values that Bind”. Please get a reality check done on yourselves.

                                    Finally I re-submitted the required documents and additional document from the surgeon. Please remember this processing was all happening for CASHLESS ADMISSION, 10 days after admission and when I had already paid Rs. 6.9 lakh. I could just cry at my desperate situation or just laugh at my stupidity of trusting Religare with the most important decision of my life.

                                    Meanwhile, thanks to God my father was recovering well. Finally, on 9 July 2014, I get a courtesy call from one Mr. Debashish Das of Religare, telling me in a very indifferent note “Sir your claim for cashless has been rejected. Please contact your nearest branch if you want to reclaim your amount.” With utter shock, I asked the reason. The reason he mentioned was that “they had a doubt that my father suffered an illness before the insurance policy was made”. Seriously! How lousy and shameless a reason that could. What a way to play with someone’s emotions. You are telling me this on what ground, I asked? Mr. Das said, “we have a doubt”. That is it? You have a doubt. I said you conducted blood tests and stress tests which were completely cleared during the time of the policy. How is it that you didn’t have any doubts that time? On further insisting, he just declined to give any comments and just said that if I have any further queries I can email to [protected]@religare[dot]com. Is that it? On real pleading, he agreed to send me an email with the reason for denial. Apart from their DOUBT, another reason they cited is that we failed to give documents of previous history of illness inspite of multiple reminders. What a shame! What a mockery of the patient. You are hell bent on proving that he was ill since months. Where do I get documents from if nothing exists? I gave them a document from the surgeon suggesting that there was no previous history. But to this, Religare said they can’t consider that letter.
                                    With teary eyes when I told this to the surgeon, he just told me one thing – “If your dad had been harbouring this serious illness since past 6 months he wouldn’t have been able to make it till now. Go and tell this to the Insurance company.” I was speechless after that.
                                    Helpless, I wrote to Religare and as expected there has been no response since then. Eventually, I cleared the entire bill and got my father back home on 11 July 2014.

                                    After this, few things are clear:
                                    1) Religare are denying my claim on false doubts that my father harboured an illness before the insurance policy was made.
                                    2) If Religare think that my father had an illness from before, why did their blood tests and stress tests were completely clear?
                                    a. That means, Religare’s claim of point 1) above is false
                                    b. Religare did get to know that there was something wrong with my father’s health and they still decided to go ahead with the policy, keeping us in dark. This is unlawful in any case
                                    3) Even if I were to believe for a second that my father had a previous illness, that can’t be the ground to deny the claim. What are health insurance companies for. Does that mean they will help only healthy individuals who fall ill for the first time?

                                    This incident has proved that all the tall claims by Religare for cashless admission, benefits etc are 100% total farce. Companies like these act as your best pals when they want to squeeze money out of your pockets to reach their targets. When customers require their help they are far from being helpful.

                                    This incident has amounted not only to financial loss but also to extreme mental torture and waste of time. I assure that I will take required legal action and not give to these dastardly tactics of the Insurance Company.

                                    Religare, I am still waiting for a response from you.

                                    Hope all is well now, i want to know that there is benefits to file case against Religare ? have they solved your concern or toatly wasted your time and money on doing this?

                                    Today i got a call from Policy Bazar and the agent was forced to buy a Reliagre health insurance /cashless /med claim online policy.
                                    Before payments i just read your post and found that there is no one replied your compliant towards helping you.

                                    I relay don't understand why govermnet allow to doing such types of bossiness in our country.
                                    Does Religare provide policy for those person who can pay premium only and not became hospitalised in future

                                    Dear Sir religare is such a BS. This same this just now happened with my wife in delhi . They have rejected her claim for heart operation because of pott spine in 2012 and i took policy in 2014.
                                    I was duped too ;(
                                    They are fraudsters. They give fake promises. Please DO NOT waste your time money and emotions with Religare!
                                    I totally agree with Shabbir. here is my experience. I am asking questions to them and they cannot even reply because they know they are at fault.

