I have pay through net-banking The payment has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received product yet. so I am requested you to refund my payment which is deducted from my bank account at the time of booking the order.

Your Customer Support is the poorest. No one is answering my emails. I paid for the mobile. Now I got no confirmation. Give me my money back if you can't give me the mobile....

I have ordered a Mobile from ringing bell payment deducted from my SBI account.but my order did not successful
I used my my Visa Debit card
After that there is no contact from ringing bell to me.
I think this is froud.

When will you deliver my order, why have you not sent an order confirmation via SMS.

I have ordered smart 101 and paid online through debit card on[protected] but during the transactions processing the error occurred so i entered the credentials of my card again and done the payment. But when i checked my account statement the payment was made twice of rs 2999/-, and i received only one confirmation from the company for order placed and payment completed. I have sent an e mail to the company regarding the refund of excess...

I saw an advertisement in HINDUSTAN dtd. 08.02.2016.

I hv ordered the Smartphone Model - Smart 101 and paid Rs. 2999. 00 & wanted to know the Service Centres, Mode of Despatch and expected deliver date & time details.

Not a single nos. is working or email id's are active. I think I am trapped by a fraud company.
