My name is khushbu aggarwal i have a saving bank account in syndicate gurgaon branch on saturday 30/6/2018 i went on my bank to activate my bank account and net banking as past year i’m not using my bank due to poor service but again i visit my bank to check my funds and activate my account. After visit branch i have fill all formalities of bank to activate my account and net bank issue and update my kyc and change my sir name process to submit affidavit and fill all the forms and replreaentice assured me u will get net banking password today evening or monday but i haven’t received till yet so on monday 2 nd july 2018 i went on bank again ask any my kyc update and net banking password one office attend me who will take care for activation of account and kyc they told me we haven’t receive any docs please fill again it’s unnecessery me harassment me while submit all docs again they asking me to fill i had a word with branch manager as well they asssurdd me we will check and call u but still not received and callnoe update from bank side and not got by password and no sir name change worst bank non coperative peoples sit in bank and no rules please take strict action against on bank and manager i will escalate this issue on social media as well and legally

    Today at 5:57pm Somebody call me from [protected] and told me that your ATM and Account will blocked due to non-maintenance. What Do you want either I block or not?
    I Replied that you do what ever you want to do man. I will call police and trace your number.
    He start abusing me and I hung up. Case finish.
    Now, point is, How he got my bank details and mobile number? How can he abuse me without reason? Is Indian Police trace number and caught such type of person?
    I save this number as "Spam". Please check the screenshots.

      Dear Sir.
      I have received call on night 16/11/2017 at 10.59 pm form mob no [protected] for refund amount of insurance which was deducted from my account. The fellow asked for credit card no and expiry date to reimburse the deducted insurance amount and I thought that, ask about my registered complaints and this regards the fellow wants the information. I given the information about the credit card no & expiry date. after that i am getting the messages regarding OTP on my mobile no and i not shared the OTP with that fellow even the transaction massage and his was continuously me around 8 to 10 times.
      I avoid to took the call as I have doubt that, somebody was miss using my account and immediately I called to SBI helpline no [protected] but unable to connect. I switched of our mobile as i was really afraid of such type of things happen with me.I tried to call from my alternate mobile no to SBI helpline continuously 10 to 15 minutes and also I tried to search fraud option to stop the account but did not found any where in kit or helpline and we finally choose the lost /stolen option from SBI credit card account to block the account to stop the miss usages

      I have pay fraud amount after 3 month when settle claim with CPP but till date SBI Creditcard send to me bill which amount interest of those fraud amount. i many times discuss with customer care but they were not take any action.

        Fund deposited in imf in my name & e.Mail since 2016. I had got e.Mail from imf to contact rbi delhi about that fund and next
        step what i supposed to do i had contacted rbi delhi and rbi
        instructed me to contact my fund release manager, madam
        rosenana, o[censored]k. I had contacted her & as per her instructions
        i had deposited money time to time, again & again in her accounts. Total i had paid her 302400/rs. Borrowed money from several persons, even sold my wife's ornaments to fulfill her
        demands. Every times always she used to mail me that this is
        the last payment after that fund will positively be transfer
        in my account. Lastly again she told me to deposit the signing barrister amount of delhi i.E.- 16500/rs. Then only fund will be
        transfer in my account. I could not pay that amount because
        how many times there will be last amount to be paid by me.
        After that she stopped to send me the mail. Last mail she had
        sent me on 25th may 2018. All the paying documents and all
        e.Mails are still with me. Even she had sent me the two receipts one from uk & other one from rbi, delhi also are with
        me. Please send me your e.Mail address to me so i can send
        those scan copies to you for your reference & actions.
        I am a retired air force person, an old man, borrowed money from several persons, even sold my wife's ornaments to
        arrange that huge amount 302400/rs. To fulfill her demands.
        Now i am helpless, money less person at present. Listening all
        sorts of bad language from those borrowed persons. They are
        all behind me for money. I have lost prestige, fame, respect
        which i was having in my life. I always try to help others,
        respect all and never hurt any body in my sense. Then why
        god has done like this with me. Please help me and guide me
        what i supposed to do at this last moment.

