Sub : complaint for icici bank-uttam nagar, new delhi staff/branch member.
Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that today i have visited to icici bank, uttam nagar, new delhi branch to make neft in favour of to my vender/supplier/ or you can consider as sourcing business dealer for raw material.
Ist of all i attend counter no.1 which is quite near of the entrance in the branch where bank executive (Ms.) is dealing i put my request for neft with complete document then she told me wait for the moment, i waited for her response on my request for more than 20 miniteswhere there is no customer in the waiting list. Thereafter she told me to go for next counter to handover the document for neft to another executive during this time she has not taken any document from my side for neft process.in the mean time more than 10 customer gathered for their work in the line with the next counter whereas when i reached in the branch there was not any customer in the line.
Seeing the aforesaid, i reported to the branch manager where i see the manner of branch manager i. E. Instead of my help in the matter of neft work he tolerated his responsibilities and showed no favourable response further to send back by saying she (Ms.) will do the neft.
Sir, this is not a good manner to deal with the customer by the staff / branch manager of esteemed organisation icici bank (I. E. Uttamnagar branch).in this duration i spend almost 45 minutes in the branch thereafter i objected for the delay before the bank executive (Ms.) then branch manager came out from his cabinand agreed to help me but on that time i feeleduncomfort/harrasshed for 45 minutes in the branch.
Where i have my another account in the name of my firm m/s. Just in febric karol bagh for the last 2-3 years.
You can see the manner of nationalised bank manager, they will help personally in any matter of the customer to make easily/harassment free comfort transaction in this competitive era.
Sir, as a pioneer customer and keeping in the view the repo/dignity of the esteemed organisation (I. E. Icici bank) i request your goodself to please take necessary action against the aforesaid staff/branch manager.
