I am here to inform you that i am deposited my money for exchange with new currency held on 8th march 2017 on behalf of nri accont.
But till date i didn, t received any amount in my account. Y can you suggest me why i am not getting the submitted amount.
Plz have the attached file for the receipt which is gave from you.

    Please be informed that i deposited the old five hundred rupees and thousand rupees note to rbi chennai on 03/03/2017 and till now i didn't get the new currencies equivalent to the one which i returned. I submitted all the required documents on the same day itself and they informed me that they will deposit the amount within 30 days. Now it is more than five months and there is no any information from rbi. The tender receipt number is che008123. I sent mails to '[protected]@rbi.org.in' and '[protected]@rbi.org.in' and they are not responding. Kindly check and advice when i can get the fund in my account. Appreciate your earliest reply.

        On 20/11/2016, i trued to withdraw my money in from my account no:[protected]Indian bank, vilakuthoon branch).in sbi atm at anna nagar - madurai 625020. But i was not able to get money from the machine. I gave the receipt "sorry unable to process" response code:053. But at the same time i received a message and it said "withdrawal of inr 2000ac xxx108421 drawnth atm id:00869123 on 20/11 at 05:32:35. Regarding this i made complaint in my bank. Till date my bank does not any responsible. Every two weeks i go to bank. Finally they asked me to send this letter to you. As i am living poor life, this rs2000/- is important to me. So kindly help me to get my money.

            Today afternoon i have unknown number ([protected]) call. He is told me to renew my atm validity. I ask him who are you? He is told me. I m calling from rbi head office mumbai and name is rohit sharma. Your atm card is going to expire it need to renew it. If you want to renew this card than. Please give me some question answer. I m say yes. Then he is asking me about atm card information.. I know this is a fraud call.

              Sub : complaint for icici bank-uttam nagar, new delhi staff/branch member.

              Dear sir,

              This is to bring to your kind notice that today i have visited to icici bank, uttam nagar, new delhi branch to make neft in favour of to my vender/supplier/ or you can consider as sourcing business dealer for raw material.
              Ist of all i attend counter no.1 which is quite near of the entrance in the branch where bank executive (Ms.) is dealing i put my request for neft with complete document then she told me wait for the moment, i waited for her response on my request for more than 20 miniteswhere there is no customer in the waiting list. Thereafter she told me to go for next counter to handover the document for neft to another executive during this time she has not taken any document from my side for neft process.in the mean time more than 10 customer gathered for their work in the line with the next counter whereas when i reached in the branch there was not any customer in the line.
              Seeing the aforesaid, i reported to the branch manager where i see the manner of branch manager i. E. Instead of my help in the matter of neft work he tolerated his responsibilities and showed no favourable response further to send back by saying she (Ms.) will do the neft.

              Sir, this is not a good manner to deal with the customer by the staff / branch manager of esteemed organisation icici bank (I. E. Uttamnagar branch).in this duration i spend almost 45 minutes in the branch thereafter i objected for the delay before the bank executive (Ms.) then branch manager came out from his cabinand agreed to help me but on that time i feeleduncomfort/harrasshed for 45 minutes in the branch.
              Where i have my another account in the name of my firm m/s. Just in febric karol bagh for the last 2-3 years.
              You can see the manner of nationalised bank manager, they will help personally in any matter of the customer to make easily/harassment free comfort transaction in this competitive era.
              Sir, as a pioneer customer and keeping in the view the repo/dignity of the esteemed organisation (I. E. Icici bank) i request your goodself to please take necessary action against the aforesaid staff/branch manager.

                Dear sir,
                With respect to the demonitization in november 2016 and to the requirement to deposit old notes with rbi, as i was abroad and was not available during the month, i had deposited inr 6000 in rbi, chennai on 27.1.2017.

                To my shock the amount has not been credited to my bank a/c even as of now, it is more than 7 months hence. I have provided all detail to rbi including aadhaar number, verification from my bank (Iob) on rbi questionnaire etc..

                Can this please be investigated and the amount credited to my a/c at the earliest? I am a pensioner and aged about 80 years.

                  Sir i am a poar farmar. I am liveng in rajasthan state. dist. Sri gangangar. I have kcc lone account in axis bank Suratgarh branch. Sir my accounts debit 15000rs insurance and 7000rs mantanse charges in 6 months. And i have complete in bank Branch.. But no bady lisent my complaints. I have pay my kcc lone account installment time to time. [protected]

                    I have deposited rs 12500/- with rbi chennai on 1st march 2017 after returning from us. I am an indian resident on foreign visit during demonitization period (9th nov-30th dec). The tender receipt number is che 007510 dated: 1st march 2017.
                    So far i haven't got the refund deposited into my account. I would like know, when can i expect the money deposited to my account.

