Whenever i click on pay option it refreshes me to the home page again and again look into crores of indian are trying to buy this not let them down fix this problem as soon as possible :)...

I visit to site www.freedom251.com after that i entered my details thrice when i clicked on pay now then nothing was showing on the site . i tried thrice then also i was not able to pay...

They said the mobile price is rs.251/- and they gave a link to place the order, but after submitting order, the page says "Error Code: 10002 Merchant Authentication failed.

The company website is not allowing for buying the mobile handset and it is cheating for who are browsing n their website and they said that the orders will resume on friday but not working on friday also...

This seems to be dubious & suscpicious .

i had booked a bell smart 101 mobile phone from M/s. ringing bells pvt, ltd. on dtd.08.02.16 and a confirmation e-mail received from ringing bells on dtd. 11.02.16 that my order is confirmed ( RB[protected] order no) but yet i have not received any shipping detail.
Today on dtd.17.02.16 the company lunching a new smart phome :freedom 251" at price rs. 500/- from a different WEB SITE why even they have already a WEB...

I have booked Smart 101 on 13/02/16 online and payment made online vide order No. [protected]_56bebc5dcb48b amounting Rs. 2999/- but no any info recd for delivery in mail or nor on Mobile. Please intimate status in my mail or mobile No. [protected] imdtly please.

Will some one give a solid answer as to when you will deliver the phone smart 101.
At first you take money without any order confirmation then when a complaint on this forum is made you send an e-mail(NO SMS) with order number RB[protected].
As yet i do not see any movement on my order.
Your customer care numbers do not respond.
And here also now you will write that you are facing difficulties with your website.br...