            I have an account with icici bank the mall road kanpur branch. At the time of opening of account (2008) i was in defense service and residing at kanpur. After that i was posted to nashik and address was changed with the help of certificate issued by local defence establishment.
            I have retired from defence in aug 17 and joined the psu bank which is not near to native place. Now for change in communication address, is certificate issued by bank is valid document?
            If yes then bank may be directed to accept the same, if not i may be informed.

              I am working in indian air forcr. I had some transaction with amazone (Rs 1999) they have refunded the amount on 25/05/2018 with ref no-915561 but till date amount has not recived in my account. I have summited the dispute form to my bank manager (Ifsc-sbin0010430) on 19/06/2018 but till now no refund is done. Please do the needfull.

              Today morning My Dad got a unknown number[protected] call. He is asking are you using any ATM card?. and He is told him.i m calling from RBI Head office. your ATM card is upgrading. Then He is Asking about Atm card information like . card number, Validity Date, and Bank name, cvv number.Etc.

                I sujata rama kumar have sb accounts with uco bank, sbi and icici bank. On may 19, 2018 all my above mentioned accounts were hacked by fraudesters to the tune of rs.6, 00, 000/- plus.

                Separate complaints have been submitted to the banks for appropriate action to realise the loss.

                  My name is david nivrutti awhad i have 3 credit card of kotak sbi and hdfc with i am using from last tow year i mailed them and call them that now i am hospitalise in hospital due to that i will be not be able to pay emi but the executive are coming for payment my finance problem is there and on calls they are misbehaving with me regarding payment i have paid the already so much money but due to i am not at job right now they are still calling and executive are coming to collect money if it would be any solution let me know please do the needful

Here i want to complain regarding miss behavior and un responsible behavior with my named arunaben rameshbhai dave aunty in waghawadi sbi branch. On dated :19/06/2018 my aunty visited her branch for getting tds 16 a form & in some query related ppf account. My aunty is aged person and senior citizen.in waghawadi branch my aunty take token and visited lady officer named kaushamadam my aunty ask her all query related to her account but kaushamadam who was responsible person to answer all query instead of that lady officer sent my aunty other table person and didn’t gave any proper answer her behavior was not good. My aunty goes to bank around 12.00 pm and 1.45 pm between hours no query solved go back home. Is this proper for aged person? Few week ago my sister in law go to the bank for opening bank account my sister in law has small child and not able to consume more time in bank. That lady officer didn’t instruct & gave proper help to fill form of opening account. Every time its observed that lady officer named kaushamadam behavior is not good for customer. Sbi known for his great, quick service in india and i and my family also trust on sbi. But this two experience was not good and also for sbi. After the same day my aunty again visit to the bank and then the lady officer made a new issue that you have to pay panelty for the transaction. But my aunty's son in law before the day visit the bank for same transaction and he was return in just 20 miniute with positive answer and successful work. What's the different i can't understand. So please do something.
                      The whole matter recorded in the cctv camera. You can see from the branch recorded and if you are satisfied with my complain for regard matter please do some restricted steps for the same & i am not complaint here on the base of my profession. She is aged person. This happen with other people also. Senior person harassed by this type of behavior what is the position o[censored]neducated customer of the bank.
                      Do something for the interest of public for the banking sector. You can contact me 24 * 7 hour regard this matter.

                        Hi rbi,

                        I wanted to bring this into your notice that i had got a credit card from sbi using which i have made a purchase later on i realised that evwn though the offer was no cost emi sbi had added 15 % of interest.

                        So i decided to cancel the order, but before i cancel the order merchant gave me a cashback of 4881 rs.

                        Now i cancelled the order so the merchant refunded the amount excluding the cashback amount.

                        Now i contacted sbi and told them how can a cashback became my outstanding they said we have registered a complaint for same the amount should not be charged.

                        After a 4 5 months sbi have started calling me for the payment i asked them the same thing how a cashback amount became my outstanding they said you are right but you will have to pay for no reasons.

                        I still told them i can pay 1000 rs and close this they demanded me for more i said i am not going to pay more but they did not agree.

                        Beside they started abusing me to such an extent i couldn't even listen that.

                        At a point i thought i would rather commit a suiside.

