... how I contact ringing Bell customer care, no mail, no no. Working...it seems to that our loyality card membership is wastage membership offered by ringing Bell company...me and my friend had join membership programme bt till now our free freedom gift not delivered ...please resolve my problem...we both paid 550, 550 on cash on delivery by mobiles not delivered till now...

I had paid amount for membership in ringing bell for this i need to get one mobile phone free. I am keep on sending mails but no response from company and customer care number also not working. Kindly look into this issue

I had placed a order for ringing bell membership with that i was going to recieve a free mobile phone. i received the card but not the mobile phone and iam not able to contact them from the customer caare number provided by them and also the e-mail id on which they told to mail. there no reply from their end. the contact number provided by them is[protected]. and email id is [protected]@ringingbells.co.in . iam trying to call each and everyday from last 25 days.

I joined for silver loyalty membership card on ringingbells.co.in . I payed the money through ICICI bank netbanking, money debited from account but page
failed to load. So I didint receive any confirmation from ringingbells'
website. Upon contacting bank said that the payment is successful from bank's end and asked me to contact riningbells. I contacted ringingbells, but there was no satisfactory solution from them. Transacation details are as follows-

On that same day I joined another silver loyalty membership card from the same email id and paid successfully. When I told them about the failed transaction they are pointing towards the successful transaction made for the second time on the same day which was few minutes after the first one. So the situation is that I paid twice:--first time failed, second time successful. I am complaining about the first time failed transaction.

I paid that on 1st September 2016. It is nearly two weeks, but the money was not refunded to my account. Please look into the matter and give my money back.

I have ordered the freedom 251 cheapest smartphone which comes under digital india initiative by govt of india on 19th feb 2016. but after that there is no news from the company as all the registered users are in confusion wheather it will deliver or not. i want some reply from ringing bell about freedom 251.

I ordered freedom 251 from ringing bells pvt. Ltd. And i also received confirmation mail on my email id confirming my order. Ordered mobile on 18 february 2016 but as yet i have not received it. My order id fdm[protected] i tried to contact them on their email id given on their website but no reply from them. And also on their contact no. But nobody is answering the call.

As per my booking and order the mobile phone (Master) was delivered on 27/02/2016. The mobile phone is not working and faulty.

2. Sim-2 slot can recognize the sim, but the other caller can not hear
Kindly take necessary action to replace the mobile.

I have given money for buying ringing bells mobile phone whose name is smart 101 which is to be delivered by 25 Feb. and still I am not getting the mobile phone and after cancelling the order I am not getting my money back and my booking no. is RB[protected].
I am a person of a middle class family. I have ordered ringing bells phone Smart 101 hoping that I will got a smart phone at a cheap rate because my old phone was fell from me in water and it gets a fault in it and I hope of buying new one at a cheap rate that’s why I ordered ringing bells smart 101 mobile phone. I knew that Rs.3, 000 is a small amount for company but not for me. I am a small shopkeeper and do not earn too much money in a month. So I request the company ringing bells to return my money as soon as possible. If I don’t get my money within a week then I don’t have any other choice none than biting the bullet then I have to go to the court to seek justice for my money so, please don’t make me to do this. In a week please send my money back because that is better for both o[censored]s. I have sent complaints 4 times to you and I didn’t get my answer if I don’t get the answer of this complaint in 24 hours then also I have to go to the court to case against the company Ringing Bells. The company i.E. Ringing bells has not yet supplied the above said phone nor refunded the booking amount of rs.2999/- since then despite my various email messages. In their last communication dated 26.2.2016, it has been mentioned that instructions are being given to payment gateway m/s payumoney to refund the amount towards booking of smart 101.

I had ordered 4 Smart 101 Handset from Ringing Bell, Noida based company. Total cost for four handset was 12000 approximately. After ordering I gpt confirmation message and mail both mentioning that phone will be delivered by 25th February. After this I got another message and mail that Phone will be delivered by 26th February. After this I got another message and mail that the Amount will be refunded on Monday i.e. 29th February. But till today neither I got the phone nor any Mail and nor any Money refund. Below id the order number - RB[protected].
I had opened a compaint request and according to them I was supposed to get my amount with in the first week of March. Attaching the snap shot for the same.
Please help in this case.