                                    My Questions to Religare health Insurance -

                                    Q1. Religare health insurance took 9 months to settle my Post Hospitalization.

                                    Q2, Religare Health Insurance did not update room rent provided by Hospital and that is why I had to suffer for 9 months to get it sorted. The discripancy between them but patient had to suffer.

                                    Q3 I have history of aprox 70 emails sent to Religare Helth Insurance but they don't bother to reply you even. Not even last escalation is bothered(Resolve2).

                                    Q4. Everytime I called about the discripany amount Religare always denied. I had to fight a lot to get this amount back.

                                    Q5. Religare health Insurance Cleared 104 rupees from my Post Hospitaliz Bill of 1752. I had to fight a lot to get rest 1400 amount which they gave after 9 months.

                                    Q6. Customer Service is pathetic. You have to explain them hello lot, have to fight with them a lot then only they move ahead else you forget about your claim.

                                    Q7. When you buy Policy they tell you that you get 100% expenditure from Insurance Company but when you actually avail it then you come to known hidden charges. Extensive use of sales techtics. Just call their sales team and ask about the charges and you will come to known. You dont even need any other proof.

                                    Q8. Out of 48000 INR of claim I had to pay 10000 amount. Where religare Health insurance company say 100% they paid only 79% rest 21% was paid by me.

                                    Q9. If I would have opted a cheaper hospital my whole bill would not have reached what I co paid here.

                                    Q.10 Religare Health Insurance does not have courage to answer my questions even. I have written so many times and they just reply with templated answer. "We have forwarded your feedback to concerned department". They need to understand this is not feedback, I am asking questions from you.
                                    Not any costumer support for any query and call not receive time west I am not satisfied.
                                    Don't buy Religare as they asked document for illness which never happened.
                                    I am 3 year old customer of Religare and I have first time claim for hospitalisation.

                                    My wife got admitted in hospital due to Fever so we went to see local doctor as we lives in village in evening. Doctor checked her and gave paracetamol and some other medicine for fever but her condition was not getting good so we took her to nearest hospital next day early morning.

                                    Hospital did blood test and found her platelet went 60000 so they started treatment. During treatment her condition was so weak that causes her breathing difficulty and anxiety.

                                    Doctors did all the test and treatment as per their available facility. They didn't had machine to do cardio test so they recommended to do test as soon as possible. Later on we discharged her and took her to Ahmedabad for further treatment and 2D Eco test as my son leaves there.

                                    We have submitted all the report and treatment document during hospitalisation including:-

                                    1. Blood test report

                                    2. X-ray report

                                    3. 2D Eco test reoprt

                                    4. Treatment Log by hospital

                                    5. Hospital and Medical original bill

                                    6. Discharge summary

                                    Still Religare asked for previous history and COPD & Cardiology report. I don't understand why they need this as i'm not claiming any bill for previous treatment if any.

                                    COPD & Cardiology test never done before on her so how can i give report of a test which never happened.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam, My self Parimal Jitendra Shah having my demat account in Religare Securities Ltd., having client ID 14950298 and Code no. PS 6309 at Surat. Since last month we have been approaching local branch to activate my account and to get another DIS book to deliver or transfer my shares. And regarding to this I had sent one request letter to your main office Noida through your local office. But with very strange I received one letter from the company mentioning that my signature is mismatched. That letter was sent back on 30th May, 2014 by Mr. Lav Prakash[protected] having Ref. no: DP/DIS/3370. Then after once again helping to local employees I again sent another application on 10th June, 2014 for the same but till date we have not received anything from your local office as well as from your head office. Infect once I talked to Mr. Lav Prakash but no response by him and I faced very dull response from Mr. Bhavik Purohit, Branch Manager of Religare Securities Ltd., Turning Point Branch, Surat. These kind of service create questions on your management and your system. This is really weird experience I have seen in your company. Infect I did same procedures in another broker's offices too but there I got smooth response. I am very serious now if I don't get proper response i will not hesitate to go to consumer forum court for this harassment. With this I do humble request you to resolve my problem at the soonest possible.