                          Now 27/6/2018 hold amt debited in my acct without any info and again Hold amt Rs 2000/- hold for next by ref debit atm txn ASPN 2022 on 29/05/2018.
                          While i have no any txn rs 2000/- on 29/5/18.
                          I have also complaints to sbi customer care as wel as my sbi branch satna main.
                          But not not rectify my complaints.No salution fund by bank sbi satna.
                          So there for rquest to you pl rectify my hold amt and refund in my acct.

                              I have my account in central bank of india at patrakar nagar branch, pune. My dad transferred 16, 500 rs to my account on 4 days ago. My bank branch got shifted from mafco ltd to patrakar bhavan year ago but they didn't informed me about my changed ifsc code. I gave my father the old ifsc code and now neither the money got back to my father nor in my account. When asked the bank staff started misbehaving and spoke to us the way as if its not a major problem and took us for granted. Please look into the problem and take proper and strict actions against it.

                                I am a account holder this bank cheated me. My account since 2006 to continue. But i closed all transactions close 2018 april. Savings a/c 035529.
                                আমি bank এ adhar link করাতে গেলে credit card নিতে বলা হয়.মানা করলে phone verification হবে তখন আপত্তি থাকলে cancil করা যাবে বলা হয়. কিন্ত তা হয় নি বাই post curd আসে. এবং account থেকে টাকা কাটা হয় phone করে curd cancil করতে বলি তখন বলা হয় নতুন curd isshu করে দিচ্ছে কোন টাকা লাগবে না. Curd এলো আবার টাকা কাটে account থেকে. Account all transactions close 2018 april থেকে.এখন বলা হচ্ছে curd yous হয়েছে satelment করে নিন.

                                    In several ATMs in the city of Mangalore there is an ongoing problem of printing receipt after transaction even when the customer requests the receipt not to be printed. This is repeatedly happening in several ATMs and even after complaining to the banks, they refuse to take any action. The floors of these ATMs are always covered in receipts and it is ignored by the responsible branches. Today we are asked to reduce paper usage and usher-in era of digital India while at the same time we have to walk on layers o[censored]nnecessarily printer, unrequested ATM transaction receipt when we enter an ATM booth.
                                    I have tried to raise a request on multiple email addresses Corp bank has provided on their website but the emails bounce back and fail to reach their destinations.
                                    I have also called the helpline number on the corp bank website and it provides a set of queries for me to choose, none of have ATM complaints on them. Then it asks me to hold on to speak to a representative, and after 20 mins of waiting it disconnects the call on its own.

                                    The issues also exists in corp bank, NRI Branch, Valencia ATM, Corp bank MV Shetty ATM Kavoor. These are only the ones I have noticed.

                                      में राजस्थान पुलिस में कार्यरत हु मैंने लगभग 7 महीने पहले sbi collectrate jaipur से पर्सनल लोन लिया था, किन्ही कारणों से हमारा विभाग anexure13 फॉर्म अर्थात undertaking नही देता था, अब पुलिस psp योजना में सभी sbi खाताधारकों को जोड़ा जा चुका हैं।
                                      में जब दिनांक 25/06/2018 को बैंक में anexure13 पर डिपार्टमेंट के ddo के हस्ताक्षर कराकर मैनेजर को देकर ब्याज दर कम करने को कहा तो मना किया।
                                      जब बैंक सिंगल खाते को 2लोगो के नाम कर सकता हैं, लोन को कन्वर्ट कर सकता हैं, लोन के बीच अलग से राशि जमा कर सकता हैं तो, वाजिब कागजात उपलब्ध कराने पर ब्याज दर भी कम करनी चाहिए।
                                      अतः आपसे निवेदन हैं कि सम्बंधित के खिलाप कार्यवाही कर मेरे खाता [protected] से सम्बंधित पर्सनल लोन की ब्याज दर कम कर मुझे अवगत करावे।

                                        I'm balaji from pondicherry. I have purchased a chocolate for rupees 10 when i provided 10 rupees coin the shopkeeper is refusing to get that coin. Not only in this shop in this area few shopkeeper are refusing to get this coin. Kindly make some arrangments.

                                        I am complaint against pnb because i deposite a amount in pnb but every time they credited a amount very late today i am deposit 17000 but still money not credit in my account every time they do same plaese do action against him