                          I have received a call today (31/07/2017) at 01:38 pm ist from +91-[protected].

                          He started call asking your atm card will be blocked, and then i immediately replied "so you need my pin details"
                          He understood that there's no option continuing with me and started yelling me with bad language, and kept on using too many abusive bad words.
                          The best part is that i have a recording of that conversation and preserved it for any help to identify or penalize such offender.

                          A general message: please refrain from entertaining any such phishing calls.

                            Respected sir/madam,

                            This is a complaint against icici bank reference the home loan of my younger sister ms farheen shaikh. I m her elder sister ms. Kishwar shaikh. The loan was taken to purchase a flat in virar for 17 lacs in the month oct '15.

                            My sister has been tied up to a project
                            And has been very busy in it. As a result i am writing this mail to you. I m ready to verify my identity or provide any further verification if need be. I m also ready to provide the loan account no if you required.

                            The loan had been taken at a floating interest rate of 9.25% and which we have been told that in such loans, the rate of interest varies with market conditions. These loans are tied to a base rate and have a floating element. If the base rate is revised upward or downward depending on the market conditions, the floating interest rate is also revised accordingly.

                            Since past one year the interest rates were reduced many a times by rbi but the bank was not bothered to inform us about the same.

                            Further, when we have approach the bank in this regard, we have been asked to pay extra charges to reduce the rate of interest to the current market value, which is very shocking.

                            I don't understand then what is the difference between fixed and floating interest rates.

                            Further, the new roi will come into effect from the time when we will pay the extra charges and not from the time when rates were reduced by rbi.

                            I request your kind self to reply and advise us in this matter as we are still paying the same old emi

                            Hello,

                            All o[censored]s who have availed the ICICI home loan are facing this issue. As layman, and unaware of the law, reputed banking institution exploit loan customers in the light of law easily and they need not even respond to us. We are being cheated and exploited completely. Though I have paid for this interest reduction they are specifying several criteria, however nothing works in our favour. Just for not knowing the law behind their process and proceedings we have to incur losses and surrender all our hard earned money at their hands and run about for justice which is never being heard or answered.

                              I done regarding complaint regarding some unauthorized transactions from debit card on 24th april to bank of baroda and indusind bank. Bank of baroda has done proper followup and refunded that wrong transaction but indusind bank has delayed the action and now finally after 3 months they said transaction was secured so they cant give fund back to me. Both transaction was on similar way and from visa card so its showing that indusind bank has not done proper work in this case. I request you to please take this matter on priority.

                                I had applied for loan of rs.40 lacs being a co. Applicant and central govt. Employee the loan was denied no reasons were given. It took almost 2 months. The relation officer sh. Pawle was assigned for this job took cheque of rs.5750 as processing fees fees and assuring to sanction the amount. After continuos calling he asked me to contact the credit manager mr. Sutar who was responsible. Mr. Sutar said my loan could not be approved instead rs.26.50lacs can be given on my sons salary which was not sufficient. My question is when i was not eligible for loan why mr. Pawle took the amount which is not refundable. The cheque is already cleared and if the bank is not sanction ing the amount than it has no right to charge me. I have already complained to the branch but no response since one month. I humbly request to look into the matter and give me justice. Regards

                                  During our visit to india in jan 2017 we had surrendered old notes of 1000 and 500 total amount rs. 50, 000 with all rel vent proof and bank details for credit of same in our two nro separate accounts maintained by us with hsbc india. To our surprise till date the credit has not come. We are staying in muscat and our visit are very limited to india this really very frustrating that for such a small amount reserve bank is taking so long to process.

                                      Got a fake call right now from [protected] saying i m the sbi manager name abhishek sharma and asking for atm details when i asked u r from which branch he started abusing. This is a fraud call who are doing fraudism with atm card details. Kindly take action based on the fone no detail. True caller id showing his name shiva shiva, mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. Its a fone of vodafone operator from bihar.

                                        Rbi should merge kapol co-operative bank or should release the customer money back to them slowly slowly. My mom is having account in kapol bank and we have done fd at bank. My fd matured 5 months before and my mom needed the money for operation. But when i visited at bank they did not gave any response always staff and manager are saying that rbi has put restrictions. So i request rbi to do some thing and clear the matter as soon as possible
