Dear Sir,
i had booked a samrt 101 mobile 101 ond dtd.08.02.16 and got order confirmation on dtd. 11.02.16 order no.RB[protected] but after 15 days i have not received the phone, and i contacted to customer care on dtd.19.02.16 to ask about its delivered, i got reply that we started delivery since 18-24 feb, but yet i have not get my courier docket no.

Sir, i think the company want to disappear/hide the booking and money...

Sir, I have ordered the smart phone smart 101 of make ringing bell my order no [protected]_56bc65c08a22f on 11 feb till date 23feb 2016 no response for further delivery status is giving by the company, no phone is not working & no information is providing by the company i think this is fake company & when delivery will be done by the company.This is a wrong message for title "Make in India"for the Modi Ji . Please see it seriously with, Thanks....

i ordered freedom 251 on 19/02/2016 by staying in online more than 24hr finally i placed the order successfully i am happy for that after that a screen shows that within 48hr we send the payment link to your mail id (so i need to get before 21/02/2016). Again same from 21st to till today(23/02/2016) i am keep on checking my mail id for payment completion but still i didn't get any mail from company. i wasted 4 days for this...

Dear sir I have booked a smart phone named freedom 251 and the payment option is sent through the link in the mentioned email id. But the payment is not to be sent in my email id therefore i request you to please sent the payment option so that's i can receive my mobile phone on the prescribed time...

Well I ordered a smartphone I.e Smart101 from ringingbells.co.in my payment is successful, my order is confirmed. even I received a mail saying

" Your Order Id No RB[protected] WITH RINGING BELLS for "Smart 101" is confirmed and will be delivered to you by 25th February."

But still on 22nd February my order is not dispatched/shipped by the company, please look into the matter, I tried calling them millions of...

I booked smart phone 251. But since after passing 48hours there is no any confirmation ink from your side. Kindly confirm with this letter....

I also ordered the same phone. I got confirmation bt no other infrn is given abt the delivery. Here honurable national consumer court should interfere before getting a lot complaints abt serious fraud by the co. Same time money should be return back....
